The property was in a very bad shape, dirty and worn-out carpets, bathroom, stains on the ceiling and floors. It is located between a main road and a railroad. We could hear the trains passing by every few minutes, it felt like the trains were passing through the room. Paying 280 £ for the night felt like being robbed.

I booked this hotel mainly for the convenience of the underground station close by. The hotel itself was really good value for money. The member of staff that greeted us (myself and partner) was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, and the bed wasn't too bad. We weren't in the room that long as we had a concert to go to, so was only needed for somewhere to crash the night really. It's a shame there isn't a room available for when I next need to go to London, as I'd stay here again 🙂

The only downside to our room was the bathroom. The toilet was leaking a bit when it was flushed, and the door handle on the inside was broken and wouldn't lock properly. If I had to be really picky, I'd say the bedside lights/light switches could do with lowering, as once you've got comfortable in bed, they're a bit hard to reach!

There was no wifi when I checked in and because of that I couldnt work. The front desk person knocked on my door claiming my payment didnt go through but realized his pay machine wasn'nt working so he had to return with another machine. The curtains were ripped in my room and there were only 2 very small pillows.

Shower tray was very stained and damaged. Railway line was just under the window, even with earplugs trains could still be heard/felt all through the night. Breakfast mediocre.

Kaputte Dusche mit Loch Dreckiger Teppich Altes Bettlacken auf dritten Bett Badezimmer nicht geputzt-- mussten noch alles nach reinigen Nachtportier war nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit in Lobby um Tür zu öffnen wegen Abfahrt/Taxi! Mussten extra anrufen! Daher auch Fluchtwege fraglich! Abgeschlossene Türen-- fraglich! Zum Glück war es nur eine Nacht!

Bardzo pomocny i przyjazdny personel, szczególnie p. Patryka z recepcji. Dobra lokalizacjia, metro po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Hotel se nacházel přímo proti stanici metra, takže nebylo třeba někam dlouze přecházet. Na recepci nám poskytli možnost chech-in dříve než bylo domluvené, bez příplatku.

Pokoj byl velmi špinavý (špinavé zdi od rozlitých nápojů, nánosy prachu, umatlaná koupelna). Snídaně byla velice chudá (malý výběr pečiva, uzenin apod.). Člověk se najedl, ale "anglickou snídani" bohužel nezažil. Kdyby pokoj někdo pořádně vydrbal a byl lepší výběr u snídaně, tak by se jednalo o příjemné ubytování.

距離Underground好近，過條馬路就到達，1分鐘就到。如果怕火車嘈吵，可要求安排地牢房間，雖然沒有窗戶但有天窗，有冷氣，所以完全沒有侷促感覺！附近有間海鲜名好有水準，值得一試！

Tutto il resto, assolutamente non da raccomandare, niente pulizie, nemmeno carta igienica nel bagno ne tovaglioli nella cosiddetta colazione continentale che consiste in uova sode e due succhi, pane preso nei peggiori discount e come unico affettato salame che probabilmente era sempre li dal 2000. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere almeno due bicchieri puliti visto. He anche quelli in dotazione erano tutti sporchi. E per non farci mancare nulla abbiamo cambiato anche stanza dopo 5 minuti visto che dal wc uscita copiosamente acqua da sotto la vasca ogni volta che si azionava lo scarico Insomma esperienza terribile per il prezzo pagato e viaggio da 20 anni in tutti I continenti

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The location was fine for travelling into London town and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and even though the hotel is very conveniently directly outside the tube station, we weren't affected by any outside noise.

The kitchenette in the room only had a sink. There was no microwave, plates or cutlery. I personally don't think it should be advertised as a 'kitchenette' as the facilities were majorly lacking. The carpets in the first room we had were very dirty but they did change our room promptly when we reported the issue.

Really close to Northfields tube station for a direct connection to Heathrow or into London. Assuming the Piccadilly line is running which it was not when we stayed there.

Breakfast was terrible. Really poor quality options given the price. If you are staying here do not get the breakfast, instead pop down the road to Cafe Florentine. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable.

Haben ohne Frühstück gebucht -- nahebei an der Hauptstrasse gibt es eine große Auswahl gastronomischer Angebote und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten über den ganzen Tag ! Stets präsentes und hilfsbereites Personal haben bei mancher Sache gerne geholfen . Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit - von der Tube Station aus über die Strasse und ein toller Standort für einen City Trip : 25 Minuten nach Heathrow sowie 25 Minuten in die City sind sehr bequem . Zimmer sind ausreichen groß & bequem - ebenso die Betten . Obere Ebenen auch mit Lift erreichbar .

