Нас заселили раньше времени. Очень удобное расположение, пляж через дорогу. До старого города мин 10 идти. Отель в очень хорошем расположении. Включены зонты и шезлонги, всегда были свободны места, в любое время. Уборка ежедневно. В номере нет губки и средства для мытья посуды, но при уборке мыли посуду. Удобная кровать и хорошее постельное белье. Завтраки нам понравились. В номер и на пляж можно заказать еду. Да, номер не в современном стиле, но все в хорошем состоянии. Приятные сотрудники. Нам все понравилось, спасибо !

Hotel situato sul lungomare, a 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico. Colazione buona abbastanza diversificata. Camera con ampia vetrata sul giardino interno. letto matrimoniale molto grande.

Toplocatie direct tegenover het strand. Een gezellig familiehotel, gerund door lieve mensen. Je kunt er ook lekker lunchen/eten. Gratis gebruik van de strandbedjes (wel wat eten of drinken bestellen natuurlijk!). Ontbijt was ook heerlijk en genoeg keuze.

Понравилось все. Особенно очень просторный, выдержанный в современном стиле чистый номер. Пляж с бесплатными лежаками сразу через дорогу от входа в отель. Старый город недалеко. Стоянка такси в шаговой доступности. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Рядом небольшой супермаркет, немного подальше большой супермаркет со всем необходимым. Рядом в шаговой доступности и в старом городе много ресторанчиков и таверн по приемлемым ценам

Отель находится довольно далеко от автостанции. Поэтому надо лучше брать такси, чтобы добраться до отеля от автостанции. Иначе предстоит долгая неровная дорога более 1 часа и можно повредить колеса на чемоданах и дорожных сумках

The location is amazing!

We booked two rooms but none of them matched the photos. One of them was actually really small (301) in comparison to the other one our friends stayed (201) even though they were both categorised as superior garden view rooms. However, both had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom.

Obsługa była niesamowita, wszyscy pomocni i uprzejmi. Czuliśmy się codziennie mile widziani. Dzięki takiej odległości do morza i dostępnych dla gości leżaków można doświadczyć plażowania o każdej porze dnia, w największym komforcie. Pomimo wczesnego wyjazdu nie przepadło nam śniadanie, a dostaliśmy kanapki na drogę!

Niestety łóżka są bardzo lekkie i opcja łączenia i spania wspólnie nie działa najlepiej. Dodatkowo miejscami (szczególnie w łazience) mocno widoczne były zacieki na ścianach czy za zlewem. Jeśli chodzi o podstawowe, codzienne sprzątanie to cały personel się super spisał!

Cet hôtel n'est pas un hôtel parmi tant d'autres. C'est une adresse comme on souhaiterait en trouver dans tous les pays. C'est un hôtel géré par une famille crétoise et qui ne fait pas partie d'un grand groupe avec un accueil stéréotypé. Ici on vous accueille vraiment. Les propriétaires et le personnel ont à cœur de vous faire plaisir. On se sent comme à la maison. Notre chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et agréablement décorée. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était copieux et il y en avait pour tous les goûts (sucré et salé). Nous avons mangé le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. La cuisine était très bonne. La plage est en face de l'hôtel et les bains de soleil et parasols sont gratuits pour les clients de l'hôtel. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Kleinschalige familie accommodatie. Natascha en haar broer super vriendelijk en de rest van het personeel ook. En Nico niet te vergeten natuurlijk! Als afluister na het eten samen raki drinken met de familie! Kamers schoon. Ontbijt heerlijk. Lunch en avond eten ook perfect! Gratis gebruik maken van de strandbedjes. Heel dicht bij het centrum met hele leuke winkeltjes.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Ich wiederhole quasi daher meine letzte Bewertung. Super freundliches und herzliches Personal. Lage quasi direkt am Strand. Schönes, großes , helles, ruhiges, modernes und stets sauberes Zimmer mit großem Balkon und phänomenaler Aussicht auf das Meer. Tolle Dusche. Kostenlose Strandtücher. Das Hotel hat zwar keine eigenen Parkplätze aber es war stets kein großes Problem, fußläufig kostenlose Parkplätze an den Stränden zu finden. Das WLAN funktionierte diesmal einwandfrei. Beim wunderschönen Balkon wurde kleinere Renovierungen durchgeführt die das Ambiente noch verbesserte.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist immer noch sehr schlicht gehalten und ein wenig Abwechslung würde nicht schaden.

