Also, die ist ideal um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Parken im Parkhaus 15 € am Tag ist o.k. Aber das beste in dem B&B ist der gute Geist des Hauses, Irina netter Empfang , immer freundlich, hat uns uns ein super Frühstück jeden Morgen im Zimmer serviert. Wenn wir von unserer täglichen Tour zurück gekommen sind, haben immer ein sehr sauberes und aufgeräumtes Zimmer vorgefunden. 10 Punkte für Irina

Parkplatz: es ist die öffentliche Tiefgarage zu benutzen und kostet pro Tag 15€ und ist ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt!

De kamer was mooi en schoon. Duidelijk recent gerenoveerd.

Kamer voor 4 personen en het ontbijt werd op de kamer geserveerd. Echter onvoldoende ruimte om met zijn vieren gezellig te ontbijten op de kamer. Balkon op de foto komt niet overeen. Daarnaast was de gastvrouw erg gestrest en onaardig. Totaal niet behulpzaam. De lift in het gebouw deed het maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Op hoop van zegen dat je veilig naar boven en beneden komt. Ook de afstand naar het centrum viel toch tegen.

The location is good (15-20 minutes walk to main attractions). Parking is accessible, at a parking garage nearby (5 min walk). The Wifi is excelent (200+ mbps), with a stable connection.

Quand on réserve, il faut bien vérifier les terrasses car on voit beaucoup les terrasses Confort sur les photos, il y a une seule photo avec un balcon de 2 m², et si on fait pas attention moi c’est le point noir que j’ai retenu quand je suis arrivé, je pensais avoir un balcon comme ça et au final j’avais même pas 2 m². Sinon la chambre était correcte. À part la clim qui fonctionne mal côté Chambre on a dû changer de côté pour dormir, c’était intenable, deuxième. Point noir on nous a demandé à quelle heure on prenait notre petit déjeuner rien d’autre. Au final il fallait remplir une fiche et le mettre sur la porte pour qu’il prépare le matin. Sauf que nous l’a pas dit et à 7h du matin on nous réveille en tapant plusieurs fois dans la porte. Donc vraiment déçu sur ce point-là aussi.

Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Frigo top dans la chambre c’est très appréciable avec 2 petite bouteille d’eau. Plein de rangement. Très bien placé directement sur la rue piétonne qui est top et à 10 min à pied de la gare pour rejoindre les cinque terre.

Une petite odeur quand on rentre dans la chambre mais ce n’est pas dérangeant vu la qualité du reste.

Zentrale Lage Auto konnte Man einfach im Parkhaus lassen und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück Wunde ins Zimmer geliefert, Grosse Zimmer mit sehr großem Betten der Balkon hatte die Sicht auf der Straße. Bad und WC sehr sauber. Mini bar voll ausgestattet und die Preise waren in Ordnung. Die Gastgeber total hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar haben uns alle Infos gegeben die man braucht. Wenn ich nochmals nach Florenz kommen sollte wäre es meine erste Entscheidung dieses b&b nochmals zu buchen. Gastgeber würde ich mit 10 bewerten. Zimmermädchen auch mit 10 Zimmer und Ausstattung 10 Lage und Zimmer für eine 4 köpfige Familie auch mit 10 Parkhaus gleich in der Nähe und für 15 Euro den ganzen Tag auch mit 10 bewerten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

La praticità nel gestire in autonomia il soggiorno e la cura e disponibilita della signora Irina.

Nonostante la presenza del clima, la camera non era adeguatamente rinfrescata.

Quarto bastante confortável e bem localizado. Os hosts foram muito atenciosos. Nosso vôo atrasou bastante e nos permitiram fazer o check in mais tarde.

