Stay here often during the Summer. Lovely rural location and very quiet and comfortable.

Small but cute and in lovely quiet area . Plenty of outside space . Liked the flooring rather than carpet felt cleaner . Good size fridge .

I did have an issue with the bed sheets and bed in first room this was soon resolved and moved to another room . The rooms need a little re fresh in general and the blinds mended if broken or taken out as curtains were good . A hairline crack in the sink needs fixing or replacement sink . Long driveway to rooms and overhanging branches that need cutting back so they do not scrap on the car roof .

I liked the quiet location and comfortable bed. Everything was provided for me to cook some simple meals and eat outside enjoying the lovely views.

I was a bit disappointed that this particular room didn’t have the open views that I enjoyed on my previous stays.

The quiet location and suitable for where we needed to be. Good size fridge, water pressure was good and the room was set out nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable and as we also help out and strip the bedding to help out with the cleaners, we noticed a fair few stains on the mattress.

I love the quietness of the location and the unique bedrooms - as they were once stables

A thoughtful addition was milk, butter, croissants put in the room on arrival. Loved being able to feed apples and carrots to the Shetland ponies (which I'd bought specially to do this). And see the llamas and deer. I liked the stable door, all the power points and the kitchenette area has useful items, like an air fryer.

Not having a full length mirror - the wall mirror was set high and I'm just 5' tall - so useless for me to check appearance or see when drying my hair. They just need to stick some mirror tiles on the inside of the wardrobe door. At times, it is quite noisy outside from cars and people going over the gravel.

Location, fact that they took dogs although an extra charge, other visitors friendly, quiet, good fridge/freezer, fan provided.

Towels are tired, bedding didn't fit duvet which was heavy for the summer, very limited kitchenette, very little hanging space.

In the reservation is specific kitchenette...... but is not hob or electric hob... only a microwave and was a really disappointin

Rooms all one level.. own entrance and small seating area outside each room. Everything we needed in the room. Lots of sockets around the room. Owner was on hand and very helpful. Lovely clean, comfortable room. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Everything! I stayed with my grandson and as soon as we arrived we knew we were going to love our stay. The stable was gorgeous with everything we needed and was bright and clean. We loved the farm itself with the ponies, alpacas and deer. Also loved sitting outside and watching the wild rabbits and butterflies while reading my book, so peaceful. Heather and Tony are lovely as were their two little dogs. We will definitely be back, in fact we didn't want to leave. Thank you so much!

Location was lovely and quiet. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. The setting was so peaceful.

Lovely place in the country side. The room is a good size and there is also an out door sitting area. There is a small kitchen unit with hot drinks and breakfast snack which is included even if you have not booked breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the place is clean.

Guests next door who were noisy on arrival in the middle of the night.

Bed was ok.

No soundproofing, had noisy neighbors. Never met any staff. Site was mostly rubbish and trash, old caravans, disused machinery, broken fences, worn out benches, broken decor, etc. Room was "ok" but incredibly dark needed lights on all day. Deer viewed from like 200 meters away. Huge fences with the other animals also miles away from view most of the time. Few minor cleaning issues.

Alpacas, horses , rabbits and just the location was great

Tranquil location with lovely view. Nice paddock to take a walk and watch the rabbits. Loved the stable doors so you could have half open and enjoy bird song. Supply of crockery and cooking equipment. Decor was lovely. Comfy arm chair and useful dining table/chairs and desk and chair. WiFi was good-able to watch Disney +.

An extremely pungent smell of bleach spray. I had to have the window and doors wide open until I went to bed and the smell still had not totally gone.Although this was lovely to hear the birds, it invited several flies in for the night. Pesky. There were still mould patches around outside of shower. Many times washed duvet with lumpy and no filling areas let the bed down as that was comfy. Duvet was small for the double bed and got lost in the cover.

Location, easy to park, security, road to Stables good, good pressure in bathroom, pastries were a nice touch.

Shower smelt of mold, cords for kettle were difficult to plug in - needs a longer cord, new remote for TV as you can’t see the button texts and bed needs new mattress.

Room was much smaller than I expected. It was not possible to cook my own meals as there was not enough space to lay out plates or wash up afterwards.

Lovely setting, waking up to the birdsong and feeling in the countryside was a delight. Comms were excellent for the booking with clear instructions. Room (3) was compact but comfortable, clean and cosy.

Stable 4 Location good. Grounds nice. The room was a little small but we managed for one night. The bed was very comfortable. Liked the stable door was nice keeping the top open listening to the birds. We ordered in for tea thanks to the book in the room and the information. Thank you for a nice stay.

The ants a pain. I get your in the country. 3 appliances only 2 sockets. A little tight to get to them. No bed side rug.

Half the shower screen door was missing causing water to go all over the bathroom floor. The shower needed a refresh.

Lovely countryside location yet close to M42 and Birmingham. Really comfortable and charming room with en suite.

Terrace is looking very tired with empy/half dead plant pots, one of which had been used as a bin by previous occupants and not emptied.

I liked the countryside setting. I liked the animals out in the fields. I liked being close to Knowle and its shops. Warwick was not far away. I liked the shower pressure. It was quiet after 11pm.

I wasn't keen on the bed. Took me a while to drop off. The shower head needs a good cleaning. The room was functional.

Studio confortable, nous y allons chaque fois que nous allons à Solihull, 3 fois pour le moment et y retournerons. L'endroit est très calme tout en étant assez proche de la ville.

Gorgeous surroundings, bed was firm and comfortable, thoughtful breakfast pastries and coffee/ tea provided.

The fridge was that noisy we could not sleep. Also you can really hear noise from the adjoining rooms when they are using the toilet or shower or even moving around which is not good when you have a dog. Rooms are quite small considering we had paid extra for one which was dog friendly. As we only stayed for one night it was manageable.

Beautiful and quiet setting, perfect to spend a relaxing time with my dog. The room was furnished nicely matching the deer park theme and had everything I needed, kitchenette well equipped and a god send. Spacious shower room. Plenty of parking space.

Could have done with more milk and sweeteners. We like our tea but we ran out of milk. Previously when I stayed there was a small bottle of milk, plus cereals and some eggs. Running out of milk was our fault as we didn’t realise until it was to late to ask for more

Cute accommodation in a lovely quiet location

They kindly provided pastries for the first nights stay, but as there was a kitchenette, you could get your own stuff in and suit yourself. Location was fabulous!

The location was really nice, the accommodation was comfortable & supplied all needed for a couple of days stay, peaceful. Alpacas were lovely. If you like peace & quiet it’s a good place to stay.

Could have been a-little cleaner in the bathroom & fridge needs attention on door. The advert showed lots of horses we only saw a couple in a field and the deer were too far as it was too muddy to get to see them fully. Needs a-little TLC outside the rooms as the photos are from possibly years ago & not really a bad point but a larger TV would have been better & the remote didn’t work but we turned it over on the TV.

The bed was comfortable and the shower pretty powerful.

You need at least a 4x4 to navigate the road leading from the gate to the stables. The room was not particularly clean with a previous visitor’s contact lens pot on the bathroom floor and a number of long black hairs found, which I imagine belong to the cleaner.

Fantastic and perfect location. The room, No 8, far exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and furnished to a very high standard. We had the most wonderful stay. Heather is absolutely amazing with communication, so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It is also very dog friendly and our Yorkie loved the walks around the farm fields and long track. We will definitely be returning in the very near future.
