Easy to access with prompt communication from Host. Free parking on site and access to top floor apartments via a lift. Good location, on a bus route if you do not wish to drive to the centre. Good sized rooms, plenty of storage, comfortable mattress.

We were greeted with a strong smell of curry. Deccor was tired and many of the slats in multiple blinds were not attached or were attached to the wrong cord, resulting in them not operating correctly. WIFI was intermittent so the TV kept buffering/channel froze, numbers/hob indicators had rubbed off appliance so didn't know which ring was on or which heat it was set to. There was a dirty baking tray left in the oven and all appliances including the freezer were switched off at the wall upon arriving, so when opening the freezer it had defrosted and had puddles of water inside. The fridge door needed to be pushed firmly to ensure it was actually closed The shower in the ensuite completely stopped if the taps were on anywhere else in the property. Pillows were flat and need replacing.

Lovely apartment just what was needed

The property and facilities were ok though not excellent.

The cooker hub was too slow, and the bathrooms need repainting. WiFi was very slow and not accessible most times.

Let yourself in with keycode. Fully equipped kitchen with all the white goods. 2 bathrooms. Parking. 2 mins from major supermarket and McDonalds.

Mattress in 2nd bedroom didn't seem as good as main bedroom.

The location was good for us since we were not looking for something in the city. And I liked that there was parking.

It was not clean. The bedsheets and towels had stains on them. Wall to wall carpet looked uncleanable. We killed so many huge spiders. There was no AC, just a fan and it was really hot. Water quality was so bad, my hair got stiff and dry in a level that I have never experienced before. The was internet issues, slow and choppy. Tv did not worked because of the internet.

It was clean and spacious. Excellent value for money.

Quiet and clean

It was close to the university.. it had a dishwasher and washing machine, and the apartment was spacious.

The noise from the road outside was to much couldnt wait to leave, lack of kitchen items ie 1 pizza tray to cook items in the oven on made meal making difficult. No urgency to look at a fault in the apartment wasn't great. The mattress was sunken and 1 thin pillow each ! Rips in the sofas also.

Bedingung von Herd und Ofen war anfangs etwas schwierig, da man keine Zahlen oder Einstellungen mehr lesen kann. Aber auch das haben wir nach etwas Rumprobieren geschafft.

The curtains is old and could have block out curtains. Provide Standing fan in the living room.

Don’t know why but during our stay, we faced electricity tripping issue. We suspect it was one off incident

machine à laver très bruyante et partie sèche linge qui ne sèche pas vrai problème avec la douche. le débit est très faible et il est très compliqué de régler la température qui passe du glacé au brûlant en qq secondes.

Spacious, clean, had every comfort and everything you could need like iron, clothes rack etc having 2 bathrooms was absolutely perfect especially because we were staying for a wedding

The location was ok, though we needed to walk for about 20 minutes to the street where restaurants were found. The apartment was spacious and lift was available.

The toilet was too small, with a small sink and the toilet cover easily fell off. Dust was present on the shelves. It was also awkward to find that the cooking stove was without any markings for instructing the user, such as the marking of which switch was for which stove and the markings to show the degree of hotness. I noticed that the markings were originally there but they might have been scratched away during the cleaning process.

The property was near to the university which was the main reason for our choice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only one bedroomed apartment in the complex is on the ground floor and there was no window in the bedroom, just a door so there was no way of ventilating the room overnight while staying secure. This meant two sleepless nights as it was very warm and stuffy. There was a floor standing fan provided but his was very noisy so didn’t help when it came to sleeping. The photos show rooms with balconies which is what we were expecting so this was a disappointment. The staff member was apologetic and understanding but said there was nothing else he could do.

The toilet by the living area was blocked upon arrival resulting in an overflow which we had to spend money on products to fix ourself followed by a balcony with decking that felt run safe to stand on let alone sit out and relax on But my main number one concern is the fact that we feared for our lives whilst using the lift facilities. We got in the lift to get up to our room and the lift dropped by a good few feet before getting stuck entirely the loft eventually sorted its self out and we managed to get out with our lives. This has caused an injury to my right knee and my partner has been having back problems since the lift dropped I will be requesting my money back

Large apartments with parking

Rented 3 apartments showers all needed an overhaul. Flat 6 requires a full refresh and new hob.

