Yes very noisy outside , wifi not solid. No area to put suitcases on , bathroom small ,functional and clean though. Needs a shelf .

Hotel zlokalizowany jest w świetnym miejscu jest blisko do restauracji, metra. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, czysto i cicho.

Jedyna rzecz która nam bardzo przeszkadzała to zapach w pokoju z rur. Brak klimatyzacji niestety nie pomaga przy takiej pogodzie a wiatraki nie dają rady. Widzieliśmy że sporo osób wcześniej skarżyło się na WiFi u nas działało bez zarzutów.

El apartamento donde nos alojamos está muy descuidado, la cama muy vieja e incluso la supletoria (sofá cama) roto. La ventana del dormitorio sucia de excrementos de palomas, y no se puede abrir por este motivo. Las persianas apenas se pueden bajar y subir, entra muchísima claridad para poder dormir. Sin embargo, la cocina está bastante aceptable. La pared del saloncito está con mucha humedad y manchas. La limpieza es correcta, cambio de toallas diario y tienen la atención de dejar café, té y monodosis de leche, sin embargo, solo te dan una llave que obligatoriamente tienes que dejar en la recepción con lo cual no hay luz en el apartamento. Las fotos que se ven en Booking no se corresponden con lo real. En resumen, este apartamento requiere una reforma para estar de diez ya que su ubicación es estupenda y el personal muy atento y cordial . Lo mejor de Sussex garden 176, el personal de recepción y la ubicación.

Great location and the apartment was bigger than anticipated. Great kitchen, lots of windows. Claudio at the front desk was lovely. Sooo close to Paddington and lots of restaurant, bus and tube options.

A bit noisy on the street bring by a hospital and done late night street people listening to music…but a safe area.

The breakfast could have had more variety. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly, everyone else was helpful. When I had an issue with the TV she sad she would tell the maintenance team the next day.. that is not helpful to me right now.

Fantastische Lage in Paddington. Ja, man hört den Lärm der Großstadt, aber das weiß man ja vorher wenn man Paddington kennt … also alles fein.

The breakfast was awful but included in price.

Heatwave in London and 2 fans so nothing for the living area. No ice available. The fire alarm went off and continued and there was no advice as to what was happening even after alerting desk staff or later that evening when we returned. No phone to call the desk. No information in the rooms.

Good location, close to stations and gardens!

No cooling, so it’s extremely hot in the room, we ended up checking out of our booking two days early and booking elsewhere. Wifi also didn’t work at all and staff at front desk just said “it works”… so we had to upgrade our mobile data plans.

Pros: 1) Great location, 10mins from Paddington Station with restaurants and shops nearby 2) Space- we had 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. Good for 4 pax 3) Daily cleaning was provided 4) 2 fans were provided in the bedrooms, as there was no A/C 5) There was an elevator, so no steps at all. 6) Affordable- every other similar apartment/ hotel was double the price. 7) Washer was provided. No dryer though. 8) Kitchen had microwave, kettle, hob, refrigerator and cooking pots/ utensils provided.

Cons: 1) Old and dated, felt like doors were falling off. 2) Shower pressure was poor 3) Would have liked a shower head on a flexible tubing 4) Blinds didn’t really keep out the light

Very empty with the bare minimum. The kitchen smelt damp. Being woken at 6.30 in the morning to people talking and shouting outside of the window. Couldn’t open the curtains as people were outside the window invading privacy. The lady on reception seemed stern and not very friendly

la posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima sia alla stazione di Paddington che alla metro Paddington. la nostra suite era un appartamento con due stanze da letto (molto piccole), un soggiorno e un cucinino più bagno. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per Londra

le porte delle stanze da letto avevano un chiudiporta molto fastidioso, impossibile tenere aperta la porta. colazione molto british, poco dolce ma abbastanza varietà di salato e frutta. la suite non ha aria condizionata ma solo dei ventilatori. se si apre la finestra, nonostante la zona sia tranquilla, si sentono molti rumori.

