-Un point tres important à faire savoir, le housekeeping commence très tôt à 7h00 am. Cela veut dire, j'étais reveillée chaque jour sur le claquement des portes de placards, des bruits et vacarmes dû au nettoyage. -Le bruit du refregirateur. - une nuit glaciale, j ai demandé une couette de plus car il faisait tres froid et la couette de la chambre était normale ( n est pas chaude). ils m ont repondu qu ils n accordént pas une couette en extra. Donc, j ai gelé car il n y a pas d extra

A localização é fantastica. Perto de comércio, metro, parque. O duche tinha pressa. A cozinha está bem equipada. Havia detergente e esfregão.o estúdio é muito agradável, pouco ruído, vista bonita para as traseiras.

A cama nao era muito boa alem de estreita (creio que 130cm) está encostada a um canto.mas o pior foi o colchão que era francamente fraco. A apontar apenas a porta do chuveiro que abre pouco e na direção do lavatório tornando a entrada e saida do duche um pouco mais desafiante para pessoas maiores .

Great location and fantastic price there were some construction works across the road from early in the morning but it didn't interrupt anything except light sleep. Walking to everything, rückt on the Park. Excellent local dining and markets, big and small. No AC but a thoughtfully provided fan to keep the air moving and a full size door to the balcony.

La chaleur dans l appartement (pas de VMC), fenêtre bloquée, rue bruyante la nuit en raison de touristes, qui manquent de civisme, de travaux.

The instructions received were very clear. I had access easily.

Loved the location, the room size, the cleanliness, and the kitchen facilities plus tea coffee.

The heat. Our downstairs apartment was extremely hot. The two fans just made it bearable. The bed was very squeaky, but was comfortable. Milk would have been appreciated. You had everything else, but we had to get up and go shopping to get milk.

Le lit est un peu trop petit.

L'appartamento molto piccolo ma ben curato e pulito. Confortevole. La presenza dello staff, anche se non in presenza, è sempre stata attenta e cortese.

Il letto troppo piccolo per due persone. La wifi non funzionava e per persone straniere che non hanno piani telefonici nazionali è un handicap. La posizione, sebbene ottima dal punto di vista pratico e logistico, purtroppo pessima per il vicinato. Quasi ogni sera schiamazzi notturni di persone ubriache in strada sedute nei gradini dei palazzi/alberghi di fronte anche fino alle 3 del mattino. Sappiamo che non dipende dalla struttura ma sarebbe molto utile ed opportuno per vivere un soggiorno sicuro e piacevole che certe situazioni venissero eliminate in qualche modo. Siamo state costrette a prendere il taxi diverse volte per rientrare a causa di un aggressione verbale ricevuta personalmente. Spero che venga risolto al più presto questo grosso disagio che so hanno riscontrato anche altri ospiti.

Locatie was top en het appartement was ruim genoeg. Ik verbleef in de Kelderappartmenten. Het bed sliep lekker, en de badkamer was netjes

Het bed kraakt enorm, en de kamers zijn wel wat luidruchtig. Ook was er vaak een irritante piep/alarm die soms wel eens de hele nacht doorging ( niet elke nacht)

L’appart était vraiment très propre. Le matériel de cuisine suffisant. Son emplacement est vraiment très pratique car proche de tout. Nous avons pu visiter Londres en toute sérénité ! Je le recommande !

Location is amazing, very near Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Very good comercial street nearby with plenty of pubs, restaurants and groceries. Facilities are okay, very confy bed and shower.

Since it was mid summer it was very hot. A fan was provided and did the job, but I'd not recommend staying there over the summer again.

Great location, good access to shops, restaurants/ cafes and tube stations, good shower, decent sized bed. Good value for money.

Needs a new mattress as it was particularly uncomfortable and it was difficult to manoeuvre around the sink / toilet as they were so close together. A mirror in the main room would be handy as well as a hook or rail for the hand towel in the bathroom.

• Clean room. • Has basic kitchen utensils. • Close to the metro station. • Lots of shops nearby.

• Terrible Wi-Fi. It's practically nonexistent. Providing a decent internet connection isn't particularly difficult in 2026. • Doors don't close tightly (they don't have seals). Even if one of your neighbors opens their door or enters the unit, your door will rattle with the slightest draft. • Too hot and no air conditioning.

My second time staying in this room and it was even better than last time. The temperature in the room was much better and i had a great time!

