We really enjoyed our stay at Mystays Hamamatsucho! The location was extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to JR lines, a direct connection from Haneda Airport, and great connections to all the main tourist areas. As a bonus, we also had a lovely view of Tokyo tower at night! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful and supportive throughout our stay. We enjoyed our experience so much that, after spending five nights there, we decided to return and stay again later in our trip! The area itself is calmer compared to some of Tokyo’s busier neighbourhoods, which we really appreciated travelling with kids, while still feeling lively in the evening with plants around. Definitely a place we would happily stay again!

Restaurant staff was ill mannered on the first day of breakfast, almost snatching plates. They keep the restaurant closed for lunch and dinner during weekend.

Alle voorzieningen (zelf een gsm lader), zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Mooie ruime kamer met tip top badkamer en de typisch Japanse verwarmde toilet. Echt genoten van ons verblijf.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera per 4 persone era tutto sommato comoda e abbiamo trovato tutto ordinato e pulito. C’era tutto l’occorrente per la cura della persona e anche più di quello che ci si potrebbe aspettare. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Si trova in una bella zona, con ingressi della metro molto comodi che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere in breve tempo le zone da visitare. Vicino ci sono molti locali dive mangiare e si può raggiungere a piedi la Tokyo Tower. Esperienza positiva!

強いて言えば駐車場に駐車可能な車の制限があるので、大きめの車はホテルから少し離れたところに泊めるしかない！普通車なら良いと思う。

The room is very spacious compare to other hotels in Tokyo. I love that there is a "floor" to put the bed on in stead of a normal bed, we could utilize this space to sit or to play. The breakfast was good but I think the choice could be improved. We stayed 3 nights but the options are exactly the same. They accept luggage delivery - both for receive and for sending out. You need to pay in advance and inform them. Overall we had a very decent stay. Bonus: it's about 5 minutes to walk to Metro Daimon Station and JR Hamamatsucho Station North Exit. Go across the big street for elevator access to Metro station. JR station North Exit does not have elevator access.

You can tell that the building is a bit run down (in the bathroom) but they keep everything super clean in their best possible way. No on-site washing machines but there's a service shop just 2 mins away.

El hotel está muy bien situado con varias estaciones a menos de 5 minutos. Está ubicado en una calle tranquila pero cerca de muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño también. Camas muy cómodas y extremadamente limpio.

El desayuno del hotel no es muy variado.

浜松町駅から徒歩圏内、近隣に飲食店も多く、立地は良かった。ホテル内は清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かった。朝食も美味しかった。カレーパンが美味しかった。バイキング式だが料理の品数は少なめだった。

部屋はダブルベット2台とエキストラベッド1台のある部屋だったが、とても狭かった。寝るだけの部屋なので特に問題はなかったが、次はもう少し広い部屋に泊まりたい。

Since this is a 4 star hotel I would expect better service from the front office to assist with filling the baggage transfer form. During my trip, I stayed in both 2 and 3 stars hotels and they supported fully with the form. Anyhow, this is a small thing but would be nice to have that service from a 4 star hotel

Location was very good to reach to 3 different subway station. Area was safe and has many markets around to be able to get your needs. Also there were 1 cafe and 1 bakery very close to hotel to have your breakfast. Bathroom was enough space and they provided useful amenities.

Very tiny room especially when u stay as 4. They keep the table and chairs but not possible to use at this tight area. High price compare to room specs. Almost impossible to find for your luggage to keep while stay.

The room is very small for 4 people once the additional bed is added. Cannot adjust AC in the room (set to 25C for the hotel) and so the room gets very hot.

숙소위치(교통),청결,객실크기 모든것이 다 만족. 특히나 호텔에서 도쿄 웬만한 관광지 이동은 하마마쓰초 역과 다이몬역,시오도메역을 통해 다 갈수 있음. 도쿄 타워 포토스팟은 도보 15분 정도. 다만 아쉬운점 딱 하나!! 숙소 주변에 식사할곳, 맥주한잔 먹을곳이 없어도 너무 없음. 주변에 가성비 식당은 몇개 있음.

No wonder it’s a four-star hotel! The male receptionist was very polite and communicated well in English. The lobby and exterior were stylish and impressive. The bed and bathroom were exceptionally clean, definitely better than most guesthouses. The shared water dispenser only provides cold water,(Although there is a kettle in the room), which was slightly inconvenient. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The main drawback was the small room size. With four people and an extra single bed, there was barely enough space to open our large suitcases.

エレベーターを乗る際によくカードキーをかざさないと動かないホテルが多いですが、それがないため安全面に対して少し不安に感じました。

朝食ビュッフェが美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後も、荷物預かりしていただけたので、2日間しっかり観光できました。駅に近くて、移動がスムーズにできるため、観光を楽しめました。 東京タワーまでは歩いて行けました！ 家族５人で宿泊しましたが、 部屋着、アメニティも揃っていて困ることはありませんでした ありがとうございました！

ヴェゼルで車高制限NGで、ホテルの駐車場に停めれず、お盆期間で提携先駐車場にも停めれず、で絶望感から始まり、近くのコインパーキングをいくつか紹介していただきましたが、ホテル周辺が一方通行と制限されている道が多いため、少し複雑でした。 でもスタッフさんが一番スムーズに停めれそうな場所を調べてくださり、丁寧に行き方を教えてくださり、フォローしていただけたおかげで結果、駅近のパーキングに停めれて、良かったです

