Reviewed Aug 27, 2026交通の便がとてもいいです。最寄駅も近く、ナポリ滞在後にカプリ島に行く予定だったのですが、フェリー港も近くて助かりました。 受付スタッフの方もとても優しく、現地ツアーの予約再確認の際には、イタリア語や英語が苦手な私たちに変わって快く電話してくださりました。 またナポリへ来た際には、是非利用したいと思います。
入り口が分かりずらいのと、玄関の鍵が少し開きずらい時があります。

Nous avions une salle de bain externe a la chambre ce qui n’était pas pratique, le prix de la taxes avec augmenté. Et nous avions beaucoup de nuisance sonore notamment à l’accueil le matin car la chambre était mal insonorisé et coller à l’accueil. La chambre n’était pas bien agencé et le mobilier et la décoration restait très bas de gamme

It was not easy to find the Bovio Rooms in the tall, palace-like building.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026De locatie was voor ons erg handig, en het was super fijn dat er een goedwerkende airco was. Ook de douche en badkamer waren erg prettig. Het personeel was echt super behulpzaam!
Het is best gehorig, je hoort de drukke straat best wel maar ook het kletsen van de buur-gasten kan je letterlijk verstaan. Ook was de kamer niet echt donker te maken ‘s nachts. Bed was erg hard, maar dat is waarschijnlijk persoonlijke voorkeur!

Soundproofing between rooms was nonexistent. We could hear everything from neighbour room. Also quite odd that the electricity in the room is only on when the room keys are in the switch, especially when we had separate toilet, so it caused some inconveniences.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Alles war gut was man benötigt. Boden Zimmer und Bad gefliest, deshalb gut reinigbar und sauber. Bett war 1,9 x 1,8 m und gut zu schlafen. Schrank mit Bügeln vorhanden.
Leider ist Neapel an sich sehr laut durch den Verkehr. Es wird immer und überall gehupt was die Hupe hergibt, tags und nachts. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Kreisverkehr. Ich habe deshalb Gehörschutzstöpsel getragen.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Beautiful building, excellent location, close to everything, can walk or super easy to grab a taxi, lots of cafes, restaurants to choose from on and near Piazza Bovio Hotel: Super friendly, helpful, supportive staff (as a single lady traveller this was essential). I could not have asked for a better staff member, the lady was amazing. She was always smiling and always helping me. The double room itself was excellent for me as one person, so fresh, clean, very comfy bed. Excellent wardrobe and bathroom and with a balcony with the best view of the vibrant area. The vibrancy of this area is simply the best and straight across the road are lovely places to enjoy breakfast etc. Enjoy - I would recommend Piazza Bovio 22
There was no chair for me to sit on, on the balcony. Why provide a balcony without a chair?

Our room was ensuite however there is 1 room that does have a private bathroom but is not in the room. It is a seperate room just around the corner. This wasn't an issue however if it is a priority for you to have an ensuite, check which room you are booking.

Very hard to find. Security man wasn't very helpful. Sent us to another location to check in. Got there and the office was closed. Phoned the hotel and the receptionist was very nice and told us to go back to security area and gave us exact location of hotel which is where the security guy was! It was about 28 degrees too so a lot of unnecessary walking in the heat. More signage required at security entrance!

Reviewed May 22, 2026Good location for an overnight stay. Near to port and easy to get to from the station. Although on a very busy piazza it was quiet in the rooms. Room was a good size for a city centre property.
It is ‘no frills’ - you pretty much look after yourself as there are no staff on site - except to check you in. We did not mind this but some guests might want more.
