A chegada o quarto tinha um odor desagradável e sinais de falta de higiene. O colchão era bastante desconfortável. As instalações mostravam sinais de envelhecimento e falta de actualização.

The location is very close to the beach and not far away from the town. Also, close to some good restaurants. The breakfast was good. The room was confortable enough.

muito envelhecido hotel classificado de cinco estrelas e a cobrar preços como tal. alojaram-nos num quarto num anexo ao pé da piscina: tudo muito velho, longe do edifício principal, casa de banho pequena, candeeiro na mesa de cabeceira a desfazer-se, sem bidé, enfim, quarto dum hotel de 3-4 estrelas. Área da recepção do hotel requer uma renovação rapidamente. Tudo tem um aspecto antigo e gasto. Potencial existe dadas as dimensões da propriedade e do edifício; mas tudo a precisar duma renovação a sério se querem manter e cobrar como 5 estrelas. À noite o logo PESTANA no topo do hotel só tem alguma acesas; tudo muito descuidado.

Fabulous location on the cliffs. A very nice room with the most beautiful view of the sea. Excellent breakfast buffet. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. A relaxing place away from the town.

They advertise Airport Transfers...but its not free. It was €95. each way. No irons in the room. I requested an iron three times but they could not locate an iron which seemingly was in another room. A five star hotel needs more irons.

Excelente localização, com vista deslumbrante para a praia e para o mar. Extraordinária piscina de exterior para crianças e adultos. Pequeno almoço ótimo. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Sonoridade e conforto do quarto. Foi realizado a marcação e respectivo pagamento com cama de casal e o que foi facultado foi 2 camas juntas e a cama para a criança que foi instalada no quarto possuía um colchão muito duro que dificultou o descanso da criança. As refeições no bar junto da piscina são excessivamente caras, posso dizer que a primeira refeição para um casal é uma criança foram umas sandes ( tipo baguete) com bebidas e um gelado e um café a acompanhar e teve um custo de 80 €….

Cena totalmente non all’altezza del prezzo. Nessun piatto preparato al mwmento come in motli 4 stelle e in tutti i 5. Prezzi bevande non esposti e “malintesi” sugli stessi a cui il personale non ha risposto con cortesia.

La posizione molto buona, a 6 minuti dal centro in macchina. La camera grande e confortevole. Il personale gentile.

Ben lontano da essere un 5 stelle nei servizi. Room service pessimo, ordini e non portano tutto ciò che hai ordinato sbagliando anche qualcosa. In più arriva freddo e ci vuole più di 50 minuti. In più sia alla piscina che alla spiaggia non siamo riusciti a trovare il personale per avere degli asciugamani.

SUL mare, spiaggia meravigliosa con i difetti dell’oceano portoghese (acqua molto fredda). Una piscina esterna bellissima, una piscina coperta con idromassaggio e una piccola palestra per allenarsi. Colazione super completa e per tutti i gusti e le necessità. Ma è il servizio che fa la differenza. Personale attentissimo, super professionale ed efficiente.

The amenities in the room weren’t consistently topped up, we had to contact reception a number of times for refills

O acesso direto à praia é maravilhoso, as opções do buffet no pequeno-almoço e jantar no restaurante também (inclusive para crianças). Atendimento muito atencioso de toda a equipe para apoiar na logística de alimentação da minha bebé (guardar comida congelada, aquecer todas as refeições na cozinha).

Disponibilizar uma sala de apoio à maternidade numa área comum, tipo perto da piscina, com trocador, poltrona de amamentação, aquecedor de biberões e microondas para aquecer de forma autónoma a comida do bebé, sem ter que pedir a toda a hora para aquecerem nas cozinhas (apesar da equipe do hotel o fazer sempre com a maior simpatia).

Se ve algo viejo y las instalaciones algo descuidadas (gimnasio, piscina, habitaciones). La relación calidad-precio es desmesurada. Nos resultó demasiado caro para la calidad percibida.

Breakfast was superb, so much choice and all very fresh, great to have your omelette and your pancakes made on spot. Hotel pool beautiful and when we were there in June, whilst around the pool was busy, the actual pool wasn't busy so loads of room for a decent swim. Staff so friendly and attentive and always smiling. Location great with easy access to a fantastic boardwalk for an early morning walk.

Earlier check in would have been great. Arrived on a very early flight and our room wasn't ready until after 4pm

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr schön.

Mein Zimmer und sein View waren miserabel . Es sollte Gartenview sein, stattdessen war eine verwüstete Wiesen umgibt von kaputte zäune hinter des Parkplatzes. Das Zimmer roch muffig im Wohnbereich zudunkel, Eimeisen auf die Bettlaken und Spinnen netz an die Decke auch kleine Eidechs war einmal im Zimmer, alsob das zimmer lange nicht bewohnt war! Schlafbereich zu eng, Badezimmer zuklein für ein Suit. Zimmerausstattung aus 80 Jahren. zusammengefasst das Aufenthalt für 400€/pro Nacht war nicht Wert👎🏾

Location was excellent beside the beach. Less than 5 euro uber into town and a walk to a shop. Breakfast is quality.

The hotel is not 5 stars. It is a classic 4 star hotel. Hotel is not very well maintained and needs urgent modernisation/ a proper maintenance schedule. Eg the pool cover is yellowing, there are scratches on all the walls. The sun umbrellas are largely rusting and broken. The TVs are from 15 years ago.

