Paddington istasyona, Notting Hill ve Little Venice e yakın olması çok avantajlıydı.

Odamiz 2. Kattaydı bu nedenle sıcak ve havasız olabiliyordu akşamları. Serinlemek için camlari açmak veya fan kullanmak gerek. 2 kişi için biraz zorlayıcı büyüklükte ama 2 gecelik konaklama için uygun. Hastaneye yakın olmasından ötürü biraz ambulans sesi rahatsız edici olabiliyor özellikle gece.

De ligging, de keuken en de extra ruimte in de kelder.

De badkamer was soms een beetje krap als je uit de douche kwam. De wc rolhouder hing schuin.

Nulla da dire. Leggermente calda mancando aria condizionata e avendo una sola finestra,ma sopportabile grazie anche al ventilatore. Sí potrebbe aggiungere uno sgabello visto che se e’ x due la stanza un solo sgabello è poco se si vuole sfruttare la cucina. Ma tutto assolutamente perfetto!!! Ci tornerei!

The property doesn’t have an AC and it’s is not even highlighted during booking. How can someone stay without AC sleeping everyday was a nightmare. Couldn’t sleep well. It should be properly highlighted during booking that you get just a bed fan and the entire property in Non AC

L'alloggio è piccolo ma funzionale e c'è tutto quello che serve. Se capita l'assegnazione in camere all'ultimo piano è caldo, ma nell'armadio c'è un ventilatore che migliora di molto la situazione! La posizione è TOP, è vicino alla fermata della metro circle line che vi collega bene alle principali attrazioni. Inoltre vicino c'è un M&S e alcuni pub.

Cleanliness was a major issue. When I arrived found a cleaning blue duster on kitchen counter. Bathroom had hair all around.

Moderne Einrichtung, funktional, zentral gelegen, gutes Bett.

Obwohl das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss liegt steht ab mittags die Sonne auf dem Fester und es heizt sich sehr auf.

Very nice apartment, just enough for a short holiday.

The apartment was very very hot even though the weather was not hot outside. They provided us with two fans in the room but even that couldn’t cool the place down.

The room was very clean, and the check in was smooth

The bed was quite small for two people. More importantly, during my stay, the room was unbearably hot. The temperature inside was around 40°C, significantly hotter than the outdoor temperature, which was around 30°C. The room seemed to be designed in a way that prevented any meaningful air circulation, even keeping the window open and using the small fan provided). The only way I could fall asleep was by going to bed immediately after taking a shower, with my hair still wet, just to keep myself cool. The room was so hot that I couldn't stay in it for any longer than absolutely necessary to sleep. I understand that London was experiencing an unusually severe heatwave during those days. However, my experience was so uncomfortable that I seriously considered booking a room at another hotel, and I certainly would have done so if my stay had been longer. For this reason, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel during the summer, especially if high temperatures are expected.

Clean, easy self check-in, reasonable size. Fairly quiet for Paddington.

Lower ground floor, so inevitably a bit musty. A single fan but no a/c. Wifi did not work at all.

No air-conditioning during the warm days. Service quite unfriendly and not open for solutions. You can't really open windows due to the street Infront of the door. It is quite noisy.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bathroom and kitchen facilities we good. Also the location was very convenient. We had excellent communication too.

We had booked for two nights but had to leave after only one. This was due to the insufferable heat in the apartment. There was only a fan to cool the place down we had virtually no effect at all. We then had to keep the window open all night but as the apartment is ground level, meant we were in full view of anyone passing. Therefore, we had virtually no sleep for the entire night. The thought of another night of the same was just not an option.

Studiato e ottimizzato nei dettagli. Posizione ottima, vicinissima a fermata della metro Edgware Road e al supermercato. Comodo l’angolo cottura.

La mancanza di aria condizionata è stata pesante date le temperature di inizio luglio. Stanza molto calda. Peccato non ci sia un ripostiglio per deposito valigie.

Clean, great location.

Extremely hot due to no aircon & v small fan; bathroom extremely small- would bang head on basin while on wc; kitchen unnecessary & not user friendly in such a small room. Also states serviced apartment, which we understand to mean a daily check in by staff to change towels & refresh toiletries etc, but that never happened; overpriced.

Czysto, był wiatrak (trafił nam się gorący dzień ale wiatrak dał radę), ciepła woda leciała bez problemu. Łatwo znaleźliśmy gdzie się wchodzi. Jeden z najlepszych noclegów w jakich byłam. Łóżko też bardzo wygodne i się wyspaliśmy. Byliśmy tylko jedną noc, ale na kilka dni też by się sprawdził :))

It was boiling. There was no air con and there was no blind so we couldn’t keep the heat out or the light. So we got woken up around 5 every morning

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de Paddington. Todo muy limpio y moderno. Sin dida alguna un apartamento precioso.