As únicas coisas que não gostei foram as excessivas mensagens que recebi a partir do dia anterior ao check in até depois que já havia entrado na acomodação. Muitas mensagens explicando a mesma coisa, na correria da viagem nem todos têm tempo de ler. As explicações poderiam ser mais claras e resumidas em um PDF do que as quase 20 mensagens que recebi por WhatsApp, era cansativo de ler. Sobre o quarto meu único incômodo foi que o ar condicionado passou a noite pingando, fazia aquele barulho de gota caindo a noite inteira. Fora isso, foi tudo agradável. Passamos poucas horas.

Lentokentältä pääsee T-2 linjalla lähelle asuntoa. Huone oli kuvien mukainen, siisti ja molemmissa huoneissa oli ilmalämpöpumppu. Parveke oli sopivan kokoinen aamupalan syöntiin. Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällinen. Aamupala oli hyvä joka aamu. Shampoot/pesuaineet kuuluivat huoneistoon. Ikkunaan ja parvekeovern sai pimennys verhot laskettua. Hyvä pizza Napoli oli vastspäätä ja iso ruokakauppa Esseluna. Huoneessa oli minibaari/jääkaappi.

Majoittuminen alussa oli hieman hankala, sisälle portista pääsi, kun soitit puhnroon joka oli portin lähellä. Mikäli olet herkkäuninen niin tienäänet kuuluivat jonkin verran, korvatulpat mukaan.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer ist definitiv ein Highlight. Ein Parkhaus ist nicht weit entfernt.

Es gibt im Vorfeld sehr viel Informationen über die Unterkunft wie man sich zu verhalten hat was einem sehr verunsichert, da auch deutlich darauf hingewiesen wird das man sich unbedingt ruhig verhalten soll, da es Mieter in dem Haus gibt. Der Balkon war sehr klein und ist definitiv nichts für Menschen die Höhenangst haben.

moderne, große Wohnung, es war sehr sauber

das Frühstück war nicht überragend, aber hat gepasst. Nächstes Mal einfach zum Bäcker gegenüber laufen

Unser Zimmer mit dem tollen Balkon war top. Beste Aussicht über Florenz. Besonders schön am Abend. Groß und geräumig, extra Toilette und Bad. Mit Klimaanlage. Von Irina wurden wir hervorragend mit einem super leckerem Frühstück verwöhnt. Alles unkompliziert, sauber und toll. Sie ist echt super :-) Wie man sich das im Urlaub wünscht :-) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. DANKE an alle die dazu beigetragen haben.

The location and service were great. The breakfast in morning at our room was very nice.

The air-conditioning was not only nice but crucial during our summer stay. All main attractions were reachable by foot, yet the immediate area was wonderfully non-touristy. The staff was very friendly - particularly Irina was a wonderful staff member: Beyond her attentive help, I enjoyed that I could chat with her in my rudimentary italian and that she would reply in easy-to-follow italian sentences that allowed me to exercise my basis italian skills. A highlight every morning!

Over our ~ 1 week stay, multiple of the "clean" towels still had smaller stains on them. I do not like that we had to send pictures of our IDs/have pictures of our IDs taken. While I am of course very happy to give the information neccessary for check-in, full pictures of IDs is very personal information vulnerable to hacker attacks.

Absolutely STUNNING room with the most amazing view!! Air conditioning worked perfectly in the heatwave. Close to a tram line and a supermarket. Super easy to get into the city centre as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Coffee machine didn’t work however they replaced it next day and also brought as coffees the next morning.

The room was clean, AC working fine, Irina, the cleaning lady was nice, pretty close to the centre (like 20 minutes of walking).

The property doesn't own parking lots and in description it mentions like having parking, which is not true. You find parking nearby, public parking, which will cost you 15 euro per day (a bit expensive). And you find out about this parking the day before check-in (the property will message you about this).

Es ist einfach der Hammer . Alles super .! Das Frühstück direkt ins Zimmer geliefert.!! Und dann auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt.. Was soll man noch weiter sagen. Es war traumhaft.