The smoke alarm battery was dead and constantly went off, I tried to ring the service number provided but it wouldn’t go through, when it eventually did it was just a random office for the company who owned the property, by this point I had booked elsewhere and demanded my money back but they refused to give it to me. The room was tiny and not like the picture, it was dirty and not well presented.

I’ve used the apartment before; it’s ideally located; it’s extremely clean and the staff work hard.

Struttura in ottima posizione,nelle vicinanze c’è tutto. Zona bella e ben servita con metro a due passi. Assistenza abbastanza efficiente,c’erano dei problemini che ci hanno risolto in giornata.

Bagno piccolino,con lavandino minuscolo. Scale un po ripide per arrivare all’ultimo piano e la stanza era davvero molto calda poiché non c’è condizionatore ma un solo ventilatore.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, la zona es muy pintoresca

Si bien ya sabíamos cómo iba a ser el lugar, no imaginábamos que era tan pequeño.

Nos encantó el barrio y el ambiente residencial, con todo lo necesario muy cerca. Personalmente, la ubicación fue perfecta, ya que íbamos a un concierto que teníamos justo en Hyde Park y estábamos a solo 5 minutos en bici de Notting Hill. Estuvimos en el Estudio Pequeño, en la planta superior, y aunque no tienen ascensor, algo que ya avisan previamente, no nos supuso ningún problema. Teníamos aire acondicionado y un ventilador, así que no pasamos calor. Fuimos en julio, una época perfecta para mí. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario y, además, nos incluían cápsulas de café. Quedamos muy, muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Ojalá repetir.

El aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido y a mí me molestaba, pero a mi novio le gustan ese tipo de ruidos para dormir, así que supongo que depende de los gustos.

Estaba limpio

El baño muy pequeño no hay sitio ni para lavarte las manos en el lavabo, la cama no es cómoda y es muy pequeña para dos personas y además hacia mucho calor en el apartamento.

The wi-fi was poor. The fan in the room was very small and not suitable for hot conditions. Also, they should consider putting a net up at the window.

La ubicación, la limpieza y la cocina.

Colchones de muelles y camas pequeñas. Sin climatización, más allá de un ventilador pequeño portátil, creo que deberían valorar, al menos, ventiladores de techo, ya que es entendible que en UK no sea necesario AA.

Excellent location.

The kitchen could have been better equipped e.g. chopping board, more mugs, a washing up bowl. A toaster would also be good. Bedside lights would be nice. Oddly, the TV turned itself on every evening - we went out and when we returned it was turned on (3 nights running). We had a fire alarm at 4am on our first night/morning and nobody really knew what to do. Is there a designated fire warden for the building?

A good location next to Hyde and walkable into Paddington and Notting Hill.

The access code pad was a bit worn. I couldn't get in initially and I was panicking as I was needing to get to a meeting. Luckily a resident came out and showed me how to do it. The code would benefit a change to get rid of the number 3!

Die Lage des Zimmers mit Blick in einen verdreckten Innenhof und das Nebenzimmer war nicht sehr schön. Die Einrichtung und die Größe des Zimmers ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Innenstadt bzw. Verkehrsknotenpunkt ist durch einen kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Für einen Kurztrip mit wenig Zeit im Zimmer definitiv OK!

Ausblick in den Innenhof und das Nebenzimmer Dass das Apartment quasi im "Keller" ist - daher kaum Tageslicht vorhanden

The bed in flat 11 needs urgent changing. It offers no support as it’s completely worn out. It destroyed my back. The remote control was not adequately cleaned.

Heel veel lawaai op straat. Tussen 3 en 5 uur 's nachts was het even stil. Twee nachten daar dus helaas slecht geslapen.

Nota di merito alla gentilezza del personale che risponde velocemente tramite chat per qualsiasi problema. Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole. Letto comodo e tranquillamente adatto a due persone. Posizione in una zona residenziale davvero bella e tranquilla, un po spostato dal centro di Londra ma essendo una città enorme ogni spostamento è lungo. Cucina molto utile permette di risparmiare molto sui pasti. Vicino a 2 fermate metro e ai bus, tesco e altri market e ristoranti e pub nella via parallela molto caratteristica. Negozi di souvenir meno costosi rispetto al resto di Londra.

Sarebbe utile un utensile per scolare la pasta o anche solo un mestolo con i buchi. Inoltre qualche appendi abiti o mensola in più. Nell'appartamento a piano terra si potrebbero sentire in alcuni giorni, un po di rumori la mattina presto perché accanto c'è il magazzino dell'azienda di pulizie. Il tempo di prendere la roba, però è davvero un rumore forte, forse si potrebbe chiedere di cercare di fare piano?

