A smaller apartment than I expected.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv ist mir die Küche aufgefallen: Es standen eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher sowie eine sehr gute Mikrowelle zur Verfügung – so konnte man sich jederzeit selbst versorgen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Very detailled descriptions on check in and checkout, the communication in general was incredible with receiving an answer minutes afger sending a message. It was also a very nice apartment.

The bed might be a tad small, if one or both of the people sleeping there were a bit bigger it might get uncomfortable so i might suggest putting the measurements of the bed in the room description.

The host was dishonest, during booking of standard studio apartment they have a a picture of a room large room with large windows. we assumed it will be assigned but when we got the room it was a completely different room which was much smaller. Avoid this apartment.

Good location for the train, although at night times can get a bit rough.

The apartment itself did have a musty smell due to the old aircon, that didn’t work. The apartment wasn’t clean, there was hairs all in the bed and on pillows. The kitchen equipment was limited and not clean also

I was in the basement flat and through the iron grids on the windows was the underground car park! It was a small apartment and didn’t look as nice as the pictures.

Very comfortable apartment; all necessities provided-lots of coffee and tea; very clean dishes

Lots of stairs as noted in previous reviews. There’s a building being constructed nearby so it can be noisy at times.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir waren in allen Teilen Londons schnell und unkompliziert. Die Größe des Appartements ist perfekt, es war ausreichend Platz und gut ausgestattet.

Leider war es sehr laut, da die Autos auf der nahe liegenden Schnellstraße zu hören waren

La camera aveva tutto il necessario ed era molto pulita. Posizione ottima, comoda ai mezzi.

Il letto era sottile e piuttosto duro, il che non ci ha permesso di riposare molto bene.

It is very basic apartment, it was clean.

The bed was not working for me at all. I def suggest to use extra pillows but still it was so soft that I barely slept.

Well located

The AC wasn’t working. It was very noisy. We could hear the steps from the top floor and the door banging from the apartment next door. We asked if we could have a change of towels and we never received an answer.

Le bruit, établissement très bruyants au niveau des portes.. On entend constamment les portes des chambres d’à côté, la porte d’entrée principal qui lorsqu’elle se ferme claque tellement fort que ça résonne dans la chambre, idem pour les chaises des chambres du dessus.. Pas de volet uniquement un rideau, et la lumière sur le bâtiment est allumé toute la nuit…

Location. Rather clean.

The room was absolutely minuscule. The only place to put the suitcases was in the so called “kitchen”, making it impossible to use it. While the website shows nice apt with large windows, we were actually stuck in a basement facing a parking, with almost no sunlight.

I did not realize that the room I booked was on the uppermost level of the building. Because I am 75 years old it was difficult for me to manage the stairs with my luggage.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but I just think that the shower screen needs a bit of WD-40 and I think the cleaners could’ve done a quick re-vacuum as I noticed Hair on the floor. My biggest dislike was the pillows were really hard and very very high and after a terrible night where I barely slept I wrote to the Staff and they told me there were additional pillows in the wardrobe but, as I wasn’t using the wardrobe I never saw that so the second night I caught up on my sleep with much better cushions!

Spacious and light room with a park view. Comfy bed. Small kitchen. Great location for getting in/out of London and also to get to central London. Will stay again.

La ubicación es fantástica muy cerca del metro y con muy buenas conexiones, si quieres andar también es una muy buena zona. Hay mucha zona de restaurantes cerca.

Pasamos un poco de calor a pesar de dormir todas las noches con la ventana abierta, hubiera venido bien un ventilador. Por lo demás, todo fantástico.

De locatie. Heerlijk aan een park en vlak bij het metrostation.

Wij waren er terwijl het boven de 30 graden was en daar waren ze niet op berekend. Het raam kon maar een klein stukje open en er was alleen een kleine ventilator. Het was niet fijn in het appartement en slapen ging daardoor ook niet. Jammer, dat heeft wel een stempel gedrukt op ons bezoek aan Londen

Very clean and convenient location. Easy check-in.

The apartment was very clean but unfortunately being on the last floor with the heat wave and no AC made our stay unpleasant. We needed to sleep with the windows open (they don't even open all the way) and there's construction nearby so it was very noisy from early in the morning. We asked the property if they could move us to a different apartment but they say they were completely booked (we saw people leaving the next day). We also reported the hot water not working and asked for extra towels and no member the staff showed up.

The location was great near the tube and trainstations. The big mirror in the bathroom and the fridge in the kitchenarea were great. Check-In and Check-Out were simple and convenient.

