Reviewed Aug 11, 2026一家人出行很完美的选择，地理位置靠近梵蒂冈，步行距离可达，如需前往市中心大概打车10欧元左右。之前和前台小姐姐一直电邮沟通，很耐心nice，当提出飞机晚点需延迟退房时，房东答复说“they can stay as long as they need”，很暖心。房间设施虽不是很先进，但一进门就有宾至如归的感觉。电梯是欧洲老式的电梯，需自己关门，孩子们很兴奋。唯一不足可能就是房间隔音差了些，不过这也可能是欧州老式公寓不可避免的问题。

Her assistance with coordinating transfers throughout my vacation was especially valuable and gave us complete confidence that everything would run smoothly. What stood out most was the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail she brought to the experience. Because of her support, I felt fully confident that my time in Rome would be enjoyable, well-planned, and stress-free. Asia’s service made a meaningful difference in the overall quality of our trip, and I am grateful for the outstanding support she provided.
There was absolutely nothing about the experience that was not enjoyable. The location is perfect for shopping and for easy access to the Vatican, but what truly stands out is the character of the surrounding neighborhood. It feels like real Rome rather than a tourist trap. The nearby cafés, street vendors, markets, and higher-end shops create an ideal balance of convenience, authenticity, and local energy. The neighborhood feels vibrant and genuine, and you can truly feel the heartbeat of Rome while walking through it. It made the stay both effortless and memorable.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - L'appartement était très confortable. - Les gentilles petites attentions à notre arrivée : la bouteille de vin, la bouteille d'huile d'olive et les petits biscuits. - Les draps de bain sont changés et la chambre faite tous les 2 jours... cela rend l'appartement encore plus confortable. - Le fait d'avoir pu communiquer avec nos hôtes par whatsapp' était rassurant lorsque nous avions des questions. - La situation de l'appartement à 10 minutes à pieds de la place Saint-Pierre et une station de métro à 2 minutes. - Il y a beaucoup de restaurants très agréables autour de l'appartement et des petits bars où prendre notre petit déjeuner. Nous nous y sommes senti vraiment bien et nous reviendrons !

Днем на ресепшене прекрасная Азия, которая помогла нам по всем возникшим у нас вопросам. Если еще будем в Риме, то выберем этот же апарт-отель!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Appartamento in un’ottima posizione, pulitissimo, spazioso e meraviglioso, dotato di tutti i confort. A pochissimi passi dalla metro e dalla fermata del bus. Ho soggiornato per un concerto e dista circa mezz’ora a piedi dallo stadio Olimpico, la strada è sicura e tranquilla. Lo staff è stato super disponibile e cordiale, esaudendo ogni nostra esigenza. È possibile lasciare le valigie presso la struttura anche dopo il check-out. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, se tornerò a Roma sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo qui!

La presenza di un grande tappeto, per motivo igienico con un bambino che sta spesso a terra non li preferiamo, ma non appena fatto presente il giorno seguente ce li hanno tolti, sono stati molto gentili a venire incontro a questa nostra richiesta

40 euro per le pulizie mi va benissimo in quanto abbiamo lasciato la stanza davvero sporca, però dovete rivedere leggermente i prezzi delle camere, per il resto PERFETTI

La posizione a pochi passi dalla metro ottaviano, la zona servitissima, la camera silenziosa, luminosa, pulita e accogliente, letti comodissimi, c'erano anche le cialde del caffè.Ottimo punto di partenza per San Pietro e per il centro città. Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Fantastic stay. Room was silent. Staff was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They organized airport transfer for us so we didn't have to worry about finding a taxi. Building has a great vibe and significant history. Neighborhood had everything within walking distance and was clean and safe.

Cea mai mare problema e faptul ca apartamentul avea o usa cred comuna cu camera vecina. Se auzea absolut tot, si daca respira mai repede auzeai. E obositor sa fie galagie mereu , sa nu te poti odihni . La wc sistemul de tragere a apei greu de folosit Lifttt fff mic, rudimentar

