Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel

I loved the staff. The best service I have gotten anywhere and I travel a lot. They hooked me up with my tour to Ninh Binh and other guests for Ha Long Bay and Sapa, gave me recommendations for food places and were always available to help with anything. They waited with me till my Grab to the airport arrived when I was leaving and even communicated with the driver for me in their local language. I thought that was above and beyond. And the breakfast is really good (worth waking up early on a vacay for) and the room itself has everything you could possibly need, and is reasonably sized. Not too small, but not big either. Bathroom is good quality and clean. Water was excellent (i like hot showers and never had issues).

What an amazing hotel . Name it you have it . It's near everything old Hanoi . Lac. Pharmacy. Supermarket. Good vegan restaurants. As for the employees they are so lovely and helpful. The hotel is very clean . They propose a complete buffet with vegan and vegetarian options. Thank you my final two nights in Vietnam were amazing thanks to you .

Perfect location, in the city center but not on a busy street. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I came back to Hanoi.

the staff were all friendly, the doorman offered to send my 50 pound heavy ass luggage to my next hotel FOR FREE in case I had to carry it all the way and walked in the humid and hot weather! I loved their buffet breakfast!!! Coffee and pho were so good! 10/10 experience!!!’

We stayed at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel for a week . Our junior suite was a perfect home away from home and the hotel is ideally located in the old quarter ,close to Hoan Kiem lake and other attractions. We found the staff really went out of their way to help and make our stay special. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was just superb. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. My wife felt at home interacting with Anna, ĐA, Tom etc. They were truly helpful and informative. They even managed to prepare some real vegetarian food for me which is not a small thing in Vietnam. My wife and I truly recommend this place and would stay there only, if we ever visit Hanoi again.

The staff is amazing !! Very helpful, kind. They helped us a lot, gave recommendations for local food, helped us fix a bag, gave advices for trips. The room was spacious, the breakfast was very good. The location is perfect to visit the old town.

I don’t know where to start. Everything was perfect and close by. I really enjoyed my stay and the workers were really respectful and nice. They were really helpful with any enquiry you have. Location was perfect to get grab, snacks and drinks. The famous train street is quite close by from the hotel. The service in the hotel was amazing overall and I would highly recommend this hotel. The food and fashion district is really close as it takes about 5-7 mins to get to the district. The hotel staff will tell you what to be cautious of when travelling which was really helpful. The Vietnamese community are just amazing in general, coming from a Vietnamese person myself .

Nice location. Staff are so kind. The room is as the same as the picture. Perfect size and facility. It provide buffet, pho and egg cuisine for breakfast. They contact closely to me.

We stayed at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel for almost a week and everything was perfect. On the one hand, the facilities are very good, everything is very clean, the room and bathroom are large, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel is very good, it is in the centre of the old town, but that doesn't affect the sleep without noise from the street. What we would like to highlight the most is the staff who are AMAZING! From the first contact we felt very comfortable and supported to solve doubts and organize excursions or whatever we needed. And when we had problems with the plane on the last day, it was a real relief to be able to count on your support. Thank you so much for everything Anna, ĐA, Mike and the whole team! You made our stay great. For all these reasons, we would highly recommend this hotel. A definite hit!

The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. They gave us suggestions of where to visit and what to do whilst visiting. The breakfast included was great and we felt very well looked after. The room was comfortable and was perfect for our brief night’s stay before visiting Ha Long!

We requested a quiet room in a busy central area and they surely delivered. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the restaurant serving breakfast was good quality with great selection. If you let them know you have allergies/intolerances they will accomodate you. I have to add that ĐA at reception was exceptional host, we could not have asked for more informative and outstanding service. Thank you so much!!!

I was traveling with my wife and two daughters. We traveled around Asia for a few weeks and this was one of our favorite hotels. I have traveled extensively throughout my life and have to say that the hotel here definitely has some of the friendliest, most welcoming staff I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. We really appreciated Anna and the other front desk people who went out of their way to be friendly and engaging to our entire family. It was always such a joy to speak and interact with them. They really made our stay memorable! The location right in the old town is wonderful and even though we were on a busy street, once we closed the windows everything was nice and quiet.

Room is spacious, neat and tidy. The breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Hotel is just a short walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and water puppet show. I recently stayed at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel for 3 nights. This was my first trip to Hanoi and I was very happy with this hotel. The location is excellent for those wanting to be in the old quarter, you can easily walk to most of the tourist sites. The staff was excellent during my stay, they are always willing to help and make recommendations on things to do. The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, on Sunday evenings the area around the lake is closed to traffic and you can join to locals enjoying the park and the night market. Overall, if you are looking for a very solid hotel in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter I would recommend the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel.

