The location was in the middle of old Constatinople, close to main sites like Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia.

Some bugs bit me in about 30 places on my legs. They didn't itch. Even an ER could not identify what they were.

The location was perfect for a trip to istanbul & the employees were very very friendly. They upgraded us to 2 x 3 person rooms instead of 2 smaller rooms for 4 people because they said it would be too small of a space for us. The 3 person rooms across the street were very clean. The location is fantastic; a nice walking to any major touristic attractions and right next to the train. It's also surrounded by so many restaurants, cafés, shops & great nightlife. It can be loud at night. You are right next to a mosque so the call to prayer is quite loud but as someone from the US, I thought it was neat!

The room on the 4th floor was pretty great! Clean and comfortable & everything worked as expected! The AC in the 3rd floor room didnt work at all which was really difficult in August in Istanbul after we booked because it said there was AC. It's not that we expect even remotely close to US AC standards but even a fan would have helped; it did not work. The last night the door also got stuck & stopped working so it couldnt be opened from the outside - only the inside. Im glad it was our last night & the staff was really upset over it & i appreciate their efforts. You can tell that this had happened to the door before though because it looked damaged on the wall between the door. They definitely need to exchange the door for a new one.

Это отель на одну -две ночи. Крошечный лифт, один. Старая мебель, очень старая и не очень чистая сантехника. Всё какое-то шаткое. В номере все время чего-то не хватает - часть постельного белья, стаканы и т.д. Приходится спускаться вниз и просить. Завтрак был включен и оплачен, но оказалось, что уже три месяца как отель не предоставляет завтрак, но никто об этом не предупредил и никто не компенсировал. Персонал отеля ссылается на ошибку Booking. Говорят, что мы не первые такие. В отеле нет системы и нормального управления, затыкают дыры, как могут, но стараются.

The location is convenient for major tourist attractions and ferries. Staff member suggested a well-priced self service eatery. There is AC, a refrigerator, good wifi, good water pressure.

The hotel is not suitable for sleep at night currently, because there is a LOUD noise from the DEMOLITION of the train station building next door from 9pm until 4 am. It is uninhabitable, like some other hotels on this street and will be for next several months. The hotel manager could not offer alternative room in his other hotels, refused to return money from 3 unused nights, when I had to book at a different place. Booking.com should blacklist this place until the demolition is over.

I waited a little bit to check-in because I believe the guy was busy upstairs. He came downstairs to check me in. He gave me a wrong room. I paid for family economy, but he gave me economy room. However, he fixed the issue right away. The location is very convenient. Both reception guys were professional and helpful. Thank you.

- The cleaning was very poor. They never cleaned the room. They just put a new towels. - The elevator was very small. Maximum three people can fit in. I hardly fit with my stroller. Stairs were very narrow as well. - The breakfast was not as it was mentioned in the pictures of the hotel. It’s not a buffet. It’s just few cheese slices, cucumber, tomatoes and a cup of tea as it’s pictured in my stay shared photos. - there are many cockroaches in the room. - There was a leak from the top while we were taking a nap.

Niewątpliwie największą, zaletą jest lokalizacja i pomocny, miły personel, bliskość komunikacji miejskiej i cudowna pogoda.

Pierwszej nocy dostałyśmy informacje, że zaszła pomyłka związana z zakwaterowaniem (zostałyśmy przeniesione do innego hotelu na jedną noc, potem na 6 dni wróciłyśmy do Grand Esen, gdzie zostałyśmy zakwaterowane w innym pokoju niż zamawiałyśmy. Bardzo mały pokój bez szafy, półek, z łazienką nie do zaakceptowania (wybijające zapachy z kratki ściekowej, popękana glazura, urządzenia sanitarne w kiepskim stanie, rozwalająca się szafka pod umywalką. Musiałyśmy przypomnieć, że mamy śniadanie wliczone w cenę najmu.

Very clean and nice hotel. We definitely recommend one of the Deluxe Rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we spontaneously decided to stay an extra night, they found a solution for us despite being fully booked. They also arranged our airport transfer. Great service – we would definitely stay again!

