The location and surrounding restaurants and gift shops were good the apartment very fantastic very comfy bed separate kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend

Excelente localização. Uma hospedagem em um imóvel típico de Polignano a Mare para sentir-se verdadeiramente na Puglia. Atendimento muito diferenciado, acompanhando dia a dia o hóspede. Opção excelente de café da manhã, extremamente aconchegante com vista mar e para a praça. Hospedar-se em Dei Serafini é sentir-se um polignanese por alguns dias.

Muy pintoresco y la ubicación inmejorable!!! El tema del parking está perfectamente organizado. Es de pago (Euros 25 por día) y podes organizar que te pase a buscar un carrito de golf por Euros 7. Desayunábamos enfrente en el Café de Serafini donde te hacen un 10% de descuento con un balconcito para 2 personas con una vista espectacular (hay que reservar) y muy rico.

Hubo algún problema con la ducha y el inodoro pero lo solucionaron al otro día temprano. Yo no tuve problemas pero mi habitación estaba en el segundo piso por escalera caracol angosta, tener en cuenta por las dudas para subir y bajar valijas.

Our stay at Dei Serafini was a truly magical experience — one that is absolutely worth giving yourself, because you deserve it. This unique little gem is located in the heart of the old town, with beautiful rooms that make you feel as though you have stepped straight into the enchanting fairytale of Polignano. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and everything was simply wonderful. We honestly have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend Dei Serafini to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay in Polignano. Every moment was worth it.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the center of Polignano a Mare, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was cleaned every day, which was such a nice touch. The apartment itself is stunning, it has the charm and character of an old Italian home, with beautiful old walls and so much atmosphere, while still offering all the modern facilities and comforts you could need. Everything was 10/10. I would definitely stay here again

If you like a specific room from the pictures, let them know, because they have several and you’ll be assigned one at random. They’re all beautiful, but it’s good to know beforehand so you’re not surprised.

Our room was wonderful! Cleaning service was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked so well which made our place an oasis on hot August days. The roof top terrace was wonderful for sunrises and sunsets, and and apero . I can imagine in cooler weather I would spend e en more time there with a view of the sea. The staff was amazing . Truly helping and a pleasure. They helped us coordinate several outings to the beach and to Matera. Also there restaurant and coffee shop are excellent and right there as well in San Bernadetto piazza.

The location was excellent, access was easy clean and a big size for 2 people, we each enjoyed a double bed in the same space but very far apart, with a loft couldve had more people to stay, great for a family too. Also cooking facilities

We assumed property was a recent renovation due to certain items unfinished but that is easily rectified. Also the website is not what you get- Dei Serafini manages many properties in the area and we got a giant ‘loft’ on the ground floor which wasnt what we initially thought we were getting It isnt a hotel by any manner of means.

One of the main drawbacks was the access to the accommodation, especially with large or heavy luggage. Since the apartments and rooms are spread throughout the historic center, there are quite a few stairs to go up and down, which can be challenging when carrying suitcases. Another small inconvenience was that breakfast was not served on-site, but at another nearby location. Although it was within walking distance, having breakfast in a different place was less convenient and slightly reduced the comfort of the stay.

Location super centrale, la stanza era perfetta e il terrazzo con la jacuzzi valeva da solo il prezzo. Raccomando caldamente.

Everything was amazing, the place was super cozy, the bathroom was beautiful and very well equipped - they provided bath amenities, cotton pads, dental kits, and shaving kits, which was such a nice touch. Everything was kept in a very aesthetic and thoughtfully designed style. The terrace was amazing and so was the balcony!There was a possibility to make coffee whenever you wanted, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and you could leave your luggage at the reception after check-out and continue exploring the city. The breakfast was also excellent -every day you could choose two dishes and drinks I would recommend this place 100%!

They only small issue was that the pan that was provided in the apartment wasn’t compatible with the stove so we couldn’t use it but honestly we weren’t cooking there so that was not a problem for us, i’m writing it more as an information to the staff 😁

Good location in center of old town. Staff were helpful. Apartment clean and nice decor. Golf cart pick up helpful from car parking space. Apartment was good when we eventually got the space we had reserved and paid for.

We reserved a three bedroom / 2 living room apartment and we’re only given access to two bedrooms rooms / half of the apartment for half the stay. Third room was reserved by someone else- in error??? We were offered alternative separate accommodation that was not suitable. Third room became available after second night so we got what we paid for for 2/4 nights of the stay. Staff tried to be accommodating but could not understand the error with the booking as we had 4 adults but booked and wanted three bedrooms. They eventually admitted the ‘error’. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Showers small and often cold when hot water ran out. Very noisy at night and in early morning. Lots of steep stairs. Not suitable for elderly.

Perfect central location. Beautiful room with absolutely lovely local inspired decor. So lovely in fact that we inquired about how to purchase some of the decor to bring home and they were very helpful. Staff is lovely, one above and beyond for us in many ways, even at departure time. Great, clean,sweet gifts upon arrival. And the associated cafe and restaurant are outstanding !!!

There was construction next door which the property can’t help but it was very noisy early in the morning. Not ideal if you are looking to sleep in!

Pænt og rent værelse med en hyggelig indretning, lige midt i byen med kort afstand til alt. Dejlig tagterrasse med jacuzzi og god udsigt over det lille torv og byens tage. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale, som var meget hjælpsomme med at finde gode restauranter.

Alt var godt, så der er ikke noget negativt at sige.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás és nagyon szép. A terasz volt a kedvencünk a jakuzzival. A személyzet kedves segítőkész volt. Újra őket választom ha visszamegyek Polignanóba.

Egyetlen negatívum hogy a Wifi sokszor nem is működött ami útvonalak keresésére vonat indulásokra kell ilyenkor.

