I travelled alone and had a room with 2x double beds and a table with 4x chairs. In Japan perhaps I should be grateful for the space but it was a bit excessive. Bathroom was dated. Lacked character

Per chi vuole vivere Osaka nel suo lato più autentico, vivace e dinamico, soggiornare all’Hotel Arashi No002 , nel cuore di Shinsaibashi, è una scelta che consiglio senza esitazione. La posizione è, a mio avviso, uno dei suoi punti di forza: ci si trova nel pieno della zona più animata, con shopping, ristoranti, locali e intrattenimento praticamente tutti a portata di mano. È una di quelle posizioni che, durante un viaggio, fanno davvero la differenza. La grande comodità è poter organizzare la giornata senza essere vincolati agli spostamenti: si può uscire, fare shopping, fermarsi a mangiare, tornare in hotel a lasciare gli acquisti o semplicemente riposarsi e poi uscire nuovamente, anche più volte nell’arco della giornata. Tutto senza stress e senza perdere tempo sui trasporti. Dopo aver visitato diverse zone di Osaka, ritengo Shinsaibashi una delle basi migliori per chi desidera avere la città praticamente fuori dalla porta e vivere appieno la sua energia, soprattutto nelle ore serali.

wifi in camera . putroppo non eccellente. alle continue richieste di miglioramento dalla reception inventavano scuse poco credibili purtroppo... per fortuna mi appariva un wifi di un hotel Vicino e ho risolto con i servizi di un altro Hotel :)

Não tem pequeno almoço, mas existem muitos sítios próximos onde comprar comida: seven eleven, family mart, e outros. Algumas torneiras da casa de banho não têm agua potável e essa infomação só está escrita em japonês! Atenção necessário colocar o nome do hotel no google maps (só a morada dá a zona mas não é suficientemente preciso)

It was so close to so much and super easily accessible! The staff were so kind and the room was very clean and quite spacious with an excellent bathroom! Would 100% stay here again!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuß zur Namba Station auch mit Gepäck kein Problem. Es gibt jede Menge Lokale und Shops in der Nähe! Die Zimmer sind für die Lage sehr ruhig. Zimmergröße ist passend. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im EG. Der Kontakt zum Hotelpersonal ist minimal. ich hatte das Gefühl, dass eher Chinesisch als Japanisch gesprochen wird. Mit dem Mobiltelefon und einer Übersetzungsapp kein Problem.

Ich hab mir von den Fotos auf Booking etwas anderes erwartet. Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers könnte erneuert werden. Zimmer sind basic, aber Sauber. Das System der Zimmerreinigung habe ich nicht 100% verstanden. Müll soll man vor die Türe stellen und die gebrauchten Handtücher bei der Rezeption abgeben. Finde ich etwas ungewöhnlich, hat aber gut funktioniert.

Tv service limited to few Japanese channels. As a foreign visitor it would have been nice to able to connect to my home streaming services like Netflix.

ラブホでした ネットで検索したところ元ラブホとありましたが、現在もホテル前に休憩用の看板があります 水回りも汚く、家族や友人で使うには最悪のホテルです

Rooms were clean and the location to the shopping to the shopping street was the best part. Will stay here again in the future.

도톤보리 시내와 가까이 있어 도보로 이동하기 용의하고 주변 편의점 및 식당가들이 있어 식사해결하기에도 좋았습니다. 지하철역과는 조금거리가 있긴하나 도보로 10~15분이내 도착할수있고 공항리무진 이용시 도톤프라자에서도 도보로 10분이내 거리에 있어 숙박하기 괜찮은곳이였습니다. 저희가 일본어가 미숙하여 어플을 사용하여 직원분과 대화하긴했지만 직원분도 친철하신거같아서 3박4일 휴가일정을 잘보내고 왔습니다.

흡연자로서 조금아쉬운점은 흡연장이 1층에 있어 8층에서 1층까지 왔다갔다가 조금 힘들긴 했으나 비흡연자분들에겐 나쁘지않은 조건같습니다.

They have really good photos of everything in the website, but once you arrive starting with the neighborhood, the sour smell in the reception, the mess from a restaurant in the corridor, you understand that the reality is other. Once inside de bedroom, the only plus is the size of the beds, the shower is very dated and deteriorated and the cleanliness could be better.

Hotel a pochi passi da Dotonbori, nello stesso tempo con camere silenziose e ben curate. Staff alla reception disponibilissimo, ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con il volo di rientro.

The freezer was big enough, and the staff were so friendly and helpful in solving our problem. Also, I really liked that the washroom door was double, so it was comfortable to use the washroom.

