Lovely hotel and super friendly staff, we had an amazing sea view room

Staff were helpful and resolved our problem

Room was VERY small The room had wires hanging out the wall and tv was on a chair We left as the toilet also didn’t flush so they refunded our room.

Great stay again, thanks to Indie for sorting out room change after a non working television, upgraded to superior room,thanks again Shaun and Dawn 😀

Room was good, Staff were very good helpful and knowledgeable all were good but reception staff really went the extra mile

Widows in the room closed but did not lock letting in Drafts. However the hot water in the bathroom was in my opinion dangerously hot. Carpet in room was creased It has stretched since being laidA comfy hotel overall Entertainment was on the whole good however the music was extremely loud at times overshadowing the singers ,there could have been more bingo I did notice a number of guests left the venue straight after the bingo.

Space in room also divided as we had our 18 year old boy with us gave space and privacy.

Water pressure millions of flushes to clear toilet and shower was either scaling or cold. Couldn’t use hot tap in bathroom due to exceptional hotness. Tv in second room would not tune in.

The room was nothing like advertised the TV didn't work all you could hear was the entertainment from downstairs and we had paid for a family room with a sea view and was only offered a double room with no sea view as an alternative there was an absolute fowl smell throughout the whole of the hotel

Bed was quite uncomfortable and only 2 plug sockets. None near the bed but apart from that our stay was a good experience

Facilities need repair my room had a massive chunk out the door frame had missing sections of blinds with no curtains I’ve never seen a blown window as bad as one in are room and the smell from the shower an toilet wasn’t pleasant won’t stay again or recommend

Rotten eggs smell from drains and toilet. Quite far from Blackpool centre. Tram close by but adds to cost.

I liked the location and the price I think it’s a fair price for what you get.

I didn’t like the bathroom the way the toilet was you had to sit side ways to avoid your knees hitting the wall, but it was clean and for the money the rest of the room was comfortable.

The location was just what we wanted- out of Blackpool centre but easy to reach with local transport. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

the check in staff were really nice but being told there was an outstanding balance when i had already paid then tried to charge me for 4 breakfasts instesd of 2 already paid the room was very basic for what money i paid the toilet seat broken the tv wasnt even connected the room looked at first ok then noticed all the furniture in the room was old and laminate cracked on the dressing table the bed was really uncomfortable and as i always do when leaving a hotel i stripped the bed to help the house keepers when they come to clean the room the pillows were disgusting all stained and blood marks on one the lift was dirty supposed to take 4 people no chance i knowits under new ownership and these things take time but dirty bedding no excuse the only saving grace for the room was the bath and really hot water all the time the breakfast staff were run off their feet but they all had a smile its was really busy and they wer deffinatly short staffed

This hotel has it right . Room comfy and clean . Evening entertainment and good priced drinks . The hotel is very dog friendly . Staff made the dog very welcome . Location is perfect for quiet beach walk and tram into Blackpool . Gem of a find with this hotel .

We would have had the meal option if there was an area to eat that was pet friendly .

When we went to the room and the housekeeping hadn't been done from previous people there was rubbish in room

The service the staff were all brillaint and friendly, as I do my reviews on Google. I would say from reception Day staff cashless to Night staff Andrew, they were very welcoming and friendly along with the other staff members. The location was ideal it was on the North Pier side. The hotel room was ideal worth it's while and value for money. No issue with parking around the area, as the local streets are not permitted residence at all, which was a absolute bonus. Beakfast menu was very good, as they catered for Vegans and Muslims.

Room large, furniture up to date. Bed good. Although we could, on second floor hear the entertainment it didn't bother us.

Window didn't close properly so drafty & a little chilly, reported & told windows being replaced soon

The room was dated and awful a step up to the bathroom was a danger to us as we are both pensioners.

Our stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were dusty, which triggered my son’s asthma, and there was no hot water until I asked twice before the issue was resolved. The carpets were dirty, the floors creaked, and the hotel is in need of modernisation. Parking was also an issue, with limited availability and an additional charge. On the positive side, the location was good for us. It’s on the North Promenade with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to reach Blackpool Tower and the Central Promenade in around 10–15 minutes. We also had a nice view from our room. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price we paid, I believe there are much better and more reputable hotels available in Blackpool.

They have cheated on me. They showed me different pictures of rooms and provided different room which was totally unfair.

