Our stay during our honeymoon was absolutely perfect, and it would not have been the same without the amazing people who made us feel so welcome. Asante, Babo & Bam always picked us up with a smile, asked how we were doing, and were incredibly kind and attentive every single time. We will always remember their smiles and the warmth they showed us. At the main pool bar, Lakmal made us feel as if we had been friends for years. He is such a wonderful, warm and genuine person, and he made every visit to the bar even more enjoyable. The cherry on top was Fernando, who was truly like a father figure during our stay. He was always checking in, asking how we were doing and genuinely caring for the hotel guests as if they were his own family. His kindness and hospitality were unforgettable. The food was absolutely amazing, the room service was outstanding, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special and memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Everything went great. I was shocked by the high level of organization and management of the resort, and how smart everyone on the staff is. They are soooo smart, and I was shocked especially by the smartness of the concierge team, Suresh, Ibrahim Umar, and Srinivas. I have never experienced a concierge team communicating throughout their shift. Each one has two devices and talks all the time in order to deliver the best service, which serves all the guests and increases the comfort of your stay. The size of the room is so big, the size of the bed is so big, they have many many pools, many restaurants, they have many lakes that have very beautiful, colorful fish all the way, the peacocks added a spicy touch to the resort, they have a small zoo as well, small areas like a forest, the splash area is very nice, and the activities every where and all the time, you will never feel bord for a minute, I highly recommend this place.

They will leave you with nothing bad to say; they covered every area perfectly and professionally.

For the price I paid not worth it at all the beach and pools not that great everything close early no deliveries allowed kids club is not free like other hotels

I didn’t like anything for the price it’s very average specially that I had to book a beach front room thinking that it will be better and more convenient but no difference except the very high rate

Location , the sea not very pleasant, not convenient, every thing is chargeable even the kids club which is free in all hotels and no food orders can be made there

We have stayed here many times and always book the ground floor family garden suites as they are so spacious and the kids like to look out the windows for the roaming peacocks. We love having breakfast at Tamr, the options and service are always outstanding. We like to try out all of the pools and the kids love the splash pad. Most of all the staff everywhere around the resport are friendly, welcoming and will do anything to help you. We look forward to coming back again soon!

I ask for dinner…..the restaurant was far from hotel so i make my order for dine in it was very very expensive more than 800 AED for just a one burger two sandwiches club and one margarita 🫤🫤🫤

All Activities was closed except swimming pool and it close at 06:30 pm

الفندق زحمه، ألعاب مائية مشتركه بين فندقين وغير نظيفة الريوق زحمه وتنتظر والمكان صغير ومافي تنوع في الأكل ماقدرنا نفطر مر الزحمه. الفراش كان وصخ وفيه بقع.

الفندق جميل ونظيف وعائلي وهادي … مكانه جميل البحر جميل و الأحواض جميله، عندهم اكثر من حوض في المكان … ضروري تأخذون معاكم وجبات وسماكات لأنك مكان الفندق بعيد عن الأسواق و المطاعم و المطاعم الي في الفندق اسعارها غاليه

السعر مبالغ فيه .. نزلنا نتعشا في البوفيه للمطعم .. حسب علينا على كل شخص 269 درهم … الصراحة المبلغ مبالغ فيه و البوفيه محدودو الصراحة وجوده الاكل وايد عاديه … أنا كنت حاجزه الشاليه مع الفطور وللأسف حتى الفطور محدود وما فيه وايد خيارات الصراحة ..

} ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. As a family traveling with children, we expected a welcoming and comfortable stay. Instead, we were met with unnecessary restrictions, constant complications, and an attitude that made us feel like we were causing problems simply by being guests. The check-in process was frustrating and far more difficult than it should have been. We were charged for almost everything possible, and throughout our stay it felt as though guest comfort was the lowest priority. What truly shocked us was the way food deliveries were handled. We ordered food for our children and faced unnecessary obstacles and inconvenience over something that should have been simple. To make matters worse, we noticed insects in the room, which was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance standards. The check-out experience was just as unpleasant. Rather than making guests feel appreciated, the staff made us feel rushed to leave, creating an uncomfortable ending to an already frustrating stay. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, unaccommodating, and stressful. We travel frequently and stay in many hotels, but this was one of the least welcoming experiences we have had. Unfortunately, we would not return and would not recommend this hotel to families

We liked the flexibility of the resort utilising all the F&B outlets & facilities. Great beach access & kids loved the water sports.

Really didn’t like the shower gel or soap, it smelt horrible. Would recommend taking your own wash amenities.

The room and the room facilities were very nice. the golf cart team and the valet parking team were really nice people always with a smile. The checkin team was nice too but too slow. The area was very safe.

Pool was very dirty, breakfast too simple missing healthy foods and some better Fruit nice Granola. Overall better product for the breakfast. No water in the room the last day, check in was very slow knowing that everything was reserved.

The staff and atmosphere were very good. We enjoyed our stay and very kids friendly.

It was tedious trying to figure out where the coffee was, how to make reservations for dinner or how to order a buggy. But, the concierge were very helpful.

Although we booked during Eid Holiday and the hotel was full, the facilities and service provided was still high level.

We absolutely love tennis, and it’s wonderful to know we can use the tennis facility every day during our stay! The staff at Club Jumana have been incredible, helping us out with our bookings and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, our room is really spacious, making our experience even better!

We had breakfast at the Wild Orchid, and overall, the food was great! However, the watermelon was not up to par. I promptly informed the manager on duty, who tasted it and removed it from the counter. The next day, we had breakfast at La Fontana, and everything was excellent.

The Tamr swimming pool was not clean, it needs a full refresh of the water as it feels very dirty. The Splash zone was far too busy, it felt unsafe

The pool the The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The landscaping and gardens were excellent, and the swimming pools were clean and enjoyable.

There is no permanent shaded area around the pool. We had to rely solely on the movable umbrellas, which were not sufficient to protect us from the sun. As a result, we suffered severe sunburn, and the children were affected even more severely. Moreover, the seawater was not clear, and there were jellyfish in the area. We were stung by jellyfish, which made it impossible for us to enjoy or safely use the beach and sea area during our stay.

Very nice location and lot of facilities. Family friendly resort.
