Everything, the room is lovely, it's well maintained, great location, good internet.

My room was on the third floor and I have bad knees.

It's a great place. Stayed here 3 times now. Although I may moan about the steps, I would struggle with them as it's worth it.

Easy access. Near Westfields London so plenty of food choices and near transport

As the location is on the busy street you need to close the windows overnight and then it heats up and you have to open the windows to let some fresh air in. One of the locks on the doors was broken.

The apartment was ground floor and the window was looking directly across to another apartment just a few meters away so we mostly had to have blinds down for se privavy. Also, there was just one chair at the table.

Got what I expected. The apartment was as described — clean, modern and well equipped. The location was very convenient for exploring London, and considering the price and location, it was a very good compromise.

The only minor issue was the ventilation, as it felt a bit stuffy at times, especially with the windows closed. Apart from that, everything was perfectly fine.

Even though the street seamed a bit “unsafe” in the beginning for two young girls, the close tube station and direct bus connections to the city center made it a good stay. Very good pubs and restaurants were really close.

It was WAY too hot! We had to keep the windows open 24/7 and therefore could hear everything and everyone. There was no possibility of cooling the apartment down even though it was around 22 degrees outside.

No description on the website about what the basement location would be like, which is poor. Unable to leave curtains open as the windows look directly over to another apartment. The sound through the communal courtyard and apartments above travelled easily and so it could be noisy- particularly on one night when a group of his were up either out of thir rooms or had windows open until 5am and very were very loud

The room was fine - it has everything you need including an iron / ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, coffee machine and fridge freezer etc.

Truly the worst nights sleep I've had in years - the heat was unbearable. We stayed in one of the top floor apartments. Outside it was 20 degrees overnight, but in this room it felt like a sauna - the room traps the heat. No air conditioning - just one tiny desk fan which wasn't working when we arrived. I had to remove a tonne of hair tangled around the blades to make it spin; it made no difference anyway. I ended up sleeping on the floor near the window just to get some air. Please buy 2-3 fans - this way guests can at least create a crosswind / some air flow and try to push the hot air out of the window. In winter this place would be great, but I dread to think what it'd be like staying here during a heatwave.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell appartamento numero 3 posto al piano seminterrato, come dispongono la maggior parte delle case a londra. Dalla strada principale con un codice si entra nella struttura. Nel corridoio si scende una rampa di scale. Tramite codice si prelevano le chiavi. L appartamento dispone di finestra, con tenda oscuranti, che affaccia su un ballatoio dove ci sono altri 3 appartamenti. L appartamento è molto nuovo, pulito e moderno. Il letto matrimoniale è alto e comodo. Cè una tv. Un tavolino, 2 sedie un piano cottura, microonde. Armadio con luci, phone, ferro da stiro. Il bagno non ha finestre, piccolo ma è nuovo. La doccia molto grande, acqua sempre calda e tanti appoggi. C'è l impianto antincendio che una sera è anche suonato. Tramite la chat di booking ho avvisato e siamo stati rassicurati. Non ci sono i condizionatori ma un ventilatore. Ad agosto c'era un piumone sul letto con cui siamo stati benissimo. L host risponde in molto tempestivo. Cè la wifi. Non dispone di servizio deposito bagagli.La strada principale è piena di negozi da mangiare, sempre affollata anche di sera, con tantissime fermate dell autobus comodissime e vicinissima a 2 metro. Vicino c'è un centro commerciale molto grande. Struttura consigliatissima vicinissima a notting hill.

Great location, but that was about it.

