My partner and I stayed in a one bedroom villa with a private pool and it was way beyond our expectations! Pure luxury! The staff were the loveliest, the breakfast and poolside restaurant were great value for money and delicious with lots of options for different moods and cuisine preferences! Location is very close to the ITDC and Bali collection so it was super cheap, quick and easy to travel to and from. The spa facilities were very easy to arrange massages with, and the staff were very professional!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einem gepflegten Garten und einem schönen Pool. Das Zimmer war groß, hell und ruhig und hatte einen Balkon. Im Spa-Bereich kann man sich massieren lassen. Das Restaurant direkt neben dem Pool ist ebenfalls toll – fantastisches Essen und sehr leckere Smoothies! Mit dem Taxi ist man in etwa acht Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strand. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

We liked the location, the food, the fact that the resort didn’t feel crowded, the spacious villa, the big pool.

We didn’t like that the furnishings/items/room elements seemed dated. The ref in our villa had rusty parts on the door. Housekeeping/cleaning wasn’t very thorough too. Soap and shower gel weren’t refilled diligently. Water marks weren’t cleaned properly. Towels also had stains or holes. These took away from the luxury feel of having a villa.

The resort is nice, with great value for money. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant and spa are good. It is a quiet place, little bit remote from the tourist area, cafes and restaurants but there is no problem with taxis. Bicycles can be rented.

The bathrooms need slight refurbishment

Bathroom is outdated, not so clean, badly stained floor and moldy corners, and needs a total upgrade. I booked 2 rooms and both had water clog on the floor of the shower cubicle, leaving no choice but to shower in the bathtub. One of the showers in the bathtub wasn't working well, can't adjust the tap to shower spray. Bathroom sink is designed for a tall person. There is no shelve nor hook for clean clothes.

Very quite, staff is friendly and very smiley like they are not working, but enjoying what they are doing. Bikes are for rental if you want to take them on a ride. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from the closest beach, so if you like taking your time in holiday and enjoying the moment, go for it. Local shop are also quite good.

The floor tiles in the bathroom are a little bit old and have sharp edges. I've cut myself twice in it, but no issue if you are in holiday, because with moments likes this, it heals faster.

Es gab leider viel zu wenig liegen am Pool. Weiter weg zum Strand (Hotel hat aber Shuttle Service angeboten).

The staff is very friendly and attentive, they even surprised me during breakfast for my birthday! :) The hotel is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers that attract butterflies. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach or a short Grab ride away. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The free shuttle to the beach at 11am was not useful for us, I'd recommend to add a shuttle at 9am as well. One day, they also fumigated to control the pests . I hope they change it to a more environmentally friendly solution, since the chemicals will affect other animals and insects (like butterflies) and it's not pleasent at all for people to smell that. Even 2 hours later, we could still smell the poisson in the air.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. the room was large and had a rustic look about it. with mosquito nets etc... which made it look idyllic. only thing is it was a bit far from the shops etc... as opposed to big resorts, I felt like I was in a tropical island and i loved it.

Pool smaller than expected and limited sunbeds. Some maintenance required in areas feeling a bit tired. A little isolated but the shuttle and bike hire compensated. Taxis cheap to get out also. My account details were hacked due to virus on the hotel system. Received several scam messages about booking. This has been fixed now and staff apologised and offered meal in the restaurant as good will gesture.

Very comfortable room and lovely pool area. Boutique hotel feeling and nice gardens, with bikes available to borrow to get out. Massage on site and nice breakfast with friendly staff.

Not so walkable to any high street areas or nice beaches and in the middle of many large hotel resorts so we found the location meant we felt a bit stuck inside the hotel but taking a grab it’s very easy to get into the town areas

The villa was very beautiful and it was quiet

The shower sprayed water all over the floor. My breakfast plates were left at the front of my villas door for multiple days- I had to ask staff to clear them but staff were the ones that moved them there.

Nice peoples, garden, place… everything was good

Great place to stay, a bit far from the beach but you can go by foot for 15-20 minutes or take a Garb, as the hotel free shuttle runs only once a day towards the beach. Liked the gardens and the restaurant, kind staff also :)

Nice villa, great service, and excellent massage. We were there during Nyepi, and the staff did their best to accommodate us during this time.

Communication before arrival was not good, especially with Cindy, as she provided me with incorrect information about the laundry service. It wasn’t a good first impression. The bathroom was not clean, but we asked to have it cleaned, so it wasn’t a big deal. We found three cockroaches in the villa, but the staff reacted promptly and the manager also offered us compensation. You can have a “villa” experience elsewhere for much less money.

