Tolles, neu renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage! Eigener Strandabschnitt mit komfortablen Liegen und Strandservice. Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Speisenauswahl! Personal immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Appartement hat eine gute Größe für 4 Erwachsene, mit eigenem Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und top gepflegt! Dachterrasse mit super Ausblick und kleinem Pool zur Entspannung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Mehr Ablagemöglichkeit bzw ein kleiner zweiter Schrank im Wohnzimmer für Kleidung. Mehr Haken für Handtücher, Balkon mit Wäscheleine - leider ohne Wäscheklammern. Aber nur Kleinigkeiten 😀

Beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of Rethymno old town. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious, healthy and varied, with non-dairy milks available. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight going back and were able to use the facilities and shower before our flight.

Magnifique hôtel que je recommande les yeux fermés. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné. La chambre avec vue sur la mer magnifique. La piscine avec très peu de monde est vraiment agréable.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en flexibel waar mogelijk. De bedden zijn goed de kamers zijn prima gerenoveerd.

Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorkant op de begane grond en dat is direct aan het restaurant/de bar. Dit hadden we niet goed gezien hoewel het wel op de foto’s staat. Wij zijn vroege slapers dus voor ons was dat niet prettig.

Lovely stay and great location We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and had a good standard, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also a big plus. It was around a 20-minute walk to the old town, and there were plenty of nice restaurants, cafés and small shops all along the beachfront promenade, so there was always something to explore nearby. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection of the usual breakfast items, great coffee, and a choice of dishes from the menu. We tried several different dishes during our stay and everything was delicious and of a very high standard. One thing we especially appreciated was being able to use a shower room after checking out. Our flight home was late and we had spent the day at the beach, so being able to freshen up before heading to the airport was such a nice extra service. It made our last day so much more comfortable! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely be happy to come back.

Όλα ήταν πραγματικά άψογα, από την εξυπηρέτηση μέχρι την καθαριότητα. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό. Ιδιαίτερα θα ήθελα να αναφέρω τη Φιλιώ στην υποδοχή, η οποία ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη και μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε αμέσως άνετα. Επίσης, οι κοπέλες στο πρωινό ήταν πάντα πρόθυμες και πολύ εξυπηρετικές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένο. Συνολικά, μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα για την εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!

New and fresh. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The provide beach towels and a beach bag, which is great. Nice and cosy. Breakfast is good and staff nice.

The air condition system sits right to the side of the bed and blows right at your face and alsp does not have a "silent" function so it is impossible to have it on during the night. As the hotel is right at the street it is also not possible to sleep with the windows open. You can only have one coffee in the morning with your breakfast. The second one is charged for. On busy days you can wait 50 minutes for your breakfast.

Das Hotel war sehr schön für ein drei Sterne Hotel. Sehr sauber. Ich hab vom Balkon aus direkt zur Bar sehn können und sobald sie keine Gäste zum Bedienen hatten haben die begonnen zu putzen. Der Strand ist schön. Sandstrand. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és készséges mindennel kapcsolatban. A szállás gyönyörű, modern, letisztult, az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, finomak az ételek és az italok. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

La vista mare dal terrazzo sul tetto è veramente da perdere il fiato, come anche dalle camere: si dorme con il rumore delle onde. Il personale è cortese, preparato, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La nostra camera, una suite con vista mare laterale, era ampia, nuovissima, dotata di tutto l'occorrente. La piscina è piccola ma molto funzionale e piacevole. Il porto dista 1 km, la città vecchia circa 2 km, ma la passeggiata è fattibile e ricca di negozi, bar ristoranti di ogni tipo.

La colazione a mio parere andrebbe ripensata: ottimi i prodotti e la location a pochissimi metri dal mare, ma l'assenza del buffet e i tempi di attesa per le ordinazioni da menù andrebbero rivisti.

