Close to tube and staff are polite

The lightening in the room isn’t very good. The main light was poor. There is no plug sockets next to your bed for your mobile.

The carpets are well past their best and badly need replacing as they are so stained and look very grubby even though they are obviously hoovered.

The room was spacious and great for what we needed staying over for an event at wembley. Parking was convenient and felt safe leaving car there. Check in was easy and staff were helpful.

The room felt slightly dated but for the time spent wasnt an issue and still had everything we needed.

The reception staff and breakfast staff were very professional and friendly. The general manager was also very welcoming. They went above and beyond. Very happy with our stay.

No WiFi in rooms plus no quiet spaces in the reception and bar areas. It was impossible to make a WiFi call or to work. For me, as an international traveler, this is a deal breaker and although I love this hotel and have been a frequent visitor, I will not stay here again.

Very quiet location, convenient for both busrs and underground. Excellent breakfast. Effective wuiet air confitioning: we were there when Kew hit 38.1 degrees but wete very comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Only quibble was some vague wording on the dinner menu. Also music in restaurant was rather loud in the evening.It was however judt right at breakfast.

It was clean, restaurant was nice with good breakfast. Nice clean towels in bathroom. Oriental lady our server at breakfast was nice and pleasant.

The staff were efficient on reception but not really that friendly. Didn’t seem to smile a lot. The furniture in room was a bit shabby for the price paid for hotel.

The WiFi wasn’t working which was really disappointing as the signal was very poor in the room. Booked a double room but it was two twin beds put together, the mattresses were uneven and the bed wasn’t very comfortable because of this. Curtain was broken causing a lot of light coming in early hours of the morning. The water temperature was hot and cold, one second it was hot then next cold. The drainage also wasn’t working causing the shower to overflow out onto the floor. Contacted reception and the lady said there was nothing they could do about it as it was an ongoing issue. Because it was a heatwave I wasn’t happy to stay in a room without a functioning shower. I then requested a room change as no other solution was offered to resolve it. Fortunately they had a room available on the same floor and we were moved efficiently.

Perfect spot for attending a family wedding at nearby Pitzhanger Manor. Quiet with comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Air conditioning very welcome which kept room temperature perfect. Helpful staff. Close to lovely park and nice green area. Lots of great eating places very close by.

Prima locatie nabij Ealing Broadway station. Hotel is in een straat met veel restaurants (ook ontbijten is op veel plekken mogelijk) en een supermarkt om de hoek. Betaald parkeren op terrein van hotel.

De service en klantvriendelijkheid! Hele week geen wifi; zou gerepareerd worden. Een andere receptioniste zei dat de router kapot was. En in andere recensies lees ik dat het al veel langer gaande is. De vieze bevlekte vloerbedekking wordt niet schoongemaakt, kapotte lamp (is vervangen), airco slaat steeds uit. We hadden 2 kamers geboekt; 1 kamer had alleen heet water uit de douche. Echt veel te heet om onder te douchen. Laat staan dat je gebruik kon maken van het bad. Eerst werd beloofd dat het verholpen zou worden, de dame aan de receptie zei later dat er geen melding stond en niemand geweest was. Dagen later konden we een andere kamer krijgen. Daar hebben we voor bedankt.

Claims to be the finest luxury hotel in West London....I'm sorry but not even close. Damage along the walls, no information in the rooms, no menus etc the little things that make a hotel luxury... Room was just a room nothing outstanding about it despite being reassured the double bed was a double and not two singles pushed together, it was two singles pushed together which was uncomfortable if we slept in the middle. Hot food was poor first day but decent on the last two days but nothing too special. Overall it over sold itself and lacks attention to guest details and thinks a few nice lamps and pictures makes it luxury.

Good location, modern and comfortable rooms. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive! We were also able to check in early which we were grateful for.

WiFi wasn’t working and we weren’t notified until we asked and weren’t offered an alternative even though there must have been internet in the property - signal wasn’t great which made it difficult to access the internet when in the room. Free WiFi is one of the main advertised features so this was disappointing. Was advertised as ‘city view’ but the view in our room was of a brick wall.

Absolutely pleasant experience, staff went above and beyond for whatever we needed, super clean rooms, I would highly recommend to someone else and will be returning in the future

The hotel is very close to the mall and restaurants. Very convenient when attending an event ay Wembley.

Receptionist was very short and when I was looking for parking spot unhelpful. Also when we checked in she seen to another couple despite knowing we were waiting.

I had pre-booked parking 6 months prior to my trip, due to the hotel messaging me saying they had limited parking. Turned up at the hotel to find parking hadn’t been allocated and was told to leave my car next to the wall/bins, and was still charge full value for parking and no apology. Once we had checked in and gone up to our room, our room was not clean, a cream carpet which was covered in stains/marks and looked filthy. There was a big hole in the middle of the window cill. The curtain was hanging off the pole, the walls were filthy, there were holes/plaster falling off the walls in places. There was hair in the bed under the sheet. I phoned down to reception and asked for the managed to come up, she assured me the room was not filthy and that the room was clean, she took photos of the hair in the bed. After this the manager moved us to another room on the same floor just a few doors down from our original room. The new room was a bit cleaner and had less marks, but there was hair under the sheet, on the mattress topper in the same place as the last bed, the only thing I could think of was, was it maybe the maids hair. Other than this the hotel was in a great location for what we needed

It was clean, tidy and fairly comfortable. The air conditioning was effective. It was nice and quiet (couldn’t hear any noise from outside or inside, so recommend for the light sleepers out there. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for drivers as just off the motorway and also a short walk to Ealing Broadway station. Car park was pretty decent, only a few spaces though so be sure to reserve one ahead of time.