The room didn't have a washing machine (which is a huge bonus on a longer stay) and although it was clean it could have been a little more comfy and furnishings could have been a tad more creative on the interior

The location is great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it served our purpose very well. They serve breakfast too although there are options nearby.

Nothing to complain as such. It was hot when we visited so an AC would have been useful. Also, if it is cold you cannot really control the heater much. It is centrally set.

Location to Paddington Station

The narrow corridors made life very difficult. The room was stifling -we got no sleep. The signage outside did not include the name we’d booked under ‘Aspen’ causing us to walk right past and become anxious.

We stayed for six nights and truly cannot fault the excellent location and value for money in London. Our room was clean and well-serviced throughout our stay. The basics were all there, including a handy small kitchen that allowed us to prepare a few meals. Having a lift to get to the upper floors was highly appreciated. Overall, a great budget-friendly base!

A few things to note: there is no air conditioning, and because the small window didn't allow for much fresh air, we were incredibly thankful that a fan was provided to handle the heat. Also, the Wi-Fi rarely connected, so we eventually gave up trying to use it.

Great location, good service , excellent room service , very clean and comfortable. Lots of space and everything you need from kitchenette to fridge and fully equipped.

It was underground appartments that were nowhere mentioned. It didn’t bother us as we were out most of the day but would prefer to wake up to nice view for that money we paid for it . We come every year to London and this is first time we came across this kind of accommodation so was a bit disappointed.

The Quad apartment was clean and quiet. Plenty of outlets and the addition of portable fans was helpful...especially for the hot days. Towel warmer in the bathroom was great.

The soundproofing of my room was extremely poor - I could hear every conversation from the room above mine. Front counter staff were not overly welcoming.

Al llegar no tenía WiFi en mi habitación, se lo comuniqué a las dos personas que atendían y me dijeron que no había solución y que si tanto lo necesitaba tenía buena cobertura de WiFi en el lobby. Más que un cliente fui una molestia para ellos.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the accomodation is in an excellent location. Hyde Park and Paddington Station are just a few minutes' walk away, which made getting around very convenient.

Street noise. The bed was extremely uncomfortable - it was hard to find a position without feeling the springs poking through. With soundproof windows and a new mattress, this would be an outstanding place to stay.

Nous avions un appartement sur 2 étages avec cuisine bien équipée et laveuse. Réception 24h pratique avec possibilité de laisser les bagages dans un local fermé à clé. Bien situé avec plusieurs restaurants/commerces et métro à proximité.

Il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement et c’était vraiment très bruyant. On entendait les gens à l’intérieur et l’extérieur de l’appartement. ☹️

The apartment was excellent. It was very clean, and comfortable for the stay. The location is very convenient, close to Hyde park and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equipped with all the essential items needed which made the stay very easy and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend it.

another of things were broken in our unit. the wifi didnt work unless we were kin the lobby. they didnt work for our kids. there was no compensation for it at all.

Appartamento molto ampio rispetto agli standard londinesi. La cucina completa ci ha permesso di risparmiare. Nel nostro caso la colazione era inclusa ed e' abbastanza buona.

Il wifi non funzionava nell'appartamento o era lentissimo. La macchina del caffe' alla colazione crea lunghe code e il caffe' e' mediocre.

Das Apartment war schlicht eingerichtet, mit veralteten Möbeln. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht.

We had a studio and it had everything we needed, even coffee powder and sugar, that were replenished. But the best about it was indeed the location, several bus and also underground station, but also a bunch of places in walkable distances especially through Hyde Park. Very nice area, clean, felt safe for sure.

If I have to point out something is the decor is old, but that for me is not important enough.

La ubicación es perfecta para ver Londres.La limpieza muy buena.

El wifi no funcionaba. La insonorización de la habitación no es suficiente para el ruido de la zona.

La ubicación es un 10. La limpieza de habitaciones era diaria aunque no lo pidieras.

