Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Quartos extremamente confortável, banheiros grandes e vasos tecnológicos. Lavanderia gratuita, com sabão incluso, café da manhã super elaborado e diverso. Localização perto de tudo, metrô, rua movimentada.
Ninguém ou quase ninguém fala inglês, não é um grande problema porque temos tecnologia, mas acho que ter cardápios em inglês ajuda.

Reviewed May 14, 2025The hotel is convenient in location for Fudan university. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. Many department stores is in wailing distance. Most important, I think it safe.
Staff cannot speak English but they really tried to help. No wifi can be used.

I saw a cockroach in my room on the third day, which was disgusting. Had to change room and hence did not sleep well. First time ever seeing a cockroach in a hotel room.

the room is not the same at the picture of hotel. noone can speak English. they can' t help you to find a taxi without translate application. the features of the room is not suitable for 5 star labeled hotel. The language is a huge problem. you can' t explain anybody at the hotel what you need. the wifi of the hotel is terrible.