Our shower kept going cold intermittently, the shower door was faulty/didn’t seem to slide smoothly. Could’ve done with a small drinks fridge. There were a few stains on the carpet and not many plug sockets available.

Very central lots to do round and about

We were given a room which already had guests inside it and when we told the front desk they didn’t seem that bothered about it, gave us a different room and then one of the keys didn’t work for the door. Told reception on check out and again didn’t seem bothered

It was an ok stay, nothing special and fairly average. Very loud party of German men when we arrived in the bar which was a bit off putting. Room was ok. Very stained carpet, bed was two singles together but wasn’t uncomfortable. Breakfast standard. No WiFi at all which was frustrating. Good location for tube.

Rang bell twice at reception on arrival but had to go into bar area to speak to another member of staff before being dealt with.

Hotel was right in the centre of Ealing, the staff were very lovely and let us check in two hours earlier. The room was clean, and hairdryer and other facilities included including air conditioning, heating and tea setup. Overall very satisfied with our experience, and great value for the price.

The shampoo wasn’t very nice but that is a real nitpick, everything was great.

We booked the hotel as it was a good price for an event weekend. The staff were lovely, check in and out were quick and easy. Breakfast was solid, nothing special. You can choose between a full English or Continental. The overall cleanliness was good, we did have a massive stain on the carpet but it was underneath the table so not that big of a deal. There were a few imperfections on the sheets but also nothing crazy. Probably due to age and usage.

The overall noise was okay, as you’d expect in a hotel. However our AC unit had this really annoying ticking sound so we had to turn it off during the night as we couldn’t sleep with it ticking all night.

Location was OK. Reception staff was pleasant. Reception area was set up ok.

Stayed in a suite. 309 Old carpet, burn, bleach stains. Old furniture, not sure whether it was all a little dirty or just really old and difficult to clean. Bed cheap, furnishings very cheap, bedding was awful. No idea why they believe they can charge hundreds of pounds for that room. Truly awful!

I moved rooms. Both rooms 301 and 306 had carpets covered in tea/coffee stains, chipped furniture and cracked windowsills. Room 306 had torn net curtains and a bedside phone which doesn't work. Worst of all was the noise from their cocktail bar below my room - even with the windows closed it kept me awake until 2am!.Why do this to your guests? This is not a 4 star hotel. It's getting distressed and no one seems to care. I looked forward to staying here, I won't stay again.

Great location for us. Short walk from Ealing Broadway Elizabeth line tube station. The rooms are well appointed and serviced every day. The bathroom was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was very nice indeed with lots of choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Carpet in the bedroom was pretty grubby. Would benefit from a change. The sink taps and shower door were pretty stiff for some reason!

Poor service on arrival with pre-booked parking. The car park was overbooked . Advised where to park and was phoned whilst in bed to move car for other visitors to get out. Was quoted by reservation dept which was double to website price. Went to Booking dot com and got the website price!

Location is excellent.

Needs more maintenance, cant say the value paid matches the quality of the stay. Its not bad, it’s just that there is better. Wifi was not stable, no plugs near the bed, and things in the room need updating.

It’s very pretty from the outside

Rooms are quite small, carpet was stained in several places, toilet flush didn’t work properly, I’ve stayed in much nicer premier inns for much less, breakfast was included in my stay, eggs were completely undercooked, and the hash brown was inedible, couldn’t toast any of the bagels/pastry as the toaster machine was only allowed for slices of bread

El Wifi no funciona bé es tallava constantment. 😫 No van canviar les tovalloles una de les nits i vam de demanar unes netes a recepció. No hi ha endoll standard a tauleta nit x posar adaptadir per a mòbils fora UK. El personal recepció molt amable.

Die Lage in Ealing selbst ist super. Ganz viele Restaurants, Pubs und die Tube in der Nähe. Auch ein Einkaufscenter. Die Klimaanlage top - bei mehreren Tagen mit 35° eine Wohltat. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Kleiderschrank viel zu klein für 2 Personen und 5 Tage. Bad wie überall: zu wenige Haken für Handtücher und Kulturbeutel. Neutral: Ealing ist relativ weit im Westen. Aktivitäten im Osten (zB Abba Voyage, Olympia Park) sind mit teils 60 minütigen Fahrten (oder länger) verbunden. Dafür gute Anbindung an Heathrow und Windsor. Sollte man einfach wissen, je nachdem was man vorhat.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room is a good size and was clean. The bathroom was clean. The carpet however needs a good steam clean.

The wifi was appalling when I first checked in it was cutting out every 30 mins I allowed time as it was Saturday but then Monday it started kicking me out after 15 minutes this was horrendous when trying to work from the room. I asked each day if it was going to be fixed and each day I was told that they were talking with an engineer but nothing happened. I try to support non chain hotels but I don’t think I will book this hotel in the near future

Location is amazing! Room was very clean and bathroom new and modern.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was ideaal en betaalbaar om vanaf daar Londen te verkennen. Er zijn verschillende kleine restaurants en drankgelegenheden in de buurt.

Het ontbijt, voor alle warme zaken, zoals een roerei moest je bijbetalen en nog niet weinig ook. Daar dit een 4 sterren hotel is kan dit gewoonweg niet. Daarnaast misten we in de kamer haakjes om kleren aan te hangen, een klein detail maar toch onhandig.
