A great location in a bustling part of town near loads of restaurants and shops and coffee stops. Could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A beautiful old building with modern convenience. Loved the old underground well now covered with a glass plate. Offers a good breakfast too. Have chosen to return for our last night in Istanbul before journeying home.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet und die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass das Personal mich immer wieder gefragt hat, ob ich etwas brauche oder ob sie mir behilflich sein können. Wenn ich wieder nach Istanbul komme, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Ich kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Verbesserungsvorschlag Der einzige Punkt, den ich etwas schwierig fand, ist der Eingang zum Hotel, da man einige Treppen hinaufgehen muss. Für ältere Menschen oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität kann das ziemlich anstrengend sein. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn am Eingang immer ein Rollstuhl zur Verfügung stehen würde oder wenn es eine barrierefreie Möglichkeit gäbe, die Treppen leichter zu überwinden.

The staff were very friendly specially Mr. Ahmet Very nice and engaging. Also the location is perfect and near everything you need in Turkey.

Hôtel extra ! Très bien situé, Chambre spacieuse, propre, literie excellente, architecture, petit déjeuner varié et personnel au top ! Mention spéciale pour Sezgin qui a été d’un merveilleux accueil avec toujours le sourire et d’une aide très précieuse ! Il nous a aidé pour réserver notre taxi à 5h du matin ! Et aux 2 messieurs de l’accueil qui nous ont fait un panier à emporter pour le petit déjeuner et nous ont accompagné au taxi qui attendait dans la rue plus bas !

Θα ήθελα πιο πλούσιο πρωινό

Рядом с Истикляль. Для нас это был транзит, останавливались на одну ночь. Из-за сильной задержки вылета (на 8 часов) добрались до отеля уже за полночь. Однако нашли на Истикляль где поужинать. Отель не плохой, для нас - семейная пара +9-летний ребенок формат двуспальная и односпальная кровати был кстати. Жили на высоком этаже, потому шум от кафешки внизу не мешал.

К отелю нет возможности подъехать на авто. Потому последние 100 метров чемоданы пришлось нести самим.

El servicio en general y el excelente trato del personal.

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location, just off İstiklal. Historical building. Beautiful details, marble stairs, plaster moldings, nice iron doors. Elevator. Room with window with a view. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Dining room was very well designed. More like a restaurant. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Have been coming to Istanbul for over 20 years and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Extremely good value for the money. Booking.com provided (free) taxi service from airport was also noce.

Trivial thing: three people in our room but only two coffee mugs. Otherwise, no complaints. Although, I know if I had asked they would have given me a third cup.

The location was great. The reception staff was really helpful on planning the stay a booking a dinner cruise. They also arranged for an airport transfer.

Amazing hotel ! Top class personalized service . Special thanks to Ahmet for his professional and kind care . For the birthday greeting with cake , candle and wonderful wishes from the hotel team . This is an unexpected and very touching surprise . Thank you to the assistant Eser for his help and good mood :) To the nice and helpful maids , other staff who created a cozy environment and comfort . They provide everything you ask for (e.g. luggage scales, etc.) . Excellent value for money ! I will definitely come back . Rekomenduoju visiems , nes tai geriausias pasirinkimas iš viešbučių , esančių centre . Aš buvau keliuose viešbučiuose ir net nėra ką lygint - čia geriausia vieta ! Jaukios kavinės su prieinamom kainom šalia , viskas patogiai pasiekiama .

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε άψογη τοποθεσία...το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και καθαρό....το πρωινό πλούσιο ....το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και φιλόξενο ....ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ τους Zergin, Tusay και Hazal που έκαναν τα πάντα για να έχουμε μια άψογη διαμονή! Θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο!

Det var reint og fint personale hjulpet finne steder som vi lurte på.var reint og frokost var variert fra dag til dag som man kunne spise seint fra 7.30 til 10 30,selv sted lå ikke så langt fra Galaktatauer var ikke langt unna og M var i nærheten

Selv hotell er veldig gøy de som drikker olkoholl,var masse plasser veldig tett rett vedsiden av hotellet begynner på rad alle pøbb,jeg som ikke drikker oljeholdig og med barn var litt ubehagelig. Men de som liker å ta noe parr drink passer veldig godt

Ottima struttura nel cuore di Istiklal Caddesi,da qui abbiamo potuto raggiungere tutti i siti d'interesse...taksim square è a due passi ed è un punto di snodo della città. L'hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative lo staff super gentile e la colazione è il punto forte...non mancava nulla...lo consiglio a tutti

At first when we arrived we were not pleased with the room as it was too small and narrow to be a room of two, and it was directly facing the bar which was loud. Not to mention the electricity and water issue. HOWEVER, when I spoke to the staff they apologized and immediately changed our room to a one that suits us and made sure we were pleased with the change. In all honesty The treatment and hospitality of the staff was enough to make us forget about the bad first day we had. Breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel were both excellent and very good, the atmosphere is cozy and lovely as well. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ahmet and the guy (I forgot his name) who’s always helping us during breakfast, they made our stay at this hotel special and wonderful.

- When we first arrived we didn’t like the room as it was too small to be a room for two people. - the room was directly facing a bar which was loud - when I plugged in to charge my phone the electricity fully went out in the room - when I was brushing my teeth the next morning brown water came out

Отель снял деньги за бронирование зная, что район закрыт полицией и мы не сможем заселиться. Бронировали в этот же день.

