Hated the very very narrow stairs up to the bedroom. If we had known this in advance we would not have booked here

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Close to restaurants and attractions

Location location location, huge two bedroom apartment, was like having 2 apartments with a connecting door. Everything on our foot step including the famous sandwich and affogato stores, restaurants at every turn.

With location comes the noise and it was particularly noisy with people leave bars and restaurants at night, we think is was students and this may just be bad timing, however loud yelling very late at night.

Apartamento era incrível, superconfortável, com banheiro com box e cuidados como sabão para lavar roupa e papel higiênico que durava toda a nossa estadia. Além disso, o atendimento foi incrível, com dicas do que fazer e respostas superágeis. A localização é, sem dúvidas, um ponto alto. Duas quadras da principal piazza de Florença (aonde estão o Netudo, o Vecchia e o Uffizi) tornando o ambiente perfeito para uma viagem prática, tudo ficava há 10 ou 15 minutos andando, mesmo quando estava do outro lado do rio.

As únicas coisas das quais sentimos falta foram as básicas para cozinhar, ou seja: um sal, um azeite, para que não fosse necessário comprar.

El colchón de la cama grande estaba deformado del lado izquierdo, no era cómodo. El aire acondicionado hace muchisimo ruido. Imposible poder dormir. Una de las noches no tuvimos agua caliente y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. Luego al otro día al comentarle a la anfitriona lo solucionó. Mucho de los servicios que ofrecen en nuestra habitación no existian: no habia bidet, cafetera ni lavadora.

当天入住时，找不到房源，然后联系工作人员，没人回复，两天后才有人回复，这点让人有点不爽。当时明明说好有工作人员的，结果我们推着大箱子在石板路来来回回找了快两个小时，折腾了两个小时才搞清楚。房子不太好找，给的地址不清晰，同时工作人员关键时候不在岗，这点体验很不好。房子本身还是不错。

Absolutely loved the apartment. We had little problem on Sunday evening but it was dealt with within an hour. Amazing stuff although I didn’t manage to see any of them personally to say thank you, but it was ok because all was just perfect. Florence is beautiful and we will come back 😊

Very close to main sites, restaurants streets and such as galleries uffizi and museum of David. Easy to walk around and get to the train by walking.

Great location, near to all the sites (Duomo, Stanta Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Medici chapel), clean, spacious, well-equipped.

The staff especially Suzanne were amazing and went over and above to ensure your stay was the best it could be. The apartment was spacious, clean and centrally located. The apartment is nicer than the photos.

Spacious and light apartment with all the facilities you would need for a self catering stay. The aircon was amazing. Suzanne made the dtay for me as she was helpful and patient with all my questions and very informative, thank you Suzanne.

Location was great and I liked the two separate bedrooms. Air conditioning worked well.

The WiFi was very poor. Only worked when you stood next to the router. The property could have been more clean (floors, bathroom).

La ubicación, a un paso de la Piazza de la Signoria. El funcionamiento del a/c, con un split en el salón y otro en la habitación, fueron clave para la comodidad en la calurosa Florencia.

Tienen varios apartamentos, tanto en la Vía Borgo di Greci como en una calle perpendicular a escasos metros. Las fotografías del anuncio muestran el apartamento más bonito, que nada tiene que ver con el que nos asignaron. El apartamento está en una primera planta sin ascensor y unas escaleras angostas.

The apartments are spacious, great for families. Excellent location in the middle of everything

...with the location comes great challenge getting plenty of bags to the apartment on cobblestone roads. Staff is nice but not always present as it's a small reception.

We liked the location and the use of the washing machine. It was nice to have 2 separate AC units. It was a very comfortable bed and the staff were exceptional. Suzanne was super kind and very helpful scheduling a taxi for us and recommending restaurants.

The small elevator and steep stairs. The front living room AC didn’t cool down the room as much as the bedroom one.

The air conditioning was not working for 2 out of three nights. Though fans were provided, still cannot beat the summer heat.

The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk everywhere and there was so much to see and do very close by. I personally loved that the apartment was in such a historic section of Florence. Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was hard getting larger luggage upstairs, but I knew about this going in :) There is a lift, but it’s small. I’d recommend not traveling with large suitcases as it’s just more difficult all around.