The simplicity, made Istanbul trip very convenient, everything was within our reach via, Trams, Buses, Ferries, Marmaray, and underground! I just can’t explain enough how that helps soo much.

It was straight forward, no drama, always someone was there available, in a city where you are a visitor, to ask a question to make sure you don’t waste time wondering that’s always useful and helpful.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à sirkeçi Istanbul. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel très gentil surtout ISMAIL est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. La chambre était propre. L’emplacement était excellent, idéal pour découvrir la ville et très proche des endroits touristiques. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

When I entered the room, I found it extremely small—so small that it couldn't even fit a wardrobe, a table, or a chair. Furthermore, the smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable. To make matters worse, i found the housekeeper using my phone charger. On top of that, someone had used my toilet and left it extremely dirty. To top it off, the housekeeper was sitting on the balcony making flower necklaces, perhaps to sell them— I really don't know. Because of all this, I booked another hotel and left after staying for only 2 out of the 5 nights. And the the elevator was extremely small. On top of that, during the first day of my stay, there was renovation work going on in the hotel, and they were placing construction waste and debris inside the elevator, making it completely unusable for anyone.

Une seule prise du courant pour allumer utiliser le bouilloire il faut débrancher le petit frigo. Pas de poubelle pour la chambre . Mauvaise odeur dans la douche . Petit déjeuner dans un autre établissement a côté qui est faible pas varier.......fin même pour l'interrupteur qui est a côté de la télé il faut se lever éteindre la lumière avant de rejoindre le lit Au moment de réservation jai vu les photos de la chambre qui ça rien a voir avec la réalité..

Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Stambułu. Przy hotelu liczbe wejścia do pociągu Marmara, którym dojedziesz do kluczowych miejsc, plaży czy do stacji metra. Blisko do stacji promowej, do najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych Stambułu. Na uliczce znajduje się świetny muzułmański kebap a sprzedawcy nie są zbytnio nachalni. Czystość i wykończenie hotelu średnie. Możesz liczyć na czyste ręczniki, sprzatanie pokoju i tyle, nie jest to 5 gwiazdowy standard. Jeżeli chcesz spędzić całe dnie na zwiedzaniu a do hotelu przyjść tylko na czas snu i kąpiel to jest to tania i dobra opcja. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu jedliśmy w restauracji obok. Było to tradycyjne śniadanie (2 rodzaje sera, dżemy, miód, pieczywo, jajka, pomidory i ogórki, czasami sałatka, omlet jajeczny lub deser). Nigdy nie wyszłam głodna. Pod hotelem znajduje się dobra kawiarnia. Warto wypić turecką herbatę lub wziąć kawę z lodem na wynos.

Na minus stan techniczny hotelu. Potrzeba kilku napraw, profesionalnego malarza/tynkarza, wymiany drzwi na nowe itp. Z zewnątrz jest piękna elewacja a w środku lekki bałagan.

This was in the heart of Istanbul and very close to railway station.

Unfortunately the towels and bed were not clean, towels had hair all over them and bed sheets were had stains. Did not feel comfortable sleeping or showering while on my stay.

The location was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful when I requested a room change. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs much better maintenance and cleanliness.

The hotel is located right next to a mosque, so the loudspeaker can be very loud and may wake you up early in the morning. The room was not very clean, and the bed sheets and blankets did not feel fresh. The air conditioner was not working properly, and I found bed bugs in my room, so I had to request a different room. Unfortunately, after my stay I developed a skin rash, which I believe may have been related to the bedding. Cleanliness and room maintenance need significant improvement.

darei un voto positivo alla posizione della struttura (in piena zona tursitica di Sultanahmet) ed anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo soprattutto considerando il periodo di pernotto (fine giugno) stanza munita di aria condizionata lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile

credo che l'unica cosa che ha fatto storcere il naso sia stato il lavandino del bagno era veramente piccolo certo, nel complesso il bagno era piccolo, utilizzarlo era un po' scomodo aggiungerei anche che in qualche punto i battiscopa erano un po' malandati, ma nulla di così tragico

Los chicos de la recepcion son personas maravillosas, la señora que hace la limpieza es una mujer muy amable! Me senti super seguro en todo tiempo, la zona es ideal, es perfecta, a dos pasos del metro, a dos pasos de los ferrys, a literal dos pasos del tranvía que te lleva a la mezquita azul, al gran bazar, y para galata, el desayuno es una locura, a mi me vino incluido en el precio, y me salvo mucho, comía el desayuno, y luego no tenía hambre en todo el dia, estaba con mucha energía! La habitación super cómoda, la ducha genial, si vuelvo a estambul, vuelvo a ese hotel! Gracias chicos por la estadía buenísima que me hicieron pasar!