Mehr Schwerpunkt auf die Erklärung der Tatsache , daß eine stark befahrene Bahnlinie direkt an einer der Seiten des Hotels verläuft , hätte es verdient ! Kaum 2 Stunden ohne Bahnlärm im Minuten-Takt in jeder Nacht machen einen tiefen Schlaf selbst mit benutzten Ohrstöpseln fast unmöglich . Die anderen Zimmer liegen zu einer ruhigen Strasse hin . Air-Condition war im oberen Stockwerk (3.) für einige Räume zu schwach .

The location was perfect just opposite the Northfields Underground station and close to Heathrow airport after 4 to 5 stops using the tube. The staff were super nice especially Patrick who sort out issues when we arrived in the hotel.

The breakfast was really bad with limited options with most of the utensils not cleaned properly after my wife found dirty after pouring hot water from the kettle. Rooms were dusty and not clean all the time. There was an AC in my room, but was just blowing air without any cool air. A standing fan was given after complaining and it didn't solve the issue either. Wash room was never cleaned throughout my stay, only bedsheet were sometimes changed and we had to complain about refilling of T-rolls. I believe they can do better than this

الفندق قديم جداً ولا يحمل مواصفات فنادق بست وسترن المعروف أرضيات الغرف والممرات غير نظيفة السماح للكلاب والحيوانات بالدخول المبنى مجاور لمسار قطارات المترو ، وإزعاج القطارات مستمر المكيفات ضعيفة التبريد ، وزودونا بمراوح العوازل بين الغرف ضعيفة. الأستوديو مجرد مغسلة مطبخ في الدولاب ، ولايوجد أواني مطبخ عند المغادرة للمطار في الساعة الخامسة والنصف صباحا كانت الأبواب مغلة ولا يوجد موظفين ، وخرجنا من باب الطوارئ الخلفي.

The hotel was dirty. There was no cleaning staff and it seemed like the front desk staff were also the cleaning staff. I have video to show how dirty my room was. Not vacuumed and other peoples hair all over the bathroom, and lots of dead bugs. It was gross.

Povodne sme mali izbu otočenú na koľajnice metra co bolo dost hlučne. Personal sme požiadali aby nam izbu vymenili. Boli velmi ochotní, dostali sme inu izbu a vyspali sme sa v klude.

Hotel was great, very clean. Great staff, comfortable beds. Only downside is that we paid the £10 extra for the breakfast but all that was available was: Stale!! slices of cheese Slices of ham Bread Crossaint Cupcakes Cornflakes with oat milk left out. Apples If I had known this I would not have purchased the breakfast add on.

Très bon emplacement (en face de l'arrêt de métro Northfields), hôtel sans chichi, personnel sympathique et aidant.

La kitchenette gagnerait à être un peu mieux équipée. Comme l'hôtel est situé au-dessus de la ligne de métro, il faut avoir conscience qu'il n'est pas dans l'environnement le plus silencieux.

The location is a bit far from central of london, but since the hotel is right across northfields station, so it is very easy and convenient to travel. The hotel staff, is very helpful and kind - truly the best feature of this hotel

Comfy bed, decent size tv, good looking bathroom. Was always kept nice and clean. Close to superstores and decent italian resturants.

How close it was to the rail station so kept me up most of the night because of the loud noise. Also fire alarn going off randomly at 1am last night. But besides all that i had a lovely time at the hotel.

Not a king-size bed two doubles put together badly the separate during the night is not what I thought I was getting. A broken thermostat in the shower that took three days to fix was not ideal. Limescale in the room kettle was unhygienic and waited 15 minutes to have it cleaned because they don't have spare ones was another inconvenience. Overall not the standard of Best Western than I've experienced in other locations.

It’s a converted office block so it’s not that attractive a building, but don’t be put off by that.

The hotel standard is for hostel, undetandable becauuse formerly it was a hostel. No change of beddings, no room cleaning, or toiloteries unless you ask. I staywd 5 nights without refreshment!!

If your room is located next to the train lines, the noise disturbs you all through the night. We requested a change of room which was granted and we were happy about that. We weren't disturbed by the sound after changing the room.

Quarto enorme. Já fiquei em alguns hotéis em Londres e nunca tinha estado num quarto tão grande. Camas confortáveis, mini kitchnet com frigorífico.

Pequeno almoço muito fraco. O nosso quarto era numa espécie de cave, nada contra, mas os corredores cheiravam muito mal. Por ser tudo em alcatifa numa zona de passagem não torna a limpeza fácil.

