Wir bitten daher um vollständige Erstattung der nicht in Anspruch genommenen Übernachtungen bei Vinila Villas by Nakula. Zusätzlich bitten wir Booking.com zu prüfen, ob aufgrund der erheblichen Mängel auch die zusätzlich entstandenen Kosten für die kurzfristig notwendige Ersatzunterkunft übernommen bzw. ausgeglichen werden können. Privacy and proximity to other resorts and beach

The villa pool was out of service for our stay only the last day - they should have tested it was working from day 1

We liked everything! The pool, the rooms in the villa, and the service were all excellent. Everyone was very kind and courteous! The villa is conveniently located for the beach and restaurants.

Staff were wonderful especially Dandy

الفيلا رائعة جدًا، نظيفة، وكل شيء فيها مرتب، واستمتعنا بالإقامة فيها. لكن يوجد عيب واحد فقط، وهو أن سقف الحمام مفتوح جزئيًا. ويدخل الوزغ وبسبب وجود القرود بشكل يومي حول الفيلا، استيقظت صباحًا على قرد يقف فوق السقف ويضرب، وكان موجودًا على حافة الجدار المفتوح للحمام. هذا الموقف أخافني جدًا، ومن بعدها أصبحت غير مرتاحة لدخول الحمام وأشعر بالقلق في كل مرة أستخدمه. عدا هذه الملاحظة، كانت الإقامة ممتازة.

Everything was perfect for our family group. The pool was a great size and we enjoyed it every day.

The last 3 days there was a terrible smell from what we assume was rubbish being burned. It got into our rooms at night and made us feel unwell.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Before our trip, an unexpected situation came up and the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole process so much easier. The staff were wonderful, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The villa was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service exceeded our expectations, and you can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

The place in very nice clean that's for the rooms but it's not have place to chill the living room is small no out door chilling area but at the end I like the stuff very much and the place over all .

We had issues the villa was not per photos or advertised example cleanliness. However after our complaint they helped to improve immediately and staff were friendly.

Looks great from the outside and the staff were awesome

Once inside the place was in dire need of refurbishment. Cupboard doors falling off, cracks in ceiling and floor with light sockets falling off. The lack of laundry facilities and services, no drinking glasses and being provided with instant coffee did not give the place a 5 star feel. Breakfast arrived Clingfilm wrapped so toast would be soggy.

Big spacious villa with decent sized pool in a great part of Nusa Dua, it was quiet, clean, rooms were well apportioned & staff were very friendly & helpful throughout the stay,

The villa's amenities are relatively limited (glasses, plates & the like), Electricity tripped out at 4am but quickly resolved. Water pressure could be better.

We had a lovely stay at Vinila Villas. The grounds are gorgeous and perfect for a quiet, secluded getaway without being too far from everything. If we wanted to, we could have walked to the supermarket, and there were plenty of high end resorts nearby for nice meals out. In room dining was excellent, responses were extremely fast and the food was really good. Breakfast was hit and miss for us, sometimes not hot and not our favourite but it did the job. The fruit platters were very generous. Beds and linen were lovely, rooms were spacious and nicely designed, our only suggestion would be to work on the doors as they often got stuck and were not easy for our kids to keep opening and closing to keep the cool in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, and overall it was a great place to relax and unwind, we'd definitely consider returning.

Peaceful and private oasis on the edge of Nusa Dua. Warm and friendly staff who are happy to help with anything. Very large and very clean pool ideal for a group like ours. Breakfast delivered to the villa was wonderful and the choices catered for everyone. And a tip- delivery drivers can deliver directly to the villa if you put the number in the notes. Because it is a villa to hangout, eat in and relax!

It is away from restaurants and clubs but this was also its appeal for a quiet break away. It is needing a modern renovation to update the bath and upstairs bathroom. It was a little unclear that each 3 bedroom villa was in its own compound, which is good but it was difficult to identify which rooms were ground floor and whether there was a 2nd storey room. (1× king and twin on ground, 1 king above the kitchen/lounge) The steps leading into the compound are very steep, not ideal for young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Incredible luxury with an amazing pool. The staff were incredible and super friendly with lots of good advice on where to go and places to eat out. The location was also great and close to the nearby shops and restaurants. The general comfortability was also fantastic, with amazing beds, clean toilets, plentiful amenities and a great overall villa layout. Breakfast was also delicious.

