Las camas pueden mejorarse, sobretodo los colchones ya que se hunden de los lados y la estructura de la cama era muy ruidosa.

A szállás jó helyen található, tiszta, rendezett és rendkívül felszerelt volt. Minden megtalálható benne, amire csak szükség lehet. A kommunikáció nagyon egyszerű volt. Ha jövünk, máskor is ide fogunk visszatérni.

Well equipped and good location.

Unfortunately it was quite hot with limited air flow in the apartment which made it quite uncomfortable to be inside. At times it felt warmer inside than it was outside.

Excellent apartments at an affordable price. We received the check‑in instructions in advance; everything is clearly and precisely stated. The apartments are large and clean, with a good kitchen; all the appliances are in working order, there’s plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, and the shower is excellent. We were pleased with the cleaning and the hygiene products included in the price. Thank you to the staff for their prompt assistance in replacing the iron that wasn’t working.

There were problems with the Wi‑Fi; it kept disconnecting. We also had issues with the sockets — we have European plugs with an adapter for a British plug. Maybe it was due to a power surge, but we constantly faced inconveniences. This type of apartment is on the first floor and won’t suit everyone, as there’s little privacy — everything is visible from the street through the window. We had to keep lowering the blinds, but these are minor issues; otherwise, it’s perfect accommodation.

Un apartamento espacioso, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, pero muy bien situada para las conexiones de transporte. Lo que más nos gustó fue su terraza frente a un bonito parque, donde poder desayunar tranquilamente.

No le pongo ninguna pega. Se ajusto o incluso supero mis expectativas.

Posizione della struttura ottima, due metro vicine consentono di visitare al meglio la città. Il monolocale è pulito ed accogliente, situato al 5 piano senza ascensore, quindi valutate bene questo aspetto prima di prenotare, vista molto bella.

Purtroppo siamo stati al Londra nelle giornate più calde dell’anno e la stanza non ha l’aria condizionata, le finestre non si aprono del tutto quindi è stato davvero terribile. Abbiamo passato meno tempo possibile in struttura per non soffrire troppo. Il bagno è davvero molto piccolo, la doccia andrebbe risistemata perché il soffione è davvero scomodo. Letto scomodissimo, si sprofonda e si sentono le molle. Per soggiorni estivi lo sconsiglio fortemente.

Cleaning Good location

Top floor studio Very difficult to climb there even with small luggages. Very hot temperature with closed windows for all the arrival day. Windows locked, impossible to open them completely, no good air circulation. Almost impossible to sleep with this high temperatures. They supplied only a small motorfan. Bad service no answer when I called them at the checkin. No help at all from the staff.

En 5 días no vinieron a limpiar ni a cambiar las toallas. La habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Era demasiado pequeña. El colchón era pésimo y las almohadas también. La cocina no estaba para nada completa. Faltaban muchas cosas imprescindibles. No tiene aire acondicionado y pasamos mucho calor con tan sólo un ventilador enano. No tienen recepción donde dejar las maletas al llegar y tuvimos que ir con las mochilas desde la mañana hasta las 16h que pudimos entrar. Los champú y geles insuficientes. Sólo pusieron para 3 días y tuvimos que comprar aparte. Lo único buena es la zona. Es muy tranquila y está bien ubicada. Cerca del metro y supermercados.

Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig

Es war nicht wirklich sauber, das Bad hat geschimmelt (hat dementsprechend gerochen). Als wir die Unterkunft diesbezüglich kontaktiert haben, haben wir keine Antwort bekommen. In der Unterkunft war es sehr heiß (keine Klima, Fenster war auf Augenhöhe von Fußgängern genau mit Blick aufs Bett) und es hat nach Instant-Nudeln gerochen. Das Bett war durchgelegen.

Nice cosy place to stay with all the amenities you need for a 1-10 night stay. Very clean in every aspect, although decor was a bit dated.

The bed was very soft unfortunately and gave me back ache in the mornings. It could do with a lamp or two as the lighting is quite harsh on an evening.

Matelas très inconfortable. Réveillés en pleine nuit par l'alarme incendie. Tout le monde dans le hall. Aucun personnel present. Numero mobile inactif. Tel à une operatrice qui nous fait bidouiller le tableau à distance. Pas très rassurant d'autant que le tableau a continué à clignoter 2 jours après.

Bien ubicado; tiene cerca el metro, tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes, pero a la vez está en una calle tranquila. Apartamento reformado y con todo lo necesario para preparar tus comidas y ahorrar un poco.

En los días más calurosos se puede echar en falta el aire acondicionado. En mi caso, con abrir la ventana fue suficiente.

La ubicación es fantástica. Esta muy bien ubicada cerca de Hyde Park, y cerca de la estacion de metro de Bayswater y Queensway. Ademas, también pasan muchos autobuses. El personal son muy atentos y responden muy rápido cualquier tipo de duda que pueda surgir.