Spacious, clean, well maintained, charming property

The location of the apartment was absolutely superb. Close to a bridge for crossing the river, close to a supermarket, close to fabulous restaurants and perfectly situated to explore historic attractions of the city. It was even just around the corner from a taxi rank. It couldn't have been better located.

The apartment has everything we needed for a 5 day stay in the city. An ironing board would have been useful. There was an iron but no ironing board.

Suzanne was wonderful and the location is great.

We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged from the previous guests that was a little bit frustrating.

Stor og flott leilighet. Romslige soverom og stort oppholdsrom. Sjarmerende med trapper som folk har brukt i flere århundrer!

The apartment is charming and well-equipped, the location is relatively quiet and convenient to many places of interest. The staff was helpful and responsive.

The apartment had two fans but did not have A/C. The bed is located in the loft and the temperature there is higher than downstairs. So I would not recommend to anyone to rent this apartment when the weather is hot. The apartment is at several levels, it makes it charming, but not for people with mobility issues.

Large room, full apartment really, with kitchen and laundry. Easy to walk everywhere. Very comfortable.

Only reason for not a 10 is the sounds of people walking by outside, including after the bars close, can be loud.

The only mirror was in the bathroom and the socket there was not compatible for my Dyson, so I had to get my hair done by checking my reflection from the TV…. Also there was a bad sewer smell in the bathroom

Struttura eccezionale: ubicata nel cuore della città, facile da raggiungere dalla stazione e vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche. Per me era la quarta volta che venivo a Firenze e solitamente avrò alloggiato in hotel/appartamenti abbastanza mediocri. Questa volta, al contrario, l’appartamento è andato oltre le mie aspettative: camera estremamente pulita (sono rimasta anche colpita dai prodotti del bagno che ho rivisto in qualche profumeria in centro città), silenziosa la notte, elegante nell’arredamento e dotata di ogni comfort (in primis l’aria condizionata). Suzanna è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile con noi dandoci la possibilità di lasciare le nostre valige in reception anche se non era ancora l’orario per il check in. Insomma per me questa è la struttura ideale per passare più giorni a Firenze.

Onestamente non ho riscontrato difficoltà…era tutto perfetto.

Vi boede 3 voksne i en lejlighed med 2 værelser, 2 badeværelser og køkken. ( “Margaritha” på Borgo de Greci nr. 13 på 2. sal.) Der var en fin lille elevator til 1 person og en kuffert) Lejligheden fremstod meget velholdt, dejlig rummelig, med højt til loftet og god atmosfære. Vær obs på, der er et enkelt trin mellem rummene. Dejlig store dobbeltsenge i begge værelser. Nye pæne og rene badeværelser, hvoraf det ene lå i forbindelse med et af værelserne. Det ene værelse vendte ud mod en smal hyggelig “gågade” Her kunne godt forekomme en smule støj om natten / morgenen. “Indhold” i lejligheden var præcis som beskrevet, dog manglede en mikrobølgeovn, som Suzanne i receptionen garanteret kunne have skaffet, hvis vi havde haft brug for en. (Stor ros til Suzanne, som var meget venlig, imødekommende og hjælpsom) Der var altid varmt vand til et bad til alle. Lejligheden lå meget centralt i forhold til det, vi gerne ville ud at opleve samt til Supermarked og spisesteder.

Matelas lit 1 personne très mauvais Draps pour lit 160 sont du 140 ! Chambre couple sans placard pour ranger les habits ! Vaisselle très sommaire : pas de petite casserole, pas de micro-ondes ! 3 petites cuillères seulement pour 3 personnes,, ràngements salle de bain tres insuffisànt. etc ....

situé dans une petite rue , du coup très silencieux, confortable, s.b. parfaite, très bien situé proche du centre, contact loueur à proximité immédiate, accueil sympa.

- accès étage couchage peut être un peu délicat pour une personne âgée, pas de soucis pour les autres. - quelques manques dans l'équipement cuisine (torchons, et.)

