Grand Tour Rome Suites - Liberty Collection

Personel bardzo pomocny w rozwiązywaniu problemów . Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Bardzo dobre usytuowanie obiektu.

Brak dobrej kawy

Staff very kind

There was not breakfast at all. Too noise in the morning!!!

Cute room - I got the one with the spa tub which worked well. Staff was very accommodating and super nice. AC worked well. Easy Check in and out.

There is an elevator, however to get to the elevator level there are about 10 steps so a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage.

We had a very clean and very well air conditioned room. The room was exactly as photographed when we booked so met our expectations.

An extra pillow and milk provided with the tea and coffee making facilities would have been lovely.

Friendly staff they very accommodating specially Christopher very helpful always smile.

Very weak WiFi we had to used our Roaming data most of the time. I think this is something that they should consider to upgrade the speed specially for kids who likes to stream.

Lovely historical building

We loved it and we will come here again in the future

Great location and fantastic staff. The renovate oarts of the building are cute and very comfortable

Make sure to ask for the newly renocated spaces

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby, a supermarket within walking distance, and easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan, and I would definitely stay here again

Such a cute hotel near Vatican City. Neighborhood was quiet & safe... great restaurants in walking distance and grocery store too.. would definitely stay here again!!

Loved how friendly the staff were and how much they knew about the place and helped us around rome.

Our room was a bit further from the lobby so the wifi didn’t work in half the room ( only worked near the door, which I definitely took advantage of ), other than that it’s a near perfect room

House keeping they was amazing very big thanks for Nicole . She was nice , kind and professional .

The front desk staff came across like they were barking orders, and I did not appreciate that at all. I had to hold my temper more than a few times to keep from getting into it with them, because I really don’t like and won’t put up with rudeness. And I mean it literally: I bit my tongue to keep from blowing up at them. Frankly, anyone who’s rude and acts like their job is to boss people around should be ready to take it, and deserves whatever reaction they get back.

Location

Confusion about breakfast, the contact we have spoken to a couple of times said it was possible or there was a discounted breakfast in a nearby cafe but they weren’t available in the morning and the other contact said there were cafes nearby or a supermarket

Struttura comoda, pulita.

posizione prezzo pulizia

stanze leggermente piccole

Camera pulita ed accogliente, personale educato e disponibilissimo. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Posto bellissimo e confortevole.

It was comfortable once no one moves in the room. The AC was working well, beds comfortable, friendly and welcoming staff. The location is fantastic! Fridge, locker, good shower, clean.

The wifi did not work in the room and it is well known so there was no solution. We needed to go in the hall outside to get wifi. No coffee in the room and you are encourage to leave money whenever you are taking a coffee in the entrance. Limited plugs space for charging devices. For a room that was considered extra large we could barely move for us 3. A mom with 2 pre teens. The pictures doesn’t show the reality of the space and it was pricey for that in particular. Great for a couple not a family.

L'emplacement numero 1 Calme

Staff were really lovely. Place was clean. Location was great and felt very safe.

Really small - especially the bathroom. Aircon was hit and miss. Really want to give this a higher rating because the staff are so lovely - but the room was expensive for what we got.

I was contacted directly by the staff to my personal number and even though we arrived a little after check in hours there was still someone at the property ready to allow us to enter and greet us. She was quite friendly and helpful regarding our questions. And 2 days afterwards we were asked if needed more towels.

Nothing

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We were placed in a basement apartment that had a very strong damp and mould smell throughout. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which felt very misleading. I stayed there with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately one of my children has asthma. Having to stay in a damp-smelling room was very concerning for us. We paid a significant amount of money for this accommodation and honestly wish we had booked somewhere else. For the same price, we could have stayed in a much better property. To make matters worse, the reception team ignored our messages. It was only after Booking.com became involved that we received a response, and even then we were simply told that nothing could be done to help us. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

The location

It’s pretty basic

I stayed for three nights while traveling for work, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. After encountering issues at another hotel, I had to relocate late at night, and the team went above and beyond to assist me. Even at 11pm, they ensured my check-in was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated after a long day. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Wspaniała,pomocna recepcja. Czysto, blisko metro, fajna okolica

Good location on a reasonable quiet Street. Close to nice restaurants and to the vatican area. The beds (we had a 3 bed room) were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, water boiler in the room and choices of coffe and tea to choose from. The fridge in the room was also much appreciated. We could also leave our luggage before and after check in/check out without extra charge. Much appreciated! We would not hesitate to return another time and to recommend it to everyone!

Overall a very clean impression although we after having walked on the floor in the room for a while, could see that our bare feet soles became a little bit dirty. Needed to be washed before bed although we had already had a shower.