Tristemente como la mayoría de casas en Londres no tiene hay aire acondicionado por lo que no lo recomiendo para nada cuando hay olas de calor; de noche es muy difícil dormir. Deberían implementar alguna solución (más allá del ventilador que te facilitan) puesto que estas olas de calor serán cada vez más recurrentes. Sino le daría un 9 de puntuación. También pondría un espejo largo dentro del armario.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore London and get around by public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days of sightseeing. Check-in was straightforward, and communication throughout our stay was prompt and helpful. Overall, it was a great base for our trip—comfortable, convenient, and good value for London. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Sehr hübsches Appartement mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet . Zentral Nähe Paddington Station in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Der Fussweg zum nächsten Supermarkt und zur U-Bahn war sehr kurz. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Übergabe verliefen reibungslos.

Wir hatten das oberste Appartement und das Pech, dass es sehr heiss war. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Es gab einen Ventilator, der zumindest ein bisschen Abhilfe schuf. Es wäre schön gewesen, man hätte zwischendurch mal auf einen Staubsauger zugreifen können und evtl bei einem längeren Aufenthalt auf mehr Handtücher

It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated , with everything required. I do like a coffee machine with pods! The communication was absolutely excellent and precise, so it was easy to check in. I was delighted with the standard of the apartment. Location was perfect too for Little Venice and Paddington station. I would definitely stay again

There's a self service check in, but it went all smooth. The instructions were very clear. I didn't require any staff. Good location, walkable distance to Paddington and Edgeware Rd train stations. Tesco nearby and other shops.

The noise from the Fridge was a bit too loud during my sleeping hours so I'd turn it off.

Salle de bain plutôt grande, lit confortable, équipements de la cuisine fonctionnels ! La qualité de la chambre était au rendez-vous !

Le wifi ? Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud, impossible de baisser le chauffage. En plein été pas très pratique…

Bastante limpio y todo nuevo o casi nuevo. Estaba a escasas 2/3 paradas de bus de las principales atracciones turísticas de Londres y el check in autónomo es lo mejor ya que llegamos a las tantas de la madrugada y estaba ahí nuestra habitación esperándonos.

Quizas por poner pegas las ventanas, eso si que no está renovadas y son de madera y se escucha todo lo de fuera. Nuestra suerte que cuando hemos ido no hacia mucho frio pero quien dormía cerca de la ventana le daba la corriente de la ventana ya que no sella bien.

Chambre très jolie, bien équipée et propre. Très bon emplacement à proximité de Paddington et de Hyde Park.

Très bruyant. On entend beaucoup la rue (pub, restaurants, voitures). Dommage (pas de double vitrage !)

Location was great and the apartment was clean

It was quite small and being on the ground floor you could hear the front door banging with people coming and going. Plus it was red hot!

La propiedad era cómoda y tenía lo necesario para dos personas, la ecncontramos muy limpia.

No está preparada para la alta temperatura, nos tocó una ola de calor no prevista para la fecha y el clima era insoportable en la habitación. Sugiero no instalarse en esta habitación en verano.

Suite 2 has limited wifi - worked about 50% of time. Possible suggestions 1) - There is a nice little patio area in back - would be nice to have a bistro table to enjoy. 2) a mirror outside the bathroom. The plug in bathroom is for razors only - a bit of a challenge for ladies to do their hair outside bathroom. Was a lovely stay, however It was unseasonably hot (32+) during our stay and suite 2 had small windows at ground level - could not leave open during the night. Not intended as a slight to stay as this is generally unheard of and totally unexpected.

Location, decent flat size and good storage.

No air conditioning. The fact that it was underground. No kitchen fan extractor. The checkout at 11.00 in the morning. The check in at 3.00.

Caldo eccessivo in camera, non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura, 2 regolatori non funzionanti, ciononostante i 12 gradi esterni abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra e dormire con la finestra aperta perché era fastidioso e mancava l’aria.

The apartment was clean, cosy, and very comfortable. Its central location was perfect, with easy access to all the major hotspots and attractions in London. Everything we wanted to see was conveniently nearby, making our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The only minor downside was that the mattress was very soft and not as comfortable as we would have preferred. This may be a matter of personal preference, but it is worth noting for guests who prefer a firmer mattress.

Bathroom was bijou but well fitted out. Excellent shower. KItchen had all that was needed. Despite being a basement flat, there was enough light from the window.

La tempestività della persona che gestisce la struttura, che ha risolto nel giro di 3 ore un problema di formiche in casa. La casa anche se piccola aveva tantissime cose. (Asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, prodotti per il bagno, pentole e posate per la cucina, anche prodotti per lavare pentole e bicchieri da usare giornalmente, ecc ecc, molto fornita). Ha una bella doccia. Posizione vicino alla metro anche se in un quartiere che non ci ha fatti sentire proprio al sicuro.

