Luxury Landmark 81 Urban Riverside

I was on business travel. Just want to try out new hotels. Turned out to be a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

We were fortunate to be upgraded on arrival and benefitted from additional space with a living room and desk. The rooms are in keeping with the hotel ambiance and the staff were attentive and helpful.

We enjoy our staycation here for 1 days and everything was perfect. The hotel is right at the heart of the city. Room are clean and staff are friendly.

The room is very modern , posh and clean. Centrally located and accessible to all malls: vincom, parkson,union square, just walking distance away. There’s a square as you step out of the hotel with lots of people crowding it in the evening. The square is clean and well-lit. Breakfast, wide spread. Can sit indoor or outdoor. Room is cozy and you don’t feel like going out!!

Great location at heart of Hi Chi Minh, no need to grab a Taxi or Grab to go for shopping and museums around, clean rooms and facilities and polite staff.

The hotel was fantastic and very near to all the places on interest. Mostly are within walking distance. The hotel service nice buffet and facilities was good. Staff were friendly and the room were comfortable. Highly recommend

Great location for exploring HCM city and very friendly staff.

The staff were amazing and let us check in early, check out late and continue to use their facilities aftee we had checked out (our flight was at 11pm so we left our luggage and then also came back to shower etc). Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to everyone!

A well located hotel with a great view and amenities. A little loud at times, but that's just HCMC,Very nice room with beautiful bathtube. Will be back to this hotel.

Rooms are super, great design & just about got it all right. My room they have hung the toilet door the wrong way but overall very well done.

Near to Tan Son Nhat airport. They provide free shuttle service pick-up from Terminal 2, which is really nice. Unfortunately they still not yet providing the shuttle service to new Terminal 3. The hotel is just walking distance to Terminal 1 (i.e. old domestic terminal). All in all it is convenient and hotel also clean.

Stunning and historical hotel opposite the old port of Saigon.

The room space is enough to accommodate family of 4. The location of the hotel is strategic near to many of tourist attractions.

3 bedrooms condo can only sleep 6 and not 7-8 as advertised. Sofa in living room is too small and short for anybody to sleep on. Furniture suitable for a 3 star hotel and no TV in any bedrooms.

Stayed here many times and its always a favorite of mine. A great getaway from the noise, hustle and bustle of Saigon. Huge, clean rooms, with exceptional customer service, as expected of a 5 star. You wont be disappointed.

My first impression is that the hotel fits its name. It truly is a grand hotel, once you walk in through the door and into the lobby area. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Good breakfast with many options you can choose from. I only stayed here for my last 2 nights in Vietnam but will come back and stay longer the next time I am in Vietnam. My only suggestion is that the hotel staffs could be more friendlier when greeting customers.

I stayed here in delux room, it was comfortable for staying of 3 people. Rooms ar near and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. This is my second stay at this hotel.. Breakfast was amazing. Behind the hotel we get lot of small restaurant and salon

오전 10시인데도 체크인을 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 룸도 넓은 편이고, 조용하고 깔끔한편입니다. 조식도 가지수가 많으며 무난했습니다. 프론트에 문의하면 오토바이 대여도 가능합니다. 다른 이용자들 후기처럼 사워실 물이 잘안내려가는 점은 있으나, 시간이 지나면 다내려가서 그다지 불편한 점은 아니였습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

I stayed at the Legend for 7 nights over a two week period during the holiday season. From the first greeting until the last goodbye I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. As I was coming and going the front desk staff remembered my name and welcomed me back graciously. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The food was great, including the room service. Good bed with very comfortable pillows. The river view was fascinating to watch the traffic on water day and night. The location is great and I walked to every museum and other attraction. People used the pool and it was nice to sit there at the end of the day and have a drink. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is really in the great location. Facilities is amazing. Service staffs kind and polite Ms. Thu and other staff will help you since you check in

本当に素敵なホテルでした！彼氏と行きましたが本当に本当に素敵な思い出で、ベトナム旅行で一番の思い出と言っても過言ではないです。私たちはまずプールでゆっくりした後に夕食はレストランでゆっくり食べました。夕食はすごく美味しかったです。川沿いのおしゃれな場所で風が気持ちよかったです。朝ごはんも本当に美味しかったです。なによりスタッフさん方の対応が素晴らしすぎて感動的でした。バーもすごくおすすめです😘

We only stayed for one night. Our flight got in late. By the time we got to the apartment it was around 3AM. The person that assisted us was very nice and helpful. The condition of the apartment is pretty poor maintained. There was no shower curtain, the shower head was broken. Water from the shower was running all over the floor. We were too exhausted to care. We just needed some sleep after 30 hours of traveling from the U.S. We left around 11 AM the same morning. I hope their other apartments are not like that. We won’t go back again

Great location and free mini bar with good city views only 10 minute walk to Ben than market and shopping area. Staff were nice and proactive. We would recommend value for money!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 sofabed, comfortable for my family of 2. The room is fully equipped: kitchen, microwave, washing machine. Great location, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. If I return to Vietnam, I will choose to stay here again.

The shared bathroom facilities were clean and always free to use. The mattresses and pillow were good, quite firm but good for your back and neck. Would definitely recommend this place, has a great vibe and feels homely in a strange sort of way. Loved it!

It was so confusing on how to check in. I arrived at the address listed and had no idea what to do. Luckily, i called the listed number to reach out to someone. The unit was old and unkept. The sink in the master bathroom had issue with drainages, the water did not go down when i brushed my teeth or washed my face. The paint inside was old and all peeled. They do not maintain the unit well. It was so expensive for the price, you can get a room at Caravelle or Sheraton with the same price and they are in district 1. Would not recommend at all.

The foto of the apartment is completely misleading as is the name. Landmark 81 doesn't even have apartments, but is a luxury tower with shopping and offices. The real apartment is in one of many faceless towers in the neighborhood. I felt deceived!

We’ve stayed in many places in HCMC but this one tops them all. From the quality of the bed to the full kitchen and amazing city view, it exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
