Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

Reception is messy with my booking. There was an issue with my arrival transfer. To cut a long story short, i paid for the transfer upon checkin. Upon checkout, was asked to pay again! Bathrom sliding door cant closed properly. Very wet area after shower. Very Poor!

The service here is excellent. The staff greets you with a map sits down with you to explain the area. Really personable. Great with our daughter as well. Also, free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time. Wonderful experience!

Staff were so friendly, place is close to lot of happening place. Good breakfast menu with good view. We couldnt find time to use pool, but it was looking great. Good stay overall.

The staff at this property we amazing. From welcoming you on arrival to greating you like friends when coming back from an outing. Breakfast was fresh served with a beautiful view of the lake. We will definitely be returning.

Given a free upgrade to the best room in the hotel with amazing views of the fireworks. Friendly staff at check-in, including a young woman named Charlie (I think) and a young man from Thanh Hoa, both of whom were very accommodating. Well worth the upgrade fee, request room 1002 for one of the best views of Hanoi I've ever seen, and you can have a bath on the balcony!

The hotel staff were absolutely helpful with everything I wanted that made my day comfortable. Experience in the hotel is very enjoyable and breakfast was incredible because they changed a lot of things for me due to my religion and this is why I will be back there again.

Stayed 1 night in this newly renovated hotel and the staff makes you feel like a million bucks wanting to return for another experience. We were greeted at check in by front office staff Rachael with a bright smile and warm reception. She was helpful and offered many suggestions as we were too early for checking in. We were soon guided by Rachel to the buffet breakfast which had an extensive spread of local and continental selection. Food was tasty especially the hard rolls which was a misnomer being soft and airy on the inside. We were then met by a most friendly and helpful restaurant staff Jessica who not only offered food choice but also sight seeing options for the rest of our the day in Hanoi. Was given our room early ,well before our official check in time after our sumptuous breakfast. The room was spacious and well laid out with enough space to put out our 3 check in bags n 2 haversacks. Room was squeaky clean and air conditioning worked very well to cool our room in the hot Hanoi weather. Our stay and shopping in this centrally located hotel of Old Hanoi Quaters was a good choice with shopping & food almost at your doorsteps Will definitely be back in this hotel if on our next trip into Hanoi. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We liked it so much that after our initial trip to Hanoi we rebooked here on our return leg. Rooms great! Pool great! Breakfast buffet awesome. Location great! A big thank you (and name check) to Rachel, Tony, Hoang and the guys on the bar (AKA Radish, Tomato and Potato) - you really made my 9 year old daughter smile. Plus everyone else who's name I didn't catch. See you all next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us with an issue regarding our flight tickets, even checking the details for us to confirm which luggage was included. They also arranged drivers whenever we needed and provided clear information for all our questions. The hotel was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast was international and abundant – nothing to complain about. We also booked a traditional Vietnamese massage through the hotel, at their partner spa, and it was excellent. After our initial two-night stay, we decided to return for a third night before our flight, as the location was convenient for the airport. This was an additional confirmation of the excellent service we had already experienced. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend this hotel to other travelers, not only for the strategic location but above all for the kindness, professionalism, and attention of the staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Splendid Premium Hotel. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We loved our stay. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful, their attached spa, Sylva Spa, is excellent, the location can't be beat, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Hanoi. They also went far out of their way to help us with a personal situation when we were in a tight spot that had nothing to do with the hotel—they truly saved the day. Splendid Premium Hotel Hanoi has been our favorite stay in Vietnam. Choose this hotel, if you want a very central location, sweet staff and great breakfast! The hotel has a great location. It is located very central and yet it is still very quiet in the rooms. The hotel is clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast is very great and has a variety of options and great coffee to start the morning with. We stayed at the hotel twice during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. In the beginning of our stay and at the end. We were extremely happy about our stays, which is not only due to the great location and accomodations, but because of the team (hotel family). We were greeted with a smile all the time, and the staff was very caring, sweet and helpful with all the questions we had in terms of the rooms or general travel planning questions. The team made our trip to Vietnam great, and we are more than thankful for all the help and support we got from the minute we entered the hotel doors all the way to the doors of the airport. 🌸 Special thanks to Kate, May, Rachel, Anna, Jacky, Happy and Dong! We stayed for a week, which is a bit long for Hanoi but we had a very pleasant stay here. Very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast options - one of the best we’ve experienced in Vietnam! Pool is small but convenient for days you want to stay out of the heat! Gorgeous roof top bar with views over the lake and the old quarter.

The customer service at this property was beyond our expectation. Services offered such as luggage holding was extremely helpful while we were traveling throughout Vietnam. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and I slept like a baby in the room. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone that asks for recommendations.

A good place to stay, central to the Old Town. Clean and had everything we needed. The real standout was the staff. So helpful and friendly. They booked a street food tour for us and we were so well looked after.

Incredible service by the front desk staff. They made us feel welcomed the second we stepped through their door and went above and beyond for my sister and I. The conditions of the rooms weren’t what is advertised unfortunately and very dates. Mild spots on the shower floor.

What an amazing hotel with the happiest staff I’ve seen in Vietnam. Jackie the manager was truly amazing from when we arrived to when we left. Giving us all the information of where to shop, see, eat and go to train street. Highly recommend hotel for everybody’s needs and Jackie will go out of his way to help you. Breakfast was amazing fresh, big variety and a great view of the city. The rooftop bar was great, very hot in June though but lovely in the late evening. The pool was the coldest pool in Vietnam I’ve been in, refreshing and a lovely area with a few lounges. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful hotel and staff! We only stayed one night on our way to SaPa but Jacky, Ms. Kate, Ms. Mei, and Mr. Happy were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Helped us out with booking a massage and getting us to the meeting area for our bus the next day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Hanoi!

Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. Probably the most attentive staff we ever met in a hotel! From the great reception, to the cleaning, the bar, the spa, the travel By Jacky manager planning the Halong Bay Cruise for us and online shuttle service and the amazing breakfast team, everyone went above and beyond ! Impressed with Vietnames and in particular Splendid hospitality!! 100% recommended. Rooms clean and modern, excellent location and great spa. The little rooftop pool is actually quite large for Hanoi standards and the drinks made on the rooftop terrace so beautiful!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Jacky, Ding, Anna & Kate couldn’t do enough for us, they were very attentive and kind. The room was upgraded and it was 5*!! so clean and spacious, beds were comfy. We also both used the spa which was lovely too! The decor was fresh and modern. They even sorted us a transfer to the airport! Thank you soo much!!

Splendid Premium Hotel - A Wonderful Stay! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from the rooftop terrace was especially impressive. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, lively areas, and very convenient for getting around or joining local tours. The only minor downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin and the soundproofing wasn’t perfect. However, it didn’t bother us much — it was only noticeable for about 20 minutes in the morning when other guests were checking out. What truly impressed us was the quality of service and the dedication of the staff. Anna, Kate, May, and Jacky at the front desk were incredibly friendly and kind to me and my daughter. They gave us very helpful advice and helped us book a perfect Halong Bay cruise. Not only were they professional and attentive, but they also took the time to chat, get to know us, and make us feel truly welcomed — like friends rather than just guests. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the thoughtful little gift for my daughter at the end of our stay. Every member of the staff was extremely accommodating, making our vacation feel relaxing and truly memorable!