Not hot in London(19 degrees on Sunday), but the apartment was beyond uncomfortably hot. I was on the top floor taking electrolytes trying to combat it. Window wide open, so any noise from the street had to be taken on as the room was uninhabitable with it shut. To add insult to injury the fan didn't work that was supplied, nor was cold water in the apartment. Tried both ways, even in the middle and at best you got luke warm which was just added levels of ridiculous. Resulted in 2 nights stay losing 2 nights sleep. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. The worst weekend stay I've ever had.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work all the time but the staff was always helpful to fix it

Sink and faucet didn't work al too well. Room was very hot, so hot that sleeping was difficult, the fan in the room was terrible! Small amount of cutlery and plates but no sponge to clean the dishes, why put soap but no sponge? Also the cleaning started very early and cleaners made a lot of noise. Other tennants were very noisy as well.

The location is great. Close to the travel network and plenty of places to shop, eat and drink.

Quite a small studio, which was sufficient for our one night stay. The fan provided was not powerful enough to provide any help against the heat (it was a very hot period of weather in the UK). There is a fridge, but nothing provided there. (some water, soft drinks and/or milk would have been great).

Non c'è l'aria condizionata, le camere sono veramente bollenti, non si riusciva a dormire la notte anche a causa della vicinanza alla strada e dei rumori notturni delle auto. La posizione non era il massimo, vicino a un parco con luna Park e quartiere poco raccomandabile. Le dimensioni della camera erano davvero piccole e nel bagno non c'era né finestra né aspiratore.

The property was amazing in perfect location definitely worth the money!

The room was very, very hot during our stay in July. The fan provided unfortunately didn’t make much difference, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. As the windows were easily accessible, we didn’t feel particularly safe leaving them open throughout the night. This was the only negative thing about the room, as everything else was great. A ceiling fan would definitely be a great addition, as it would help circulate the air around the room much more effectively.

Beliggenhed lige mellem 2 undergrundsstationer med forskellige linjer til hele London . God stemning og masser af muligheder for indkøb inkl dagligvarer og shopping. Selve værelset med the køkken bad og seng fungerede og var i god stand . Nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen

Dårlige ventalitions forhold og støjforhold . Gulv ventilator fungerede men larmede meget og besværliggjorde søvn . Man var nødsaget til at holde vinduet åbent , hvis man skulle have lidt luft om natten . Ud til gaden var der støj som forventet i en storby , derfor svært at finde ro . Svært at lufte ud ifm varme og madlavning .

It’s very close to the station and it’s a nice place to stay. Clean and has everything you need for a short stay!

It’s next to a very busy road so when you open the window it’s very noisy. But I had to keep the window open because it was so warm. It was also a tivoli right outside that made extreme noise until 9pm, but I know that’s just temporary in the summer. And I was on the 2nd floor and no lift.

Facile d'accès avec le chek-in et le chek-out en toute autonomie, proximité de deux lignes de métro, dont une principale. La propreté et la salle de douche. Les dosettes de café Nespresso offertes et le ventilateur !! Tout est récent.

Nous avions une chambre côté rue ; le quartier étant très très animé jusqu'au petit matin, et avec la chaleur qu'il faisait, nous étions obligés de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, donc nos nuits n'ont pas été reposantes. Les équipements de la cuisine sont très sommaires. Le matelas n'est pas de grande qualité, il faudrait à mon avis le changer.

The intercom went off randomly at 1am one night, but never happened again. Just wished there was 2 chairs at the table too.

The property was clean, the housekeeping staff was very helpful and kind.

1/5 stars We checked in during a normal summer week and the room was unbearably, dangerously hot — noticeably hotter than the hallway and hotter than it was outside. Within 25 minutes my wife, who has severe asthma, was struggling to breathe. Staff gave us a fan, which did nothing. We asked twice — in person and by phone — to be moved to a lower, courtyard-facing room, and were told nothing was available. My wife then had a second, more severe asthma attack, and I began feeling faint and nauseous myself. We had no choice but to leave after two and a half hours and pay out of pocket for a different hotel the same afternoon. We documented everything in real time: messages to the property, calls to family, weather records. Despite this, after weeks of correspondence, the property refunded a token 10% refund (£80) and refused to cover any more (despite attempting to re rent the room), then stopped responding to follow-ups entirely, including a detailed, evidence-backed request they have now ignored for a full business week. We have even offered a reasonable compromise on the refund, and have been treated with nothing but disrespect and silence. If you have any risk of a medical emergency, any respiratory condition, any heat sensitivity, or any concern you could be injured or become seriously unwell, stay away from this property. Their response to a guest in visible medical distress was to hand over a fan and walk away. This is a property that values profits over guest safety, and their handling of our situation, and of our refund request afterward, makes that clear.

