Very good location, close to the underground and many restaurants/shops. The staff sends detailed information before departure that is very useful and clear. Visually the room looks nice and is clean.

The room was tiny, which was expected. What was not expected was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom ventilation. The main light was flickering and very loud. The bed was not very comfortable (too hard, the pillows as well).

L'appartamento su due livelli ha permesso di mantenere una buona privacy tra me e mia figlia. L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione e viene consegnato ottimamente pulito. Il bagno è piccolo ma con una grande doccia comoda. Il letto confortevole. Tutte le dotazioni di servizio sono nuove e ben funzionanti. La posizione è straordinaria per la vicinanza di delle fermate di ben due linee della metropolitana, di market, ristoranti, fast food, ecc. e di Hyde Park. Il quartiere è vitale di giorno e alla sera, ma non rumoroso la notte. Lo staff è stato gentile sostituendoci la chiave caduta dietro la cucina. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Le finestre si aprono decisamente poco (1/4 del totale) ed è quindi scarso il ricambio d'aria. Questo facilita peraltro l'innesco dell'allarme antincendio in caso si cucini qualcosa (a noi è scattato utilizzando i due fornelli per un risotto). Inesistenti le indicazioni per disinnescare tale allarme. E' necessario telefonare per comprendere come agire (personale comunque reperibile tempestivamente). Non vi è possibilità di deposito bagagli. Non c'è personale presente in struttura. Viene fornita una sola chiave.

La posizione è ottima, vicina alla metro, alle fermate del bus e a vari supermercati. La camera era pulita e ordinata, il bagno era piccolo ma funzionale e comodo.

La camera è in un piano interrato quindi il caldo a volte è insopportabile, la finestra non può essere aperta più di 10 cm e non è possibile regolare la temperatura. C'era un rumore strano e fastidioso che sembrava fosse dentro il muro, come se qualcosa stesse picchiettando e scavando, soprattutto di notte. Il letto non è molto comodo e fa rumore appena ti muovi.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue, sin duda, la ubicación. Tiene varias líneas de metro y numerosas paradas de autobús a pocos minutos andando, lo que hace que sea muy fácil desplazarse por la ciudad. Además, en la calle paralela hay una gran variedad de restaurantes y varios supermercados, por lo que tienes todo tipo de servicios y opciones para comer muy cerca. También destacaría que la cocina estaba muy bien equipada y contaba prácticamente con todo lo necesario para cocinar durante la estancia. Como pequeño detalle a mejorar, eché en falta una campana extractora, especialmente al cocinar determinados alimentos. La cama era muy cómoda, algo que se agradece especialmente después de pasar el día recorriendo la ciudad. Además, al abrir las ventanas se generaba una buena corriente de aire por todo el apartamento, lo que ayudaba a mantenerlo fresco y agradable.

La conexión a Internet es, sin duda, uno de los principales aspectos a mejorar. La conexión sufría cortes frecuentes y, cuando esto ocurría, además de los navegadores (Safari, Google, etc.), muchas de las aplicaciones de los teléfonos dejaban de funcionar correctamente. La televisión también funcionaba a través de Internet, por lo que se desconectaba cada vez que había un corte y era necesario volver a conectarla. Además, la señal de Wi-Fi no llegaba correctamente a la planta superior, por lo que prácticamente no había cobertura en el dormitorio. El primer día encontramos bastante humedad en el baño, lo que hizo que el apartamento estuviera especialmente caluroso a nuestra llegada. Tuvimos que utilizar el ventilador disponible para refrescar el ambiente. Sería recomendable mejorar la ventilación del baño para evitar que la humedad afecte al confort del resto del apartamento. El sofá es cómodo, pero resulta bastante pequeño, por lo que después de un día caminando cuesta relajarse cómodamente. También echamos en falta un enchufe en el cuarto de baño y un espejo en el salón. Aunque sabíamos de antemano que el apartamento estaba distribuido en dos plantas, con la cocina y la sala de estar en una y el dormitorio y el baño en la otra, en la práctica nos resultó algo incómodo tener que subir y bajar las escaleras continuamente. Personalmente, habría preferido que todo el apartamento estuviera en una misma planta, especialmente después de pasar todo el día caminando. Además, al estar situado en la última planta del edificio, las escaleras de acceso al apartamento eran bastante estrechas y pequeñas, lo que hacía que la subida resultara especialmente incómoda y dificultosa en algunas ocasiones, sobre todo con el equipaje. Por último, creo que la zona de estar podría estar mejor aprovechada y organizada. En nuestro caso, terminamos dejando las maletas en el salón porque resultaba bastante incómodo tener que subir y bajar continuamente las escaleras para acceder a ellas.

Ausstattung aufs absolute Minimum reduziert. Wir hatten das oberste Appartment, bei diesen Hitzetagen war das Schlafen im oberen Stock quasi unmöglich.

