Far from a 5* both from an infrastructure perspective and services. More of a 4* Air B n B. Certainly doesn’t qualify as a real hotel, and even less as a 5*.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024The chalet was absolutely incredible and way beyond expectations. The quality of absolutely everything, including the staff, was sublime. A truly perfect trip and I would gladly return every year if I could! I would love more bookings available as a couple rather than a group, if possible in future - a real dream trip that I'd highly recommend to anyone!

The deco is beautiful in every detail, the food prepared by Chef Linda and her Team was outstanding. The Spa is stunning. What a special Birthday weekend we had!

The service, food, and accommodation levels were above all expectations and comparable to many of the best 5 star hotels. Felt truly cared for and had so much fun meeting other guests.