Staying at Batis Aero Beacfront Wellbeing Hotel was en excellent experience starting from the hotel's location, actually right at the beach front and Rethymno promenade, and up to the service provided. The personnel is exceptionally attentive and helpful. All staff was never tired of smiling to every single guest and chatting a bit. That created atmosphere of hospitality and gave feeling of a VIP guest. All our requests were fulfilled very quickly and the best way possible. The room was large enough and equipped with everything necessary including air-conditioning, refilled toiletries, towels, a safe locker, and my personal point goes for tropical shower. The balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture and laundry drying rack. And I extremely appreciate that the beds were never done this irritating way when a blanket is tacked under the mattress. If you need a hairdryer request it at checking in, and keep for the whole period of stay. Breakfast was quite sufficient and consisted of two parts starting with bread, some cheese, ham, vegetables and croissants, and then you choose an option from the quite variable breakfast menu. We tried almost everything on the menu and it was great. If you have an early sight-seeing tour and miss breakfast just address to the reception the evening before and a packed breakfast will be arranged for you, incl. sandwiches, croissants, some fruit and water. Hotel description says that breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, but it was not the case because of morning strong breeze and bright sun. Nevertheless I highly recommend to go up to the rooftop especially at sunset to enjoy the view over the seacoast, mountains and the town opened from above. There is a small but pleasant swimming pool in the hotel's patio which we used several times to refresh after the trips on stormy days when swimming in the sea was prohibited.

Uns hat die Nähe zum Meer und zur Altstadt gefallen

Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir per E-Mail eine neue Regelung, dass die Liegen am hoteleigenen Strand nicht mehr kostenlos sind. Stattdessen kosten sie 16 € pro Set, die zwar als Verzehrguthaben angerechnet werden, allerdings sind die Preise auf der Speisekarte so angesetzt, dass man den Betrag fast immer überschreitet. Für Liegen in der ersten Reihe werden zusätzlich 20 € berechnet. Dass diese Änderung erst bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde, fanden wir sehr enttäuschend. Außerdem mussten wir selbst nach Strandtüchern fragen. Ein Wechsel war laut Rezeption nur alle fünf Tage kostenlos möglich, andernfalls hätte er extra gekostet. Beim Frühstück war lediglich ein Kaffee inklusive. Für jeden weiteren Kaffee musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was wir ebenfalls schade fanden.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat einen kleinen Pool und liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Am Strand gibt es sehr bequeme Liegen, die man gegen Gebühr mieten kann. Es sind immer Liegen frei. Das Frühstück ist gut. Man bekommt jeden Morgen eine Grundausstattung (Wurst, Käse, Butter, Marmelade, Honig) und kann sich dann noch etwas aus der Karte dazu bestellen. Dadurch wird das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. In den Ortskern geht man circa 20 Minuten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Der Gast steht hier im Mittelpunkt und man fühlt sich hervorragend betreut. Besonders der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean. The beach right in front of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, probably one of the best beaches nearby. The sunbeds and umbrellas were very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Everything was beautiful, the room was always clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. Beach bar Sor was also amazing with great coffee and cocktails. If I ever come to Crete again I would definitely stay at Batis.

Lovely well presented and clean Hotel with a wonderful sea view. Kind, caring and diligent staff members, Great choice of food and drinks! Having a pool is such a bonus when not wanting a beach day! Views from the rooftop area were stunning especially when the sun was setting! The staff are amazing will go the extra mile to help !

I did not like that we only got one cup of coffee for breakfast, you had to pay extra for the secund one. But the breakfast was otherwise very good and healthy. We liked it very much.

La plage privée, le restaurant avec petit déjeuner très sympa (choix à la carte, avec boisson chaude et froide). La piscine était très agréable. Toute l’équipe du personnel a été au top tout le long du séjour, tous souriants et serviables. L’hôtel est, par ailleurs, joliment décoré, avec du mobilier moderne et confortable.