This is an entry level accommodation which the owners are trying to build up. It is clean and comfortable with friendly staff but has some limitations such as bathrooms still in renovation mode. Good value for low cost.

Very strategic location in the city centre. Easy access to restaurants and tourist spots. Staff were professional and efficient.

Lobby seating area was very limited and not suitable for groups.

Muy sucio, sábanas muy viejas, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. No se podía cerrar desde adentro, tenia que dormir con un ojo abierto x las dudas que entre alguien. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos. Booking Tendrían q tener una mejor inspección de los anuncios. De ir a pasar un buen momento uno la termina pasando muy mal

The location was excellent, very close to all the main tourist attractions and public transport. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes, and everything you might need nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day pleasantly. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and truly enjoyed our time here.

ただの連泊なのに、もっといい部屋があるからと 二日目の部屋を隣のホテルに移動させられた その移動も日中を指定され、朝洗濯ができなかった 指定した移動時間になっても新しい部屋に入れず 35分待たされた 私の名前「力(日本語で読みはつとむ)」の文字を「リー」と読まないのはおかしいから、チェックインを認められないと、中途半端な知識で難癖をつけられた 早くチェックインしたいのに、チェックイン手続きに取りかからず、まずはコーヒーを飲めと隣のコーヒー屋にコーヒーを注文しにいき、さらに雑談を始めた 電気ケトルに水が溜まったままで 水垢がびっしりついていた 朝食レストランが隣のホテルである上に オープン時間から支度を始めるので 料理が揃うまでに30分かかった トイレが狭すぎ、洗面台が支障して 便器にまっすぐ座れない ホテルサイトで高評価を得たサービスをこなさないと評価が下がると、勘違いしているようだ

Der Mann im Empfang (Ismail) war sehr hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Leider ist dies das einzige.

Sehr altes Hotel mit einem viel zu kleinen Zimmer. Kein Platz, um einen Koffer zu öffnen. WC hat eine „selbstgemachte“ Tür. Haare (trotz „Reinigung“) und mind. 2x Käfer gefunden. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein etwas größeres Zimmer gegeben, was nach Kanalisation gestunken hat, sodass man dort die Luft anhalten musste. Für das neue Zimmer wurden 50€ Aufpreis gefordert. In diesem Zimmer war leider auch ein Käfer vorhanden, sodass wir nochmal in ein anderes Zimmer gegangen sind. Von großen Mengen an Staub und kaputten Türrahmen bis Käfern war leider alles dabei. Leider eine totale Katastrophe und auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

Personal war nett und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch gut.

Das Hotel kann ich auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen. Die Renovierung liegt vermutlich mindestens 20 Jahre zurück, und das Wort Sauberkeit scheint dort unbekannt zu sein. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich klein – ich habe mich wie im Jahr 1940 gefühlt. Sucht euch lieber etwas anderes. Wir waren froh, wenn wir nicht im Hotel waren.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche des transports, commerces et lieux à visiter. Très pratique pour découvrir Istanbul à pied.

Le petit déjeuner était toujours le même pendant tout le séjour. Les chambres sont très petites, sans garde-robe et avec très peu de place pour les valises. La salle de bain est également petite et les infrastructures sont anciennes. Le nettoyage pourrait être amélioré.

Wat een fijne plek om te verblijven!! De locatie was erg centraal. Alles was netjes, fris en goed onderhouden, de kamers zijn comfortabel en stijlvol ingericht en het balkon met uitzicht maakte het helemaal af! Het personeel was geweldig, met speciale dank aan Üveys van receptie, behulpzaam en professioneel, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kom hier zeker terug.