3rd time staying here for goodwood festival of speed, staff are always very helpful and its a home away from home with all the appliances & cookware, Its also been quiet in the complex the last 3 years and handy safe off road parking in either of the 2 carparks

n/a its besode a busy road but this is to be expected given the location, main nearest town with bigger supermarket etc is a few kms away so you really need a car when staying here

Location convenient, near University of Southampton Amenities like dishwasher, washing machine etc. They provided a fan which was welcome in this heat.

Some laundry detergents would be great.

The apartment sleeps four but there are only three chairs at the dining table & only two on the balcony. The bathroom next to the bedrooms does not have a working plug in the sink.

Well situated - the apartment had everything we need to use as a base to explore Southern England.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The road traffic was a bit loud but got used to it

Great location and apartment was clean and bigger than expected. Plenty of space for 4. Easy parking outside.

Decent location, not too far from the centre of southampton however there is road noise due to this. Relatively new apartment and well equipped.

Whilst a baking tray was provided, it did not fit in the oven. Also, could not find any oven gloves for using the oven so had to use towels to put food in and out of the oven. Also, for the ensuite shower, the temperature control did not work very well and it was quite hot.

Good location for my family need

No AC - The apartment was really warm . Shower basically with no hot/warm water. Poor WiFi connection.

The apartment is close to motor ways and in a nice, quiet location. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The fridge and freezer were a great size and I loved having a washing machine. The parking lot was small but we were able to park there even in a large vehicle. We loved having a lift- very helpful when you're on the 3rd floor with luggage! It was a very comfortable stay for me and my family.

Many lights in the apartment don't work- like the one over the stove and the one in the bathroom. There were no markings on the oven or the stove for temperatures or settings (they had worn off) so it was hard to figure out which burner we were using or what setting the oven was on. The only kitchen towel was a single tea towel which made washing dishes and removing hot items from the oven difficult. There were only 4 bowls (there were 6 of us). The pressure in the shower over the tub was minimal which made showering difficult. Also, there was dish washing soap, dishwasher tablets, but no detergent for the clothes washer. Still, it was a great place and we would stay again.

Close to facilities that we needed

A bit run down. We stayed in the same room as last year and the door handle to the bedroom was still broken. The shower door was broken and had a shower curtain across it instead. The TV still didnt work properly and two of the lights were not working either - one didnt work at all and one was flickering. Really flat pillows. Didn't smell very fresh. We did mention these issues at our last visit last year and obviously these hadn't been dealt with.

It felt safe and was very quiet and great transport links. It was extremely clean.

The furniture in the lounge area wasn’t made for long stays - the couches were very uncomfortable and not made to binge watch TV all day. There was a random electric box that wasn’t connected still in the bathroom and having to bend down to turn the shower off heads were banged. The WiFi was hugely intermittent and I’m just glad I wasn’t working from there. There needs to be better instructions for finding it as Waze took us down some random road and we thought we’d been scammed! Also- the kerb for the front car park is dropped about a foot away and you have to mount the kerb to get entry.

Very Clear , was no coffee, two teabags. No shower gel. And the tiniest bar of soap I've ever seen.

One of the best had a king size mattress on a double frame which was a bit weird to sleep in as it sank at the edges as you can imagine.

The apartment's location was perfect for our visit — we were able to spend quality time with our daughter at the university while also exploring Southampton with ease and making the most of the lovely weather. The apartment itself was a real pleasure to stay in: clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the main road. We couldn't have asked for more!

A few things worth mentioning for improvement: the lock on the shared bathroom door was not functioning, which was a little inconvenient. The bed, while adequate, was slightly on the firm/uncomfortable side — particularly for two people who tend to move around during the night. The bathroom sink was quite small, causing water to splash onto the floor regularly and requiring frequent mopping up. Finally, the arrangement of the living room furniture made it a bit tricky to watch TV comfortably, and a slightly different layout would go a long way in making the space more functional and relaxing.

2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, one was ensuite. The kitchen well equipped for a short stay with a microwave, oven, hob, adequate utensils and pans. Site was easy to find, and was convenient for the University Hospital.

The hot water pressure in the shower in the 2nd bathroom was poor.