Our 2 BR apt was very clean, EXCEPT that there were no paper products in the kitchen, one kitchen towel and only a pre-used sponge for cleaning up (quite unsanitary). Highly recommend that you provide a new sponge and roll of paper towels for each reservation. Otherwise, the apt was nice and clean. I was disappointed that the kitchen was not properly equipped. Of all the airB&Bs I've stayed in, this was this least equipped kitchen. I was also unclear on why the 2nd BR was not made up. Suzanne mentioned that you always assume that reservations for 2 people are a couple and would share a bedroom. If someone books and pays for a 2 BR apt, both bedrooms should be made available for use. I was pleased that there were laundry pods in the laundry room/closet so that I could do laundry.

Our stay at Borgo de Greci Apartments was excellent and made our time in Florence even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet area without the typical tourist noise. All the main sights are within a short walking distance, usually just 2 to 10 minutes. The famous Uffizi Gallery is only about a 3-minute walk away, and the riverside can be reached in around 5 minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and small local shops literally just around the corner. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette is practical and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, although it doesn’t include an oven or dishwasher. However, there is a microwave and a stove, which are perfectly sufficient for basic cooking. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Another big plus was the receptionist, who was very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, Borgo de Greci Apartments is a great choice for anyone looking for a central yet peaceful place to stay in Florence, with everything you need close at hand.

Toppen läge, nära till alla sevärdheter, mat och butiker. Bra lägenhet för 3 personer! Värden var super trevlig och hjälpsam och visade vägen till lägenheten.

Luftkonditioneringen kunde vart bättre. ACn funkade sådär och det var väldigt fuktig luft.

Location was superb-easy access to Duomo, Uffizi, Academia, the Piazzas and Bobolink gardens. The stay was comfortable and Suzanne was more than accommodating.

What I didn’t like? The sub-human pub crawlers who creep down the streets at 3AM destroying 5 nights sleep. Aside from that no worries.

The AC in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and in the other bedroom, AC was regulated which meant it kept shutting off every 20 min …with the weather being warm , it was really difficult to sleep

We left the apartment booked in BorgoDeGreci Apartments after 1 night out of 4 payed in advance. Important aspects were not included in that apartment's description on Booking: the apartment "Fiamma" is structured on 3 (three!) levels. The staircase leading from the kitchen/living to the sleeping area —which is not a real room as written in the description but a high platform on pillars sustaining the bed —is very narrow; there is no place to move around the bed. To get from the sleeping area to the bathroom, you have to go down 14 narrow, steep steps, which is very difficult at night... Not suitable for persons of a certain age. The TV is above the sofa in the kitchen, so you can only watch while sitting on a chair. There are no hangers for rain jackets in the apartment. When we arrived, we didn't even find a bottle of water in the kitchen...

Everything! Location, communication, value and comfort.

Excelente localização, perto de todo o centro histórico de Florença. Apartamento muito bem decorado, muito espaçoso e muito funcional. Simpatia da anfitriã. Facilidade de acesso no check-in.

Apenas uma sugestão e não uma crítica: Era muito bom ter uma máquina de café com cápsulas disponível para os hóspedes.

Die Lage. Es war sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht- nachdem wir sie endlich erreicht hatten. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung super. Etwas kühl, aber die Heizung funktioniert.

Eine Notfall Nummer bei der man tatsächlich Hilfe bekommt. War ziemlich unangenehm um 23uhr vor verschlossener Tür zu stehen mit einem weinenden Baby. Bei der angegebenen Notfall Nummer meldet sich zwar jemand, kann aber NICHT weiterhelfen, weil sie sich NICHT zuständig fühlen.

Location is ideal for the historical centre.

We stayed for 10 days. There was no wifi for the first 3 days. The description of the kitchen included an oven or microwave. There was neither. We informed the manager, and were promised a microwave each day, but it never appeared. Also, as I was recovering from a broken leg I specifically asked before booking if there was an elevator (yes, and it worked), and no stairs in the apartment. However, the apartment has an odd set up with 3 stairs up and 3 stairs down between the living room and the bedroom/ washroom. We asked to be moved for at least some of our days and were told it was impossible. The manager is very pleasant but not available on Sundays and Mondays. There has been no compensation for the missing microwave or misrepresentation of the stairs. We may return to Florence, but will never book with this company again. EVER
