Perfect location, great simple and good hotel, big rooms and not pricey like the others around, they are fair !

Uçak biletimizin saati gereği otel giriş saatinden 3 saat daha erken otele vardık.Bu sebeple eğer odamız müsaitse erken girip giremeyeceğimizi sorduğumuzda bizden 4500 japon yeni talep edildi.Çok yorgun olduğumuz için mecburen bu tutarı ödedik ve bizi o şekilde odamıza yerleştirdiler.

Lokalita povedal by som non plus ultra. Shibuya je veľmi živá átvrť vo dne aj v noci. Lepšiu lokalitu ťažko nájsť. Izba bola pomerne maličká, nám to však stačilo. Cenovo je to pomerne vysoko, v Tokiu je ubytovanie jednoducho drahšie

Był to najbrudniejszy i jeden z bardziej zaniedbanych hoteli w jakich byłem w Japonii. Grzyb pod prysznicem, brud na ścianach i w łazience. Koncepcja żaluzji pod prysznicem to niesmaczny żart. Zdjęcia pokoi na booking nie oddają stanu faktycznego po przyjeździe.

Nice location in Shibuya with maybe 3 min walk to trains. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room very clean and comfortable.

Det var rent och fräscht! Ligger väldigt centralt.

Hade inte bokat detta hotell om vi visste att det skulle vara glasväggar till badrummet. Det är väldigt lyhört utifrån så man hörde alla som gick förbi i korridoren.

Manca la possibilità, anche pagando, di fare colazione/cena in albergo. Il bagno è separato dal resto della camera da un vetro con una tenda poco coprente, quindi nessuna privacy.

冷蔵庫の中の「ご自由にどうぞ」のボトル缶の水が2本とも開封済みになっていた。ボトル缶は洗浄して使い回しで水を入れ替る仕様なのかもしれないけど飲むのが怖くてコンビニに水を買いに行った。

立地がかなりいいです！ 渋谷のど真ん中ですが、ホテルの中にいたら騒音などなにも気にならないです。

全館空調で部屋での温度設定でできなくて、暑がりの私でも寒いくらいでした。

The two bed rooms are spacious. The location is close to Shibuya Crossing

In the middle of the night, around 4am people are coming back from clubs/love hotels and often scream around.

The location is two minutes away from the center (Don Quijote, H&M, Shibuya crossing, etc.) It has two queen beds, and a private toilet. The hallway of each floor looks very nice. Easy to check in, with reception service that can store your luggage. Even though that it is located in a central location, it is still on the quieter side of Shibuya. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Black out curtains would be good, doors of the restroom are glass which makes it dangerous when you hit it. Walls are not sound proof, you can hear the cleaning or movement next door.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

We booked a double room based on the picture on the website. What we got however was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in. My wife and I had to sit on the bed and had to take turns to walk to the toilet. Also, there was completely clear glass surrounding the shower and toilet. Why??? You had to pull blinds down for any degree of privacy but you could still see in. The room looked shabby. The reception area was basic and unwelcoming. However the staff were excellent. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. PS This is the only negative review I have given of anywhere we have stayed.

Fantastic stay in an unbeatable location just steps from Shibuya Crossing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Sehr nah am Hotspot und dem Bahnhof und trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber wir hatten auch nicht viel Gepäck. Für die Durchreise völlig okay.

Our room was in a terrible state. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom had the WORST urine smell. The bathroom is all glass windows so you need to put the blinds down for privacy. We didn’t the entire stay because the blinds rope were covered in mould. We told reception and they sent someone up to cover the smell up with cleaning products but it did absolutely nothing. There was bundles of hair on the floor when we arrived. The pillows are filled with little hard beads rather than a soft filling which made them extremely difficult to sleep on.

Closer to Shibuya crossing and major attractions. They also have rooms with a small closet that is very helpful to add clothes and suitcases. The bathroom is a great size and they have showers instead od bathtub. Very clean hotel.

The hotel didn’t have breakfast, but the family smart was across the hotel. We grabbed our first meal at the family smart before heading to the city.

Shibuya EN Hotel was in a central location with easy transport options. We enjoyed the bed, tv, and airconditioning in the hotel room. staff were great and very friendly and assistive. would stay again and recommend.

Rooms were a little bigger than our previous hotels in Tokyo

It was very dirty and smelled really bad. The room was tiny and the lack of privacy for the bathroom was not great.

Tout le reste. Personnel pas aidant. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Chambre sale qui pue la cigarette. Beaucoup de défauts : griffures au mur, tâches, poussiéreux. Ils n'ont pas voulu garder nos valises (même en proposant de les payer) ... Le service de laundry mat était off car dimanche.. (pas indiqué sur le site..) Si vous êtes en couples , les toilettes sont ouvertes sur le le lit, avec 0 ou presque intimité. Ça fait 2 semaines que je suis au japon, tout les hôtels étaient ouf et beaucoup moins cher. Lui j'ai payé x3 pour un service et une qualité médiocre.

The rooms were not clean. In one room, the toilet was used. There was urine and toilet paper in it. In the second room, there was a hairball in the shower. I ended up showering after my husband cleaned the bathroom and I broke out in a rash after using their towels. We stayed for one night and asked for a refund for the remainder of the days we were supposed to stay. They took 2 months after our stay to refund our money.

The room was actually pretty spacious compared to what some reviews lead me to believe and everything was really nice and clean. Despite being near a busy part of town, the property was quiet and restful for our stay. Staff was really nice and helpful with any questions we had.

Super locatie, snelle check in, goed bed en fijne badkamer! Voor tokyo begrippen echt een aanrader (wij hadden badkamer met sauna faciliteiten).

Because of some bars are on the same street it can get love if you go to your early. But I understand and I didn’t mind

the location is excellent in terms of convenience. However, early mornings there are a lot of drunk loud people by the entrance of the building Staff Ana is excellent, she is so knowledgeable, professional and great service to the customers

as mentioned before, the place overall impression is "sketchy" but if not for the location to stores, donki, restaurants, I will not choose it. Plenty drunk people in the mornings that are loud.

We booked En Hotel Shibuya for the last night of our trip and immediately regretted not booking this earlier. We arrived around 10am after checking out of our previous accomodation and were able to leave our bags then go about our day. We returned a bit before 3pm and staff were so welcoming and considerate of us to check in a bit earlier especially since we had a 1 year old. Rooms were so spacious and so close to the major shops, restaurants as well as Shibuya crossing. 7/11 and mini mart are right next door too! Noise from nearby clubs can’t be heard at all from our room. Will definitely book again one day on our next Japan trip.

How easy it was to downtown. We were perfectly placed in all the chaos of Shibuya but away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Walking distance to every train station and food imaginable

We knew coming-in, rooms would be on the smaller end but we made the best of it and it was perfect.

The location of this hotel was exceptional. A close walk to the Shibuya scramble however its proximity to some of the best local izakayas was unmatched. The room size was large for Tokyos standards and the shower pressure was incredible. Staff were also very helpful.

Wir hatten ein kleines aber feiner Zimmer. Die Lage war sehr gut, um Tokio und Abends die Bars und Clubs in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.

Die Toilette und Dusche im Zimmer waren komplett verglast. Man kann zwar Rollos runtermachen, aber das sollte man vielleicht wissen.

Bathroom should not have a glass door with shutters as the shutters don't give enough privacy. There were also insufficient hooks in the bathroom and room to hang towels or clothes

The hotel was fantastic! I really appreciate their help to get my phone back!
