I have stayed JA Beach hotel & JA Palm Tree many times - but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at JA Lake View. The staff at reception (I think her name is Jenisha) was very professional and welcoming - she upgraded us to a better room with pool / fountain view. The female supervisor at the reception was also very proactive, helpful & warm. All the housekeeping staff were professional, friendly & warm. All the staff at 81 were brilliant - including Munna, Thiri & Kabil - it was inspiring to see their work ethic & the way they went the extra mile. There was also a female supervisor at 81 (Indian or Sri Lankan) who managed the impatient large dinner crowd on Saturday night very, very well. Wilson at Sports Cafe was proactive, warm, welcoming, swift & brilliant ! Irushi at Sports Cafe was warm & welcoming as well ! Karam at Sports Cafe & La Fontana was also very professional ! All the staff helping with car valet parking were brilliant, professional, proactive & welcoming.

I did not like taking the stairs up & down to the golf carts so I used my car to go back and forth from Lake View to the restaurants & pools at Palm Tree & Beach Hotel and back - that said, engaging with the security staff at the entrance barrier gates of both Lake View & Beach hotel felt like a frustrating interrogation every time.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location is far from the main attractions and shopping areas, and there are very limited options nearby for buying food, groceries, or basic necessities. The hotel does not have a supermarket or even a small shop where guests can purchase essential items. The nearest places to buy food or other necessities are quite far away, which was very inconvenient, especially for a family. Considering the facilities and services provided, I also found the hotel quite expensive and not good value for money. Another disappointing issue was the hotel’s policy regarding basic items. We simply needed an empty plate, but we were told that we would have to pay an extra charge for it. After speaking with the staff, they agreed not to charge us that time, but we were told that if we requested another plate, we would be charged. I found this unreasonable and disappointing for a hotel. The swimming pool was also not clean and clearly needed better maintenance. The room itself was very small, and unfortunately, the floor was extremely dirty. When we opened the extra bed, it had clearly not been cleaned beforehand. The sheets had food particles and hair on them, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, the hotel is quite far from everything, the cleanliness was below expectations, and the facilities did not justify the price. I would not consider this hotel good value for money, especially for families. The hotel also only has one restaurant, with a very limited menu and not many food choices. The prices were extremely high, especially considering the location of the hotel and the limited alternatives available nearby. Because there were almost no other options around the hotel, guests were basically forced to either pay the hotel’s expensive food prices or travel a considerable distance just to find more affordable food. I found this very inconvenient and unfair.

At 3 am… I wake up because there was a loud sound in the AC that could not allow me to sleep so I did not slept well at that night I also could not call the reception to check the issue because my kids were sleeping Also things were not communicated properly before booking such as the security deposit and charges for the extra bed that I did not ask for it and they force me to pay it That all

First of all, the **valet parking service** was exceptional. The team was very professional, welcoming, and helpful, which made our arrival very smooth and comfortable. The check-in experience with the **reception and reservation team** was also excellent. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and supportive. I requested an upgrade, but unfortunately, there was no room available at the time. However, instead of simply declining my request, the team kindly supported us by providing an **extra bed**, which we really appreciated. The **room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious**, with a beautiful view. The **swimming pools were amazing**, especially for families, with great options for both adults and children. Even though the weather was hot during our stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel during the **winter season** as well. The **food was delicious, fresh, clean, and professionally prepared**, and the service throughout our stay was truly excellent and outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to all my **friends and colleagues**, and I am sure I will choose Lake View Hotel Jabal Ali again and again for future family stays. This is my favourite getaway for staycations 8n Dubai. The resort is huge and comprises three interconnected hotels with a gulf course, a beach and a marina. Guests can use the facilities of any hotels. Lake view is the most modern of the three.

موقعه بعيد جداً عن الخدمات الاساسيه ولاتعمل تطبيقات التوصيل ، وللاسف تم اخذ مني تأمين 500 درهم والى الان لم يسترد انصح الجميع بعدم المغادره الا بعد تحصيل التامين

The food was horrible. The buffet is very poor, either on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very bad, the sounds of the peacocks during the late night was very annoying. we couldn’t sleep well.

The internet data connection is poor and keeps disconnecting. TV is not smart to connect the apps entertainment. It has only Youtube .

The facilities are nice, but the stay was disappointing due to poor hospitality.

Unacceptable Hygiene: We found a large nail inside the toilet, which is extremely unhygienic and shocking. Lack of Basic Hospitality: We checked in late, and not a single gesture of hospitality was offered. In this extreme heat, no water was provided upon arrival, which is very disappointing and not in line with expected standards. Inadequate Medical Assistance: My son was bleeding, and I requested a first aid kit. The response was slow and unprepared. They didn’t even have a waterproof plaster, despite us staying at a beachfront property where such items are essential. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: One of your security team members was extremely rude to my children and to me. His tone, body language, and inappropriate staring. I have his name and you are free to call for details.