Nydelig beliggenhet med vakker sjø og strand utsikt og et helt vidunderlig hotell område. Stille og rolig hotell for både gammel og ung! Utebassenget er helt herlig (50m!) og masse plass å boltre seg på både i sol og skygge. Access til stranden direkte med heis fra hotellområdet!

Kunne vært litt oppgradert. Et vakkert og staselig hotell som trenger litt freshup her og der! For rullestol kunne det vært litt oppgraderte terskler. En del nivå forskjeller er sjarmerende men også litt utfordrende. Sengene er relativt harde uten overmadrass. Når man i tillegg ligger på plast belagt underlaken, blir det klamt! Men, tror dette er blitt vanlig å benytte!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das größte Plus des Hotels sind die Mitarbeiter. Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam, kompetent und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders gefreut hat uns die liebevolle Geburtstagsüberraschung für meine Frau mit einer Flasche Sekt und einem Stück Kuchen auf dem Zimmer – eine tolle Geste. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach spektakulär. Der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer ist atemberaubend. Von unserem Zimmer im sechsten Stock mit großer Terrasse hatten wir eine fantastische Aussicht. Der Strand ist bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders Freunde eines englischen Frühstücks kommen mit Bacon, Würstchen, Bohnen und Rührei voll auf ihre Kosten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die fairen Golf-Packages. Das Team kümmert sich sehr flexibel und geduldig um Änderungen von Abschlagszeiten. Für Frühstarter gibt es sogar ein Frühstückspaket – ein hervorragender Service. Auch die kostenlose Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos (First come, first served) hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Die Badezimmer könnten allerdings eine Modernisierung vertragen. Der Wasserdruck ist eher schwach, Steckdosen im Bad fehlen und der Föhn ist wenig leistungsfähig. Auch die Klimaanlage dürfte etwas stärker sein. Für uns war das jedoch kein Problem, da wir ohnehin meist bei geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen haben. Zeitweise war ein leichter Kanalgeruch im Bad wahrnehmbar, der sich durch das Verschließen der Abflüsse jedoch schnell beheben ließ. Ein kleiner Hinweis für alle Gäste, die auf der Terrasse essen möchten: Die Möwen und anderen Vögel sind erstaunlich geschickt und bedienen sich gerne unbeaufsichtigt am Teller. Man sollte sein Essen also nicht aus den Augen lassen. Weniger überzeugt hat uns die musikalische Unterhaltung am Abend.

Neste além de não refrigerar chegou a deitar água, em quantidade, do teto; sauna e banho turco só ligados a pedido e com espera de 40minutos para aquecerem, falta de toalhas tanto na piscina como no quarto, comida mal confeccionada, quarto sem obscurecimento....tudo inadequado para um hotel de 5 estrelas.

For a 5 Stars Hotel the food wasn't matching that level. When we book 5 Stars Resorts we expect to have much better food quality.

I loved the location of the hotel,so near the beach.

My room was extremely noisy..I was woken up by the noise, the night staff tried to fix it,but couldn't. I had to go to reception and the night staff was extremely nice and kindly moved me to a quite room..my friend who was there with me ,remained in the room.she is a very heavy sleeper she slept until 6 am..I only got 3 half hours sleep in total,as we were leaving for the airport at 10.30am..I was very disappointed, as I heard great things about your hotel.

Personal atento y amable. Una ubicación con vistas excelentes. El buffet desayuno muy variado y bueno.

En mi caso que sólo estuve una noche,con media pensión y sólo pude comprobar una variedad de buffet cena.....no me gustó nada, una variedad pésima para un hotel de la categoría que es. La cama con un colchón muy incómodo ( parecía de muelles de hace ya muchos años), se salvó la almohada que me resultó muy cómoda.

O Hotel presta serviços de 4 estrelas e não de 5. Foi desagradável termos de esperar 1 hora pelas toalhas de piscina/praia. Este cenário repetiu-se durante toda a minha estadia.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption, war außerordentlich kompetent, hilfsbereit und sehr dienstleistungsorientiert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Isaias, Julian, Rai, Christian und Diljan. Egal, ob es um die Organisation eines Ausflugs, Wünsche für das Zimmer oder andere Anliegen ging – sie waren stets freundlich, engagiert und haben uns jederzeit unterstützt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, wobei uns einige Tage besser gefallen haben als andere. Gleiches gilt für das Abendessen, das je nach Abend unterschiedlich war. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Die Auswahl beim Abendessen war an den meisten Tagen sehr ähnlich und hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Aus unserer Sicht gibt es in der Umgebung Restaurants mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, weshalb wir keine Halbpension mehr buchen würden. Schade fanden wir auch, dass beim Abendessen keine Getränke inklusive sind – selbst Wasser muss extra bezahlt werden. Zumindest Wasser oder eine Getränkestation, wie sie beim Frühstück vorhanden ist, wäre wünschenswert. Zudem sind die Preise im Restaurant insgesamt recht hoch. Bei den Kaffeegetränken, insbesondere beim Eiskaffee, sehen wir ebenfalls Verbesserungspotenzial. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten hatten wir jedoch nichts zu beanstanden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

One of our rooms had loads of flies , about 20 flies and we spoke to the hotel staff a few times before something was done.
