The host of the property were very friendly and at the same time helpful genuinely. They took time out to give genuine help with currency exchange to find a good indian vegeterian food joint which was budget friendly.

Amazing location, steps away from the subway! We stayed in the Penthouse Suite with 6 people. Lots of space to put our belongings; the beds are very comfortable; the kitchen and dining area were very nice, and we had all the basic things we would need already provided. The staff is sooo helpful; every time we were passing by the lobby, they were asking if everything was alright and if there was anything we needed.

The only minor issue we had was that the water pressure in the showers were quite low and inconsistent, and the shower drain clogged so easily. Understandable as it is an older building, but we had no other complaints besides that!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. What truly made our experience memorable, though, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to the receptionists, Iman and Feres, who were both so welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit.We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

The only downside was the loud music from outside on Friday and Saturday nights, which made it a bit tough to sleep on the weekend.

Apartment was great and Faris the receptionist was exceptional!

We zaten in een appartement met achterstallig onderhoud. De laminaatvloer had een eerder opgelopen waterschade waardoor het er onverzorgd uitzag. Douchekop gaf problemen, toen we dit aankaarten werd het meteen aangepakt.

We stayed in this hotel apartment for nearly 2 weeks, and overall we were very happy with our stay. the location is excellent, it is an area full oh shops and restaurants, well connected to the center and landmarks, with bus and also metro. One things we really appreciated was that housekeeping was available whenever we needed it. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, and they made a big difference to our experience. They arranged airport taxis for us, gave us useful recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and were always willing to help. The apartment itself had both positive and negative aspects, which I’ll mention below. A message from Dave and Sousan : We had a wonderful time at Beddington Hotel & Residennees . The location was perfect . The apartments were very comfortable and clean . We had an option of daily cleaners who were very professional. Imon, the manager was very friendly, helpful, kind and attentive. Whatever we needed she was there to provide for us , with a smile . Nothing was too much . Also other members of the team , were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this accumulation, highly .

The first thing was that for some apartments the picture on the website and the apartment itself didn’t match, picture were showing a very modern, and new place whereas the apartments itself was not that new. The kitchen equipment could be better, some very old utensils and pots. It would be also nice to have a vacuum cleaner or even some basic broom if needed. We had some issues with the air-conditioner that the staff tried their best to fix it and it the end was sorted. I believe this was mainly because the building and some of the equipment are a bit old. We had booked 2 apartments there, the one bedroom apartment was much better, looked as its pics and we didn’t have any problems there.

Really good location, close to Osmanbey M2 metro station and a lot of shops. Not a lot of tourists, mostly locals, and you can have a true immersive turkish experience

The residence has a karaoke 🎤 night bar right next to the building, and it was really loud. At 3AM, they were still singing. So, if you are a light sleeper, this location may not be for you

تفتقد الكثير من الاشياء الحديثه على سبيل المثال الصاله تعتبر قديمه واثاثه باهت لا توجد شاشه ولا يوجد الا مكيف واحد بعيد عن الصاله وتوجد مواصير لتصريف الماء او الهواء سيئه وتزعج اخر الليل وهنالك باب للطوارئ على الصاله! الصدق الصور كانت افضل بكثير من الي شفناه بالواقع

كل شيء كان ممتاز والاهم الاستقبال من قبل الكادر كانوا جميعا متعاونين وبالاخص الست ايمان

Our entire stay was wonderful. From the very beginning we arrived quite early (prior to the described check in time), we were willing to just store our bags, but reception was so nice as to let us check in early. We were asked multiple times if anything is required. The room was great, location was close to the subway and to a lot of restaurants, pubs and fast food stops(we were going to a conference in Istanbul Congress Center - it's just a 5 min walk). After check out we asked to store our bags until our departure, which again they agreed to. Amazing stay, so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to the woman on reception (I am so sorry I forgot the name)

اكثر شي سيء هو عدم توفر مواقف سيارات لديهم و مذلك ضيق الشارع بالاضافة الى ان غرفة النوم كانت ضيقة و مافيها مكيف فقط التكييف بالصالة

Бронировали апартаменты на компанию друзей из 6 человек, впечатления только положительные!!! С террасы открывается потрясающий вид на город, сама квартира просторная, чистая, кровати удобные, два санузла – супер плюс для большой компании. Расположение в самом центре, до Таксим можно дойти пешком, либо доехать на метро (которое тоже очень близко) всего одну станцию. Вокруг очень много кафе, магазинов, обменников. Отдельное спасибо персоналу – отвечают на любые вопросы и просьбы 24/7, всегда супер быстро, оперативно и с полной отдачей и добром! Нам также разрешили заселиться пораньше, квартира была готова к очень раннему утру и мои друзья смогли сразу приехать и поспать после долгой дороги. Еще раз огромное спасибо!!! Соотношение цена-качество 10/10!

