Reviewed Sep 21, 2025The host was contactable prior to our arrival. Once we arrived we were on our way home. It took us to for three days to work and we had to wash the two towels we were given we couldn’t get into the pool because the host needed to contact reception to allow our fingerprint so we could use it. You’re also supplied to Roll toilet paper, then you have to buy your own very disappointed It’s a host just contacted us to advise of this and other things like having the TV turn into English it would’ve been okay