Уставший ремонт , подтекали стены - гидроизоляция , старые телевизоры с долгим интерфейсом , мастер спальня окно в окно , без видов. Сковородка и кастрюля - поцарапанный тефлон.

I recently stayed at this villa in Bali and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to help and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their service was definitely the highlight. However, the villa itself is showing its age and could benefit from some maintenance and updates to improve comfort. The breakfast each morning was a bit disappointing, with limited variety and quality not quite meeting expectations. With some improvements to the property and the breakfast offering, this place could really shine, especially given the excellent service provided by the team.

Very comfortable linen, bed and pillows. Warm and good pressure on the shower. The whole villa area was very clean (albeit old), it was well maintained that one hardly notice the age of the building. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The staff! Particularly Sintya who made our stay exceptionally outstanding. The entire team were really efficient with any questions and requests. Communicating via WhatsApp made everything so easy and accessible. Thank you Sintya and team!

The staff were extremely helpful in every way possible. Breakfast was supplied on time everyday and included in the daily room fee. Daily room service was supplied. WIFI was amazing and very helpful with teenagers in the villa.

Upstairs bathroom in Villa 2. Exhaust fan was ordinary, the shower fitting stuck solid and was unable to be moved up for a taller person, overall the bathroom itself requires some maintenance to get it back up to first rate standard. Light fitting in main living/kitchen area of Villa 2 is a safety issue, hangs too low and has to be avoided by walking around it.

Group of 7 ladies who thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the villa was clean and all beds so comfortable. The best part of the stay was the staff.

If you want to be within walking distance to beach and shops then this would not suit. However a 15 minute car trip gets you the beach and shop point centre

Staff where amazing great villa good size for family

EVERYTHING WAS GLORIOUS!!! Had the pleasure of staying here for my birthday with friends. We had a regular villa and the Penthouse. The staff made the stay so amazing and lovely. They were very accommodating, very kind, very efficient and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the pool, the breakfast, the beds, the whole experience. One of the best places I have stayed. Our whole group was beyond pleased. The team also surprised me with birthday cakes which were beyond beautiful. I know the next time I am in Bali this is definitely the place I will return too. Thank you Arta, Rama and Putri for an unbelievable stay🥰.

Vinila Villas is conveniently closed about 30 minutes from Denpasar Airport and in a tranquil, tucked away area. The staff was friendly and timely at all times. The villa we stayed at was comfortable and clean, we had plenty of space to retriet or to be together. The pool was very clean, more clean than most pools we went to.

For the price i expected better service, we hade dinner in the house and in the morning all the dishes vere left on the table so there were no place to eat breatfast. Very small social area, huge bedrooms, i would have wanted it to be opposite. Very litgle things in the kitchen, no towel, no wine glas, lack of almost everything. I would no rekommend this place, too pricy for what you get.

The villa was run down multiple problems and couple of safety issues with decking around the pool rotting decking to the point of breaking, nails and screws popping up, air conditioning was below par and leaked all through the villa Damaging cloths

The environment is very clean and the staff were readily available when we have any questions. They catered very well for me and my family and most importantly the BBQ was excellent.

Staff are exceptional and are very attentive! Villa’s are amazing and such a relaxing area where it is both peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast is amazing and also room service meals are delicious! All round was a perfect stay and highly recommend this to all!

I liked that it was a fully walled in and private villa. We had monkeys come and visit us one day, which was awesome! The pool was natural water with no harsh chemicals. The staff were all exceptional and the way we communicated via WhatsApp was really useful! The bed was comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The TV’s in each room were a decent size too. The garden was very pretty indeed and well maintained. The breakfast was good, and we had a good selection to choose from. The aircon units worked well and every unit was operational with remote controls that worked. The entry way to the villas on site was very pleasant indeed and and the reception room was big enough to wait for our taxis in comfort.