The microwave is on the first floor, so it was hard to heat the rice. Also, there is no laundry room to wash our clothes.

Fomos recebidos por uma pessoa para o checkin e o processo foi rápido e todas as informações devidas foram passadas. O hotel era limpo e a cama bastante confortável. Quarto muito espaçoso para os padrões japoneses.

As instalações do hotel são bastante antigas. Banheira de hidromassagem não funciona e uma TV que tinha na frente da banheira também não. Passamos três noites e em nenhuma delas teve limpeza, deixaram apenas um saco de lixo na porta para que trocássemos. Havia uma porta de restaurante no segundo andar e estava sempre cheia de coisas no chão, passa uma impressão de desleixo. A localização é maravilhosa mas não acho que vale o valor cobrado.

The location was amazing, centre of Osaka. We experienced brief earthquake centred in Nara of 5.9 and the building stayed in one piece 😅 The stuff were nice, not so fluent in English but we found our ways around. The cleaning for longer stays should be scheduled one day prior. Other than that you could request clean towels and slippers, they take out trash regularly.

The hotel staff was not very welcoming when we arrived. I am used to a warm welcome but it felt like we were bothering them. The customer service was not what I am used to in Japan. When we arrived, the guy that works the first desk just looked at us and continued to sweep. This was when we were trying to drop our bags off. Then when we tried to check in, another guy was not in the best mood.

部屋が広くて快適だった。立地もみなみなので、みなみで夜遊びする人にはとても便利だと思います。

あまりホテルっぽくない。マンションのような感じでしたが一人旅だったので問題なかったです。

They don't clean the room everyday

Location where it is near Dotonbori, Shinsabashi, Ebisu Bashi etc. And value for money for the size of the room and location. Towel exchange and some cleaning arrangement could be made for longer stay.

La habitación era amplia y el hotel estaba muy bien situado. El baño era muy grande y con las estancias separadas, lo que se agradece siendo tres.

El baño, en la estancia de la bañera olía un poco a humedad. Pero no salía de ahí y tampoco molestaba demasiado.

部屋が広い！お風呂とトイレが別でお風呂もトイレも洗面台も広い！金曜夜に宿泊しましたが煩さは感じず、ゆっくり過ごせました。駅からそんなに遠くなく、値段以上の過ごしやすさでした。周囲が居酒屋まみれなので嫌な人は嫌かも。

備品を見逃してたんですがパジャマは備え付けで無いこと。持参する必要があります。

We were upgraded to a bigger room. Also the location is also next to Dotonbori

the room had a jacuzzi that wouldn't work, neither would the door cards to get in the room, We had the front desk give us replacements but they were just as bad. Imagine trying 8 to 9 times just to get into your room each time. How frustrating. Also what is the point of a jacuzzi if it doesn't work!

The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to Dotonburi and really close to anything else by metro. The room was huge, the bathroom was huge- with shower and bathtub.

The hotel is well located in the central area of Osaka. It’s a 5 min walk from the mail street and entertainment area. If you are looking for the action this is the place for you, if you are looking for quiet rest this may not work. The bathroom areas are large and nice.

We had to shorten our reservation by one day due to flight changes and the staff were extremely unhelpful. The reception didn’t know English and was not open to a conversation using translate. She was not open to any accommodation from the hotel side and we ended up paying the extra night. Additionally the room was very small for 3 people and the bath tab did not work. The receptionist did not provide any support for that as well. Note there is no cleaning or extra towels although we were supposed to stay 4 nights.

It was a comfortable space for 3 people for one night. The bathroom layout is nice, with a very large wet-room (shower/tub area). This hotel is situated in a part of Shinsaibashi lined with night clubs, bars and restaurants, and very close to the even more crowded area of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street, but the room was very quiet and you could not hear the noise. There are amenities available in the lobby (cotton buds, toothbrushes, etc.) The room is good for a short stay.

There is not much to dislike if you're here for the night or two. Just wanted to note to others staying longer, there is no closet. Our (family) room had a line of hooks mounted beside the door with a few hangers. There is no microwave in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby.

I servizi igienici sono un po' obsoleti. Nella nostra camera l'idromassaggio non funzionava ed una mattonella al centro del bagno era spezzata in tre e si muoveva e, poiché nelle stanze si va di solito con i calzini o le ciabattine sottili, poteva essere pericolosa

Hôtel très bien placé, proche de la gare, des rues commerçantes, de Dotonbori. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Grande salle de bains avec balnéo.