This hotel is fan! It is in a super location and minutes from the lake. We stayed over a weekend when the road around the lake is closed off to traffic and you can stroll without fear of motorised vehicles, particularly scooters. The staff (especially Da) gave us a warm welcome and drinks on arrival. On our second day the hotel moved us up 3 floors to another room that was bigger and would apparently suit us better. Nothing more to pay and we would have been fine in the other room, they just wanted to improve our comfort which was very nice of them. We would recommend and return to this hotel time and again. It's a gem

Where to start?! Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is an outstanding hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi. Definitely our favourite hotel in Vietnam and possibly everywhere else too!

Excellent service which is consistently demonstrated from all staff. My family and I felt very welcome and taken care of throughout the trip. Great breakfast - very thoughtful and the buffet menu changes daily. Thank you all in making this enjoyable for us!

There are many reasons why we loved this hotel, however one of the main reasons was because of the people who work here. All the staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic! I have never experienced such amazing and attentive service! Special mention to Da who throughout our stay made us feel very welcome and at home.

This hotel offers a quiet refuge in the heart of the noise, lights and vibrant energy of the old quarter of the city. The attention that staff gives guests makes this an exceptional hotel particularly for tourists. I've stayed at plenty of 5 star luxury hotels with extremely attentive staff but in environments where you would feel uncomfortable dressing like a tourist. It is unusual to find the kind of hotels that are comfortable for tourists but also provide such attentive individual service. I booked two tours through the hotel chain's travel agency prior to arrival. It was very easy to book the trips and I was able to ask questions and receive quick responses by email. I went to Halong Bay on a group tour that was very enjoyable and then to Ninh Binh on a private tour that was also very enjoyable. I was also able to arrange for hotel pickup. I very much appreciated being able to handle all of these requests through the hotel's website. My room was very comfortable. The hotel supplied plenty of free bottled water. The buffet at breakfast offered lots of western and Vietnamese foods as well as made to order eggs. The front desk was also helpful in making reservations for other restaurants.

We could not fault the service in this hotel. Every staff member was smiling, helpful, and most could speak English and wanted to help us. Da knew all our names within a couple of hours, Anna was delightful. A wonderful stay.

Welcome to hanoi. After first problems with the taxi drivers in hanoi we arrived at our hotel. We were warmly received and welcomed. We got a room which fulfilled our wishes. The service at the reception has to be praised here explicitly. An unbelievably nice lady brought us to our room and made a great plan for us on a city map. Whether coffee, food or drink - it was great. I will definitely come again, then with my partner. Of course in the same hotel. Full score greetings from Berlin.

Look no further, book this hotel now! My husband and I are on our honeymoon and spent our first night in Hanoi at this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received the best service from the most friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is situated in a prime location in the Old Quarter and is walking distance from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. The breakfast here was so delicious. The room is very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and want to thank the staff so much for a wonderful stay.

We made a reservation for the deluxe twin room for two nights and enjoyed a free upgrade to the family room. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly - especially Anna, who took the initiative to arrange for late check-out for us. Breakfast was a great spread and the location was superb. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Will definitely be back if I visit Hanoi again.

My parents and I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! All staff members were immediately extremely accommodating and friendly to us - we were greeted with drinks and snacks during check-in and greeted every day both on our way out and in during our stay (Da in particular stood out to us - he made an effort to learn all of our names and always used them when greeting us). The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our trip throughout Vietnam (which also included stops in Hoi An and Hue).

I have been to Hanoi 3 times for work and each time have stayed at this hotel. You can count on an impeccable clean environment and extremely friendly staff. The rooms have everything you want to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is close to Hoen Kiem Lake and is within the Old Quarter. When my co-workers were staying at the Royal Premium, I stayed here. I won’t stay any other place.

Had a great stayed at Royal Premium in Aug. Staff couldnt do enough and everything was perfectly organised. We booked the indulgence package and went to Halong Bay on a cruise, and cannot rate this experience highly enough. Everything about the organisation of this package from booking to arrival was perfect and easy. The location of the hotel was also great for a first time visit to Hanoi being close the old town, lake and french quarter. The restaurant at the hotel was also wonderful. Highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent providing top quality service and taking the time and making the effort to get to know you and what you need. Ideal location in the old quarter close to the Hoan Kiem lake easy walking access to restaurants and bars. Couldn't be more helpful in arranging trip to Halong bay (excellent two day one night) and flight and transfer to Hue. Buffet breakfast also excellent.