Маленькие комнаты, на фото ракурс взят побольше чтоб комната выглядила

Был стрес ночью и полиция не могла 3 часа успокоить голую женщину, моя девушка чуть с ума не сошла в эту ночь, что пришлось успокаюващие таблетки покупать, весь отпуск преследовала эта мысль о брутальной и в то же время немощной полиции , женского голова тела в на ручниках и лежащая на полу , орала дико и без остановки, потом еще и мужчина подключился со своим воем , ревел и орал, полиция была не в лучшем виде ! Хотя бы Администрация извинилась перед нами за такой ночной психо триллер в отеле номер по соседству🤝😤😤😤🤓, дали бы например комнату выше классом на остаток прибывания,,сделало бы ужин в отеле в саду или в номере, ну как то можно было ситуацию загладить

J'ai tout aimé, c'était tout parfait

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, jedoch das Bett nicht ganz bequem. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Stadt hervorragend! Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr professionell. Das Frühstück war gut mit typischen türkischen Speisen.

Die Beleuchtung im Bad war nicht ausreichend. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr frisches Obst gewünscht.

Номера с раздельными кроватями находятся на нулевом этаже, двери номеров выходят прям в лобби, там очень шумно. В описании к номерам это нигде не указано. Нам сразу предложили номера на другом этаже, но кровати там были двуспальный, нам это было не критично. Но если бы не было свободных номеров и нам не произвели замену, то это было бы очень дискомфортно.

The location was great, the hotel room was quite nice. The staff was very hospitable and friendly specially, Hazal and Sezgin at the front desk. The breakfast was good too.

Расположение топ. Цена супер. Дали номер, как мы и просили ещё два месяца назад на 4 этаже, окна на противоположную, от центральной улицы, сторону, поэтому шум и музыка нам не мешали. Хорошая шумоизоляция номеров, соседей, вообще, не слышали. Вокруг много тусовки-кафе, ресторанчиков, клубов Центр. Отель идеальной чистоты. Персонал очень клиентооринтированный, очень вежливые, позитивные. Фен не работал - дали новый, сейф перестал работать тут же все исправили. Уборка выше всяких похвал. Белье отличного качества. Завтраки хорошие, официанты вежливые и весёлые, но не навязчивые. При следующем посещении - выберем только этот отель.

Отель небольшой и очень уютный. Нам сделали апгрейд: вместо одного трехместного номера дали два номера рядом - одноместный и двухместный. Уборка каждый день, очень чистые белье и полотенца. В душе хороший напор воды. В номере есть все необходимое: чайник, чайные приборы, каждый день две бутылки воды, сейф, фен, утюг по запросу. Завтраки достаточно сытные, не очень разнообразные, но всегда можно выбрать что-то другое. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь по любым вопросам. Отель находится на соседней улице с Истикляль, метро Таксим в шаговой доступности

Просто на заметку будущим постояльцам: в соседних зданиях с отелем несколько кафе-баров, по вечерам каждый день играет живая музыка в нескольких из них и довольно громко. Закрываются они в 2 часа ночи. Нам не мешало, так как сильно уставали и засыпали, хотя окна выходили прямо во двор. Также за утерю электронного ключа есть штраф в 5 евро.

Located close to Taksim, easy to reach. My room was quite big, even with some kitchen equipment. They serve own breakfast which helps a lot. Personal also tried to help with all difficulties , people on the reception were very friendly

Noisy area with music till the late night, I was moved to a neighboring building and got the room which was different from the booked one (maybe not worse), that building is not as cozy as the main one. rooms furniture and equipment is very simple.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε όλα του αριστο, καθαρό καθημερινή καθαριότητα και άλλαγμα των πετσετων, το προσωπικό με το χαμόγελο στα χείλι, η γειτονιά ήταν λίγο φασαριόζικη, αλλά έτσι είναι παντού στην Πόλη, το πρωινό είναι πάρα πολύ καλό κοντά στα τουρκικά πρωτιπα. Η αρχιτεκτονική του εξεραιτικη!!

Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μας αρέσει.

Excellent location, nice back street. There are many bars, so I recommend that you take good earplugs with you. My room was in the first floor to the street. Staff was friendly and offered to change to room, but because I have excellent earplugs, it was not necessary.

It was clean, and the location is near popular tourist attractions.

We booked a 3-bedroom (with separate beds), but they told us this room is broken and has technical problems. They replaced it with a 2-bedroom with an extra portable bed, which is obviously not what we wanted. There was no compensation or empathy for this issue, and they claimed it was even a favor to us by providing two options: either cancellation or choosing a 2-bedroom. They could have simply upgraded us to a 4-bedroom to make us happy or considered the price of a 2-bedroom. Also, the staff had to talk to the manager for every decision, but the manager was not available at the time of the problem nor the next day.

La ubicazione del albergo era ottima, vicino al centro, e la metro a pochi metri, lo staff molto attento e gentile, la colazione andava anche bene, sicuramente tornerei.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment un point positif. Vous êtes à proximité de tout ☺️ Le personnel est souriant, serviable et à l’écoute. La literie est super confortable. La douche est top spacieuse et bien chaude après une longue journée de marche dans Istanbul, rien de mieux que de prendre une bonne douche chaude et dormir dans un bon lit confortable :)

Отличная локация, в минуте от улицы Истикляль , все рядом в пешей доступности. Метро в 10 минутах. Прекрасный заботливый персонал, шикарный номер, есть все необходимое. Отличные завтраки! Отель 10 из 10!

Привітний і дуже клієнторієнтований персонал, смачні та різноманітні сніданки, зручна локація. Значний мінус - дуже гучно до самого ранку, Оскільки поряд паб з живою дуже гучною музикою.

Душова кабіна дуже стара, місцями є грибок. Підсвітка для дзеркала у ванній не працює, а основного освітлення недостатньо щоб щонайменше зробити базовий мейкап.
