Great location very clean and comfortable

Because I am vertically challenged i did find it difficult to reach the cupboards and microwave and it was an effort to climb the bed. Maybe a small stepping stool to help others with the same challenge . Also for the same reason difficult to see good coverage in bathroom mirror maybe a full mirror on the wall between the kitchette and wardrobe.

La cama no era muy cómoda (demasiado blanda). Si bien esto no es algo del departamento en sí, tener en cuenta que el edificio no tiene ascensor por lo tanto, nos tocó subir 4 pisos por escalera.

I was in a lower ground unit (so not too high expectations) - very thin walls/ceilings so could hear everything above and unit beside me.

La ubicación es muy buena, está en el centro y se puede ir andando a la gran mayoría de los sitios.

Nuestra habitación estaba al lado de la sala de calderas, y por la noche sonaba mucho y no se podía dormir. El apartamento no nos dio ninguna solución a esto y rechazaron nuestras soluciones, a pesar de proponer nosotros varias soluciones previamente.

Locatie! Vlak bij de universiteit, supermarkt, oxford street, prima ontbijtzaakje naast de deur. Fijne bank, goed matras, goed schoon.

Krap bed voor grote Nederlanders, heel lief koffiecupjes bij het apparaat geleverd, maar de verkeerde, niets aan handleiding over de keuken. Gehorig door contactgeluid en medebewoners via binnenplaats.

Basement apartment bed was really small and not that comfortable. We had a small fan but the apartment was terribly hot so made the stay quite uncomfortable. Very narrow stairs and no lift so very difficult to manage with a large suitcase

Gorgeous accommodation, very clean, airy, bathroom seemed new. We stayed when it was 30 degrees so grateful of the velux windows and there was a fan too which was appreciated! Very nice apartment complex in a safe quirky area, easy to get to tubes.

Elements of water damage in the shower. Bed was nice but had a prop underneath it and was a bit creaky.

Location is fantastic. Very comfortable room but Uncomfortably hot in summer. Definitely needs better cooling options.

Apartments are modern, clearly recently refurbished and centrally located with sufficient amenities to enjoy the stay.

-The bed was way too small and short (for 2 people under 180cm) -Noise: you can hear everything and everyone from all other apartments, and vice versa. We were taken up by others on both nights -Smell: neighbours are smoking in the ventilation shaft (and that smell travels) -Temperature: it was way too warm in the apartment despite the outside temperature at max 21 degrees.

Super Lage

Sehr dünne Wände, extrem schlechte luft durch fehlende klimaanlage, nur ein winziges Fenster, sehr sehr warm. Winziges Bett für 2 Leute. Unbequeme Matratze führten zu Schmerzen nach dem Schlaf bei uns beiden. Daher nie wieder.

Une localisation qui permet de rayonner dans londres facilement. Un logement propre et fonctionnel.

Le bruit des autres voyageurs tard le soir et tôt le matin. Toute la semaine hélas! Les appartements sont peu insonorisés et on n'entend tout. Avec la canicule et les fenêtres ouvertes c'était pire.

Clean and convenient. High standard of facilities

Unfortunately, it was extremely hot. The whole building was very hot and because of the size of the room it was uncomfortable. There was a small portable van, but these are no good in the high temperatures in London this summer. If it has air-conditioning, it would be an excellent apartment.

Location was great. Facilities were all appropriate. Good design. Appropriate space. Shower and bathroom were also standard and solid. Kitchen had broadly all that was needed.

Bed was not super comfortable. I stayed during a London Heatwave and would not recommend. When it is very hot, there is no air conditioning and the fan is just OK. So if you know there is a heatwave coming, avoid this property. Otherwise, a very solid stay.

Be aware of similar type of room concept —> The picture of the facility is not reflecting the truth. I believe if you promote a top floor image, you should not get a room below basement. Be aware, there is no AC —> in addition to being a very depressing room, there was a very small window looking to a wall. The fresh air was 4 stories above hoping to get in from a 3 x 3 without any fresh air to get in.l which was not happening at all Zero customer service—> after a few hours of my stay I requested to leave next day expecting to get my money back for unstayed days. They told there is ventilator in the room which I could use and they refused to give my money back for unstayed days. I have never experienced such a customer service in my life. I have never seen a more depressing, claustrophobic stay in my life.

The apartment was really nice and looked just as shown in the pictures. It was clean and everything worked properly, from the hob to the bathroom facilities. The location was perfect for our stay, a nice neighborhood close to shops and restaurants.