The distance from anything in Nusa Dua was quite far. So far that we needed to hire a taxi to get to Nusa Dua. Some days we travelled to town as a family as many as 3 times, which added $40 per day in taxis using the grab app. The villas were in need of renovation. The photos online are from when the villas were freshly renovated… which must have been 5 years ago looking at the damage and wear. There were signs of water ingress and old water leaks everywhere. The wifi was terrible. Some days non existent. We had a couple of TV signal outages for which we were provided a free afternoon tea, which was nice. The sofa was stained with sun screen/oil and table was quite sticky. There were no cloths or cleaning products to wipe it down. I guess we could have asked for it to be cleaned, but we just made do. The upstairs ensuite had a cracked window and the toilet seat had been painted and was looking in a bad state. My 13 year old daughter had a snake in her bathroom. It fell from the tree in the part of her bathroom that was open to the elements. The staff came to remove it and said the occurrence was unusual as they fog regularly. It was a 1m long grass snake. It made my daughter nervous about going in the bathroom for the rest of the holiday. The large aluminium framed sliding doors were heavy and worn. They were difficult to operate, especially the one overlooking the pool. They would benefit from new rollers.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The room cleaning, room service, breakfast and the pool. All meals were exceptional and delivered to our room promptly. The courtyard was very serene.

Some places within the villa needed repairs specifically the kitchen (cupboards were nailed closed and there was next to no kitchen facilities) and the main sliding door to the pool which was jammed in its tracks) No flyscreens on may doors or windows and lots of insects around so we had to keep everything closed up as there was no fly spray either. The poolside deck was in a really bad condition with exposed nails, peeling paint and warping. The beds all had extra firm mattresses and huge high pillows with no other options available. The location was isolated from anything else so very inconvenient without transport. You must have a car or bike to do anything. We had a driver come and take us everywhere as it was too dangerous to walk along the road (no footpaths or lights) the beach was a 20 min walk, Bali Connection (food and shopping) 25 min drive.

The staff were amazing and so friendly, communicating through WhatsApp with the staff was so convenient and they attended way faster that I expected. The villa was lovely and the Indonesian breakfast was amazing.

The breakfasts were quite disappointing and the wifi was extremely poor. Also the location probably wasn't the best, as we seemed fairly far when walking anywhere.

Beautiful property and staff were so nice. Very quick on all requests and even gave us a surprise bday cake. Food was great. Staff remembers all family names and greetings from staff by name was very personalized.

Someone was there to meet us when we arrived and my son arrived 2 hours before us and he was able to enter the villa - which was greatly appreciated. The staff are amazing!

The deck needed an upgrade - bit wobbly in parts. Wine glasses would have been a good inclusion.

Although we encountered several maintenance and amenity oversights, the managers and staff were outstanding and exceptional in handling all of our concerns. They made our stay very welcoming, and we felt at home. Every request was handled diligently and the service was over and beyond. The manager and assistant manager took note of my suggestions with enthusiasm,as did our main 'butlers', as I have multiple comparisons to give, having stayed all over the island in varying kinds of hotels, private villas and apartments. I believe all of these oversights will be efficiently dealt with with the owners' diligent and receptive input. I am already planning another stay based on these wonderful people and the general vibe of the location.

No poolside shade umbrellas, no bottled water in bathrooms for safe teeth cleaning, no table and chairs in shady Gazebo by pool , large glass doors from pool to living area doors (a huge selling point for us initially) were not opening properly, and the outdoor bath in the Master suite was damaged and not maintained. The staff should not have needed to deal with these concerns (but they did so quickly and happily). The owners need to be on top of investing in the upkeep of these lovely villas. The upstairs suite flooded during a night of monsoonal rain, simply due to leaves blocking the balcony gutter. Like all other issues, this is very easy to prevent, and I am sure every one of these issues will not be there next time we visit. Another area for a little investment is the driveway entrance, which is not in keeping with the lush and stunning gardens and landscaping within. There is also signage missing in a few key places to guide the way.