Nous avions pris une suite (city view), la disposition était particulière… l’évier de la salle de bain se situait dans le salon… hormis ça, la chambre était agréable, avec 2 balcons spacieux. La femme de ménage très insistante, qui est entrée deux fois pendant notre présence sur la même matinée, sans frapper…

The location was amazing, right on the beach. We ate breakfast facing the water every morning.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours au sein de l’hôtel. En arrivant nous avons été surclassé en chambre, nous avons été accueilli par une hôtesse adorable. Le service est top, le petit déjeuner délicieux sans parler de la plage privée de l’hôtel situé juste devant qui est juste trop belle avec un rapport qualité prix super. Pour la journée avec location de serviette, des transats, plat et boissons, cela nous a couté pour 2 personnes 22€ au total. Je recommande cet hôtel fortement et je reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se représente. PS: le roof top est dingue et exactement comme sur les photos.

Très bien placé, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Route à traverser pour accéder à la plage et aux transats (16 € de consommation pour 2 transats). Petite piscine mais très agréable.

Petit déjeuner servi à table, un plat à choisir sur la carte, le reste identique tous les jours. Dommage. Musique forte certains matins au petit déjeuner (après, c'est mon opinion, je préfère un peu de calme au réveil)

Es hat uns einfach alles gefallen! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich von Herzen kommt. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit – wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Es gab wirklich keinen einzigen Punkt, der uns missfallen hätte. Im Gegenteil – unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns äußerst willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die warme Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben unseren Urlaub zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Man spürt deutlich, wie viel Engagement und Liebe zum Detail hier eingebracht wird. Daher haben wir keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Batis aero hotel has great location, close to beach, next to shops and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from city center of Rethymno. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had booked an early trip to Elafonisi beach and the staff was kind enough to make us breakfast packages. Since we had very windy days and couldn't swim in the sea, we spent some time by the pool, which was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Deffinitely recomends this hotel.

Nothing to complain about. Next to this hotel is very old building (we understand that perhaps there is some problem with permission to demolish it). It might be a negative for someone, but it wasn't for us.

The hotel was still in improving process for the season so there were ongoing works. No window shutters so if you’re light sensitive the curtains won’t be enough. The breakfast menu could be more diverse.

Es ist ein sehr schönes neues Hotel. Der Strand ist über die Straße. Wenn man Getränke oder Essen bestellt, sind die Liegen inklusive. Zur Altstadt sind es ca 20 Minuten entlang der Promenade. Also super Lage, sehr schönes Hotel und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Dankeschön!😀

10.06.2026. The hotel reception was excellent. The morning greetings and attention at breakfast were very polite. The hotel owner and hostess were already early wishing us a good day. The hotel's own service girl was a great help when parking the car, making room for her scooter by parking around it. The room was very clean and big enough for two people. The rooms were like the photos in the booking. The balcony was beautiful, clean and big enough to enjoy the sea view from the side of the house. There was no street noise. The hotel's location is within walking distance of the old town. There were enough places to eat and shop around the hotel. The beach was across the road and the beach chairs were sofas. Soft sand on the beach. Water 26-27 degrees. A slightly rocky 1m area when entering the water. The service on the beach was superlux. When ordering wine, a free selection of fruit was also brought. The terms of use of the chairs were clear and reasonable. Very comfortable. The hotel is definitely worth more than 3 stars. I'll add information that I recommend going to Calypso Beach.

To get something to eat in the morning, you had to eat a lot of bread and flour products.

The location is perfect, the room was spacious, modern, and everything worked flawlessly. The restaurant downstairs serves outstanding food—we enjoyed it so much that we didn’t feel like eating anywhere else. The hotel also has comfortable sunbeds on the beach. But the best part of our stay was definitely the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. I would stay here again!

We spent 5 days and it was a calming experience. The people were always helpful with recommendations or with planning. The hotel is fully equipped we found everything what we needed. The beachfront of the hotel is again clean and organized and has a great vibe. The old city is around 15-20 minutes walk so it’s easily reachable. I can fully recommend staying with them!

Locatie van de kamer. Ik reisde met een kind van 14. Op de site is niet duidelijk dat de kamers bijvoorbeeld pal tegenover of aan de bar letterlijk vast zit. Hierdoor geen privacy en mega veel lawaai. Het was nog niet eens hoogseizoen. Als je op je balkon zat, zat je eigenlijk in de bar.