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025A number of nice little touches, like a free bottle of wine, cool elevator, and the apartment was serviced every other day. We liked having a concierge and being able to check-in a little early. Also, Georgia graciously allowed us to store our luggage on checkout day. We had a lovely stay!
Well, we liked having a washing machine in the building but I managed to both shrink and completely wrinkle a full load of clothes. It was operator error but a machine that allows setting the temperature might have been helpful.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Skvelé ubytovanie pre rodiny s deťmi. Ochotne nám poskytli postieľku pre syna, nebol problém ani so skladovaním kočiara. Apartmán bol veľký a veľmi čistý! V Taliansku sme boli už niekoľkokrát a práve s čistotou ubytovania sme mali viackrat problém. Syn prešiel všetky zákutia apartmánu a ani raz nenašiel niečo nepríjemné, takže za nás veľká spokojnosť. V ubytovaní nič nechýbalo, bol tam aj kávovar na kapsule, ktoré nám počas pobytu doplnili. Lokalita je výborná pokial chcete byt blízko Vatikánu. V blízkosti je aj zastávka metra a pomerne rýchlo sa dostanete ku Španielskym schodom, či Fontáne di Trevi. V okolí ubytovania je kopec reštaurácii a kaviarní a rovnako blízko sú aj rôzne malé potraviny.

İkramlar içinde ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim Konum olarak yakında metro ve otobüs durakları olduğu gibi Vatikan ve Santangelo kalesine keyifli bir yürüyüş ile 10 dk civarında ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgili ve yardımsever.
Genel olarak her şeyi sevdim sadece güneşin az olmasını ve balkon olmamasını sevmedim. Sigara içmek zordu.

По всем параметрам - эти апартаменты исключительны- месторасположение, чистота, метро- через одну остановку самый центр- Пьяцца ди Попполо! В здании есть лифт, цифровые ключи, тихо и светло! Мы жили на 4-ом этаже и целый день вы могли видеть солнце! Много магазинов и один из самых больших европейских рынков с потрясающими продуктами! Уборка каждые два дня со сменой трех полотенец на каждого человека! Есть пожелание: в номере индукционная плита, для пользования которой необходима инструкция! Желательно на английском и с картинками! Внимание Джорджии было безупречным! Благодарю еще раз, непременно остановлюсь еще раз! Да! Билеты на транспорт лучше купить в метро- на все виды транспорта и на время пребывания!

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025房间内有锅碗瓢盆还有洗碗机和电炉子，周围有很多小超市和一家家乐福 express，所以早餐基本上是买好自己做的。非常方便。另外位置距离梵蒂冈博物馆非常近，走路10分钟左右就可以到入口处。周边也很安静，房间挑高很高，窗外风景也很棒，住的非常舒适。还送了一份小点心和红酒，冰箱里有一瓶气泡水、雪碧和可乐可以享用。电梯很有特色，不过一次只能进去一个人和一个行李箱，白天电梯会比较繁忙，一直是 Occupied 状态，所以可能会不得不走楼梯。
1. 总共住了三晚，入住后第二天晚上我们回来发现房间完全没有清理，垃圾也没有倒过。不过第三天晚上回来发现床铺过，垃圾也清理过。不过没有补充饮用水，我们不得不又出门去超市买水。如果这是入住以后的规则的话，希望能够提前告知，比如入住期间只会打扫一次，冰箱内饮用水用完之后不会补充之类的。 2. 10月4日早上10点左右我们请前台那位小姐帮我们叫一辆出租车，她打了电话，然后告诉我们车牌是4317另外4分钟之后车就会到。我们在门口等了将近15分钟，出租车也没来。后来只好去楼下问前台出租车怎么一直没来，她说可能取消了。这个体验非常差，后来我们发现罗马的出租车车牌数字只有三位，另外这位前台小姐也完全不帮我们核实出租车为什么还没来或者打电话确认取消的原因。要么是这位前台的小姐撒谎想尽快打发走我们，要么意大利的出租车简直离谱到无法理解。 3. 不知道可以用自己的房卡就可以开前台房间的门，然后自助寄存行李。所以10月5日早上我们10点15左右下楼想寄存行李，发现前台没人，还以为礼拜天前台也休息。后来问打扫房间的服务人员要到了当天值班的前台小姐电话，通过电话以后才知道她正在停车，行李我们可以自己刷卡进去存放。如果能在入住之前或者入住登记的时候就告诉我们那就会省掉这种麻烦。

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025因为台风航班被取消，导致第一天不能如期入住，房东人很好，欣然同意了修改日期及退款的申请，真的非常感谢。另外，房子位置很好，离地铁站和梵蒂冈博物馆非常近，去特米尼车站坐地铁直达，非常方便。面积也很够用，卫生间很大，一房一厅，总之为旅途带来很多便利，很愉快的一次入住体验。

Вообще нет шумо изоляции, с утра проснулись в 06:00 и больше не могли уснуть и так было все три дня , такое ощущение что кто то в нашем номере пользуются туалетом