They didn't have adequate fans for that apartment, and the bed was for a single person, and they knew there were going to be 2 of us. Bad connection to Internet service.

The location is great and easily accessible. Came for the theatre and was glad I booked this apartment. Space enough for one person. Supermarkets and great food locations nearby. An electric fan was provided although it was too hot for it to make much difference. I would book this again.

Next time I would book a lower floor as stairs are narrow and carrying luggage up was difficult. Had assumed an elevator but that's on me. The only inconvenience was the mattress which I found uncomfortable.

Skvělá lokalita blízko Kensington gardens a Hydeparku i Italských zahrad. Stanice metra také poblíž a ulice s obchodem a hezkými podniky byla také po ruce. Apartmán měl vše, co jsme potřebovali, včetně prostorné koupelny.

SPACE TOO SMALL, NO SPACE TO WALK INTO BED. BED NEXT TO WALL VERY SMALL SHOWER WITH GLASS DOORS, WATER OVERFLOW SHOWER INTO BATHROOM FLOOR AND INTO ROOM WOODEN FLOOR. WE HAD TO DRY FLOORS WITH TOWELS AND USED ELECTRIC FAN TO DRY COMPLETELY AFTER MOPPING

The room was clean and bright. Clear instructions provided regarding entry and key collection. The location is very good - shops, restaurants, and two tube stations within a few minutes walk.

Our booking was for a 'small studio apartment'. It was certainly small and might technically qualify as a studio apartment by virtue of the fact that the room contained a sink, microwave and induction stove, but I've stayed in hotel rooms with much more space. I can deal with tight spaces, but the size of the bed was a real issue. I'd estimate it was a 'small double', i.e. 122 cm (4ft) wide). My wife and I aren't particularly big people, but we found this to be so uncomfortable that we ended up buying an inflatable mattress after the first night so that one of us could sleep on the floor. It's also worth noting that there is no lift or air-conditioning in the building (the later is unlikely to be an issue during much of the year, but London can get quite warm during the summer).

The apartment is cozy and the location is great. It is at the back of the building, so the view from the window is not particularly nice, but this is already visible in the photos. On the plus side, it is very easy to access, especially compared with apartments on the higher floors. Transport connections to the city are excellent, with metro stations nearby. Just two streets away, there are also plenty of shops and great restaurants. Overall, it was a good stay. One useful tip: if you need to throw away rubbish, there are large bins at the end of the street, opposite the park. Otherwise, they can be quite difficult to find.

Since the apartment is on the ground floor and the door has almost no sound insulation, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The electric entrance door is extremely loud, and the cleaning staff seem to have a storage room next door, so they can also be heard working in the morning. The bed frame also squeaks loudly with even the slightest movement, which can easily wake you up during the night.

The very small fan provided little air and the window does not let up all the way to let in air. If it is up there is not screen to protect you from the bugs.

Location was great for what we needed and it was clean

No air-conditioning, TV only had pay-for apps so we couldn’t relax in our room with the tv after a long day, no milk?? (Every place I have ever stayed has at least long life milk!) the bed was not even a proper double bed (4ft if that) so I had to sleep on the floor for two of our three nights.

La limpieza, la conexión Wifi y los servicios (secador, plancha, cubiertos, vajilla...). Tiene todo lo necesario. También la TV, que contaba con Netflix y otras plataformas. Está situado en muy buena zona y bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad.

El espacio es diminuto, las ventanas no se abren del todo y en verano el ventilador es insuficiente.

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse en transporte público por la proximidad a la estación de Paddington y a la de Nottinghill Gate. En un barrio residencial y tranquilo. Se trata de una habitación con un baño pequeño donde hay una ducha, micro lavabo e inodoro. Tiene una placa de cocina y un fregadero. Pequeña terraza

La cama de medida aprox 120 cm es pequeña para dormir una pareja, y está pegada a una pared, es incómoda para dos personas. Entra mucha luz desde que amanece. No tiene aire acondicionado.

Le bruit permanent de la porte d’entrée du bâtiment. La chaleur permanente dans le logement, la difficulté de rafraîchir et l’absence de réactivité des bailleurs. Le ventilateur présent était ridiculement petit (20cm de diamètre ). La solution proposée pour rafraîchir était payante. Un logement en permanence à plus de 30 degrés, une chaleur liée à l’appartement lui même. L’eau froide sortait bouillante dans les premières minutes d’utilisation. Des poubelles entreposées devant la fenêtre en permanence.