La cordialidad de los empleados, super dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema, sobre todo los ruidos y olores que sucedieron en el estudio del primer piso, nos tuieron que mudar en las madrugada de dos dias distintos, tremendo, pero los empleados ya no sabian como disculparse y pedirles a los vecinos que paren con la musica y no era fin de semana

Estuvimos 5 noches de las cuales 3, hubo fiesta al lado, tremendo, vibraban las paredes y apareció un intenso olor a cigarrillo, probablemente por las ventilaciones, una de las noches el chico que estaba en la recepción, divino, amable y comprensivo, logro que pararan la musica, pero las otras dos noches a la madrugada ya era imposible dormir y nos mudaron a un piso mas alto, en plena madrugada, encima uno de esos dias volabamos a las 7 am. o sea no dormimos nada, todo este problema fue por el estudio del primer piso. el resto estuvo perfecto, yo sugeriria mas luces bajas al lado de la cama para poder leer tranquilos. Quiero destacar la gestión de Iman especialmente por como se encargo que estuviéramos lo mas cómodos posibles. Muy agradecidos a todos y todas los empleados del hotel. Saludos

The greatest strength of this property, in our experience, was its staff, especially Mr. Firas at the reception desk. He was exceptionally kind, respectful, professional, and responsible, and his attitude had a very positive impact on our overall stay. When we discussed our experience at the end of our stay, the staff listened carefully to our feedback and sincerely expressed their regret regarding the inconvenience we had experienced. The hotel also provided us with a complimentary airport transfer as a gesture of goodwill, which was greatly appreciated and very thoughtful. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Firas and also to Ms. Iman for their hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism. Their kindness and dedication ensured that our stay ended on a very positive note.

Upon arrival, we encountered a few issues that did not fully match our expectations. I would recommend that future guests compare the details and photos of the room or apartment they booked with the unit they are given on the very first day. If they notice any discrepancy or issue, they should inform the hotel immediately, as the staff are ready to help and assist.

Wspaniała Iman i jej koledzy z recepcji, zawsze pomocni, mili, uczynni. Cudowni ludzie. Bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, recepcja czynna całą dobę. Apartament wygodny, dwupoziomowy, przestronny, taras. Bardzo wygodne materace, poduszki. W okolicy dużo restauracji, małej gastronomii, sklepy. Będę polecać znajomym i z całą pewnością wrócę. Dodatkowy atut, to bliskość metra, autobusów. Dosłownie minuta drogi. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, to było cudowne 9 dni w Stambule.

localisation idéale, proche métro, bus, commerces et restaurants en tout genre, le personnel est super, accueillant, de bons conseils pour les endroits a visiter ou les meilleurs restaurants alentour.

la résidence est au dessus d'un bar qui fait karaoké certains soir et si vous avez la même chance que nous, c'était 3 soirs sur 4 et donc impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreilles avant 6h du mat.

Die Lage ist Super, sehr zentral man gelangt sofort zur Metro oder auch zu fuß zu den großen einkaufsmeilen. Zimmer ist sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich, auch bei einem späten checkout entgegen gekommen und uns paar stunden mehr zu nutzen gegönnt.

Дуже гучно з вулиці. Без беруш ви не зможете спати. Фото не відповідають дійсності, все дуже старе. Найбільше погано виглядає душ, його давно варто було замінити. На кухні весь посуд битий. Подушки старі та потребують заміни, на них важко спати

The property was very comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was convenient for getting around the city.

During the weekend it became quite noisy because there is a pub with karaoke right next to the accommodation. The music and singing could be heard very loudly from the room, which was quite disturbing and made it difficult to rest. During the week, however, the stay was very pleasant.

Прекрасный аппарат отель, близко к метро, но не шумно. Отдельное спасибо девушке на ресепшене Эмине (надеюсь правильно запомнила имя), у нас было ранний прилет и она заселила нас утром, а не в обед, как в правилах отеля. Ещё раз огромное спасибо, так как мы были с детьми, которые очень устали в дороге. Ещё второму ребенку поставили дополнительную кровать, поэтому все спали удобно. Отель чистый, в номере тепло, есть центральное отопление. В общем, рекомендую

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The location is also a big plus Osmanbey is central, lively, and very close to the metro, making it very convenient to get around the city.