No me gustó. Fue un hotel escogido a última hora por el retraso de un vuelo. Lo único bueno es que literalmente sales de la estación del tube y el hotel queda enfrente, para pasar solo la noche no fue tan grave, pero no me volvería a quedar aquí. Muy mal olor en los pasillos y las alfombras muy sucias. Habitaciones súper amplia y la camada era cómoda.

The first day the TV wasn't working in the room. We told them about it but it was only sorted on the next day. On the 2nd day our room was not serviced, even though we asked them about it twice The breakfast area is grubby, looks like the microwave has never been cleaned. Shower in bathroom remained on a constant hot temperature

Air conditioning was amazing! It was a relief after such a hot and humid day. Room was a good size for a single traveller. I was able to check in an hour early.

Die Lage war das einzig gute. Direkt an der Northfields Station (bei der übrigens nicht die Elizabeth Line fährt sondern die Piccadilly Line). Stadtteil auch sehr nett, mit schönen Cafes (zb Cafe Florentine) & Restaurants.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, sodass man sich unwohl und nicht willkommen gefühlt hat. Das Zimmer war sehr verdreckt (dreckiges Geschirr, Blut auf dem Kofkissen, Schimmel im Bad...). Am schlimmsten war aber das "Frühstück". Ein kleiner Abstellraum neben der Toilette (deren Tür immer geöffnet war). Das Essen war ungeniessbar und auch hier gab es dreckiges Geschirr. Die Karaffe mit Saft wurde mindestens eine Woche lang nicht gereinigt...9 Pfund für Frückstück ist günstig, aber dieses war keinen Cent wert. Ich vermute, die recht gute Bewertung bei booking.com stammt noch von vorherigen Eigentümern. Anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären. Ich würde nie wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

The location is directly across from the PIccadilly line which is handy. The hotel itself needs a serious overhaul or deep cleaning. The carpets are stained in the hallways and the rooms. The cobwebs were huge. The showers were moldy. The trains run into the wee hours of the night and its super loud. It was a long night. There are no vending machines on site and no way to even buy a bottle of water.

前日はフライトや段取りを考えて空港で夜中過ごしたため、大変疲れ切っており、節約する心身の余裕もなくチェックインしましたが、部屋は大変快適で朝食も良かったです。

物価高もありますが、高めに感じた。 もっと早く到着したかったが出来なかった。

À notre arrivée ma fille et moi on a pas trouvé de serviettes de bain ni pour s essuyer les mains …. J ai demandé à réception la personne me dit d attendre le lendemain 9h alors qu’on a fait un long trajet et il faisait chaud et une douche s imposait … du coup il nous a trouvé deux serviettes qu on a gardé trois jours sans nous les changer ….. pas demandé serviettes de mains …. Ils passent pour faire chambre sans pour autant changer les draps …. Pas de Bali de chiottes non plus ….

No hot water, no help at customer service desk. No towels. We left without having a shower. Complained and they didn’t respond. Even booking.com couldn’t engage with them. They just want to take your money prior to stay.

We just returned from our stay at this property. This hotel is in a great location for access to the Piccadilly line, buses and cute little neighborhood restaurants. We were looking for a hotel that was functional and budget friendly as we had been to London many times. The hotel itself needs some help - it is worn and weathered but the people are really nice. We had reserved 3 rooms - 2 (Twins with Kitchenette) and one King. They do not allow early checkin but held our bags while we went to get lunch. Below is how it went: 1. First room - King Room - no issues other than the bed was a queen - considering the gentleman at the front went out of his way to get us in a room at 2 instead of 3 - i let this slide. 2. Second Room - 2 Twin/Kitchenette - Room was huge and had a third bed made up in case it was needed. Issue: The shower floor had a hole that had been sealed with silicone - the silicone started coming up and my daughter swore her toe got stuck in it. The front desk asked to see but did nothing to change the room. Faced the rail tracks so was a little noisier than the other two rooms. 3. Third Room - 2 Twin Kitchenette - Room was huge and had an extra bed as well. Issue: No Microwave. Consistently across all room types - carpets were dirty and dusty. There were no toiletries already in the room (could be because we were assigned the rooms early) and we had to ask. Beds are hard and pillows were soft. Good - Water pressure and temperature were good. AC was a positive given the heatwave.

K dispozícii je aj úschovňa batožiny, čo nám veľmi vyhovovalo, keďže sme odlietali až večer. 😊 The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located right next to Northfields Underground Station, giving us excellent access to Heathrow Airport by tube. They also provide luggage storage, which was very convenient for us since our flight was not until the evening!!!