Struttura non pulita, con presenza anche di blatte in camere. La pulizia non era solo un problema delle camere, ma anche degli spazi comuni.

Smeštaj je na samoj obali, preko puta predivne peščane plaže. U prizemlju se nalazi restoran u kome serviraju odličan doručak. Sobe koje gledaju na dvorište su jako prostrane i redovno se čiste. Pored bračnog udobnog kreveta nalazi se i sofa za treću osobu koja je jako udobna. U sklopu soba se nalazi funkcionalna kuhinja. Ležaljke su besplatne za goste hotela. Pored hotela se nalazi supermarket, veliki brij restorana i prodavnica. Do starog grada se stiže za 15 - 20 minuta lagane šetnje.

Jedina mana koju ima hotel je ta što nema sopstveni parking. Zbog velike gužve i prometnog dela grada, veoma je teško naći parking na ulici. Čak i u sporednim ulicama iza hotela je nemoguće u popodnevnim časovima naći parking.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist top! 20 min fußläufig ins Zentrum, aber viele gute Restaurants auch direkt am Hotel. Das Hotel hat für Hotelgäste kostenlose Liegen am eigenen Strandabschnitt direkt über die Straße. Zimmer könnten zwar eine Modernisierung vertragen, aber die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend und alles sauber. Betten und Kissen fanden wir super bequem. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend - kleines Gebäck, Croissant, etwas Obst und Gemüse. Super ist, dass die Eier in jeglicher Form direkt frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet werden.

Strandabschnitt des Hotels ist direkt an dem Bereich dran, wo Wasssersport (Jetski, Banane, usw.) angeboten wird. Also gelegentlich Geruchsbelästigung durch die Abgase. Ähnlich ist es mit der direkt am Hotel angrenzenden Autostraße. Das Preise-Leistungsverhältnis ist dennoch super.

That was our second stay at Palm Beach as we stayed there 2 years ago. Its a nice small, family run, hotel facing the long Rethymnon beach with lovely views over the sea and the city. The center of the city and the Venetian Harbor are only 15 min away on foot. Our room was spacious for our needs, having a balcony with vies to the sea and city. Breakfast is good with omelettes cook to order and coffee of your choice. Natasha was excellent as a host. Hotel provide sunbeds on the beach free of charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and met our expectations

Our son slept on a couch-bed that was rather hard for someone to sleep on. Parking is quite challenging for Rethymnon city and a major problem during busy summer holiday period. There is large municipal parking in the area but can only accommodate a few hundreds of cars needing parking. The long sandy amazing beach is exposed to northern winds and strong winds cause huge waves that make it difficult or inappropriate to swim

Location, good beds, good shower

It was kinda restaurant business with some rooms upstairs. To come from the beach, wet and sandy, meant you have to march through eating area under surveillance of welldressed people. There was no lobby nor welcoming feeling. The breakfast was roughly said donughts and bisquits with no seasonal fruits or proper coffee.

Soggiorno di 1 settimana al Palm Beach Hotel davvero eccellente. La struttura è comodissima, il personale si distingue per cordialità e disponibilità, e anche la cucina si è rivelata sempre di ottima qualità. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza e un saluto speciale a Nico: i suoi grappini a fine cena sono stati il modo migliore per concludere ogni serata 🤣 Esperienza da ripetere e struttura consigliatissima. Complimenti!

Unico aspetto sono i parcheggi, essendo in zona centrale e sul lungo mare, bisogna pazientare un po.

Very nice place! The staff were amazing and incredibly welcoming. The location is right in front of the sea, with private beach access, which makes everything so easy and convenient. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved, as it was a bit too dark.

Hotel familial avec une équipe très sympa ! Le repas en demi pension à choisir sur la carte et excellent ! La plage en face avec transats et parasol inclus. Une tres belle chambre très confortable avec un grand balcon et kitchenette.

