Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit von der Shibuya Station entfernt. Das Person freundlich und es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich habe im gemischten Schlafsaal übernachtet und ich muss sagen, für österreichische Verhäktnisse ist es sehr eng. Mit 3 Stockbetten in einem kleinen Raum ist einfach ein gewisses Engegefühl vorhanden. Plus es ist sehr wenig platz für große Koffer und man hört die vorbeirollenden Züge in der Nacht. Also unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Sonst war alles für ein Hostel super.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers en de mogelijkheid om nog even te douchen voor onze vliegreis terug naar huis op onze vertrekdag. Het eten en de cocktails zijn lekker en ze hebben een heerlijk ontbijt! En er zijn paraplu’s te leen bij regen wat ook erg fijn en nodig was 😅
Het bed is erg smal voor twee personen in de standaardkamer. Het ligt wel goed verder. Het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation is 10-12 minuten lopen. Er stoppen wel bussen dichterbij maar die hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd.

Me alojé dos noches al principio de mi viaje por Japón y otras dos al final. Cogi habitaciones con tarifas distintas, una era habitación reducida y la otra era superior, en mi opinión la diferencia entre la superior y la normal por llamarlas así no merece la pena y nose como llaman superior a ese espacio tan sumamente reducido y lo cobran distinto. Los baños son minúsculos y las habitaciones también. Son funcionales pero muy pequeñas ambas

La habitación que estaba un poco pequeñita, para una persona era suficiente.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Es gibt viele kostenlose Produkte, wie zum Beispiel Wattestäbchen. Außerdem war der Checkin und die Gepäckaufbewahrung problemlos.
Der Preis war einfach utopisch. Vor allem für die Größe, die man an Zimmer bekommt. Man kann sich kaum darin umdrehen und das in ein Superior Zimmer. Dafür über 150 € pro Nacht zu verlangen, ist schier nicht tragbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nicht noch mal buchen, hätten wir vorher gewusst, wie klein das Zimmer ist.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality options. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet, providing a great night's sleep. The amenities were also of excellent quality. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Shibuya and other areas of Tokyo, and having a laundromat right next to the hotel was a big plus. We had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026I had a great stay overall. The staff were lovely and English speaking, and the common areas and bathrooms were super super clean. Location is in a quiet area about 10-15 walk from Shibuya and there’s a 711 close by. I stayed in the double room and shared bathroom and it was clean and cute but very small, no storage and had to keep my suitcase closed and tucked away because there was no floor space. Literally open the door and there’s the bed! I don’t think two people would be comfy in that size room so I’d go for the bigger one.

I literally love Japan like that was such a beautiful, excellent hotel with the restaurant with rooftop area. The rooms are spaces even the ones where there is four beds they’re very spacious. I was the only girl in my room, but even so I was so comfortable. The men were so respectful. I barely even saw them while I was in the room. It’s basically just a place to sleep but honestly, I loved it. I would definitely come back if I could afford Japan again lol

Stanza che non si oscura quindi rende difficile dormire appena sorge il sole, posizione troppo lontana dalla metro, colazione si può scegliere tra 4 cose quasi uguali, sempre la stessa, buffet solo di insalate Una mattina abbiamo chiesto la colazione da portare via perché avevamo un Escursione, hanno messo solo due pezzetti di pollo e tutta insalata.. non so chi mangia l’insalata a colazione .. Ci hanno detto che ci davano stanza con vista, la vista era stazione dei bus .. brutta brutta

Schade das nach exakt einem Jahr vieles im Gemeinschaftsbad defekt oder einfach kaputt ist. Housekipping gibt sich mühe dennoch waren wir dieses Jahr etwas enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit im Gemeinschaftsbad. Ein guten Morgen vom spanischen Personal (nur Housekipping) wäre top statt zu ignorieren 😉. Sonst Top !!!

- No hay armarios, a pesar de haber espacio de sobra. - El tren que pasa al lado se escucha por la noche y a primera hora de la mañana, te dan tapones en recepción. Mejor pedir las habitaciones que estén más retiradas de las vías del tren. - En el desayuno solo puedes elegir 1 plato entre 4 y de buffet solo tienes ensalada y algunas zumos, debería tener más variedad, tanto oriental como occidental.

