Perfect, highly recommend

Small but clean. The walk took about 10-15 mins from Gatwick South terminal but it would be very inconvenient to do in the rain/wet.

This is place is a domestic house conversion, in a very residential street/area. Honestly, I would be surprised if it is legal, and just felt a bit odd. Because it is a house conversion, the sound proofing is very poor so because people were coming and going arriving from or going to the airport at all hours (including me) it is very noisy so I was woken up a lot. My room was very small and did not have a kitchette. Despite what the host says, I WOULD NOT walk back through the park after dark (i am a solo woman traveller), which was a problem for me as I had to leave very early for a flight and for some reason was not able to pre-order an uber (which apparently is not very reliable at that time around gatwick). I managed to pre-book a car service (via Fenix Car app which was very good and there early, thank god but it cost £21). Yes the room price was cheap but maybe paying more at one of the hotels at the airport would have been much easier.

It was very clean and comfortable had everything you needed. The area was very nice and quiet and was a short flat walk to the airport and a nice walk at that. Would definitely book again when going to Gatwick Airport.

Room was clean, the linen and towels smelled lovely and there was a variety of furniture, including a little make-up desk. I liked that it had a mini kitchenette. They did ok with the space they have to provide an en-suite, which was modern, nicely tiled and kept clean with no mould. Windows were new and double glazed. The host was very sweet and she greeted us when she saw us at the front door. We had snacks in the room which was a very nice touch, esoecially as we artived after midnight. It was pleasant for an overnight stay and very close to the airport. The park was a bit spooky at nightime, but the photo instructions really helped. I did like that the instructions did say that guests call and stay on the line. This would help solo female guests. I was lucky to have my husband with me. The walk was 20min with luggage. Really nice area, the demographics are great, we bumped into a lot of friendly dog walkers in the morning. The area looks safe and well looked after, lots of houses with flowers. We saw a heron at the lake in the park, which was a nice surprise. Would happily return if we had a late flight.

Warm colour lighting (more orange) would make the room more welcoming. White walls look clinical, light taupe would soften the morning light. A floor lamp would soften the room too. Bed headboards were misaligned/broken, but the beds were comfy. Sofa was blocking the wardrobe, albeit there were two hooks on the side near the bed, which were useful. Sofa not needed, consider a small table instead to free up space.

Das Zimmer hat genauso wie abgebildet ausgeschaut. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . Um Bad hat man alle kosmetischen Sachen wie in einem 5 Sternen Hotel. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit vielen kostenlosen Snacks auch verwöhnt.

I specifically searched on booking.com for stays with airconditioning only as the priority and main reason for booking with them, after paying, i saw new conditions saying air conditioning is an extra charge, i emailed them to ask, instead of replying to the email, i received a call at night from a mobile number saying they do not know what aircon means and that there is no air conditioning in all accomodations in UK, but then proceeded to say they got an air conditioned room that costs extra, contradicting what they said earlier about no air conditioned accomodations in UK. The person that called me was arguing. I was then offered a fan, it was very loud, much louder than any other fan i ever seen, i would not been able to sleep with such noise, it then stopped working. So no air conditioner or fan now. Chair in room is broken, i almost fell and injured myself. When trying to sleep, there were people right by my window having a chat next to me for a long time, found it hard to sleep, i was disturbed. There is a stepping block near toilet seat that stubbed my toes a few times, i felt hurt a few times going to the toilet. The room was much bigger in the pictures advertised online on booking.com. The person on phone tried to blame booking.com for giving mixed messages.

Everything about this property was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay overall. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Room was rather small but had everything necessary for a comfortable overnight stay. Everything worked well although I didn't have time to use the wifi. Location was excellent as it was a genuine 15-20 minute walk from Gatwick South Airport terminal, mostly along a pleasant footpath through parkland alongside a stream. Manager was welcoming and helpful despite my very late arrival. Directions and instructions at time of booking, and follow up messages, were comprehensive and accurate but need to be read and followed carefully. No. 25 strongly recommended for anyone who needs an overnight stay, at good value for money by UK standards, within walking distance of Gatwick.

The room was small and the bathroom/shower cramped but this was not surprising given the price. The manager had been quite open about this in conversations by text prior to my arrival.

Great location if you arrive at Gatwick Airport (walking distance). Late self-check-in was very convenient, room sparkling clean and host very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I booked this accomodation as it said it had air conditioning on a 37 degree London day unfortunately no air conditioning only a fan. It was very warm inside.

Neat, nice location, very good value for money. I was very happy to find an adapter from the room.

Was able to walk there with a large suitcase and back pack so saved a lot of ££ taxi.