Muhteşem bir otel. Odası konforlu ve çok geniş, kendinizi havalimanında hissediyorsunuz :) Gyros çok lezzetli. Otel işletmecileri ve tüm çalışanlar nazik, yardımsever ve hep güleryüzlüler. İyi sezonlar diliyorum ve tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.

Все було супер, хороший номер, чисто, на першому поверсі ресторан, безкоштовно лежаки на піщаному пляжі, якщо автівкою то трохи проблематично припаркувати авто але не критично.

Este un Hotel care nu este în zona aglomerată, dar foarte aproape de toate facilitățile si la 500 m de centrul vechi! Am avut demipensiune, cu un mic dejun nu foarte diversificat dar totul foarte proaspăt! Poti opta pentru pranz sau cină, unde ai un meniu cu diferite feluri de mancare constand in două portii de persoană (starter și fel principal), mancare extraordinar de gustoasă, servirea impecabilă, băutura este contra cost! Preturi accesibile ! La 300 m este un Super Market mare cu preturi bune! Hotelul are plajă proprie, cu prosoape de plajă care se ridica de la receptie! Plaja este peste drum de hotel, curată si cu toate facilitățile, nu se plăteste dar din bun simti îti comanzi băutură. Camera a fost curată, cu vedere la mare, se face zilnic curătenie, au schimbat pe timpul sederii de 7 zile o dată lenjeria! Este o afacere de familie, care isi respectă clienții!

Alles bestens, direkt am Strand, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das Restaurant im Hotel bittet leckere Gerichte für gute Preise. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Frühstück ausreichend. Zimmer sauber, tägliche Reinigung. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub einfach perfekt 👌🏻

Hotel 3 stelle eccezionale, vicinissimo al mare: basta attraversare la strada per essere subito sulla spiaggia privata. Posizione fantastica in cui si sentono le onde. Camera superior molto ampia e spaziosa, dotata di un piccolo cucinotto, un salottino e un terrazzo vista mare spettacolare. Servizio di mezza pensione ottimo, con cene molto buone, gustose e appetitose che offrono la possibilità di scegliere tra cucina tipica greca e ottimi piatti di pesce fresco. Personale gentile, disponibile, simpatico e allegro. Atmosfera rilassante con musica di sottofondo armoniosa, colazioni tranquille e cene romantiche su una terrazza con tetto apribile da cui a volte si può ammirare la luna. Standard superiori rispetto alla media dei tre stelle italiani.

Unico piccolo dettaglio migliorabile: per il servizio bar/bevande in spiaggia con l'addetto dedicato, il pagamento al momento poteva essere effettuato solo in contanti (per pagare con carta bisognava rientrare in hotel). Un dettaglio comprensibile per un tre stelle, ma che se fosse gestito diversamente farebbe quasi pensare a un quattro stelle!

The view from our room was amazing, the staff (specially the lady) is really friendly and helpful, the location is really convenient - next to the beach and with umbrellas and sun beds. The beach right in front of the hotel is pleasant and quiet.

The food choices both on breakfast and on the meals (we had half-board) could be wider, specially with typical greek dishes.

Byliśmy w hotelu przez 4 noce, od 16 lipca, i pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Największe wrażenie zrobił na nas pokój z przepięknym widokiem na morze oraz doskonała lokalizacja – plaża znajduje się dosłownie 10 metrów od hotelu, a leżaki są dostępne bezpłatnie dla gości. Dodatkowym atutem jest niewielka odległość od centrum Rethymno – około 1,5 km, dzięki czemu można tam bez problemu dojść spacerem. Prawdziwą wisienką na torcie okazały się obiady – były po prostu rewelacyjne. Zdecydowanie polecam wybrać opcję z niepełnym wyżywieniem, ponieważ serwowane posiłki są na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Na duży plus zasługuje również nowoczesna i przestronna łazienka, zwłaszcza ogromny prysznic, który bez problemu pomieści nawet bardzo wysoką i postawną osobę. Właściciele hotelu są niezwykle sympatyczni, serdeczni i pomocni. Zawsze reagowali na nasze prośby i dbali o to, aby pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto planuje wypoczynek w Rethymno.