We stayed for two nights early in June with our 4 year old, and really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Premium hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our son was feeling poorly one day. The rooms are great and have everything you need for a city break, and the food in the restaurant is excellent. We’d definitely recommend and would stay again if we’re in Hanoi.

Mr Da at the hotel was wonderful and made our stay very comfortable He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He even arranged a birthday treat for my friend. Other staff were great but none like Da.

What a gem! the Royal Premium hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff - especially Mr. Da remembered our names and itinerary the whole time we were there. What an amazing hotel! We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and had requested an early check in. We were greeted at the hotel by Da, who proceeded to give us an in depth guide to our surroundings (what to do/where to go). He then checked us in so we could go and catch up on some sleep following our 12 hour flight! We had booked a trip to Halong Bay in the middle of our stay in Hanoi. Leaving our large suitcases at the hotel was no problem, and we were once again warmly greeted and checked back in by Duy and his team when we arrived back. Can not recommend this hotel enough, great location and even better service!

The staff of the Royal Premium Hotel was amazing! They were constantly trying to help in every way they could. The dining room staff was especially helpful and efficient. So was the front desk staff. All were extremely helpful. All in all the hotel was first class. They made our stay extremely pleasant.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff took care of us from the minute our plane landed in Hanoi to the minute we flew out. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A friend of mine introduced me once few month ago after his Hanoi trip! It was very short stay but I got hooked with everything they offered! Hotel was on the wonderful location. Lovely design. Matching F&B concept! Staff was fantastic! Will come back!

Room on the small side but that’s standard for Hanoi due to narrow building codes. Anna and her staff was amazing. Multiple times we have gone to her for tour, eat and shopping recommendations. All were good. Some were great b/c they were not touristy places but frequented by locals. Highly recommended and will booked again next time I go Hanoi.

The service at this hotel is really exceptional. The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive to detail. We had a beautiful spacious and quiet suite on the 5th floor overlooking the street. This hotel is right in the middle of the busy Old Quarter yet it feels like a clean and calm oasis. The buffet breakfast provided is generous with a good variety of choices.

All the staffs were very kind, they alaways take cared us. And the gotel's location is very close to Hoankiem lake so we could walk to almost every famous places. We hope to visit this hotel again if we go to Hanoi again!

The hotel is very well located and the old quarter is just a few minutes walk. The staff is so warm and helpful - truly exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond for us multiple times, especially Da without whom our stay wouldn't have been half as easy. The rooms are clean and they accommodated all our dietary requirements during breakfast which we really appreciate!

Stayed here for two nights, from July 11 to 13th. I loved this place. From the moment I stepped in, I felt extremely welcome. Check in process was amazing and I was escorted up to my room all within 10 minutes of my arrival. Room was clean and amazing. The staff was amazing!!! Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Lovely hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the airport, within the Old District but not too close to all the noise. Walking distance from every good places to visit. Lots of good shops and restaurants around. It is surprisingly affordable with good amenities and the staff are extra helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is superb. Highly recommended. It will be my hotel of choice when I come back to Hanoi.

The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return.

The staff here will just make everything so easy, the smiling faces and friendly vibes are amazing. If you want to book a taxi or day trip it's so easy at the hotel...the location is perfect, the hotel itself is comfortable and spacious enough and I would highly recommend!

We've just completed a 5 night stay here and it's been a wonderful experience. ĐA especially was a delight to deal with, as were all the staff who are friendly, funny, engaging and very pleasant. Location wise you're in the middle of old quarter. Everything is within a few mins walk and even if you want to venture further out. It's easy to navigate. Breakfast selection was good with plenty of choice for all diets. Should we come back to Hanoi we'll stay here for sure. Its been great.

I was only in Hanoi for 1 night as I had to change my plans with the super typhoon heading towards Hanoi. The hotel is in a very handy location in the old quarter. Close to walk to all attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

The hotel’s location was in the heart of Old Quarters, which was helpful to move around the area. Walking distance to coffee places, night life and shopping area. The staff helped to understand the area and suggested day’s itinerary and were very helpful in general.