Wir möchten uns herzlich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken. Mit dem Service, der Sauberkeit und der freundlichen Atmosphäre im Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Und bedanken uns herzlich an das personal: Ismail, Üveyz, Sevval und Yildiray, waren super zufrieden mit ihnen und immer wieder gerne mit ihnen.

Die Austattung ist etwas altmodisch, aber kein grosses problem.

A localização: o hotel fica em lugar estratégico para fazer boa parte das coisas andando e fica próximo a uma estação de trem e rodeado de lojas e restaurantes, acredita que seja a melhor localização de Istambul. O Ismail nos ajudou desde o início da nossa estadia até o pedido do táxi até o aeroporto de Istambul, sempre com muita cortesia e gentileza. Está de parabéns pelo atendimento e recepção.

The room was terrible. The furniture was old, low quality and was falling to pieces. The room had dramatic low standard, it was all broken. Absolutely no value for money.

Отвратительный сервис! Отель отменил бронь в 7 утра! У меня было указано-оплата на месте. Я приехал заселяться вечером, но в отеле сообщили, что номеров нет. Хотя на сайте я видел, что они свободны. В итоге нам пришлось ночевать в каком то отвратительном отеле и потом потратить день на поиски другого отеля! Я знаю, что моя карта не работает за границей и я специально выбирал отель с оплатой на месте. Если отель не готов работать по таким условиям-зачем он это указывает? Есть фильтр, где можно выбрать отели с оплатой на месте, я его применил при бронировании. Все мои контакты у отеля были, если есть сомнения приеду я или нет-можно было связаться со мной и уточнить, а не отменять бронь. Прошу разобраться в этой ситуации

La puerta no cerraba bien. La tarjetas para abrir no siempre funcionaban y cuando la conectabas dentro no funcionaban. Tenías que meter dos para que se conectará la electricidad y tener luz y pudiéramos cargar las baterias y la calefacción no la televisión no funcionaban

İ had a short stay. The bed was comfortable. The room had a wonderful view to the Galata tower. The breakfast is at the hotel next door, but there is a cosy cafe on the ground floor. Thanks to İsmail bey for the attention.

Прекрасное расположение, очень близко пешком до достопримечательностей, транспорта ( любого),, рядом много мест, где поесть, хорошие зввтраки в гостинице, номер получили семейный, просторный, с видом на Босфор( хотя и не заказывали).В номере был и чайник и все для приготовления чая- кофе.Если вам понадобится утюг, вам его любезно предоставят.Очень рекомендую данный отель, так как опыт только положительный!

The location of the hotel is perfect, most of the sights are walking distance, and also the public transport is a few steps. The room is good value and comfortable. They have good turkish breakfast. Each member of the staff is very hospitable and helpful, special thanks to Yıldıray bey.

1 The breakfast was flavor less and plenty. No rush and attentive staff. A bonus to our time. 2) super LOCATION! We were able to walk everywhere. Close to the subway, mosques, next to the river, gardens, food, and shops. Super location.never needed a taxi. We even could walk to Asia with ease. 3) staff- easy to work with, no rush out as we needed to stay later, they watched our stuff hours after check out so we could continue to explore Istanbul

The room was small but did the job. Being in a giant and ancient city,, smack dab in the center of it all... it was expected. If we wanted to pay hundreds more & be Far from the hub, then we expect a bigger room. It worked for us and we would go again.

We were upgraded to a bigger room by Üveys Very nice guy

What I liked most about the hotel was its excellent location. It is close to the main tourist attractions and public transportation, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. The staff were friendly, and overall the stay was good for the price.

The room we received was very small, and we had difficulty organizing our belongings and doing makeup comfortably. The bathroom door was noisy, and the balcony faced the metro station, so there was some noise. The cleaning service was not always complete, as most of the time they only changed the towels. I also noticed that some rooms seemed better than others, so I recommend checking the room type carefully before booking. I stayed in a room on the first floor.

Otel genel olarak iyiydi ve konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Özellikle personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması bizim için büyük bir artıydı; her konuda destek olmaya çalıştılar ve kendimizi çok rahat hissettik.