I was given a free upgrade, the owner was very helpful with directions, and gave me some travel snacks as well. If you ever need to stay near the airport I would recommend.

The location was very convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything I needed was provided. I truly appreciated the great hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place near Gatwick Airport.

We arrived at night. I didn't realise when I booked that we had to walk through a park in the dead of night in the pitch black. I then tried to cancel but wasn't given permission. We had good instructions, though, and we did finally get there (luckily we had head torches as we were pulling luggage). However, as I didn't have access to the internet, I had to wake the owner up to get in. She did reply, thankfully, so thank you for that. Very small room, tiniest bathroom. Bed was pushed right against the wall but it was comfortable. Not sure I'd stay here again

How easy the instructions made me feel not anxious at all. I followed the directions and it is perfect if staying overnight for a flight. Really good communication and the property itself was value for money. Very clean, comfortable bed, easy access and private. I’d definitely be back, highly recommend.

The location is excellent for the airport. About a 15 minute walk. It could be awkward to walk if you have large luggage as you have to use an uneven path. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and TV. The property is located in a quiet, residential road. Breakfast is not available, but the host does provide snacks such as small pastries/cakes, biscuits, cheesy snack packs, crisps and sachets of tea and coffee. It was excellent value for money, especially as it's so close to Gatwick Airport. I would definitely use Number 25 again

As a solo woman, I would not feel comfortable walking across the park to the B&B, but you could take a taxi

В комнате имеется все что нужно туристу микроволновая печь , кипятильник посуды холодильник и даже утюг с гладильной доской . Вернусь с удовольствием следующий раз

В день моего прилета были жаркие дни и мне не хватало кондиционера, но это я не считаю минусом 😊😊 В общем все было замечательно!!!

Everything is fine, especially if you need to go to the airport early. Would recommend 99,9%! And a good thing to know: Contactless entry, if you're late. So you can check-in late and leave early with no hesitation or stress. Nice!

Biggest issue was: No wifi and bad mobile service, so I coun't not finish my work at that location. This is the only point the host should consider in the future.

It was close to Gatwick Airport and there were some snacks provided. The room was quite clean and easy to access.

I didn't see any internet connection there and I don't think the television was working. The shower height was quite low so I hit my head off it. It was quite confusing when I entered as there was no one there but I got used to it.

Very clear information was offered before arrival. The location is exceptional for an airport lodge. You can easily walk from Gatwick South Terminal passing by a pond and a beautiful forest. I even saw a fox. The lodge is in a quiet suburban area full of greenery. There are shops in the nearby town, although you may have to take a taxi. It is better to do your shopping in the airport at arrival. Finally, I appreciated the welcome eatables and the boiler with some water in, ready for making my coffee early in the morning.

The lodge is quieter than expected, being close to an airport, therefore I slept with the window open. However, the doors were a bit heavy and some tenant slammed them waking me up a couple of times. Nonetheless, I mostly slept well and I will surely stay again here.

I am dairy-free, so the breakfast items were a lovely addition, but were not suitable for me - I brought my own porridge and used the microwave Close to the airport, fresh and clean - lovely towels - good fridge - I slept well - I was literally only at the property for 8.5 hours

I arrived very late and the walk to property was impossible since you need to walk all distance through a very dark park. Had to take taxi which was not worth the money/distance .

IT was nice to have a hospitality tray with snacks, coffee and tea, but it would have been even better to have had fresh milk in the fridge! ALso a selection of cold drinks would have been welcome, with the caveat that I would have expected to pay for them. It was a long way back to the terminal to get dinner and drinks on a very hot evening!

There were some awkward steps in the bathroom which i kept knocking my feet on. Nowhere to hang clothes properly.

Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation within a short distance of Gatwick. Ideal for a night's stay.

Literally 10-15 minute walk from Gatwick. Perfect for unexpected overnights because of flight delays at a very reasonable price!

The room was small but honestly it was perfectly suitable for one person.

I found it very small yet cozy but very clean.. had all the necessary amenities and you can see the host goes the extra mile with little subtleties like snacks and coffee teas which were very well received.. It was also merely a quick drive to the airport so location was great.. I will be staying again the next time in fly out from Gatwick, thanks to the host I met her in person and she seemed very nice

I stubbed my toe a couple time on the bathroom on a raised section by the toilet which was hard to avoid as it was very small.. also a noisy guest trying to get in at night who couldn’t work the key codes but this is not reflection on the host or place but this person was quite noisy and inconsiderate.

The owner was a delightful young lady who went out of her way to go outside with me and guide me to the local eatery. The location of the accommodation is a little remote and 15 minutes walk to local amenities but this is well compensated by her home being very modern and charming in a quiet leafy area.