La cama es incómoda. Deberían cambiarla porque es bastante dura como que se nota que le colchón tiene bastante tiempo o no es de buena calidad. Al ser un semisotano se acumula bastante el calor y la humedad, no hay aire acondicionado solamente un ventilador. Otra cosa que deberían valorar es cambiar el grifo del baño porque salta demasiada agua fuera.

Det var forferdelig varmt og ikke innafor å ikke ha aircondition i den varmen. Leiligheten var konstant minimum 30°, den lille vifta hjalp ingenting med å kjøle det ned. Altfor varmt på natta og planen vår om å tilberede måltider i leiligheten måtte bare settes til side fordi det var uutholdelig å være i leiligheten. Burde vært en portabel aircondition i leiligheten eller droppet å leie ut 4 etasje når det blir som en badstue.

Very nice area close to underground. Quiet and safe. Characterful building. Host responded timeously.

Would only recommend top floor studio to younger mobile people. I was aware of the stairs but underestimated them. The top floor studio would not be recommended in summer, it is unbelievably hot and requires at least a powerful rotating standing fan, it is in full sun the whole day. The lower floors would be recommended only.

Struttura pulitissima e la posizione strategica

La reattività dell’host è stata praticamente inesistente: non abbiamo ricevuto risposta per oltre 36 ore. Inoltre, ci è stato chiesto di contattarlo telefonicamente su un numero inglese, nonostante fossimo turisti stranieri e non del luogo. Anche l’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione: diversi elementi dell’arredamento erano molto usurati, come alcuni cuscini visibilmente rovinati anzi, bucati. Nella doccia mancava inoltre un doccino mobile, utile per l’igiene personale, e non era presente nemmeno un portasapone. Tutto questo nonostante fossimo nella stanza venduta come monolocale Deluxe.

During the heatwave in London the windows were blocked and the temperature in the room was super high.

Estava tudo perfeito para quem procura um local central para visitar Londres.

Estava muito calor em Londres e a casa estava muito quente. A pequena ventoinha que existia não foi suficiente. Mas compreendo que Londres não costuma ter temperaturas tão elevadas, contudo parece começar a ser normal.

Only drawback need a bigger fan

Uitstekende ligging, dicht bij underground stations, restaurants en winkels. Studio was voor 2 personen ruim. Voldoende licht door twee ramen en een deur met raam, ook al was het in souterrain. Keurige badkamer met goede douche. Keuken was goed uitgerust. Toegang was met een code en een sleutelkluisje.

Het huisje is echt ingeruimd voor 2 personen, dus 2 glazen, 2 borden, 2 messen etc. Maar dat betekent alleen maar dat je regelmatig afwast. Verder geen probleem.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. I had access to the courtyard which was a bonus.

The sofa was a bit tired and uncomfortable. The tv was lacking a little bit, the small size meant the sound was hard work. Cooking utensils could have been a bit better.

Uninhabitable during the heatwave. This top-floor apartment was unbearably hot and unsafe to occupy during London's June 2026 heatwave. I left within minutes because the conditions were intolerable. I had warned the host in advance about the forecast, but they only mentioned a fan and offered no practical solution when I arrived. I had to find alternative accommodation immediately at my own expense. The subsequent refusal to issue a refund, despite the circumstances and the lack of assistance, made the experience even worse. I would not book this property again.

Had to email to find out WiFi password, windows did not open very far and apartment was awfully hot and stuffy. It was exceptionally hot over that period (which it isn’t always) which made it worse, very uncomfortable at night with no air in the apartment to be able to sleep. Bed uncomfortable old , Shower hot cold water not working properly had to use the bathroom faucet to regulate the heat , not enough towels for the stay , no proper door handle- and the worst thing ? Roof creaking every time someone walks upstairs !!! So noisy!!

El apartamento es muy bueno. La ubicación excelente, cerca de Kensington Gardens, del metro y de Paddington Station. Tiene vista a una plaza. Domitorio y estar amplios. Café y té de cortesía. Comunicación con el anfitrión excelente.

La cama de matrimonio debe ser reemplazada. El colchón tiene forma de V. Como sugerencia, debería haber cuchillos de cocina (sólo hay dos para comer, ninguno para cortar carne, verdura, etc para cocinar).

There is no lift it is very tiring and not worth the price. There is no air conditioning during these hot days.

Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Souterrain, das mit den Zimmern auf den Fotos nicht viel Ähnlichkeit hatte. Es war schlicht und ohne jeden Charme. Das Fenster ging in einen engen, schmutzigen Innenhof, den Himmel konnte man nicht sehen. Im Winter dürfte das Zimmer den ganzen Tag dunkel sein.

The accommodation, although a little basic is exceptionally clean and provides everything you need for a short stay. It was very quiet yet within a very short distance of all amenities. Communication with management is good and access to property is very easy. Very good value for money.

Additional pillows would be welcome.