The stairs to the rooms downstairs was a bit difficult with 2 large luggages.

Very clean, everything provided that was needed, very good bathroom and shower facilities, easy and fuss free key access arrangements

The only thing was space wise it was a little small for two people.

I stay with this company on a regular basis and their properties are always well maintained, well equipped, clean and comfortable and this was no exception. Communication with hosts is always excellent and check in instructions are clear and concise.

It is not noted on the listing but the property is surrounded by construction sites so if you are sensitive to noise, be warned.

O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Climatizado. A localização é perto de metro e autocarro pelo que foi perfeito para usufruir de transportes públicos na sua generalidade. O bairro é calmo e seguro.

A cama… o colchão é tão duro que eu não sei se não era já uma tábua… as fotos também não corresponderam ao quarto em que ficamos mas não necessariamente foi um quarto mau. A identificação da entrada deixa a desejar.. é preciso ler bem os e-mails onde consta um vídeo no YouTube da porta da entrada. A ideia depois acaba por colmatar a ausência de identificação mas não faz sentido não haver uma sinalização.

Glatter Betrug. Dreckig, Insektenfallen, riesige Flecken auf der Matratze, Wände ohne Schalldämmung zur Nachbarwohnung - wirklich jede Bewegung von den Nachbarn war zu hören. Schlafzimmerfenster im EG ging in einen öffentlichen Bereich- öffnen war Nachts aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht möglich. Wir haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Really nice apartment - relatively small and simple but fit the bill for me, was clean and nice, and superb value for money when you look at the area it's in and how close you are to everything. Somehow still quiet and peaceful, and felt safe, despite being so close to trains stations and major hubs of activity. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend, would stay again definitely.

Het is jammer dat je van tevoren niet weet welke kamer/studio je precies krijgt.

Second time staying and key collection and location is great. We stayed in apt 3.

- Work ongoing in another apartment meant no lie in as work started by 8am each day (we were not made aware of this in advance). - We stayed during the heatwave (35 degrees up) and the small aircon system didn't work at all - this meant we had to sleep in an easy accessible basement with the window open. - Hot water went off on the Saturday, despite it being a heatwave, showering in freezing cold water is not ideal. We contacted at around 8:30am and it took until later afternoon to be resolved. Appreciate that these things can take time, but we weren't kept up to date with progress. This was the day we had a big concert and I ended up having to wash my hair in the sink using hot water from the kettle. Certainly not ideal.

Przytulny, czysty pokój z łazienką, wszystkie udogodnienia zgodne z opisem. Fantastyczna okolica, blisko stacji metra i dworca, mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów, okna wychodzą na park.

Niestety mocno przeszkadzał brak klimatyzacji; przyjechaliśmy w największą falę upałów (36 stopni!), okna są mniej więcej od południowego zachodu a obsługa zostawiła wewnętrzne okiennice otwarte i pokój był straszliwie nagrzany. Mały wentylator nie wystarczał a pokoju nie da się wywietrzyć. W związku z tym brak ciepłej wody, który wystąpił jednego wieczoru, nie był problemem :) Ale nie jest to zarzut, taki mamy klimat :)

Nice location, not far from Paddington Station overlooking a small park. Fairly quiet, plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable bed and bathroom.

Only a couple of very minor things such as a supply of kitchen towel and some little milk cartons or sachets would have been welcome. I couldn't reach anything in top of kitchen cupboards without standing on a chair!

Easy digital check-in and contactless key pickup. Amazing location, just a short walk to Paddington and Edgeware Road tube stations. Kitchenette. Hot water stopped working and they fixed it the same day I messaged.

Very loud construction noises begin outside promptly at 08:00 every day except Sunday. The window is not soundproof so it is still difficult to sleep even with it closed. There is no AC and only one small fan (with a short electric cable), making it uncomfortably warm in summer heatwaves. Felt a bit tight for two people.

The room was very cute. There was a good kitchen but no sharp knife or milk sachets provided elsewhere - not entirely well kitted out. Close to public transport. I found the bed comfortable.

Unfortunately I found the photos a bit misleading. These apartments look very nice but the ones facing the park are also facing a major highway that is extraordinarily loud. During the heatwave the only option was to deal with noise or deal with suffocating heat. They will need to install air conditioning. Wouldn't stay again during summer, but in cooler months, it would be fine.

Da wir nur eine einzelne relativ kleine Decke hatten, haben wir nach einer zweiten Decke gefragt, die uns auch ins Zimmer gelegt wurde. Das war sehr nett. Auch die Lage war okay, weil wir viel erlaufen könnten.