The weather forecast showed temperatures above 30°C during our stay. We knew the apartment had no air conditioning, but we were not prepared for how unbearably hot it would be inside. It felt like a sauna, and we could barely sleep or move around without sweating. There was only one small fan, which was not sufficient. We contacted the property and asked for another fan, but after the first terrible night, we decided to check out and find another hotel. Had it not been for the extreme heat, the apartment would have been a perfect place to stay. However, I believe more fans should have been provided in advance, and guests should have been warned about how extremely hot the apartment could become.

Great location, everything within walking distance. Apartment was absolutely clean and well equipped! We would book again.

A mirror in the room would be great. There was no plug in the bathroom (only for shaving), so we dried our hair in the room. A mirror would be comfortable.

Almost everything! Excellent location, very comfortable room, all amenities provided, friendly staff and great value for money. Will definitely stay there on my next visit to London.

Está muy bien situado para ir andando al centro o a los puntos más importantes.

La cama me.parecio pequeña para dos y bastante ruidosa, nos tocó una habitación que no tenia una puerta a un patio compartido que daba a otras ventanas y pocas veces podíamos abrir a ventilar o que entrara aire, ya que hizo calor. Nos toco al lado de un almacén con maquinas y por las noches había bastantes ruidos. En general bien, pero tuvimos esa mala suerte,.igual si nos toca otra habitación la valoración hubiera sido mejor.

It is too loud. The sound of the slamming doors and discussions of your neighbors are just too loud and wake you up in the night. Should be better isolated.

Location was great, and the room was spacious and generally comfortable

We had a garden unit and were near the boiler room so our room was often very hot and stuffy. The lock mechanism on the doors was a little inconvenient and it was mildly annoying that the gate to our unit was always unlocked (we assume other guests weren’t locking it because it was such a bother).

Okno wychodzi na wewnętrzną przestrzeń, wspólną dla innych pokojów. Rozumiem, że w zimie oka się zamyka i sąsiedzwo nie sprawia trudności, jednak w lecie kiedy jest ciepło trzeba je otworzyć a wtedy: możnę bez trudu zajrzeć do pokoju sąsiada, słuchać jego rozmów i program w TV, który ogląda. Jest tu słabe wyciszenie: jeżeli sąsiad korzysta z łazienki to w pierwszym odruchu myślisz, że ktoś wszedł do Twojej. W czasie gdy byliśmy codziennie do godziny 23.oo za oknem była uruchomiona jakaś hałaśliwa wentylacja(?) Od 23.oo można było liczyć na spokój; no chyba, że sąsiad wrócił do siebie później....

The property was a good size for two people. Bed was comfortable however very high off the floor. Clean and modern. Location was perfect, lots of cafes and restaurant’s around and close to underground. I would stay here again if requiring to be in this area of London.

The property and room were extremely hot and stuffy. There was only one small fan which did not cool the room down. I understand it has been very hot but maybe provide a more comfortable solution for guests.

The location is great, nice quiet area near Euston with lots of nice eateries about. Including a good pizzeria right next door. The room we were in had windows that opened into an internal courtyard with no windows looking into the room. This was great for getting some fresh air in and little to no traffic noise.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, which is a minor niggle. It was also extremely warm due to the lack of air con, but this was expected and the apartment did have a pretty decent fan in the room so that made it a lot more bearable(haven't marked down for the heat).

Very basic kitchenette. Room was below ground with very steep stairs. Difficult especially if you are carry suitcase or shopping. No opening windows for ventilation. Getting to the room involved unlocking 3 sets of doors.

Bathroom was tiny. Physically lay your head on the washbasin when sitting on the toilet and larger people would have difficulty accessing the shower cubicle around the sink. Had to step into main studio area to dry

The apartment very was clean and tidy, with everything you needed! Perfect location. I called up on the day to see if we could check in a little earlier as the room was ready we were able to - lovely women on the phone!

The room was so hot! Although there is a fan supplied. Recommend leaving window ajar for the day if going in summer.

El apartamento es nuevo y da gusto, el mio era pequeño pero no necesitaba más. Sabia bien que habia elegido el semisótano, tiene un patio y se pueden abrir bien las ventanas. Al estar nuevo y moderno da muy buena impresión. Sabia que hay escaleras, no fue un problema para mi.