Tres bon emplacement dans un quartier calme avec jardins, restos, commerces, transports tres proches Logement propre et agréable

Buena ubicación y nuevo.

Es super pequeño todo. No había ni sitio para una mesita de noche al lado. La cama super pequeña. La pila del baño diminuta, no te podías lavar la cara sin mojar todo el suelo. No parecía tan pequeño todo cuando lo reservamos. La verdad que muy decepcionante.

Very clean apartment in excellent location. Perfect for a walk to Marbell Arch, Hyde Park, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Paddington areas. Very handy. Great microwave and very clean shower room. The communal areas were very clean and the staircases are wider than I imagined.

There's no flexibility on checkout time even if you get there later, which is unreasonable. It was essentially a hot box and whilst there's a window and lovely trees it barely opens. It was fairly noisy, someone rocked back at 4am, there's no need for that. Ear plugs or ANC headfones recommended. The fan was efficient and relatively new but no proper air con. Not alot of thought had gone into how guests stay cool, e.g. super thick duvet on the bed, no spare sheets or sheets only to sleep under. Worth contemplating a bit more. For the price I might return, to be continued ... 🙃overall it was better than I expected and reasonable-ish for W2. Couldn't spend too long there, e.g. a week as would be like a frog in a hot pot!

Kiváló elhelyezkedés: Hyde park közelében, szomszédos utcákban minden ami kellhet (éttermek, pékségek, reggelizők, Tesco, ajándékboltok, metró megálló). Self-service check in, rendkívül részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk előtte, videóval mi hol van, hogy jutunk be stb. A szoba nem túl nagy, de mégis felszerelt. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó.

2 éjszakára foglaltuk a szállást, és csak aludni kellett, mert egész nap a városban voltunk. Ennél fogva jó lett volna ha jót tudunk aludni/pihenni, de az egyetlen dolog ami negatívum az pont az ágy volt. Nem tudom mi a szabvány méret Angliában, de két felnőtt embernek ez nagyon keskeny, és borzasztó puha.

The apartment was small but clean and had the basics we needed.

It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The windows didn't seem to be openable. Upstairs clearly has no carpet and the soundproofing is poor.

If I have to say something , we asked for leave our backpack just for few extra hours after check out and they said no because was an apartment and they weren’t organised But now even the apartment try to help you in those case but we had to pay a place for keep our stuff and you know, london and the flat were already expensive

The flat is exactly what it says it is. Small, compact and has all the basics.

You lied in the advertisement!!! The pictures do not match the room I received. It is advertised as a ground floor apartment, in reality it is a basement apartment. In addition to the fact that it is a basement apartment, the apartment has a window, but in reality it is impossible to leave it open since there are no bars or nets. I must point out that if I had known that it was a basement apartment I wouldn't book an apartment.

Sicuramente posizione ottima, ben collegata, quartiere ricco di shop e locali dove mangiare. Facilità del check-in in autonomia, appartamento senza moquette, box doccia comodo. Stanza tutto sommato pulita.

Bagno esageratamente piccolo, si faceva difficoltà a muoversi. Stanza molto calda, c'era un piccolo ventilatore a disposizione ma era pieno di polvere, abbiamo dovuto pulirlo perché quando si accendeva diffondeva granelli di polvere in tutta la stanza. Si sentivano molto i rumori provenienti da altre stanze e degli altri ospiti che passano in corridoio.

Great location, very close to Hyde park and Kensington park. Close to public transport. Clean and perfect condition would book again.

No Air-conditioning is the only fault really. Which was definitely needed especially during a heatwave. Thankfully a fan was provided in the room.

Loved the location, on a very quiet street. It was a super clean apartment, and so good to have a little kitchenette. It was great for myself, but pretty sure two people wouldn’t fit on the bed (and I’m not a very big human!)

Top floor was very hot. With the UK temperatures increasing, a better fan / air con will need to be supplied soon (currently a very noisy tabletop one so couldnt use at night). Mattress very soft too.

Super Lage, langes großes Fenster, bzw Balkontüre zu kleinen Balkon . Bad war sehr gut. Küchenzeile klein aber ok . Einbauschrank mit Fächern und Garderobe geräumig. Ohne den Ventilator hätten wir die unglaublich heißen Tagen nicht überstanden. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Der Holzboden ist recht schäbig, die Betten zu weich für uns.