Although we stated our time of arrival as requested our room was still being prepared when we arrived. It should have been ready!

Convenient location very easy to check in

It was particularly warm, but there was a decent fan. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable but fine for one night.

We could hear a lot of noise from the other residents. I got around this by sleeping with earplugs in.

Location was perfect, a stones throw from the underground. Shower was brilliant, great pressure. Kitchenette was fully stocked with everything you would need, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, washing up liquid etc.

Air conditioning wasn't great, there was a fan in one of the wardrobes but it wasn't very strong. Maybe something that could be improved on especially for during the summer

We stay here often as we work in Hammersmith and this location means we are close to tube for work but also have multiple options on other transport to access different parts of London to see friends more easily. Also the apartments are clean and you can comfortably fit 2 people with their luggage in the space.

We are usually happy with our stay but the hot water wasnt working on this occasion (apt16). It was impossible to wash dishes as the hot water just spat out in large chunks rather than flowed (very messy) and if it hadnt been so hot outside I would not have appreciated only being able to have a cold shower...lukewarm at best as when we tried to turn it to warm it started doing the same choked spitting out of water as the kitchen tap.

Really convenient apartment with self Checkin. You have everything you might need. It’s 5 minutes from metro station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment is clean and feels “new”

You can hear EVERYTHING going on in apartments around you. Cleaning starts at 8am and it is so noisy you can’t really sleep to it. When somebody opens and closes the door nearby - you will wake up. It gets especially bad when you open window. You can hear everyone in different apartments as if they were sitting next to you.

Plenty of variety for food nearby. Quiet (except for the England game)

Great stay. Everything you need in a studio and it was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure good. Good location near the tube as well. There’s laundry machine in the basement but need to pay to use.

It was hot. Like sweltering hot in the heat wave and no breeze came in. The tiny fan doesn’t do much and to keep the window open at night, it was quite noisy. WiFi wasn’t great - not consistent for working.

Assenza di aria condizionata, quindi molto umido e caldo. Aprire le finestre per avere un po’ di aria significava avere i rumori, già molto presenti a finestra chiusa, amplificati nettamente. Praticamente si sentiva la gente delle altre stanze come fossimo in un ostello. In più rumori di metro, auto, polizia e tutto il resto. La mattina alle 7 si sentiva già la donna delle pulizie con aspirapolvere e porte sbattute.

We got a room on the 3rd floor (top floor), with very narrow stairs that are very challenging to maneuver luggage on. It was extremely hot as it's basically a room on the roof, and literally couldn't stay there, left the apartment after a few hours and asked for even a partial refund or anything as we couldn't even sleep. Got an automated message saying it's non refundable and we can't do anything. Also, if you are not aware, the area is not great.

There is no air conditioning. If you are staying here during the summer, be prepared that the room becomes extremely hot and it is impossible to stay or sleep comfortably. When I checked in, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy, and even opening the window didn’t help. The apartment is also very noisy that you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. In the morning, the cleaning staff are very loud, making it impossible to rest or sleep. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Kompaktowy pokój zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzeba. Czysto, schludnie, blisko do dwóch stacji metra linii Central oraz Hammersmith & Circle line. Blisko duży sklep Lidl.

Niestety trafiliśmy na falę upałów a w pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji. Pokój bardzo szybko się nagrzał i nie dało się go wywietrzyć wieczorem/nocy pomimo otwartego okna i używania wentylatora. Bardzo głośna okolica. Stale jeździły pojazdy na sygnałach, słychać było krzyki z ulicy i nie dało się normalnie spać.