Necesita un poco de cariño, las instalaciones tienen sus años y se notan. De menaje lo justo.

Hacía mucho frío en la habitación porque las ventanas no aíslan nada. Entra muchísima luz y hay mucho ruido de la calle y se coches pasando y pitando de madrugada lo cual hizo muy difícil descansar. La cama y la almohadas son muy duras. Además no llega la wifi a la habitación por lo que no teníamos conexión en ningún momento salvo si salías a recepción.

Property is rundown. Windows didn’t shut, shower door wouldn’t close and bathroom door handle broken. Bright light right outside bedroom window till 2 in the morning and noisy road outside.

It’s a great place to stay with the family. The apartments are wonderful they’re fully equipped. The location is excellent! We’ll definitely stay there again

Apartamento muito espaçoso e limpo, perfeito para passar a noite.

Janelas com muito mau isolamento, para quem viaja e precisa de descansar não recomendo, na primeira noite não conseguimos dormir e na segunda acabamos por comprar uma venda e tampões.

Tesis lokasyon olarak mükemmel konumda. Paddington istasyonundan bir sürü hat geçiyor. Otele her türlü ulaşım seçenekleri var. Odamız yeterli büyüklükteydi. Mutfak imkanı çok faydalıydı. Camlardan hava giriyordu ama oda yinede çok ısınmıştı. Hiç üşümedik. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Çöpler alındı havlular değiştirildi. Personel çok yardımseverdi.

Yıkadığım bardakların görmediğim bez ile kurulanmasını sevmedim. Kendi kendine kurumasını isterdim. İnternet bağlantısı yavaştı.

Great location, clean rooms

We contacted hotel when we booked to requested extra bed which they said was fine. We knew it would be bed settee and they said they would set it up before we arrived. When we checked in there was no bedding for the bed settee. We were going to a show so we asked at reception for some bedding they gave us a sheet and said they would get housekeeping to put a duvet in room. We got back quite late and there was no duvet in room so we asked again at reception and they said not possible as where they are kept is locked up and housekeeping gone home. Asked again in the morning for the second night and they said it would be done but again it wasnt. We were out all day so were not there to chase them to do this. If it was summertime would have been ok but it was freezing. Regardless of this the hotel is lovely and perfect location.

Il est impossible d'avoir de l'obscurité dans les chambres pour dormir. Les fenêtres sont mal isolées au bruit. Les bruits du dehors sont très présents dans les chambres (prévoir boule quiès) Il n'y a pas 5 chaises pour manger. Le lit d'appoint (canapé dépliable) est très inconfortable.

The location is excellent, the flat is spacious and the price is quite low considering what you get!

Milý a ochotný personál, čistý pokoj,skvělá dostupnost na metro. Restaurace,bary a obchody v blízkosti ubytování.

Starší okna,která úplně netěsnila, proto byl dost slyšet hluk z ulice.

Ficamos 7 dias hospedados no Aspen Apartaments, e nossa experiência foi muito boa. Ficamos no último andar, mas havia acesso pelo elevador, o que foi importantíssimo. O apartamento é muito bom. Banheiro, cozinha, quarto e sala… muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem Paddington e do Hide Park. Restaurantes, supermercado perto e uma lugar muito agradável. Tomamos café da manhã somente um dia, mas muito bom. O apartamento é equipado com fogão, microondas e geladeira. Chaleira elétrica e torradeira. (514). Ah, também tinha secador de roupas de chão. Gostamos muito da cama. Pra nós foi muito confortável, o que realmente valeu demais…

Na verdade, levando em consideração a época que ficamos (14 a 21 de outubro), poderia ter uma água para banho, mais quentinha (ou não soubemos regular). Também sentimos falta de uma toalha de mesa, uma de rosto e um suporte para as malas. E o mais importante, máquina de lavar roupas. Também sentimos um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, mas tapamos o ralo da pia e resolveu. Mas gostamos da acomodação.