Es war schade, dass uns in Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt worden, dass im Haus nebenan eine Baustelle war. Dort fingen die Handwerker auch am Samstag um 8.00 Uhr morgens an zu arbeiten.

Great location near Paddington Station and on a quiet street. Very clean and well provisioned. Some nice touches with flower beds on the sill.

Die Lage war nahe einer zentralen U-Bahn. Für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Checkin und Checkout waren kontaktlos absolut unkompliziert.

Sehr nah an einer stark befahrenen Straße und die Fenster waren nur schlecht isoliert. Somit hat man die Straße sehr laut gehört. Das Bett war ziemlich hart, was für uns besser ist als ein zu weiches Bett, aber manche Leute würden es wohl als zu hart empfinden.

Stanza piccolina,muri inesistenti,letto rumoroso e soprattutto ci sono stati dei lavori in corso mai comunicati che hanno rovinato privacy e pasti perché li avevamo accanto alla stanza e fuori dalla finestra. Qualità prezzo non ci ritornerei

Il monolocale era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, nonostante la presenza di alcuni cantieri nelle vicinanze. L’alloggio si trova a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e dalle fermate degli autobus, permettendo di raggiungere comodamente qualsiasi punto della città in circa 20 minuti. Nei dintorni si trovano negozi per le necessità quotidiane, ristoranti e altri servizi utili. Inoltre, il quartiere mi è sembrato sicuro e ben frequentato.

Location is great - easy to get to tube stations and bus stop. The Paddington station is just 15mins walk away. Close to Sainsburys, M&S and other local corner shops.

There was renovation going on right next door. Literally been drilling and demolishing through my stays. On top of that, all the doors, especially the main door smashed to the walls so it gave me a headache every time people went through. What’s even worse is, people kept getting confused about the door bells and the access code, which its number included the number of my flat, leading to numerous wrong calls through the nights. It would be great to put a little note on the door pad or at least mend the check-in instructions that specify which number pad they should press so there wouldn’t be any more guests to suffer from the late night door calls.

The fridge had rotten milk spilt everywhere, we requested it to be cleaned but they said the cleaner would have to come the next day. We asked for a new room but they ignored this request.

En nuestra estadía estaban en obra al lado de nuestra habitación, nos despertamos cada mañana con ruido de un martillo percutor (8 am) cuando nos comunicamos con la empresa que regentea el alquiler se hicieron los desentendidos y que desconocían la obra, pero la estaban haciendo en el mismo edificio!!!

The price was good, location good, facilities including WiFi good. The only downside was that it was a very hot week in London and there's no aircon (that I could see). I don't have a problem with no aircon because hot weather is quite rare; but a fan in the room would have helped sleep!

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung und gute Lage.

The location is convenient to Paddington station and Paddington basin. The apartment is fresh and clean with a good shower and nice coffee and tea makers. Getting into the apartment was well described, contactless and it was easy to get into the key box and return the key.

The apartment is too small for a couple for four nights. It is way too small. The bathroom is fine but the space in the room is a small dorm type. Photos are deceptive.

Great location, clean room and plenty of space for London (and for the price). Especially liked the nespresso coffee machine and some free pods for the morning coffee fix.

Stairs - a lift would have been nice for the luggage. Room was hot so had to open windows which meant it was noisy in the morning.

Mostly as I expected and it worked for the 4 nights I was staying in order to watch the Test Match at Lords. Generally well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment.

The bedroom needs curtains or blinds which keep the light out. There were lamp posts outside which were on all night and the inadequate blinds in the bedroom meant it was too light in the room. Light filtered out around the blinds and I found this annoying. Also television reception relied on wifi and was poor. I had to abandon the TV and used my laptop instead.

Well-located, no frills place to lay your head at a reasonable price. Easy check-in/check-out system. We would consider returning for our next trip.

Instructions for keys/entry arrived a bit later than expected but not a problem. LOTS of construction noise during the day.

Apartamento cómodo y limpio ,1!muy fácil proceso de check-in. Los pisos superiores son por escalera, si llevas mucho equipaje es un poco incómodo pero vale la pena alojarse en el lugar. Muy buena ubicación.

The 3 sets of stairs to the apartment. The heat inside the room, however the staff did offer to drop off another fan; the heat in London during our 2 night stay surpassed 30 degrees!

Bed was standing along the wall. However I took attention while I was making my reservation, the bed had space from the wall at both side.

Close to Edgware Road tube station so access into the city was easy.

A lot of noise during the night from other people entering the building and adjoining rooms.