W zasadzie nie było większych zastrzeżeń. Jedyne, co można by poprawić, to bardziej urozmaicone śniadania. Największą niedogodnością okazał się jednak brak hotelowego parkingu oraz bardzo ograniczona liczba miejsc parkingowych w okolicy. W sezonie letnim znalezienie wolnego miejsca wymaga sporo czasu i cierpliwości, co może być uciążliwe dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Nie jest to jednak wina hotelu, ponieważ wszystkie obiekty w tej okolicy borykają się z tym samym problemem.

Localisation en face de la plage et de petits commerces, proche de la vieille ville , très animée le soir , le personnel est agréable et aux petits soins, chambre spacieuse , lit confortable. Petit déjeuner globalement acceptable.

We had a room with a sea view and it was really amazing, with overview of the beach, see and Rethymno. Everything about the hotel was really great, there is a nice sandy beach right in front of the hotel. Breakfast, cleaning and all the other hotel services were really good, hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice restaurant as well in the hotel and the hotel is providing a service to the beach as well. The old town of Rethymno with many shops, pubs, restaurants and interesting places like museums is in walking distance. Our family spent there one of the greatest vacations we had in Greece and I hope there will be a chance to return there again.

Τραγικά δύσκολη περιοχή για στάθμευση αυτοκινήτου. Το να φθάνεις κουρασμένος από το ταξίδι και να χρειάζεσαι ένα δίωρο για να παρκάρεις τελικά 1.5 χιλιόμετρο μακριά δεν είναι ευχάριστο.

We spent a wonderful week at the Palm Beach Hotel, and I can only say the best things about it! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful at all times; we truly felt like valued guests. The quality and variety of the food were excellent—everything was delicious and fresh. This is the best choice in Rethymno if you are looking for true hospitality. Thank you for the experience, we will definitely return!

Отличное расположение, очень внимательный персонал. Смогли заселить нас раньше указанного времени. Вид прямо на море, и рассветы, и закаты видны в полной красе.Кровать комфортная. Уборка хорошая. Завтраки простые, но всего достаточно. Лежаки на пляже входят в стоимость проживания.

Для улучшения шумоизоляции надо проверить уплотнители балконной двери/механизм закрывания.

Locația a fost excelentă, fix pe malul mării cu un supermarket la parterul hotelului.

Curățenia nu a fost bună deloc, în ciuda altor recenzii. Deși doamna de la curățenie venea zilnic, nu refăcea curățenia cum trebuie (exemplu: nu spăla chiuveta/dușul). De asemenea, praful nu era șters în cameră.

Izuzetno prijatan mali hotel, lepo održavan, dobro lociran u odnosu na centar, na plaži sa besplatnim lezaljkama. Osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno i srdačno. Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta.

A hotel közvetlenül a parton van , a szobákhoz tartozik napozóágy ès ernyő is. A koktélokat, italokat rendelésre le is hozzák a partra. Rengeteg étterem és bolt van a közelben.

Nu au parcare

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L’emplacement face à la plage et à proximité de la vieille ville, tout en ayant de nombreux commerces et restaurants au pied de l’hôtel est un gros atout. Bien que l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un parking, nous étions en voiture et avons réussi à nous garer à proximité dans les rues adjacentes. La plage privée avec transats est aussi un gros plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une literie confortable.

Les balcons des chambres n’offrent pas d’intimité car il n’y a quasiment aucune séparation visuelle entre les balcons. Le petit-déjeuner manque de diversité et de qualité dans certains produits. Des produits crétois auraient été appréciés. Enfin, la salle de bain pourrait être plus pratique (notamment la douche qui ne s’écoulait pas facilement).

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta, affaccia sul lungomare di Rethymno a due passi dal centro storico, le camere hanno un terrazzo con una vista spettacolare e annessa all'hotel c'è una spiaggia privata su cui offre gratuitamente l'utilizzo di ombrelloni e sdraio. I letti sono comodi e l'ambiente silenzioso. L'hotel è a conduzione familiare e il personale è estremamente gentile e accogliente.

