Awesome location and easy check-in and checkout. Equipped kitchen with plates, stove top, microwave. Has a fan to cool the room if needed (no air condition).

Bathroom is tiny and doesnt have an outlet for more than a shaver so you cannot blowdry or style hair in the bathroom. Room also does not have a full length mirror. No lift, we were up 3 floors so keep in mind if you have luggage.

Really close to everything in Notting Hill.

It is a heat trap, which made the fan an essential item!! Also, the size of the bathroom- very small.

I loved the location. 10 min walk to Nottinghill Gate station which is a great place to access the city. Portobello Road is 5 min walk away. A huge variety of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple.

Fantastic location, good value for money, clean, easy self check-in and lovely to have communal garden access. Very attentive staff who responded quickly and out-of-hours.

The noise from the flat upstairs throughout the night was extraordinary, but when I contacted the management they responded straight away (on a Sunday!) and remedied the problem.

L'appartamento è carino ed essenziale e ha tutti i servizi necessari. La zona è bellissima.

Avendolo programmato un lungo viaggio in diverse città ed essendo Londra una tappa intermedia, abbiamo scelto questo appartamento sapendo che era possibile usufruire della lavatrice come servizio a pagamento. Abbiamo inserito i pounds per azionarla ma la macchina non funzionava. Ho scritto alla struttura e mi è arrivata una risposta via mail preconfezionata con scritto che si sarebbero presi cura della nostra situazione. Risultato: siamo partiti senza aver potuto utilizzare la lavatrice e senza avere i soldi sprecati indietro.

Unfortunately our bed was damaged and could not be repaired while we were there. We had to put the mattress on the floor. This obviously ruined our stay.

bruyant, sur rue avec beaucoup de passages et de piétons (logique) mais vu que la chambre donnée sur la rue , nous n'avions aucune intimité, et avec la chaleur, nous ne pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre , quelqu'un pouvant s'un introduire. d'autre part, le logeur n'indique pas quel logement vous allez obtenir. Pas normal. La chambre était spartiate, sans aucun confort.Eviter l'établissement, même s'il est bien situé.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, hübsch und praktikabel eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht!

Das Bett ist nur 1,20m; mit meiner schlanken Tochter konnten wir gut darin schlafen, aber für zwei „breitere“ Erwachsene wird’s eng! Die Sonnenblende im Wohnzimmer sollte ausgetauscht werden, da es bei sonnigen Wetter sonst sehr heiß im Raum werden kann.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum!

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir uns über Nachttischlampen und eine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche freuen.

Great location the room was clean and comfortable

The stairs up to the room were a challenge with a suitcase.

Lovely neighborhood and area. I liked the self check in system.

The room was extremely hot and impossible to cool down, since the window barely opened it made it almost impossible to sleep.. the shower head was broken when we arrived, I sent a message to the property when we arrived about it.

NO APTO PARA VERANO. Estabamos a 25 grados en el exterior y dentro de la habitación de 14h a 20h era imposible estar, ya que habian más de 40 grados, asi que si querias descansar por la tarde no podías. Solo había un ventilador de unos 30cm, que obviamente era insuficiente. Fiumos a mediados de julio (no había ola de calor), podrían haber tomado medidas para solventarlo, pero supongo que no les interesa gastar algo de dinero. Le falta mantenimiento.

Stairs, bus line is 24/7, a bit noisy. Pillows are flat. :)

The communication with the reservation team, outstanding. The location is one of the best in London. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Having stayed at this location previously, the standard is still well maintained.

Unfortunately as it was a basement room and the heat was continually trapped, despite a window opening of a couple of inches. The small table top fan whilst standing in front of it was ok, it was not sufficient. For the value of money compared to the room and heat, we left a night earlier than intended to seek a good night's sleep where it was cooler; (booked for three nights, and was already looking to leave before the first nights sleep).

Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur, ohne Klimaanlage oder einer Möglichkeit zu lüften (Fenster lässt sich nur ca 10 cm öffnen) einfach eine Qual. Da die Unterkunft an einer 4 spurigen Straße liegt, ist es zudem sehr laut. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und die restliche Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch.

