The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The site is close to the 16th St. shopping area, though the three blocks to that area feel bleak. The staff was helpful and friendly. Modern decor.

The carpet needed a good cleaning. Parking is $32/night which I didn’t notice in the listing. I didn’t drive, so I wasn’t looking for parking costs.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the light bite in the evening was superb for an evening meal. It has a great location so I walked to my events rather than taking cabs. Overall great value for money

Muy pocas plazas de estacionamiento en el hotel, pero lo bueno es que hay opciones muy cerca y más económicas que en el hotel.

Kitchenette, 24/7 pool and gym allowed me to eat and exercise around jetlag and conference. Big desk and plenty of sockets for working. Really convenient for convention centre. Will definitely use Staybridge again in other locations

The staff was very helpful. I stayed there 8 nights and I got a lot of useful tips and advice from Samantha regarding plethora of areas: shoping, car rental, good restaurants, places to enjoy music in the evenings, hiking in the area and many more. The apartment was very well equipped and located close to the city centre.

Breakfast was very good. Happy hour in the early part of the week was a pleasant surprise. We were able to walk to alot of the places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the hot tub. The room was spacious. The towels were replaced and the bed was made daily.

Trying to find the entrance was very difficult. Parking at the hotel was sparse, but the lot across the street worked well. Loading and unloading was difficult because of the space restrictions.

Les équipements étaient vieillissants. Le canapé lit était sale et le lit n’avait pas été fait pour notre enfant. Il a fallu insister pour qu’ils viennent préparer le lit car ils voulaient qu’on dorme à trois dans le même lit pour la première nuit car le personnel de ménage n’était pas disponible à notre heure d’arrivée.

Parking is expensive and extremely difficult. The website states that the rooms have safes and they do NOT. One of the rooms AC wasn’t working properly and the maintenance guy was not helpful.

I liked the happy hour. The staff was friendly.

The room was very big and the bed was super comfy.

On the first evening I spent nearly 15 minutes at reception waiting for a member of staff to get further information about parking. I ended up being helped by another customer who was waiting!

Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort a due passi dal conference center e dal centro della città. La camera è spaziosa, il letto è comodo e il bagno è dotato di tutte le cose necessarie.

La macchina del ghiaccio nel congelatore non poteva essere fermata. Ad un certo punto del soggiorno abbiamo usato una tazza ed è stata avviata la lavastoviglie per lavarla sprecando quindi un sacco di acqua inutilmente. Inoltre, nonostante sia presente una piccola cucina, sono assenti piatti, posate e pentole/padelle.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating but our room was only cleaned once in the 5 days we stayed there. And the pool was not useable for more than half that time which was very disappointing for my family.

Stayed here for 7 nights for a conference. Great value for money, very large rooms with proper workspace and comfy beds. Breakfast was really nice as well

The property was comfortable, clean, and in a good location. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall stay was pleasant.

There was nothing major to complain about.

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it easy to explore Denver. I was able to walk to the 16th Street area, access Union Station, and conveniently join several excursions during my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a full hot breakfast each morning and provided a good start to the day. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and served as a great home base for my trip.

My main concern was the noise that traveled through the air-conditioning vent into the room, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. There was very little hallway noise, so it appeared the sound was coming through the ventilation system. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent over the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, coffee supplies were not replenished, and room cleaning appeared less thorough than expected. While these issues did not ruin the stay, addressing them would improve the overall guest experience.

The location was convenient to our activities during our stay. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Close to the theater.

The breakfast food was not very good. The staff was ok, but not very attentive. Had their earbuds in while talking to you, etc.

The room was clean. The toiletries were from Dove which ranks the hotel into the low-mid quality tier. Friendly and helpful receptionists.

The breakfast items once laid our were never replenished or heated, getting cold and often running out by 9. A lot of the staff does not speak English. The machines in the fitness room are old. The few outlets in the room are on the lamps (!). The room had a stove but no - zero - utensils, cups or skillets. Not a single spoon or fork. Whoever owns the hotel is pinching their pennies.

La habitación es muy equipada, con cocinilla, refrigerador grande, lavavajillas. La ubicación muy central, a pocas cuadras de la calle 16 que tiene buses gratuitos y comercio; al lado del convention center. El personal muy amable. Los desayunos variados en cuanto a la proteina.

Me faltó que tuvieran cubiertos en la habitación. No tiene ollas ni nada para usar en la cocinilla.

Nice, new hotel located close to downtown. Access to beverages & fruit and complimentary social / happy hour 3 days a week with wine and small bites is a plus. Very nice, customer-oriented staff. Highly recommend.

The chicken in the room had initially no utensils / silverware, I had to call reception to get a teaspoon for the coffee. All in all, the staff was very accommodating.

Voyage dans le cadre d'une conférence au Convention Center de Denver. Excellent localisation géographique pour le but de la conférence. Personnel très agréable. Petite cuisine dans la chambre pratique pour un voayge de 5 jours.

Petit-déjeuner américain inclus dans le prix de la chambre, c'était passable (fruit decongelé, guacamole industriel, fromage rapé sans gout, mais machine à gauffre disponible - nous ne l'avons pas essayée). Chambres mal insonorisée, bruits de salle de bain des voisins dérangeant, air conditioné très bruyant.

Location was perfect - right in the middle of everything. The staff was amazing - everyone very pleasant. Breakfast was really good - and the staff helped me pack it to go so I could make my meeting on time.

The pool was not a pool but a wading square. The hot tub was really like a bath. It shouldn't have been promoted as a pool. On the street side, the noise was extreme.

My only complaints are poor water pressure in the shower, and the fact that there's no door between the bathroom sink and the rest of the room.