- I bagni sarebbero da ammodernare (la nostra doccia aveva lo scarico otturato, prima e dopo il passaggio delle pulizie). - Il divano letto è un po' piccolo e scomodo per riposare.

The host (Natasa) was very hospitable, we felt very welcome. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and were offered a complimentary breakfast, including earlier check-in. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast very good with fresh orange juice, variety of omelettes, fruits and pastries. The wi-fi was excellent. The fantastic sandy beach is literally just across the road from the hotel, and the hotel has its own beach strip and offers sunbeds free of charge, including beach towels for which you pay a 2eur deposit. The hotel restaurant serves reasonably priced excellent food and in addition offers a 10% discount to its guests. The location is perfect, there are a number of shops and restaurants just next door. The Old Town (one of the nicest we've been to) is just 10-15 minutes walk along the beach promenade.

Tengerre néző szobát kertünk. Nagyon szép volt a kilátás az erkély jó méretű volt. Ráadásul nemcsak a tengerre hanem egy másik erkély a hegyekre nézett. A szobákat rendszeresen takarították. Mindkét szobában klíma volt. A svéd asztalos reggeli finom volt, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

Paturile destul de inconfortabile sunt 2 paturi intre care ramane o distanta de 20 cm care era deranjanta.Dusul avea o problema cu canalizarea nu se scurgea apa,dar s-a rezolvat pe finalul vacantei.

Izbor hrane za doručak je dovoljan za svaku vrstu izbora, bilo da volite proteinski, bilo vegetarijanski način ishrane ujutro. Hrana je solidnog kvaliteta. Polupansionska hrana je za preporuku, nude izuzetno kvalitetan izbor hrane.

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit! - tolle Lage am privaten Strand - kostenlose Liegen in ausreichender Anzahl - Essen kann man sich direkt an den Strand bringen lassen - zu Fuß gelangt man zum Hafen und zur Altstadt - das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber - das Frühstück war lecker

Másodszor jártunk a palm beach hotelban és a 3 éves gyermekünkkel is tökéletes választás volt! Strand egyből a szálloda előtt és saját napernyő és ágy jár a szobához. A személyzet nagyon kedves, nagyon jó vendéglátók. Közelben van játszótér is. Biztosan jövünk még ide :)

Ottima posizione, pulito, tranquillo e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose (fronte mare) e il balconcino un vero plus. Il personale è molto cordiale e attento.

The people working for this hotel are wonderful and absolutely kind. We booked half board, and the food at both breakfast and dinner was good, especially the calamari and seafood plate. We could rent towels for 2 euros each for the whole stay and had access to the sunbeds on the beach. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, which was useful for cheaper meals.

The A/C in our room was directed toward the bed, so we had to constantly choose between sleeping in the heat and dealing with the A/C's breeze. The room got hot very easily and we didn't sleep well because of that.

Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und geräumig und mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Stand war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend.

Bem localizado, quarto confortável, com uma varanda com uma vista linda da praia. Havia cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia sem custo algum. Natasha foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou com transfer para o aeroporto.

Das Frühstück mit Blick zum Meer war super

La proximité avec la mer et la vieillles villes, les repas trés bons, variés et les cocktails. Mais surtout l’accueil aux petits soins des propriétaires: parfait ! Les attentions etaient toutes vraiment appréciées (desserts offerts, belle remise sur les repas, transat réservés gratuitement sur la plage...) L’hotel est neuf et ca se voit! Tout est impeccable et fonctionne a la perfection.

חדר גדול, שקט ומרווח עם נוף לים. מצאנו חנייה בקלות ברחובות הסמוכים. הצוות ידידותי ועוזר. 10 דק הליכה לעיר העתיקה. מינימרקט גדול ממש מתחת למלון. חוף מול המלון ששייך למלון עצמו. מיטות ושמשיה בחינם

Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa i wygodne apartamenty. Było wszystko co potrzebne 😊 Cudowny widok z balkonu!

Śniadania były dosyć ubogie i wybór był naprawdę mały.