It was very clean and close to public transport and Westfield shopping centre. It was also nice and quiet - no noise from the street.

I arrived in a heatwave, so it would have been nice to find a small bottle of water in the fridge. The fan was also very small and not useful in the heat. Please consider getting bigger towels - the current ones barely wrap around a body.

La localisation est très bien. Proche du centre. C’était propre et correctement équipé.

C’est très très bruyant. Ne surtout pas y aller en été, les chambres sont un four. Il fait extrêmement chaud et malgré la fenêtre ouverte (tôt le matin pour l’air frais) l’air ne circule pas du tout, et le ventilateur est trop petit…

Super clean. New, modern appartement and furniture. Appartement equipped with great taste. Possibility to cook simple dishes. The owners put clearly a lot of effort in the design of the appartement. Close to tube stations and the very nice Holland park and a Westfield mall. Excellent communication with the owners.

Groups of junkies and jobless people meet in the small park in the front of the building and they make quite some noise, particularly at night. Also, a noisy room as a busy street is just in front of the building. These may be mitigated if the room window is oriented toward the inner court. Still, most places in London are quite noisy. During the unusual heatwave in May, it was very hot my room at the second floor.

These rooms are unlivable in this incredibly hot weather. It's much hotter outside, even.

Чудесна стая близо до метро, с много мгазини и заведения за хранене наоколо. До приятен парк. Стаята беше на втория етаж - бяха ни изпратени много подробни инструкции, видео клипове - как да намерим вратата, как да се изкачим по стълбите, как точно ще изглежда нашата стая - нещата бяха точно по този начин. Много чиста стая и баня, много удобни възглавници и легло. Много приятни съвременни мебели. Имаше дори кухненски бокс, Снимките в обявата са реални. Тъй като няма климатик - трябваше прозореца да е отворен вечер. Шумът от улицата - поне на нас - не ни пречеше, въпреки че бяхме с прозорец към улицата. Бих се върнала с удоволствие.

A great little studio apartment! It is walking distance to tube stops and the Westfield shopping centre. Exceptionally clean and newly refurbished, it had everything you would need for a short stay.

Just a short walk to the train station, lots of local shops/pub/ food places near by

The apartment was too hot, no air conditioning, fan provided but was noisy, could have done with a mattress topper

Very well presented apartment, newly refurbished and well maintained. Tea bags and coffee in the kitchen was a nice touch. Location at two tube lines made travel very easy and we walked down to the tennis at Queens. Instructions to enter were well specified and provided in advance.

Spotlessly clean with a neat little kitchenette. Near tube stations and bus stops and plenty of places to eat. Very clear instructions for check in delivered by email, the videos were particular helpful!

Just be warned it does get very hot on the top floors but there is a powerful fan provided in the wardrobe. Also experienced some door slamming in the late morning/afternoon.

L'assenza di aria condizionata è un grosso handicap perchè c'è una sola finestra e se fa caldo si muore veramente, non c'è ricircolo d'aria, e il fatto che ci fossero le cose contate, 2 forchette, 2 cucchiaini, 2 coltelli... se uno vuole cucinare qualcosa diventa un'impresa! Un pò esagerato, forse più dell'aria condizionata mancante.

Photos on the website are a mix of rooms types so you have no idea what you will get Bedside light didn't work - no action despite emailing and speaking to cleaner No milk provided (sachet, etc) despite providing tea, sugar and two types of coffee.

Great option. The room comes with a microwave, fridge, and all necessary appliances. The location is excellent, close to the mall and grocery stores, with easy access to the subway and buses.

The fridge was way too loud to be able to sleep. The walls and ceilings were paper thin. The sound from the main door closing was really loud. Uncomfortable bed.

Great location and very clean and tidy

A bit of noise from the road and the common but to be expected for such a central location. Noise from banging doors of other residents was disruptive.