家族４人で、キングサイズベッド+エクストラベッドで宿泊させて頂きましたが、広さも問題なく、部屋の中も清潔感があり、アメニティも充分でした。サービスドリンクもあり、この時期、とても助かりました。 駅からも近く利便性は高いので、総合的に良かったので、また利用したいなと思いました。

チェックインの際に、朝食を追加し支払いました。次の朝、朝食の所で部屋番号を伝えた所、素泊まりになっています。と案内されました。追加したを話し、最終的には確認が取れたようですが、不安になりました。 朝食の入場待ちの際、入り口に案内の方がいないので、外国の方も含め、迷いながら中にどんどん入っていくので、不安になりました。 朝食を食べている際、待っているグループの人数を大きめの声で伝達しているのを聞き、もう少し落ち着いて食べれたらなと感じました。

Nous avons utilisé l’hotel uniquement pour nous reposer en fin de journée et prendre une douche avant de partir pour l’aeroport dans la soirée pour notre vol. Il est biek situé a côté du monorail qui va directement jusque l’aeroport Haneda ce qui est tres pratique. Le quartier est correct mais ce n’est pas le quartier qui vit le plus dans Tokyo.

Very comfortable room with sandals, robes, and Japanese style sliding door. Location was a short distance from Hamamatsucho station. Excellent breakfast food.

During breakfast hours, the staff was very friendly and organized. Once you checked in the staff assigned you a table and you went and got food. Some tourists did not adhere to the staff and picked their own tables or combined two tables together after another party had reserved it.

飯店位置距離都營地下鐵大門站/JR濱松町站及東京單軌電車站走路都在10分鐘之內, 若自羽田機場出發來到濱松町站, 有電梯可以搭乘, 搬運大件行李很方便. 若要到台場方向, 搭乘百合海鷗號, 走路到竹芝站也大概是15分鐘路程, 沿路行走天橋, 方便又安全. 飯店位在巷子裡, 很安靜, 晚上從熱鬧的新宿/銀座/秋葉原等地回到飯店這裡,有種回家休息的感覺. 飯店的附近, 走路3分鐘就有一家以前台灣也有的松青超市 MATSUSEI, 還有一家MY BASKET超市 及7-11, 回飯店後買些食品飲料非常方便

進入廁所偶爾會聞到淡淡臭味. 另外, 我們是4人入住,入住後第二天早上出門前跟櫃台要兩條毯子,當晚回房間後, 看到兩條毯子放置在房間的椅子上, 但旁邊還放了一條清潔用抹布沒有收走; 打開毯子後發現, 兩條毯子上面沾附非常多的頭髮及體毛, 顯然是先前房客使用後未經過清洗整理就交給下一個房客使用. 雖然稍後跟櫃台反映後櫃台重新送上毯子, 但已經讓我們過去對於日本人做事一絲不苟, 日本飯店整齊有序的印象大打折扣

Location is central and close to multiple metro stations. Specially had a direct line to NRT by metro at 5am! Welcoming staff, welcoming and supportive. Clean and tidy. Bathroom was tidy and clean. There's a fridge and they provided a water bottle for each of us everyday, although could have placed in fridge to chill.

We did ask to fit 5 guests and hence were given an extra bed which didn't leave us much room to manoeuvre. Very very tight space to unpack/ pack and access our suitcases. We are lucky to have used cabin size cases but if we had larger cases, we'd be in right trouble. Lots of hangers provided but nowhere to hang it.

Chambre familiale minuscule pour une famille! Un peu trompeur vu le prix que j’ai payé et le reste de séjour au Japon. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas d’avoir 4 étoile.

Hotel molto comodo per l’ultima notte o per chi deve raggiungere l’aeroporto di Haneda: la stazione di Hamamatsucho è vicina e da lì la monorotaia porta all’aeroporto in circa mezz’ora. Buona anche la posizione per visitare la zona della Tokyo Tower, raggiungibile a piedi. La camera era pulita, funzionale e leggermente più spaziosa rispetto ad altri hotel provati in Giappone. Wi-Fi molto buono, personale gentile e rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivamente positivo. Ho provato anche la colazione: abbastanza varia e gradevole, con proposte sia dolci (poche) sia salate (soprattutto).

Come spesso accade negli hotel giapponesi, le camere e gli spazi comuni restano comunque piuttosto compatti. La colazione mi è sembrata buona nel complesso, ma la parte dolce era un po’ limitata per chi preferisce una colazione più europea. Per il resto non abbiamo riscontrato particolari problemi.

Good hotel that fitted our family of 5 in one room. Nice baby bed. We loved the Japanese heated toilet and free waters. Good facilities all round. Perfect location. Close to the airport.

El baño era un poco justo y lo peor fue no tener espacio para las maletas, era una habitación de 2 camas de matrimonio a la que se le había añadido una cama simple y justo se notaba ya que no quedaba espacio para nada más, pero bueno, que jugando al Tetris con las maletas se podía pasar.

Camas confortáveis, bom chuveiro, café da manhã variado, boa localização com opções de restaurantes e perto de estação de trem tranquila. Com certeza recomendo!

Sorban állás a reggelihez. Az étkező mérete kicsi volt a szálloda vendégeknek. Kései reggelinél várni kellett. Nem volt szekrény a szobában. Pakolást lehetőségek hiánya.