At times a long wait for food at restaurant (lunch)

When we first arrived, the hotel made a very good impression. We had a one-and-a-half-hour massage, and it was honestly the best massage we’ve ever had in Bali. The only downside was that the massage beds smelled a bit of humidity. The food at the restaurant is good, but it takes a very long time to be prepared. The rooms would be nice if it weren’t for the air conditioning, which is extremely noisy; if you turn it off, it gets unbearably hot. Soundproofing is also an issue: you can hear every single noise, and unfortunately we were kept awake by very loud neighbors until 1 a.m.

Alla växter, djungel, området allt. Bilderna gör sig inte rättvisa, så mycket mycket finare i verkligheten, och personalen är fantastiska, man får låna cyklar gratis, skjuts 3 tider per dag med lämning och hämtning till stränderna och Bali collection.

Breakfast was a la carte, with a nice selection of egg dishes, granola and Indonesian options. The coffee and tea were served for the big pot, I personally prefer a fresh brewed cup of coffee or a small teapot with a selection of teas.

We had a one-bedroom apartment with private swimming pool in a yard. We absolutely loved the serenity and privacy of all. A hiding gem. It feels so beautiful and peaceful, we could completely relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding environment.

Due to the heavy rain, the bathroom had leakage problem. We spent long time getting rid of water in bathroom. Also, the room is very damp, the beddings feel damp as well.

The staff are always wonderful - incredibly welcoming, always make me feel at home when I stay (as I have many times).

Likely needs some maintenance in the near future - some of the buildings/rooms are a little tired

actually I was looking forwards to Balinese hospitality and the generous nature of local people working in th e hotel and this was exactly what your hotel delivered. I feel refreshed from the interactions I had during our stay and has revitalised my own resolve to persevere to be happy and my true character which makes me extremely happy. the location was perfect for our visit and I would not change a thing about our stay. На моменте заселения травили москитов и было совершенно нечем дышать. Думаю нам должны были это озвучить и попросить подождать с заселением минут на 30, пока закончат обработку, чтобы было чем дышать… Обнаружила под подушкой большое грязное пятно, было поздно, ночь пришлось спать так, на следующий день, когда показала фото на ресепшене, поменяли простынь, но не извинились… очень плохая звукоизоляция, слышно все , даже храп с соседних номеров.

Il porte bien son nom, j’ai dormi comme un bébé. Très paisible et une ambiance familiale rassurante.

Nice room located in a wonderful little resort. Food was delishious at the restaurant and the staff could not have been more attentive.

I felt like the shower was a bit smelly after use and the water pressure was abysmal, but that was the only thing I could fault!

The staff was amazing, celebrated a birthday here as well and everyone was really nice. Everything was clean, had a water dispenser on the property so we never had to worry about clean drinking water. The food from the restaurant was really good!

This resort is a hidden gem, only a 4 minute trip into town - totally worth the privacy and quietness .The pool is perfect , the rooms are gorgeous, new and comfortable . I spent 5 days here prior to my wedding and loved every minute relaxing including the note in my room wishing me a happy wedding . The massages were amazing also at the in-house spa. Highly recommend a stay at the beautiful La Berceuse!

L'hôtel est très joli avec une décoration naturelle et raffiné. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain est magnifique. Le personnel est très accueillant et 15mn de massage vous est offert à votre arrivée et bien sûr on en profite pour faire un massage d'1h. À côté des attractions intéressantes à moins de 10mn en scooter ! Tout était sympa !

Upon entering, the resort has a beautiful, encompassing garden that gives a cosy, private feeling. Our room was well-lit, with a very comfortable king-size bed, a balcony that allowed my husband to smoke, a bathtub, a huge shower. Breakfast was served a la carte, offering a choice of Asian and Western styles. The rest of the menu offered a good selection of food and beverages at reasonable prices. The spa services were lovely, with experienced therapists who were professional and pleasant. All of the staff were friendly, warm, welcoming, very accommodating and spoke good English. A special shout out to Lanang, the wonderful waiter who was efficient and personable. We spent most of our time at the resort and when we did venture out, a Grab car is not far away. We would return to La Berceuse in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Die Villa mit einem eigenen Pool. Das Team war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr ruhig und nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt. Der Inroom Service war klasse

Le personnel est très attentif et bienveillant.

Chambre un peu vétuste. Salle de bain pleine de tâches d'humidité et ménage bien moyen. A l'arrivée dans notre chambre, notre WC était usagé et sale.... Concernant l'emplacement, besoin d'un scooter ( pour ceux qui ont l'habitude) sinon des vélos sont mis à notre disposition mais ils sont inréglables car vieux et ne semblent pas très bien entretenus mais surtout les routes ne sont pas plates ! Du coup, un service de navette gratuite peut nous déposer à la plage de Nusa Dua. N seul départ à 11h et 2 retours à 15h ou 18h. Sinon c'est plage à pied. La plus près est à 20 minutes mais avec côte à monter et sous un soleil de plomb et 40 degrés de ressenti c'est difficile.