I booked Notting Hill Serviced Apartments (Flat 1-74, Ladbroke Grove) for 10–14 July 2026 and the experience was genuinely appalling. On arrival, the allocated apartment had no air conditioning and no meaningful airflow. The room was so hot that staying in it was completely impossible — not uncomfortable, not “a warm night,” but physically unfit for occupancy. For a paid, serviced apartment in central London in July, this is unacceptable. A habitable indoor climate is the bare minimum any guest is entitled to expect, and this property failed on that most basic requirement. I was forced to leave the room the same day and book alternative accommodation elsewhere, at my own expense and inconvenience, simply to have somewhere I could actually sleep. The property offered no adequate solution on the spot and left me to sort out the situation myself. To make matters worse, obtaining a refund required a formal complaint. There was no proactive ownership of the problem, no urgency, and no sense that guest welfare was a priority. For the price point and the “serviced apartment” label, the gap between what is advertised and what is delivered is enormous. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property in the warmer months to look elsewhere. Book a place that can guarantee, in writing, working air conditioning — because what I received here was a room that was simply not usable. Would not return. Would not recommend.

+ The area of Notting Hill we were at was quiet and residential. +The flat itself was well-equipped - multiple pillows, blanket, fan, working coffee machine with plenty of pods, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc. + The bedroom area was spacious.

- Poorly connected with the rest of London. - They went a bit too stingy on the toiletries - our trip was too short to bring our own shower gel or to buy some, and what they provided was not enough either. - The bathroom was tiny, with nowhere to put the toiletries while showering. - Avoid visiting in summer, as the flat is like a sauna even with windows open and the fan on max speed.

The property is well located & good sized for the price paid.

The apartment is dated and the furniture and amenities all feel quite old and used, I wouldn’t recommend this for anything more than an overnight stay if you want to get a sense of comfort of coming back to your room after a long day walking around London. There’s also no flexibility in check in and check out times (which they do inform you in advance of), meaning you have to be very well planned in your arrival and departure times.

Excellent location

The room was impeccably clean. The iron and ironing board were in excellent condition, the hair dryer worked well and the kitchen was fully equipped

I was given a basement room with a window that barely opened. The garbage collector was working practically a meter from my bed, which offered little privacy and was quite unpleasant. The fan provided was nowhere near sufficient. The room felt more like an oven than a comfortable place to stay

The location was fantastic, and whilst the room was small and basic for the price we couldn’t have asked for much more.

Whilst it’s not the fault of the property that there was a massive heat wave, I do feel I need to mention this as people should be wary of booking these apartments in summer. The window does not fully open and all that was provided was a tiny fan, meaning the room was completely unbearable for our entire stay. We struggled to sleep and when we requested another fan, we were told no but we could rent air conditioning from a company they partner with, which was extortionate. It did ruin our stay as we struggled to sleep in the heat.

It looked like the photos, was near to the tube and it was very clean. The shower was small but powerful which was great. Instructions were simple and thorough and the staff answered any questions quickly

Ótima localização. O apartamento é razoável, mas para 1 pessoa. Para duas, fica desconfortável.

Apartamento não tem ventilação (a janela do apartamento do primeiro andar é muito próxima à calçada, não tem proteção e não é possível mantê-la aberta (por segurança e privacidade). O banheiro tem um pouco de cheiro de esgoto. A cama (de casal) fica encostada na parede em um dos lados, dificultando o acesso. Bate muito sol no período da tarde. Sei que estamos falando de Londres, porém, peguei uma onda de calor (chegou a quase 35oC) e o apartamento ficava muito, muito quente. Não era possível abrir as janelas e não tem ar-condicionado.

Lovely apartment close to the tube that backed onto a delightful private park. It was a decent size with a well-equipped kitchen and the check in, and general info couldn't have been any more comprehensive.

Our lower ground floor apartment had access to a communal patio area, however it was a little too dirty to enjoy. Having said that, it also gave us access to the private park area, so that redressed the balance.

Le confort de ce logement est très insuffisant. Tout est calculé au strict minimum : seulement deux fourchettes pour deux personnes et même pas d'égouttoir pour la vaisselle. Les équipements sont vieillissants, notamment le réfrigérateur qui fait un bruit infernal la nuit (bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires pour espérer dormir). De plus, l'isolation est très mauvaise, on entend les pas et toutes les discussions des voisins. Résultat : je suis repartie de ce logement plus fatiguée qu'à mon arrivée.