Ontbijt was ongezellig en karig. Het door ons vooraf gereserveerde 5 gangen prestige menu was prima maar niet prestige-waardig.

Un lugar muy cálido, con una decoración sublime, súper limpio y ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico!! Su personal fabuloso, Francesca y Cristiano respondieron y resolvieron todas nuestros requerimientos!!! Dos personas cálidas y comprometidas con su trabajo!! Lo volvería a elegir sin dudas.

Lo único que podría marcas es que al estar ubicado en pleno centro histórico es un poco ruidoso durante la mañana!

Logement très charmant situé en plein coeur des mythiques ruelles de Polignano a Mare, à quelques pas des plus beaux points de vue de la ville. Mention spéciale au toit terrasse avec vue mer. L’hôte était très disponible et de bons conseils pour les plages/restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

There´s no parking at all. I based my decision about staying at this facilty because parking was the most important feature as we were travelling with children and 4 adults. The advertisement online says clearly that there´s parking, and there ain´t. The streets allow parking 95% for residents only. Paid parking is 15min walk from the place. I don´t care walking, as long as they didn´t mislead travellers about capabilities they don´t have. Hot water was another issue. 90% of showers ended with cold water, and we were not taking too long. There´s no infomration about the amount of time there´s hot water. It was november and cold in Italy, hence, not acceptable charging the amount of money they do and not providing the minimal... Imagine this with children... I´ve tried to contact the managers after the stay in writing and no reply for 2 weeks, so communication is not their strong value.

Nice staff, and nice location in town

We booked an apartment months in advance and were instead given a tiny single room. It would have been an okay room if we'd booked it, but ended up paying for apartment size and stuck in the small. Sounds like a common issue here.

The bed is very very firm but this is just my personal choice that I like a softer bed. We still slept great.

Polignano a Mare is a nice town popular with tourist. There are plenty of restaurants and a nice pebble beach with interesting cliffs. We rented two apartments for our family. The apartments are located centrally in a house on a nice square (Piazza San Benedetto) in the pedestrian area. Thus, luggage cannot be directly brought to the property, it is a short walk from the nearest temporary parking spaces, and the steps to the apartments are steep. It worked for us, but would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Private car parking is available from the company about 10 minutes away (20 Euros per day). The apartments are nice and clean. The staff were friendly. We particularly liked the roof terrace in the upper apartment. Breakfast is available in the adjacent Bistro on the square run by the same company for 30 Euro per person (or a la carte).

There was a gas smell and leak in the lower apartment's kitchen that worried us. It took us two days to investigate the cause as turning off the gas supply to the cooker did not solve the problem. In the end, the gas supply to the house had to be turned off to stop the leak. The gas smell had been reported by previous guests and had not been fixed. The receptionist and on the next day the housekeepers were sent to help us. There was no apology for time and holiday enjoyment lost.

Location was perfect, it was very clean and the staff communicated with us very well. The place was spacious, and had plenty of seating for all of us.

The description states it has "four separate" bedrooms. In fact, the property only consists of two truly separate bedrooms. One building has two beds next to each other with no separator or curtain. The other building has two beds one upstairs and one downstairs with a separator to make it seem like a "separate room." We paid a lot for this accommodation and had we known it wasn't true would have stayed somewhere else. The whole place seemed to have a small water heater, because showers were often cold. Kitchen was bare bones, no coffee, snacks, or anything else.

Such a fantastic location in the heart of Polignano! We didn't have a car but it was so easy to walk everywhere - we walked to several beaches along the coast - or hop on a train to/from Bari for the airport. The room was beautiful and well appointed with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and well stocked with water, coffee pods and fresh towels. We were right next door to the incredible Trattoria Rosso restaurant where we ate twice in one week it was so good! The Dei Serafini staff were so helpful and friendly, we booked a boat tour and made restaurant reservations through them. I can't recommend it enough!

Unique accommodations! Lovely stone walls. Furnished and decorated nicely. The shower is tight, but that is to be expected in this type of old town. Excellent location for walking in the area. Once the car is parked, keep it there!

While it's very cute and stylish, it's not functional. The induction kitchen stove did not have the proper cookwar to use it. There was no pan, and the one requested afterward did not work on the stove. The shower doors did not close properly, which caused water to leak in the bathroom. The toilet button was also jamming all the time. The owner sent a daily request to go to their restaurant, which we did not want to go to, which was a bit annoying. The check-in time states it's at 15h00, but the check-in office is closed from 16h00 to 18h00, so the check-in is at 18h00 and finished at 20h00.... as the office closed at 20h00. check-out is at 10h30 on which the owners are very strict, which is frustrating as the check-in time is falsely advertised as being at 15h00.

Internet was abysmal, phone pigeons would have worked better In 3 days, there was only cold showers, not hot water.

There is filled bathtub (Jacuzzi) in the room, so the air is very humid why there is a Dehumidifier installed which makes a lot of noise.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt in der Altstadt. Die kleinen Gassen, nette Shops und Restaurants laden einfach zum Genießen ein. Das Zimmer ist in ein altes Steingemäuer eingebaut und ist sehr originell. Parking ca. 10 min zu Fuß, einfach erreichbar. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (in den Norden genauso wie in den Süden, alles super in 1 Tag machbar)

Internet (auch das eigene) funktioniert im Zimmer nicht überall, d.h. nicht unbedingt planen, von dort aus zu Arbeiten. Es gibt aber Kaffees und kleine Bars in der Nähe, wo das möglich ist.

The location is perfect.

The hotel is very hard to get to. It’s not accessible by car at all so if you have luggage like we did it’s very difficult to access. Similarly there’s lots of stairs so not ideal with heavy luggage. There ere lots of flies in the room which was unpleasant