En el apartamento por el que pagué 1500 euros una semana, no había ni una sola silla. Hay cocina y no puedes siquiera sentarte a comer o trabajar..?? Pedí una y me dijeron que no podían facilitarla, ni siquiera una plegable. Cierto que en las fotos no había silla, pero quién facilita instalaciones para cocinar y no poder comer? Todo en la cama o de pie. Se oye mucho el ruido de la gente del pasillo - maletas de quien llega tarde, conversaciones, el fin de semana la juerga... - , y en verano porque no hay A/C y hay que abrir las ventanas, todo el ruido de los otros apartamentos. No hay A/C pero si hay un ventilador, que hace mucho ruido. La cafetera es Nespresso Vertuo y para 7 noches dejaron 3 cápsulas. No esperaba que nadie viniera a reponer o limpiar o nada, asi lo dice el anuncio. Vertuo es un tipo de cápsulas que solo se encuentran en las tiendas Nespresso y la mas cercana está a más de 20 min caminando. Teniendo un montón de supermercados a 1 min donde comprar otras cápsulas, es como si no hubiera cafetera

Struttura facile da raggiungere con i mezzi, in un’ottima posizione, vicino anche a bar/ristoranti e supermercati. istruzioni chiare per entrare ed uscire sia dal palazzo che dalla porta della stanza. Stanza e cucina ben fornite, anche se avere qualche posata in più non sarebbe stato male.

Stanza all’ultimo piano (4 o 5 non ricordo) senza ascensore, scale molto ripide e strette, quindi con la valigia è stato un po’ scomodo e faticoso salire. Palazzo molto caldo, come anche la camera. Fortunatamente eravamo all’ultimo piano e aprendo le finestre potevamo fare un po’ di corrente. Prezzo un po’ alto per la dimensione della stanza. Stanza un po’ piccola. Letto piccolo. Bagno piccolo.

Centralissima, pulita e funzionale.

The facilities, cleanliness and location were excellent. Provision of towels and extras, like toiletries, coffee pods for the machine and washing up liquid, were very much appreciated.

The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay and the apartment was too! The fan provided wasn't sufficient to cool it down unfortunately, so we weren't able to spend as much time in there as we would have liked to.

The bed was not amazing. The mattress and bed sheets could have been of higher quality. I know it’s the city centre but still it feels a bit expensive.

Great location for my work trip. Lovely and clean room with excellent facilities. Kitchen had everything you would need for a longer stay. The shower had good pressure and there was complimentary shampoo/body wash. Communication about getting into the building/room was clear and checkin was easy.

I was staying during the recent heat wave. The room was very stuffy and hot due to lack of Air Conditioning (AC) and only having one small fan that did not oscillate. I ended up stripping the cover off the duvet and just using that to sleep. A larger oscillating fan would be much better during hot weather if AC is not an option.

El apartamento está bien ubicado, renovado y muy limpio.

La cama no era demasiado cómoda, pero lo peor es que no tenía aire acondicionado. Esto es muy habitual en Londres, pero con las temperaturas que se alcanzan en verano y el calor que el edificio acumula, la estancia se ha hecho muy insoportable. Recomendaría el apartamento sin duda, pero no para los meses de máximo calor.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Πολύ καθαρό.

Είχε λίγο παραπάνω ζέστη και δεν είχε κλιματισμό. ( Επισκέφθηκα Ιούνιο το Λονδίνο και όχι σε τόσο ζεστή περίοδο παρόλα αυτά είχε πολλή ζέστη) Το κρεβάτι μικρουλι και λίγο άβολο.

Excellent location, room was big enough.

The bed was too small for two people. We asked for an early check-in. We were promised that we will be informed, if the room is ready early. We were not, although we later received information that the room was ready at least an hour earlier.

Mian issue was I thought the price was for 2 nights not one. This is not an issue with the accommodation but with booking.com and its habit of changing preferences and filters in the middle of booking.

Excellent apartment - great location - good tea and coffee facilities and very clean - Pleased we had a fan as arrived in the heat wave and on the top floor so it was needed after climbing the stairs to reach the apartment.

The only other furniture apart from the bed was a very small table and stools which were hard and very uncomfortable so working was tricky. I was in the basement so there was a door which I could open, but everybody’s windows looked onto a tiny area which meant no airflow at all. The metal stairs down to the apartment are very narrow and steep which made it difficult with three bags.

It was all good. Was there during a heatwave but the staff were very helpful in organizing an aircon unit to hire. Probably the fan would have been enough as my room didn’t get direct sunlight.

This room could be lovely if they added air conditioning but unfortunately it’s pretty unpleasant to be trapped in a room that doesn’t let heat escape. It was 25-28C during our stay but the room was stifling. They did provide a fan in the cupboard but unless you stood right in front of it you were still boiling. My husband and I had to take turns in front of it. The window opened a bit but the people smoking outside meant that it could only be opened for a short time. The bed was a very small double, despite there being plenty of room for a king, if you sacrificed a side table. Two people sleeping on that tiny bed in that heat was torture.

Super emplacement, l'appartement était bien (juste un peu petit), j'ai beaucoup apprécié de rester au dernier étage, car j'ai un sommeil léger donc c'était beaucoup plus calme.