The location is excellent, and the check-in and check-out procedures were also straightforward and practical

The flat was absolutely filthy. The kitchen-diner had hardly been cleaned at all (there were even bits of food left on the table). The bedroom was very dirty, covered in dust and grime. The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. We know that nobody is prepared for heatwaves, but the heat was unbearable, especially in the bedroom on the top floor.

The apartment is really beautiful. You have everything you need. Check in process very easy. Very near transportation. The street is really quiet and the neighborhood very nice to walk about.

Take into account that the apartment may be on the second or third floor and there is no elevator! Only problem that I see if you have luggage. Otherwise everything is ok.

Location. close to Bayswater and Queensway Tube stations as well as buses on Bayswater Road. Three mini supermarkets (M&S, Sainsbury and Tesco) as well as a range of eating places. Daylight saving added to the ambience in the evening.

Room an updated bed sit, well set up and bright and clean, but no toaster and the sink plugs in the kitchenette and bathroom didn't seal. Pretty sure, the fridge door attached onto the built in cupboard door didn't seal properly as the milk wasn't as cold the next day. Weather was exceptional this year, but no AC. No real ventilation, as the window could only be lifted less than a foot and what gap there was, was blocked by a window box of plastic flowers. The small fan, at its highest speed could only muster a breeze. To open the fridge or open the cupboard under the sink meant the small table and seating stalls had to be moved, you couldn't have both open at the same time.

Great location, a fairly comfortable bed, a comfortable shower with good water pressure, high ceilings.

There was a very unpleasant smell coming from somewhere behind the fridge. It might have been a decomposing rat or its droppings. We reported this to the host straight away and asked to be moved to another room, but all the other accommodation options were fully booked, so we were advised to keep the window open and turn on the fan whenever possible, which didn’t really help. It was also very stuffy.

The absolute best is the location. Very convenient place very close to Padington station and next to Kengsinton Gardens. The info to pickup the keys and enter the building is sent several times to your email with a detailed step by step of how to collect the keys. And it is actually very easy to do it. The place was a comfortable studio with all the amenities to spend a few days there (shampoo, soap, towels and coffee and tea included).

I was given the basement rooms, it smells strongly to humidity and to a place that stays closed for long. The street itself if very noisy and you listen all the time to people entering and going out of the building. Although a very good location , it is very touristy and not necessarily a nice experience with the people hanging out outside the building.

Firstly I have to say what a brilliant find this was on Booking. The apartment itself is described as small but there is plenty of room for what you need the accommodation for. Location brilliant 5 mins walk from Bayswater Underground station. The premises was spotless the only thing we noticed was an odd smell in corridor in basement but nothing inside the room itself. Coffee machine with tea coffee provided, hairdryer, tv, plenty of storage space. We only stayed one night as my wife had to get to UCL HOSPITAL. IN THIS PART IT IS DIFFICULT TO WRITE ANYTHING DETRIMENTAL ABOUT THE PREMISES.

It has to be said we stayed our one night in the middle of July in the middle of the 2026 heatwave. To give the owners their due they did advise us it had no air conditioning and a fan was supplied, so following on from above had it have not been so hot we couldn’t have found fault with the premises at all. However it was in the basement in stifling heat and the only window opened out onto another flats patio so it wasn’t really possible to have the window open, the room was so hot it was actually unbearable. However as I said, it was in a heatwave, so if staying in normal times I can’t imagine it’s a problem. So all I would say is be mindful of the weather if you get allocated a basement flat, but the price did mirror this.

It was in a great location with lots to do around and central to bus/metro stations. Had enough kitchen items to cook our own food and eat. Glad it had an iron and hair dryer and fan. Staff was responsive

THE SMELL. the hallway in the basement smelt like cat piss so bad and our room smelt just as bad. Couldn’t do much about the smell we had to go buy our own room spray it was so bad. When we tried to open the windows and doors there were no screens so flies would get in. Very musty and moist in the room not good ventilation. Bathroom was so gross. Shower was moldy and smelt, needs a fan or something. All the caulking is yellow, moldy and falling apart. Needs to be redone and cleaned looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed in ages. The room also had so many scuff marks on the walls. The yellow accent pillows were dirty as well. Everything was dusty the bed was also uncomfortable super stiff and felt like it would break everytime i turned, I’m only 130 pounds. Instructions for getting in were confusing especially since it says “grey door” the door almost looked black/ navy blue not grey at all…. Especially with two other light greys on the block you really must specify dark grey.

The apartment was quite nice, and we liked that the kitchen/living area was separate from the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was functional. The living room temperature was generally comfortable as long as the window was open. We also appreciated the good customer service when we accidentally broke a plate while washing up.