Kadangi gyvenome pirmame aukšte, tai išėjus iš kambario (105) iš karto buvo galima patekti prie baseino. Baseino vanduo šiek tiek vėsesnis nei jūros, todėl buvo galima labiau atsivėsinti.

Batis Aero is one of the best beach hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond for us, fulfilling special requests and helping our 13yo daughter when we were out in downtown Rethymno. Lovely setting - don't miss sunset from the rooftop.

Everything was as advertised here! The staff was lovely; you can be absolutely sure that they'll help you with anything you need. Everything was quite clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is nice; the hotel is surrounded by quite a few great restaurants, and everything we needed was within a walkable distance. Also, the hotel's food was quite delicious!

The cleaning ladies however, despite obviously being great at cleaning and tidying up, didn't seem to respect the don't disturb sign. It happened on 2 separate occasions during our 4-days stay that they'd just open the room's door and ask to clean, despite the don't disturb sign being on. Another minor inconvenience is that the curtains in the room leak lots of sunlight into the room, which makes it hard to sleep without an eye mask.

Lovely hotel, very good facilities, refurbished to a high standard. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice. Aris and Ros were particularly helpful. Great information given at check-in and helpful restaurant recommendations. Sunbeds on beach were comfortable and good value.

The bar/breakfast area is at the front of the hotel. Therefore, if you have a room facing the sea, it's directly below your window. Music is playing quite loudly from 7.45am until about 1.00am - we didn't mind but it could be disturbing. Also, the location of the hotel means that a walk to the old town is 25-30 minutes - it's further than it looks!

Belle chambre moderne. Très bon petit déjeuner et acces à la plage et au transat. Le personnel de chambre est aussi très accueillant avec un préparation de la chambre avec soin.

Tout était parfait , les chambres ,la propreté , le lieu avec les plages en face et les transat , et à la fois proche de la vieille ville à pieds, l’ambiance le personnel au petit soin , la décoration … de très bonnes vibes , nous n’avons qu’une envie y retourner !!!

Das Hotel ist komplett neu renoviert und überzeugt mit modernen und stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das super freundliche Personal, das uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war eine gelungene Mischung aus à la carte Gerichten und dazu gab es immer einen frischen Brot/Croissant-Korb sowie Aufschnitt und Marmelade/Honig. Es gibt Liegen am Strand - auch dort super Service und leckere Snacks. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war lediglich die Parkplatzsituation, die teilweise etwas schwierig war.

Parking difficile mais on trouve facilement de la place dans la rue en face en mai, un seul café expresso compris dans le petit déjeuner, sinon 3 € en sus, jus orange non compris a 6 €, un peu bruyant mais chambre très bien insonorisée.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und Modern, auf der Terrasse ist es entspannend auf der hinteren Seite den man hört kaum was.

Es könnte öfter der Boden gewischt werden im Zimmer.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Batis Beach Hotel. The service was of the highest quality – polite, helpful, and genuinely caring about the guests’ comfort. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious — every day we left full and happy. The hotel’s location is perfect — the beach is right outside, and it’s just a short walk to the city center. The surroundings are peaceful, with no parties or noise near the hotel. After exploring Crete, we believe that Rethymno is the most beautiful place to stay. We highly recommend this hotel and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location - about a 30-minute easy walk along the sea to the old town, which was really pleasant. We visited in October, and there were no issues with street parking nearby. The beach area feels open and spacious, not crowded like in the center. The staff were very kind and friendly, and we were allowed to check in early. There’s a bar downstairs, and the beach has its own sun loungers, which was really convenient.

The tropical shower was amazing, but there’s no door, so a lot of water ends up on the floor

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The reception and housekeeping staff were wonderful - always available and helpful. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed very frequently.

The set format of breakfast. You had no choice of what to eat but were presented with 5 items: bread, pastries, cake, sweet yoghurt and a savoury dish. We don't like/eat cake, bread and pastries so we were only able to enjoy 2 out of 5 items. It would perhaps be better to offer a buffet so that guests can choose what they like and have enough to eat!
