Leo Palace Hotel New Wing, WTC Kuala Lumpur

The staff at the reception was nice and tried to accommodate us after complain and to offer us a better room. The cleaning service was also ok but the rooms are older than they look at the photos... there were some stains at the bed polster etc.

We got first smaller room than the one we booked and was shown on the photos. After complaining we got the right one. AC was old and did not work... we changed to another room but AC there was also very bad. The hotel and rooms are older and not in such good condition as shown on the photos although we were in the "new wing". We were relying on reviews what was mistake, especially if you are a Westerner and expect the same hygenic and any other standard.

La piscina estaba llena de pelos largos negros. No la habían limpiado en años. En la habitación no había mucha luz . Y el lavabo daba asquete. Estaba renegrido .

The room that they gave was very smelly and noisy. I put in my request and none was given. The staff keep asking for money for room upgrade which made my wife very uncomfortable. 👌

I paid the full amount in advance, but unfortunately the room condition was completely unacceptable and I was unable to stay there. The room was very dirty, had a strong cigarette smell, and the actual condition was very different from what was shown on Booking.com. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room. Since I paid in full but could not use the room because of its unacceptable condition, I am requesting a refund for the amount paid. I also have photos/videos showing the actual condition of the room as evidence. I hope Booking.com and the hotel will review this complaint seriously and provide a fair refund.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was very clean, fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained, even though we booked the standard rooms. I reserved three rooms for my family, and the staff kindly arranged for all of them to be located on the ground floor as requested, which made our stay much more convenient. As a Muslim traveler, I truly appreciated that the hotel provided prayer mats, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended—truly a 5-star experience! 🤍🤍

* The hotel furniture is quite old and worn out. * Both the main door and the bathroom door were difficult to close and required force to push shut. * The air conditioner was very noisy, did not cool the room properly, and had an unpleasant smell. * The bed was dirty, with multiple visible stains on the bedding. * We arrived around midnight, but there were no available parking spaces. We had to park in another area and move the car the next morning to avoid getting a parking summons.

不好，大号双人床就是普通双人床。房间很小很小，冷气不冷，前台的负责人没礼貌态度不好。然后泳池讲是7点开始，实际是9点。很难找停车位，找了30分钟左右。房间很不安全，会有人进入打扫，当房间没人时。

Lovely location, very close to public transport. Lovely staff very helpful. Cleaning staff is amazing and helpful.

Toilet paper are a bit thin but lovely overall.

The swimming pool is nice. Everyday they clean your sheets and towels

They did not clean the Rome prior or during the stay. A lot of mold in the bathroom, fridge did not work. Very noisy neighborhood, with good food though. The pictures are definitely not of the rooms you get. They are not even old pictures. Chairs are filthy, and sheets and towels are not exactly clean.