The room was comfortable for its price. The breakfast was good enough and was served early. The location was perfect for those who want the tourist area that abounds with traditional restaurants and bargain shops. The staff were really very helpful.

Superb hotel, the staff is lovely, smiling and they provide a service (there is a doorman who opens the door for you every time you go out), at the reception they are attentive and kind, making recommendations of what is around. If you want to leave your luggage to go one night on the bay of Along no problem, they give you a ticket and keep your luggage. We found the breakfast great (special mention for the bacon and eggs that we order at the minute and there are all kinds of eggs... poached, omelet... and we who love eggs, it is really very appreciable (the poached eggs have never been missed, runny heart) and fresh fruit. The hotel looks better in real life than in the photos. The rooms are ultra clean 10/10 we do not regret this hotel at all.

As for the hotel, it is Very centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, walking distance from the Hoan Keim lake, water puppet theatre, shopping street and all the sights of hanoi are easily accessible from there. Highly recommended to stay here, and I shall definitely plan another trip to Hanoi and ensure staying here again.

We returned to this hotel after our cruise for another night because it's in a good location and the staff are all very welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and were genuinely interested in talking with us.

Airport transfer service reasonably priced and really helpful after a very long flight! Made our arrival stress free and had a very warm welcome. Reception really friendly, providing lots of reccomendations for things to do and places to eat. Bedroom was lovely with a good sized bathroom. Great central location in the old quarter - cannot reccomend staying here enough!

The location was ideal for exploring the historic and old toan quarters. The staff was very courteous and reliable.

The staff were the friendliest and most accomodating I have ever come across in all my travels around the world. The location of the hotel is the best. You literally have to walk for 3-5 minutes to reach places like Lake Hoan Kiem, Beer Street, Shopping areas, most popular Cafes & Restaurants. We even walked to the Train Street! The rooms are extremely clean, not too spacious but good enough to stay comfortably. Breakfast was good, a lot of Vietnamese & other options that you can choose from. The restaurant is nice, we spent at least 1 hour there everyday. Service is exceptionally good. The staff will make you feel truly welcome with their hospitality. Special mention - Tracy! She is one of the nicest, sweetest & most helpful people that I've come across. Before booking this hotel, I was a little skeptical as there were some negative comments about the hotel. But now that I have stayed there, I know better. Please book this property right away, you will not regret the decision.

ĐA and Ms Anna were excellent is providing us with all the information for hanoi. My kids really enjoyed the warm greetings everytime we passed by reception on way out or in and also learnt a few vietnamese words from the staff. Breakfast was great with options for hotel to cook eggs or pho for you as well. Location was right in old quarter but was not noisy.

It was the best stay in Hanoi so far! Location, cleanliness, breakfast, especially staff… Even though we booked one day before, I, who stayed already in 2 different places in Hanoi, can assure you the value-price ratio is unbelievably good. They made our stay so smooth. We had to arrive at 2 am in the morning and leave next day early in the morning but they welcomed us with a big smile and prepared our breakfast even before the breakfast time. Big shout out to the staff!! Additionally, Anna at the travel desk has really good english and helped us with planning our next visit in Pu Luong. We especially would like to thank to Anna for kindness and constant support.

Personal service was on another level. Anna was very helpful, friendly and made us feel special. She recommended things to do in our next city, even printed a must see things on paper!! Also before leaving she made sure that we didnt forgot anything and talked with our grab driver. We stayed in very good hotels but nobody greeted us the way they greeted us here. Biggest recommendations!

Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service.

The staff were all really helpful and friendly. When we had an early morning flight, they arranged a takeaway breakfast for us. Great communication. It was easy to arrange a pickup from our hotel in Ninh Binh. The breakfast selection is good, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is good in general. The food is good and reasonably priced. Great location in the Old Quarter too, lots to do in walking distance. Great for the price.

The hotel was authentic with Vietnamese design. The staff was extremely friendly, helping us arranges taxi’s, and providing us with a list of popular Vietnamese dishes with recommended restaurants and serving us a delicious breakfast. The room was wonderful. The hotel provided everything for a city trip. We were even able to take a shower after check out. Cooling down after a day in the city before we took the night train to Hue.

Excellent staff, provided great local recommendations for food and sights. Special callout to ĐA and Anna who were always there to help,arrange transport or just provide assistance as required. Location of hotel was great starting point for exploring the old quarter.

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. Lovely room with a small balcony. Good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic eateries on the doorstep including the Bun Cha right next door.