The biggest downside was the bedroom on the second floor. It was unbearably hot, and we really struggled to sleep because of both the heat and the hard bed. The ventilation upstairs was very poor, making it much warmer and stuffier than the living area. The fan was okay, but we would have preferred one that oscillated, as it only blew towards one of us during the night. The kitchen could also have benefited from having more plates and cutlery, as we had to wash dishes very frequently. The fridge stayed at a very low cooling level and only kept drinks just below room temperature, and the temperature could not be adjusted. We also noticed that the bathroom lights flickered a lot, and the smoke alarm had tape covering it, which was a little concerning. We stayed on the top floor, and carrying luggage up the many steep stairs was difficult. It would be helpful if it was made much clearer to guests that there are many fairly steep stairs, especially for those staying on the upper floors.

The hotel is in a great location, with the metro station less than a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and having a kitchenette made the stay even more convenient.

Because the weather in London was very hot during our stay, it was difficult to sleep as the hotel didn't have air conditioning. Although there were two fans in the room, it was a duplex room with stairs, so the fans couldn't cool the whole room effectively. Also, there were quite a few stairs in the hotel, which made it inconvenient if you had large suitcases.

We chose this property primarily for its location, easy to find using the train via the Elizabeth Line after flying in to Heathrow, and close to lovely Kensington Gardens (to recover from jetlag) and the tube (Bayswater station is less than a 5 minute walk away) to access London easily. We also walked easily around Notting Hill from here. It is small but that it to be expected so close to London, and it was very functional- including the tiny but well equipped kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The staff on site were also very helpful.

The TV did not work on arrival but staff were able to fix it with a new cable the following day.

The place is big and very clean. There are 4 pillows. They have fan and good window. Close to two tube station.

The laundry needs coins which I need to go to the ATM then get changed in a shop.

The location is pretty solid. There’s reasonable transport and food nearby. Shower facilities were fine. Fridge and microwave included.

My stay was taken over by an extreme heat wave, but there was only 1 fan. It got far too hot. The room had one balcony on it, which was supposed to stay closed being one floor up. They could use more towels too.

Great location near shops and the underground rail stations. The room was a good size for London.

the refrigerator did not work properly and our milk went off. The room was very hot and I would suggest that a window lock of about 10cm or so would have been good so we could safely keep the window open at night

Very nice and clean. Close to the subway which are Bayswater and Queensway. A large Waitrose grocery is a five minute walk. Excellent communication with the host on check-in and check-out. Good WiFi. Very hot water for the shower. Large walk-in shower. I would not hesitate to book them again.

Some noise from the room above me late at night. Bed was a little on the hard side. Room is on the small side, but you can make it work.

The location is excellent. In a beautiful row of 19th century terraces, very short walk from shops and restaurants and from the tube stations and from Hyde Park. The facilities are good, although the rooms are quite warm and we were glad to be able to open the windows, albeit not much. We were on the third floor and it's stairs only and they are quite steep. That does involve carrying heavy bags up the stairs but we got some help from the very friendly staff member who does the cleaning and we thank him.

Schone en comfortabele kamer op een fantastische locatie. De accommodatie ligt vlak bij het park en de metro, waardoor alles gemakkelijk bereikbaar is. Daarnaast zijn er in de directe omgeving volop leuke restaurants, gezellige pubs en supermarkten te vinden. Zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf in de stad!

Nothing really.The cooking facilities are a bit limited,just a 2 ring hot plate & a microwave with only 2 plates,bowls etc but it was perfectly adequate for breakfast/light meals.The fridge was a decent size,not just a mini bar one.

Zeer slechte verbinding met internet en wifi in de kelder, veel kabaal van (schoonmaak)personeel en achterstallig onderhoud, bijvoorbeeld een erg krakend bed. De kamer op de hogere etage was twee jaar geleden veel beter, deze in de kelder matig.

La gentilezza del personale,abbiamo avuto inizialmente un problema che hanno sistemato nel giro di un minuto contato. Super pazienti e disponibili,ottima struttura,la camera super accogliente,dotata del necessario,in due persone siamo stati benissimo.

Не понравилось тащить чемоданы по крутой лестнице, формально на третий, а реально на 4й этаж. Мы хрупкие женщины и такие испытания для нас излишни! Очень не понравилась смена изначального кода от ящика в последний день. Письмо пришло когда мы летели и ехали, у нас не было интернета, и я его вовремя не получила. Мы добирались 18 часов… после этого вводим код, согласно инструкции, а он не срабатывает и поддержка не отвечает… Мы его ввели раз 50 и совершенно случайно попробовали код от входной двери, и о чудо, ящик открылся! И только потом я получила письмо, что они решили его еще раз поменять «в целях безопасности». Не понравился уборщик зачем-то разбудивший нас в 8 утра и выяснявший, когда он сможет убрать номер. Мы потом в чате обо всем договорились, неужели нельзя сразу было это сделать?! Также, в туалете очень сильно пахнет канализацией. И ложечки для обуви не хватало.