Il wifi inutilizzabile. Andava e veniva e si disconnette in continuazione rendendo impossibile fare qualsiasi cosa. La stanza è talmente piccola da avere difficoltà nel fare 5 giorni e 4 notti. Formiche in stanza (anche se risolto molto velocemente) È impossibile usare la cucina. La cucina non ha nulla per cucinare (sale, olio, ecc), bisogna comprare tutto nonostante uno passa 4-5 giorni li. Inoltre, abbiamo comprato 2 hamburger che sul fuoco hanno fatto scattare l'allarme antincendio causando il panico per 15 minuti in cui non si sapeva come rimediare. L'allarme è stato poi disattivato, ma non è passato nessuno a sistemarlo. Quindi se c'era un vero incendio da quel momento in poi nessuno l'avrebbe saputo. (chissà forse lo sistemeranno) Peccato per il bagno minuscolo per starci comodamente, quando dovevo asciugarmi per vedermi allo specchio dovevo uscire dal bagno e stare sul letto (che sta a 30cm). 120€ al giorno per una stanza del genere è fuori da ogni senso !!!

Good value for London. Room was clean and fresh. Easy access to Paddington station and the circle line. For me the hotplates are a saviour. Beats eating out all the time.

Pulita e ben attrezzata

Spazzi troppo piccoli e letto piccolo e molto scomodo

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ziemlich genau zwischen Edgeware Road und Paddington, somit erreicht man alles gut. Supermärkte drum herum. Es ist überwiegend ruhig. Die kleine Küche war für uns ausreichend. Ebenso der Schrank und auch das Bad. Kleiner Tisch, Platz für die Koffer unter dem Bett. Für uns war es gut.

Wir hatten einen wärmeren Tag (20 Grad) und es ist dann im 2. OG sehr warm. Das Bett ist 1,40m und hatte zudem nur 1 Decke, eine zweite Decke konnte nicht bekommen werden, dafür gab es ein 2. Laken. Wünschenswert wäre ein großer Spiegel. Es ist insgesamt einfach sehr eng.

Very clean, well located (in a quiet street) and had many useful things like clothes iron and board, hairs dryer, coffee machine and supplies, etc which was very much appreciated. Good value for money.

The room given was hot but a fan is provided, which was appreciated. The room is small (in comparison the bathroom has a good size). For a one person stay or a business trip is very adequate.

Appartamento molto piccolo ma con tutto l’essenziale per cucinare. Posizione perfetta per arrivare pressoché ovunque. Buona la pulizia.

Letto piccolo e non comodissimo. Una sola sedia nella “zona cucina”, essendo un appartamento per due persone una non poteva sedersi durante un pasto. Stanza eccessivamente calda.

Das Bett ist sehr schmal. Die Temperaturen im Apartment sind hoch, da es sich direkt unter dem Dach befindet, auch bei moderaten Außentemperaturen.

Il Wi-Fi non prendeva affatto e l’appartamento era troppo buio in quanto collocato in un sottoscala e con una sola finestra.

Purtroppo la presenza di muffa e cattivo odore conseguente nella stanza ha rovinato completamente la permanenza nella struttura.

Nella stanza appena entrati abbiamo sentito un fortissimo cattivo odore, non capendo da dove provenisse abbiamo arieggiato tenendo aperte le finestre sperando andasse via. Purtroppo abbiamo scoperto dopo nostra analisi che il cattivo odore proveniva dalla presenza di muffa diffusa in un angolo sopra la zona cucina, probabilmente dovuto ad una infiltrazione di umidità. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla direzione, che ha anche inviato proprio personale per un sopralluogo; purtroppo nessuno ha provveduto a sistemare il problema anzi hanno negato la presenza di muffa e di cattivo odore nonostante chi ha effettuato il sopralluogo abbia fatto delle foto, ed abche noi avessimo foto e video del problema. Insomma personale in cattiva fede che ha negato l'evidenza. Il risultato è che bbiamo dormito con mascherine e finestre aperte per 3 notti! Chiaramente sto pensando di agire per vie legali visto il rischio legato alla salute. State tutti attenti!

L’appartement est mal isolé de l’extérieur. Nous avons été réveillé toute la nuit par les voitures et ambulances qui passe très mal isolé de l’extérieur, pas assez de produits de douche

Room small but okay. (Some rooms were even smaller). No mirror in room. 2 flights of stairs with luggage.

El baño es mínimo, muy difícil de usar. La cama para nada cómoda. Contraté planta baja y tuve que bajar dos pequeñas escaleras para acceder, voy todo el equipaje. El otro departamento que alquilé, con acceso por fuera del edificio, muy incómodo.

Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de Paddington y de un supermercado Tesco. bien equipado. Baño limpio.

立地がよかった！Paddington駅とEdgwareRoad駅どちらも近いです。 お部屋もとても綺麗でした。女性2人での利用でしたのでベッドやシャワーブースも狭さは感じなかったです。 シャワーはホースヘッドタイプで水圧も問題なし👌 ベットの下が空間になっていたので、スーツケースを広げたまま収納してました😁 無人チェックイン方式ですが宿泊2日前に詳しいチェックインガイドが届きましたので安心できました。 Wi-Fiも問題なくつながりました。

エレベーターが無いのは知っていましたが、私たちの部屋が2nd Floor（日本では3階になります）だったので重たいスーツケースを運ぶのがちょっと大変だった事だけです
