150 Newport Blvd - Near T3 Airport

Està molt ben situat al costat de l’aeroport, tal i com volíem per poder arribar, dormir tranquil-lament i marxar el dia següent amb vol internacional. Ens van deixar estar una hora més.

És una mica antic, però no enganya és el que hi ha a les fotos.

Pas de service sur place, impossible de laisser les valises en cas de départ tardif( obligé de payer un stockage 4h à l'aéroport) lit d'appoint inconfortable

its easy access - vis-a-vis terminal 3 and only 3min walking - even with luggage! Condo with elevator, pool, a lot of shops around, 24/7 and very easy to discover whole Manila or Tagatay from here. I had one night - i was going around whole Manlia = 40km by E-bike with my driver and we joined each and every bar and club and disco and everything.. our trip last 7 hours and we came back 6am .. its just in front of the Condo! Having warm shower, nice aircon, fridge, cooking.. everything!

sometimes security is too strict and did not let my friends in.

Host was very communicative. Location was great....literally walking minutesfrom a variety of restaurants and fast food places. The unit was very clean and quiet. An excellent value and alternative to hotels.

Parking cost but manageable.

Only down side was the toilt paper roll was less than half a roll so We had to get some considering we checked in almost 10pm

They provide toothbrush that’s really cheap with poor quality. Very hard that harmed gums and teeth. Towels are yucky. My flight is at 1110pm, I requested if I can keep my luggage to the reception or concierge. They said they don’t do that kind of service.

Location was everything we needed for our flight the following morning. The room was clean and air conditioned, with good WiFi.

Very close to terminal 3 and the street is close to variety or restaurant and shops, perfect for a 1 night stopover in Manila Ms Leslie was also very friendly and accomodating and was very understanding and patient about our delayed check in from a delayed flight

In my opinion this flat is ok for 2 person, sofa bed in living room isn't good to sleep it isn't comfortable.

The caretaker Leslie was very accommodating. The staff at the concierge was very polite and courteous. The place was superb.

Nothing, I like everything, even the location.

It is very nice location, just a 15 min walk to terminal 3. Main bed is very comfy, pull out sofa much less, but it was ok for kids.

We didnt like that we had no possibility to leave luggage somewhere, since our flight was in the evening. We also didnt get any advice, where we could leave it in the neighborhood, and i suppose it is much easier for locals to find this kind of info.

Convenient for going to the airport. It's very close, and there's no traffic to stress you out, especially when you have an early flight to catch.

Two towels provided for three adults and two kids were not enough. Five people were booked, and we arrived around 10 PM. Because we had an early flight, we needed to check out at 5 AM the next day.. My sister stayed with us until we checked out, but we managed to talk to the owner and the lady who assisted us, who were very nice people. We paid an additional charge of Php 700 for my sister to stay, which was fine. My only concern was their bath towels; they had a really bad smell. After drying off, the smell would transfer to your skin, which was so yucky that I needed to wash again and use clean clothes to dry. Proper wash of the towels would be good ,overall place is cleaned.

Location Flexibility and Friendly staff.

The pictures aren't the same as the room you receive as each room is individually hosted. Note, there are two from receptions (North Wing and South Wing), so best to find out which your are staying at before you arrive Additionally, there is a sky bridge over the highway which is a max 10 mins walk to the accommodation. Free and easy from the airport. It's called Runway Manila.

It was in a great spot and easy to get to. Very close to the airport, and lots of food around. It was quiet even though there was a busy street outside. Lots of security guards around, even at 3:30am when we had to leave for the airport.

The rooms felt a little dirty. The floor mats weren't clean, there was a nearly used toilet roll left in the bathroom, there was female hair on the clean towels, and marks on the clean bedding.

Excellent owner response and accommodations. Location was central to everything.

Comfy bed, linens were clean and smelt good. We stayed for only 8 hours and it was perfect for us to sleep at and then catch our morning flight.

The location was confusing, there is no signage at all to find the hotel, it has 2 seperate lobbies that are 50m from eachother. We went to the one that was at 150 Newport Blvd and the staff there didn’t know what we were talking about even though we had booked a room. It was very confusing but eventually they told us to go to the hotel lobby (again unsigned) directly next door to McDonalds (so not 150 Blvd as it says in the description.) The location of the hotel is noisy with sirens and traffic noise at all hours. This is our first time to Manila so that may be the case for most places. There were no bath towels.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. When we finally entered the room, it had clearly not been properly cleaned—there were unsanitary stains in the toilet and hairs on the floor, giving the impression it hadn’t been fully prepared for new guests. We arrived just after 4 pm (check-in 2 pm) and had to wait around 30 minutes while the previous guest checked out late, which we also witnessed. While we understand late check-outs happen, this should never compromise the next guest receiving a clean, ready room at the check in time.

This is my third time staying at this apartment hotel, and I've always had a very comfortable and wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen is also very spacious and comes fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with clean sheets and beds. The bathrooms are also very clean, and shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, etc. are fully stocked.

The kitchen utensils are a little old, especially the frying pans. It would be nice if they provided new ones. Other than that, it's perfect.

The couch smells bad, smell pee on it and entire room has that odor 🥲 Consider deep cleaning your furnitures/room. Stay wasn't comfortable because of the unpleasant odor.

Location is alright considering its proximity to the airport. However, the address is not well defined on the website to a client who is not familiar with the area.

No internet connection. I tried to notify the concierge, but nothing happened. Didn't have internet access the whole time during my stay. There cockroach by the main door when I entered the first time. There were cockroaches under the electric kettle.

Location, price. Shower was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good place to stay between the flights.

No hand soap - had to use dishwashing liquid which is quite drying for the skin. No drinking water or tea/coffee provided. But 711 is 1 minute walk away, so this was solved easily. Saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Otherwise the place was clean, so cockroach might be not their fault, it can happen in apartment buildings. But still.