Appartamento pulito, spazioso, funzionale, adatto a trascorrere sia un long week end che un soggiorno settimanale. Semplice il self check-in. Per quanto concerne la collocazione non posso che consigliarla: conosco bene la zona ed é qui che alloggio quando vengo a Londra.

Very confortable. Staff was kind and helpfull. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of public transport nearby.

The soundproofing isn’t great and you can kind of hear some noise from the other guests. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be if you are a very light sleeper.

The room was clean and the bed was good. It was very quiet.

There was a little tablle fan to cool the room. It was ok when the weather wasn"t hot, but it wasn"t enough to cool the room temperature on warm days.

Nos gustó mucho! La ubicación fue ideal para nosotros. El departamento muy cómodo, equipado, luminoso y el barrio silencioso. Nos tocó un departamento en el segundo piso.

Lo único que era un poco chico era el baño, sin lugar para apoyar ni colgar.

The apartment is located in a very convenient and pleasant neighborhood in the city. Laundry facilities were included on site. The keys were very easily retrieved. The kitchenette was well equiped and had two stoves and a microwave. This really helped when we bought take-out and microwavable dinners from the supermarket.

The wifi almost never worked in the apartment. There were times when I was completely cut-off from the Internet because I had neither a cellular signal nor a wifi one. The dryer in the building was faulty. My clothes were still wet after two 40-minute cycles, and it wasn't even a large load, taking up about half the space in the dryer. The apartment building was evidently very old, as we could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and the floorboards would creak whenever they took a step. The hot water supply in the shower was unstable. We sometimes couldn't get hot water despite turning the knob all the way to the left. One of the shelves in the fridge was broken and would fall out whenever we put a load on it.

Super emplacement pour notre appartement, à 10 minutes à pied du marché de Portobello et 5 minutes de la station de métro Bayswater. Plein de restaurants , de supermarchés dans le quartier. L’appartement était propre, moderne avec une salle de bain bien chauffée !

Beaucoup de bruit le samedi soir, prévoir des boules quies, de plus il manque une petite lumière cosy dans la chambre. Une notice d’utilisation du micro-ondes aurait été nécessaire.

El lugar nos gustó mucho, cómodo con todo lo necesario para unos días de estancia. Limpio con muy buena calefacción lo que hacía q llegar se sintiera agradable. Es amplio , con suficiente lugar para dejar tus cosas. Tiene un Laundry room de pago, en el sótano ,lo que nos pareció muy útil para lavar algunas cosas y seguir viaje. Tranquilo y seguro. Excelente estadía !

The room isn't bad, but since it's in the basement, there's no fresh air, and there's no lighting on the way down, so you could miss a step and hurt yourself. You can only turn on the light once you've gone down; otherwise, you have to use a flashlight. The internet was also terrible—it only worked in one spot in the apartment. The room itself isn’t bad, but it’s definitely not cheap. The location is perfect, it’s near to everything what you need

La cama era muy muy blanca, se hundía con sólo sentarse una persona. La puerta del baño no podía dejarse abierta. La ubicación perfecta, pero me pareció caro para lo que ofrecía.

Purtroppo la struttura non é accessibile facilmente a chiunque. Infatti gli appartamenti sono raggiungibili unicamente tramite una ripida scala.

The apartment location is superb. Easy to access, very spacious (this was a one bedroom apartment), clean and with everything you could need for a few days in London. The balcony was such a delight. All the information for check in is sent to you in advance, everything was managed pretty efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Not a big problem for us, but the bed was slightly soft and there is of course noise from the street at night. But both things were not a big issue for us.

It was old and dated compared to photos on site. We knew there was no lift, however the third floor was actually up 5 flights of stairs! Stovetop did not work. No information about how things worked. No toaster. Shower was small and awful - no water pressure.

Die Einrichtung ist teilweise (Sofa und Bett) sehr alt und das Bett knackt bei jeder Bewegung. Die kleine Lampe neben dem Bett war defekt (Zimmer nr 3, downstairs im Keller). Es war extrem hellhörig, da wir direkt unter dem Eingang waren, haben wir alle Schritte und jede Tür gehört.

Environnement exceptionnel dans un quartier calme. Appartement propre, bien équipé et très agréable.

La tablette en verre au dessus du lavabo n'a pas été remplacée suite à une casse antérieure. A certaines heures, l'eau froide reste chaude et il faut faire couler très longtemps pour qu'elle devienne vraiment froide. On dirait que de l'eau chaude rentre dans le circuit d'eau froide.

This property was exactly as described, had everything you would need and in a perfect location! Genuinely couldn’t fault it for the price

Everything. I've stayed there before and will do again. The perfect location for exploring the area and just a few tube stops away from the centre. A quiet, no fuss, well equipped studio apartment.

La cama es horrible, lo leí en los comentarios pero es peor de lo que pensaba, viejo de muelles, es una pena porque no descansas bien y eso es importante cuando haces un viaje. Las ventanas no tienen aislamiento y se oye mucho ruido de coches y demás.