Umiestnenie hotela priamo pri stanici metra je veľkou výhodou, ale zároveň aj nevýhodou, pretože je počuť prechádzajúce vlaky. V popise hotela bolo uvedené, že izba je vybavená mikrovlnnou rúrou, avšak na izbe sa nenachádzala. Mikrovlnka bola k dispozícii v jedálni, kde sa podávali raňajky, a hostia ju mohli využívať. Raňajky nezodpovedali fotografiám uvedeným v ponuke hotela. Tvorili ich najmä lacné balené croissanty a mini muffiny. K dispozícii boli aj uvarené vajíčka, ale len v obmedzenom množstve, takže platilo pravidlo „kto prvý príde, ten prvý berie“. Vzhľadom na cenu odporúčam radšej nakúpiť niečo v Tesco alebo si trochu priplatiť a dať si raňajky v niektorej z okolitých kaviarní. Na izbe bol pripravený iba jeden menší uterák na osobu. Nám to postačovalo, ale pre niektorých hostí by to mohlo byť nedostatočné. The hotel's location next to the Underground station is both an advantage and a disadvantage, as you can hear the trains passing by. The hotel description stated that a microwave would be available in the room, but there was none. However, there was a microwave in the breakfast area, and guests were allowed to use it. The breakfast did not match the pictures shown in the hotel description. It consisted mainly of the cheapest packaged croissants and mini muffins. There were also some pre-boiled eggs available, but only enough for a few guests—essentially, first come, first served. For the price, it is better to buy something from Tesco or spend a little extra and have breakfast at a nearby café. Only one small towel was provided in the room. It was sufficient for us, but other guests might find it inadequate.

Nothing was good in the property Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The hotel did not feel welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was not pleasant. The biggest issue was that the room’s electricity was not working because the key card slot was faulty. As a result, we had no electricity in our room for most of our stay, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Despite this major problem, it was not resolved during our stay Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others

When we arrived after a long trip because of london transport being useless as the picadilly line was shut!! We spoke to the receptionist, we both found it hard to understand each other, he gave us the key cards to both rooms not telling us which was the single room or twin room. The twin room was classed as superior when we booked it wasn't! The electric card holder was stuck down with gaffer tape, so we went to put the electric on, and the electric wasn't working! The receptions came and had a look and did something to the fuse and told us to do the same if it happens again. We went out and arrived back at 1am from Wembley stadium as again the public transport is rubbish.When we got to our room the electrics kept tripping out! So I went down to the reception and was nobody around, and it smelt of cannabis! Then some old man came into the reception area, saw me, and went into the closed restaurant that was joined on, and the receptionist came from out there.. He came up to our room and managed to get them going. I was disappointed with this hotel.

Pokoj se zdál na první pohled čistý, v koupelně ale byly zbytky chloupků, záhyby sprchového koutu někdo hodně dlouho neumyl. Když jsem chtěla otevřít okno, na parapetu vrstva prachu a děravé, špinavé záclony. Na přespání dobré, ale nechce to zkoumat blíže pokoj.

Property is right across the Northfields tube station and bus stop. It’s 30 minutes tube ride to central London amd hotel is near Heathrow Airport. Ealing is 10 minutes by bus where one can find multicultural restaurants. There is a lift available for upper floors. Rooms are clean amd beds are comfortable. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Ironing facility was provided by request amd my luggage was stored for a couple of days as well. Breakfast is reasonable and charged @ £7 per person. Before they charged me, they asked me to look at the items available and if I am satisfied then I may make a payment - a fair deal. I returned after a few days for my second stay there and they gave me a bigger room. Overall, I am satisfied with the facility.

Not much. It was clean "enough".

I fell like the Booking.com listing lied.. or is from the 90s when this place didn't look like a run down office block with a tatty reception. We have a large room right next to the train tracks with trains running all night. the bed wasn't made as shown in the images. We had two hand towels, that's it, so had to ask for bath towels, an iron, a kettle! One small pillow each (for the world's biggest bed). It's just a shoddily run dump. Don't believe the Booking.com scores.

Well located

Dirty in the room, dirty mattress, dirty bathroom (remnants of toilet paper on the floor -see photo), and dirty corridors. Not a twin room, air conditioning was really really light and even stopped during the night only to restart in the morning.

Was a great location. Unfortunately jubilee line closed but not hotels fault.. and bus to Ealing Broadway every 10 mins..

Air con didn’t work in our room on 2 x very very hot days & night / no towels in room had to ask / shower hot cold mixer not great / extra pillows had no covers / bit picky but no Tea in condiments..