The location is absolutely incredible less than 10 min walk from the metro and there is a bus stop right at the door. The room was very clean and the check in was easy.

There were dirty dishes. Also its 30 Celsius outside and the room didn't have ac so it was like being inside an oven even during the night.

Super noisy in our room. Next to a very busy street which was 24/7. Did not realize how many motorcycles there are here and 95% are for food delivery. Large windows did not block sound and let in so much light that was too warm. Can’t open windows due to street noise. No AC here ……so would be uncomfortable in the summer and London does get heat spells. No interaction with host except to ask for clean towels during 4 night stay after two nights. Their policy would not cover our towel change.

Exceptional aparthotel in a perfect location. It was spotless, incredibly well maintained, and ideally situated just a short walk from both Notting Hill Gate and Ladbroke Grove stations, and only about 100 meters from Portobello Road. Although there was no air conditioning, the fan provided kept the room pleasantly cool and was more than sufficient. The kitchen was excellent and fully equipped for preparing breakfast or any small meals and snacks you might need during your stay. The bed was also very comfortable. As an added bonus, a package that had arrived for me was waiting safely at the entrance when I checked in. I also had the chance to meet a member of the staff, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly loved this place, and the next time I return to London, I will almost certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Before arriving, I had been a little concerned after reading some reviews mentioning noise. However, I contacted the staff in advance, and they kindly assigned me an apartment on the third floor facing the back of the building. It turned out to be completely quiet, making for a fantastic night’s sleep.

Being in notting hill

We got no sleep for 3 nights, the road noise was so loud we couldn't sleep and when on a few occasions it was quiet outside the fridge kept making noises all night, we are absolutely shattered.

Notting Hill ist ein sehr schönes Viertel, die Lage ist grundsätzlich ideal. Bus- und U-Bahnverbindungen sind um die Ecke. Der Self-Check-In war gut organisiert.

Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten gebucht und haben ein 1,40 Doppelbett vorgefunden. Es war nicht möglich, das Apartment zu tauschen. Eine zusätzliche Decke konnte auch nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, allerdings bekamen wir ein Laken, was bei den warmen Temperaturen ausreichend war. Gefehlt hat ein Reiseadapter und wir mussten am Abend nach der Ankunft im Viertel ein Geschäft suchen, das Elektroartikel hatte. Das war nicht ganz einfach. Eigentlich wäre es sinnvoll, wenn so ein Adapter im Apartment wäre oder zumindest eine Info wo ein Adapter gekauft werden kann. Das Apartment war ansonsten völlig ausreichend, wenn auch das Badezimmer sehr klein ist, das hat man auf den Fotos nicht gesehen. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut, lärmempfindlich darf man nicht sein. Notting Hill ist insgesamt toll, es gibt ganz nah einen superschönen Pub.

I loved how close it was to everything

The weekend i stayed was the hottest bank holiday weekend ever in London. It really could have used some aircon or a better fan.

Location was okay

Very disappointing stay. The room had visible mold in the shower and the bathroom sink would not drain properly. We were also informed maintenance would need access to the room during our stay, which added further inconvenience and discomfort. Due to these issues we felt uncomfortable remaining in the room and ended up paying for alternative accommodation elsewhere. The most frustrating part was management refusing any refund or compensation despite the concerns being raised. Unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations.

Photos of the ground floor studio were not from the same space. Small bed for 2 people. Although it has one big window, it is totally blind from the outside world so you feel disconnected.

The neighbourhood

Our street-facing apartment was not double glazed on a very busy road, so continual traffic noise almost 24/7 - motorcycles without mufflers, police and ambulance sirens, cars speeding up the hill, etc. I did not have one decent night’s sleep over a 4 night stay (despite ear plugs). Also, internet and TV connection were both frustratingly patchy. Climbing 3,flights of narrow stairs with suitcases was a challenge too.

Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern pp. war lückenhaft. Auch sollte in der Küche mindestens ein gefüllter Salzstreuer vorhanden sein.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Supermärkte, Pubs, Restaurants und der öffentliche Nahverkehr fussläufig.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlen im sehr kleinen Bad Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Fenster sind nur einfach verglast, sodass der auch nachts vorherrschende Verkehr zu hören ist.