House keeping terrible over all.

Toilet seats dangerous not fitted properly,meals poor, room cleanliness and supply of towels in one incident in room 208 they were not changed or the room cleaned.

All staff were accomodating and friendly. Quick to resolve any issues and assist as needed. Great location for a quiet trip to Blackpool but easy to access the centre using public transport. The breakfast was fairly priced.

We had no hot water in our room at all. The bathroom wasn’t clean- there was faeces smeared on the wall and floor. The blinds were missing a strip and no curtains so let in light very early.

The sofa bed meant for two adults was attrotious we ended up top and tailing in the main bed and bunk bed as we lay on the sofa bed , the middle fell through and we were literally lay on the springs, the toilet seat was disgusting 🫣 paint all off it in places gone rusty really bad

The meal on Saturday night was really tasty

Our room was classed as a family room It wasn't very well cleaned, dirt on sea view window, marks on long mirror, orange stain on the floor by bed and dirty tea cups. Multiple floor boards were broken, can tell when you walk over them. There was switches by the beds which didnt work. Multiple lights on the ceiling but you couldn't just turn one of. All powdered my one switch. Hotel offered a ironing room but the iron didn't work. One of the windows in room didnt lock, no dead bolt on door. You could turn the lock but when you pull the handle down the lock didnt work. My 1 year old could open the door. We had to put pram in front of the door to make sure the kids couldn't get to the handle. The shower didnt work. When the room was meant to be refreshed it wasnt done. When we requested it to be done we was offer just towels. The lady didnt want to change the sheets or to up toliet paper. The member of bar staff on the sunday night didnt know what a lager shandy was or when we explain how to make it. She still made it incorrectly. When we explained it wasnt made correctly, she just looked at us and didnt do anything to fix the drink. We had to inform the staff member where items was eg, she didn't know where the hotel kept their moster energy. When we prepaid our meal, but Saturday night the member of staff put the payment on the incorrect room. Then we was asked to repay again when we was checking out by a very rude staff member who was too busy on her phone to talk to us properly. We had kept all the receipt to proof payment. The hotel is not suitable for family, entertainment which was really good are not suitable for children, food is just something and chips for children no vegetables and do not offer much choice.

Our room was comfortable, and had a bath and shower . The room was very hot and although there was a fan you could not open the window. Carpet was very grubby.

The Views from the Hotel and when I was leaving. I Left 3 days before our trip ended I couldn't waite to get home.

Bathroom, no hot water for 5 minutes as I had to leave the tap on before it got hot. Do not stay in this hotel during summer you will suffer no air con only tiny fans to keep you cool, but you can't sleep, rooms too stuffy, squeaky floors, and When I booked this hotel I was led to believe I was getting the room that was in the photos, but that was not the case. I asked for a different room due to my daughter having a fall and badly bruising her knee in the bathroom, they moved us into a better room but 5 minutes later asked us to leave as it wasn't the right room so we moved again into another room, it was a little better, but very hot in these rooms , after another night's stay we decided to leave 3 days before our trip was meant to finish. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms but people were smoking a s smoking drugs you could smell it as you walked along the corridor, also Blackpool is a complete rip off your better off going somewhere else. This hotel is not a 3 star it's lucky if it's a 1 star avoid at all cost.

Clean. Breakfast v. good although some people thought it was expensive. Yes, compared with a greasy spoon but it was fresh, sufficient and SERVED.

A bit tired but it’s not the 50s or 60s when people stayed for their major holiday. So money is a factor

From booking to leaving everything went wonderfully. The staff were extremely helpful. The boys loved everything . Thankyou for making there stay perfect .

The entire property. Carpets disgusting need replaced or at the least cleaned. Foul smell in corridors, noise levels in rooms due to entertainment was beyond mental. Blinds in room broken, water pressure in shower was non existent. This hotel needs a proper look and revamp! Whilst can’t account for other guests behaviour and lack of respect for others whilst being loud in early hours traipsing to their rooms the hotel itself needs a serious makeover. The price for 2 nights led me to have zero expectation as you get what you pay for but this certainly surpassed that and not in a good way. To top it off the only lift that worked smelt like someone had urinated in it!

Unfortunately the hotel had a power cut, which resulted on us having to go outside the hotel for food. Unfortunately due to this I ended up with food poisoning, severe sickness which resulted in myself having to go to the hospital