The fact that it has parking available and that it’s an entire flat rather than a room with bathroom. Give a bit of a home vibe rather than a hotel

The smell of curry and Indian spices will hit you from the entrance door. My partner and I went straight to sainsbury’s and got candles and room spray to try to overcome the smell and kept the door open for ages and yet our clothes, skin, hair stank of curry by the time we left. Also, no hot water on the last day for more than half a day, i had to call and report, been told it will be solved in half an hour then in 2 hrs i called again to follow up instead of receiving a call to be told they couldn’t fix it. Another engineer was solved and he promised a refund for the final day as a compensation for the inconvenience, refund that never came they acted like this was never promised. I washed with warm water from the kettle.

Great location, nice to have balcony to enjoy. There was a dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron and hairdryer. Did not hear any noise from other apartments. WiFi was good.

Needs more pillows, they were very soft and flat. Bathrooms were not very clean- toilets need limescale remover, and additional loo roll.

The location was perfect for us! Only a 10 minute drive from the city centre. The staff were amazingly helpful and cared about our stay! Will 100% comeback again

Good location with a tesco express and fuel station nearby as well as close to the M3. Check in details were concise and sent well ahead of check in time. Good sized 1 bed apartment with a comfortable bed. I've stayed here twice now and would definitely return

Exactly what we needed for short stay in Southampton. Good location- can walk to the Common in ~25 mins and cost of taxi from City centre <£10. Enjoy sitting on the balcony, a nice feature which you don't get elsewhere.

Beds and pillows could do with being replaced and reception on tv was not great - signal was very intermittent. This was my 3rd time visiting this property so knew what to expect. Preferred layout of flat 3.

The apartment was spacious and bright. Fully equipped kitchen and it was nice having a separate dining area and sitting area. The little balcony is a nice touch. It was useful having two bathrooms. It was perfect for a family of 4. James was helpful and quick to reply to messages.

It was very warm (especially for us who had driven down from Scotland!) and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the air vent in the bathroom.

Lovely and spacious, I have been struggling to find somewhere to stay often when visiting my sister coming from wales that is comfortable for my autistic children! It is in an ideal location and no stress getting the keys and getting on with the weekend. Will be using these more often.

I loved how clean and spacious the property was, we asked for an extra bed and we got exactly that.

This was our second time staying really good communication with host, very clean and tidy comfy beds and nice shower and Netflix and WiFi on the tv!

Good location, balcony with nice view. Spacious flat, clean with well equipped kitchen and well responsive host!

Spacious apartment. Suited our needs (close to uni, parking available). Full and functional kitchen. Instructions for collecting keys were clear. The apartment was as expected (based on information, reviews and pictures on Booking). Although location was at a busy street we did not experience any issues with noise.

The layout of the livingroom was a bit odd (watching television from sofa not really possible), but this did not bother us as we did not watch TV. The blinds in the bedrooms are in bad shape and very light which would have bothered me if we had stayed in summer. The beds and furniture have seen better days.

People above us with young children running about in the night with Tv on at 4am so not a lot of sleep

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. We liked the responsive under floor heating (we visited in January), the bath, smart TV and the full kitchen with hob, oven and microwave and a range of utensils. It was conveniently located for the places we wanted to visit in and around Southampton.

The extractor fans in the bathrooms appeared not to work, but this was resolved when the the owner pointed out where they had been inadvertently switched off. More generally, the apartment appeared to have been fitted out originally to a good standard and has been maintained in response to general wear and tear.; however the standard of some repairs is variable, eg the shower looks like it had a sliding door at one time but now has a shower curtain. instead. More significantly, we have to report an issue with the drainage affecting both bathrooms, which caused an unpleasant smell for a while in the ensuite bathroom and for bathwater to surcharge into the shower tray. The owner responded quickly to our concerns and assured us that they would be dealt with promptly.

Easy access, great location, off road parking, very clean, comfortable beds, soft towels, hand soap and dishwashing tablets provided.

Cigarette smoke in the hallway. Horrible blinds that don’t properly close. Missing a dining chair (we were a family of 4 but there were only 3 dining chairs). A nice lamp in the lounge would be cozier than bright ceiling lights.

We liked location. Visiting family. We also liked having two bathrooms.