Staðsetningin var alveg frábær. Við vorum mjög nálægt almenningssamgöngum. Tókum oft sporvagninn sem færði okkur á alla helstu staði sem við höfðum áhuga á. Okkur likaði í alla staði vel við veruna og nutum lífsins.

Good location

Rooms don’t look as nice as they do on the pictures - especially the pink and yellow rooms. Rooms smelt like cleaning products. I must admit I was a bit disappointed- it feels like the rooms on the upper floor by reception are more modern and thought through whereas the rooms on the floor below feel like you’re not staying in the same place - especially because it’s all remote entry, you don’t go to reception to check in

Clean, well appointed. I liked the location as it is slightly outside the busy touristed areas but still close to the main attractions and a tram stop.

Not overly personable as check in done remotely. No ability for a second key to the room which was an issue in a twin room. So many instructions…understand the need to give information but felt a bit belittling / pedantic / common sense.

It had everything we needed and was very clean. A great location not far from the centro. We are aiming to revisit for a long weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Aside of all the other photos, I would like to see a photo of the entire front of the building to assist when finding the apartments.

Comfortable and clean room. Walking distance from city centre. Host was very happy to help store our luggage until later in the day of check out. Simple, yet comfortable.

Jag gillade allt, frukosten, toaletten, rummet och AC:en väldigt bekvämt. Nära centrum men ändå utanför. Det var skönt att vara lite utanför. Våran servitris och städare Orena var helt underbar. Jag är så glad över hennes snällhet och service inriktning.

Inga anmärkningar, kanske en aning långt bort från stationen och innerstaden men det funkade bra för mig och min fru

Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Hier konnten wir unser tägliches Frühstück sehr entspannt genießen und Abends bei einer Flasche Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man so für 2 - 3 Tage braucht.

Posizione strategica e tranquilla per raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro storico di Firenze. Inoltre vicina ai principali snodi dove prendere i mezzi. Colazione servita in camera, all'orario prescelto da noi. Anche se non c'è un tavolo o spazio dove sedersi e consumarla, il carrello con la quale la portano in camera è sufficiente. Accoglienza ottima e personale molto gentile.

Es gab ein gutes Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock war bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Ein kleiner Balkon war außerdem vorhanden. Obwohl eine Hauptstraße vor der Tür war mit Bus und Tram Anbindung, war es im Zimmer durch die doppelten Fenster sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und wurde auf Zimmer gebracht. Gerne kommen wir wieder vorbei wenn wir in Florenz sind.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos de la parada del transfer, desde allí podía ir caminando a los lugares emblemáticos, aproximadamente a 20 minutos de distancia. La habitación bastante amplia, su baño muy bien equipado, el aseo de las instalaciones estaba muy bien, en general todo súper.

The location of this hotel was perfect for visiting the city. Walking distance to centre and also trams available close by. Staff (one girl can't remember her name unfortunately) was really lovely and friendly.

The Air-conditioning had no remote so we couldn't use it. We probably could have requested in fairness, but managed without.

Très bon accueil et belle chambre, belle situation aussi. Très calme. Mais attention au volet roulant électrique. S'il refuse de s'ouvrir, ne toucher à rien et reculer de trois pas !

La gestion de la panne d'un volet roulant, les messages accusateurs du ou de la gestionnaire et la menace de soustraction de 150 euros pour le soi-disant changement du moteur électrique... Volet qui était baissé en arrivant l'après-midi et dont la panne m'était attribuée sans ménagement. Finalement, affaire sans suite. Mais attention au coup de la panne...

Das B&B war super zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe für 15€ pro Tag. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Handtücher waren bei Anreise zum Teil schmutzig. Da es vor Ort erst am nächsten Tag einen Ansprechpartner gab, konnten diese auch erst dann ausgetauscht werden.

The apartment was clean. Staff greeted us at front door. Was able to leave our luggage until check in. Easy walk to town. Breakfast was great and ready for us.