The apartment did not match the photos. Online, it looks very luxurious, but in reality, it’s much more average not bad, but definitely not what I expected. I am an influencer thought I could take some nice videos inside but couldn't. The kitchen setup was disappointing, as it lacks basic essentials like a dish sponge, salt, oil, coffee, tea, or sugar. These small details make a big difference, especially for short stays, since no one wants to shop for basics when staying only a few days. Noise was another major issue. On weekends, it’s extremely loud at night due to karaoke and pubs downstairs, making it almost impossible to sleep before 4 AM. Early in the morning (around 6:30 AM), there was also a lot of noise from cleaning staff upstairs for several hours. Overall, for around $450 for five nights, it feels overpriced considering the limited amenities (only towels, very small soap, and low-quality shampoo). More attention to basic comforts would significantly improve the experience.

شقة مكونة من غرفة معيشة بجوار باحة خارجية ومطبخ وغرفة نوم وطابق سفلي به غرفتين نوم ودورة مياه وصالة معيشة واسعة يتوفر بها تدفئة وتكييف وغاز للطبخ وادوات مطبخ مقابل السعر تعتبر خيار جيد للعائلات الكبيرة وموقعها مميز جدا في منطقة شيشلي بالقرب من ماكدونالدز و كافة المطاعم والسوبر ماركت والخدمات ومحطة مترو عثمان بي قريبة جدا وقريبة من شارع بيع الفساتين لمن يرغبون في التبضع يميزها الامان العالي لا يسمح بالدخول الا للساكنين وباب الفندق مغلق لا يفتح الا من خلال موظف الاستقبال ليلة الاحد كان هناك اصوات من الحانات المجاورة بسبب عطلة نهاية الاسبوع لكن الايام التالية كان الهدوء عام ومريح الموظفين رائعين خصوصا الاخ جاغ كان متفاني في الخدمة وحقق كل مانتمناه

The rooms were very poorly furnished—it honestly felt like an empty room with just a bed. Basic essentials were missing as well: no water, no tissues, and no tea or sugar provided. Considering the high price, this was very disappointing. The photos looked great, but they do not reflect the reality at all!

The location was excellent and very convenient. The price was fully aligned with the quality — a perfect 100% match in terms of value for money. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were extremely friendly, welcoming, and responsive to all requests. Special thanks to Caglar for his help and support throughout the trip.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le personnel est d’une grande aimabilité. Un grand merci à la chaleureuse Imene. Emplacement central proche du de la station de métro Osmanbey, des commodités et du quartier de Nisantasi . Le logement est assez grand pour 4 personnes.

التدفئة ف الدور الارضي ممتازه بس ف الصاله فوق كانت ماتدفي كويس يمكن لانها كبيره وفيها التراس. مااعرف .. + صوت اطفاال الجيران كان مزعج بس الحمدلله يومين وراحوا ^_^

الأخ فراس السوري والأخت التونسية قمة في الأخلاق وحسن الإستقبال ومتعاونين في توفير جميع سبل الراحة للنزلاء أحببنا هذا المكان بسببهم فلهم منا جزيل الشكر والإمتنان وهذا السكن سيكون خيارنا الأول في إسطنبول مستقبلا . أنصح في هذا السكن للعوائل لتوفر سبل الراحة والأمان بعد الله سبحانه ثم الموظفين حيث لا يمكن دخول أي شخص بدون علمهم وهم متواجدون على مدار الساعة. وكذلك قرب جميع الخدمات من مطاعم وكافيهات ويوجد مجمع قريب وكذلك منطقة تقسيم قريبة جدا مسافة 10 دقائق لمن يحب رياضة المشي والطريق إليها مهيئ للمشي.

أصوات إزعاج من المحلات المجاورة والشارع لكن ليست دائمة .

The only positive point was their staff. Iman was a wonderful lady. Really made the residence tolerable for me. And also Mr. Cag (spelled chaw). He was very nice too. Whatever we requested or asked, they gave us. Specially Iman was so nice and sweet. Thank you all

The apartment was not what they showed in the booking’s description and photos. I really was shocked 😮 it was old not too big. Electrical Kettle was dirty, they changed but second one was out of order. We forgot drinking tea. It had dishwasher but no tablets for it. No other cleaning and washing detergents or a pad for washing the dishes. I think having a washing machine is much more important than a dishwasher. We spent most of our time out of the hotel. The tv had none of the good main channels of the Turkey and out of order.