So sauber und ordentlich. Lobby auch sehr nett. Jeden Tag sauberes Zimmer. Es hat sich mehr wie ein Hotel als ein Hostel angefühlt. Lage auch ganz gut, im Sommer nur zu heiß um zur U-bahn zu gehen

Itt is volt minden amit az ember vár egy szállodától: megfelelő méretű szoba, kényelmes ággyal, USB csatlakozók a mobileszközök töltéséhez, nagyszerű reggeli, welcome drink, ingyen limonádé a hallban, billiárd asztal, tetőterasz, csomagmegőrzés, ingyenesen használható esernyők, közeli elhelyezkedés a központhoz és a tömegközlekedéshez, ÉS: angolul beszélő alkalmazottak.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Hotel Graphy is a blend between an upscale hostel and a hotel, although to interpret it as a hostel would be doing it a disservice. It’s an extremely high quality offer. The dormitory style rooms of a traditional hostel are available for solo / budget / younger travellers but there are hotel style double and en-suite rooms on the higher floors for the private experience, which we got. They are small, which I expected, but that doesn’t matter, because they are very comfortable and well appointed. There’s all the little basic amenities you need; a little seating area, a place to hang clothes, a mini-fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. The shower pressure in the little cabin bathroom was great and the full set toiletries provided of a very high quality. The location of the hotel couldnt be better - on Shibuya Stream and a 10 minute walk from the Scramble, so you’re not spending all your time in your room, which makes Graphy a superb location to explore Tokyo hot spots. There’s also plenty of extras with Graphy. They have a communal roof terrace with pool table, refreshment station where you can help yourself to ice, water, tea, coffee, snacks and candy. There’s also a hot water tap and microwave to heat up any Konbini snacks. This was such a lovely feature for us because after a very long day sightseeing some times we were too tired to head out to a bar to close our evening, so heading up to the Terrace with our Konbini drinks and decompressing for the evening was great! You can also see the Tokyo tower from the roof! Other highlights were the happy hour at 5pm which offers free beer for an hour down in the bar. And the breakfast was fantastic; it’s a set menu of about 6 options as opposed to a buffet but the quality is just fantastic. I’d say it’s one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
Honestly, I’m not sure there is anything I didn’t like. I saw some reviews online complaining that the rooms are small, but that didn’t matter to me, and was also something I expected going in given how the offer is presented.

The "Lounge" was disappointing, barely anywhere to sit, no kitchen or services. The room was too small for 6 people and others came in loud, talking past 1AM, waking up others. Showers/Changing rooms are not being cleaned enough, I noticed garbage on the floor in the evening still present the next morning. Another guest I talked to also expressed disappointment and regretted having booked a week there. This company also run The Millenials which I stayed at in Kyoto and was expecting similar facilities.

The only thing worth note is that we were right behind the train station so you could hear the trains during the night, however it wasn’t immensely loud, just loud enough that we didn’t open the window at night

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026ドリンクチケットがいただけ、朝ごはんも豪華でお得感がありました。ラウンジではコーヒーもいただけました。設備も綺麗で、また泊まりたいとおもいます。
駅やコンビニから近くはないです。また、ラウンジは狭めで席数はあまりないので、机で作業したいなどは場所に少し困るかも知れません。

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Очень стильный новый отель, все было на высшем уровне! Место идеальное: пешком от Шибуйя 10 минут , при этом спокойная и тихая улица. Рядом есть вкусные заведения с суши и говяной вагю. в отеле есть все необходимое: удобная пижама , разные крема для лица и тела, зубная паста и щетка, расческа и резинка для волос, бритва, маска для сна и тд. Завтраки прекрасные! В том числе луковый крем-суп очень понравился. С 17 до 18 бесплатный стакан пива для гостей, также при выселении над был предложен тоже бесплатный напиток на выбор (пиво, вино, коктейли). На 7 этаже терраса+лаунж: вода/кофе/чай/снэки/напитки, и все бесплатно. Также можно посидеть со своей едой с видом на город на террасе. Это очень очень хороший отель, мы с подругой в восторге! Спасибо !

LAS HABITACIONES ERAN BASTANTES PEQUEÑAS Y CASI NO CABIAN LAS COSAS. LAS CAMAS NO ERAN ESPECIALMENTE COMODAS LA VERDAD QUE POR EL PRECIO ME ESPERABA ALGO MAS, SI FUERA MÁS BARATO SI QUE SERÍA UN BUEN HOTEL, EPRO POR EL PRECIO QUE SE PAGA SIENTO QUE HAY BASTANTES MEJORES OPCIONES
