Reviewed Aug 28, 2026إقامة رائعة ، الفندق نظيف وهادي جداً والغرف مريحة ومرتبة، والخدمة ممتازة من لحظة الوصول حتى المغادرة. طاقم العمل متعاون وبشوش ويهتم براحة النزلاء. كما أن خدمة المواصلات إلى الحرم كانت منظمة ومريحة. تجربة جميلة وسأكرر الإقامة بإذن الله.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026الفندق موقعه رائع يبعد عن الحرم 5 دقائق بالسيارة. تواجد سيارات الأجرة 24 ساعه 5 الى 10 ريال المشوار. يوجد مطاعم وبقالات ومحلات كثيرة قريبة جدا من الفندق انصح به .

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Right across from Qatari mosque, shops and food options near by, there are a couple of laundries as well. Close to haram if you take a taxi, less than 5 minutes.
Not clean at all, cockroaches in the bathroom, found one crawling on the pillow! the hotel is primarily let down by it's Cleanliness. There is a shuttle to the Haram but it took a very long route to get to the new extension.

حضرت الصباح وكنت أرغب في تسجيل الحضور المبكر التنازل عن الحجز بالكامل لكن رفض الفندق ذلك واضطريت أحجز يوم عن ثلاث ساعات أربع مما أزعجنا بالإضافة أننا غيرنا الغرفة مرتين المرة الأولى كان المرحاض غير جيد والمرة الثانية باب الحمام لا يمكن إغلاقه

Bad Katastrophe Kein Essen zur Verfügung, aber in Beschreibung soll es eins geben . Die Lage ist Katastrophe Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Also würde es nicht empfehlen.

فيه موظفه تداوم الصباح ماعرف اسمها لكن لا اسلوب ولا تقدير اتصلت علي الصباح تقول عندك خروج اليوم ولازم تطلع الساعه 2 أو تنزل الان تمدد ولا ينحسب عليك رسوم؟؟ هنا تكره الفندق وتظيفه للبلاك لست مباشره اللباقه فن.. اتمنى ادارة الفندق تهتم للنقطه هذي
