Room was perfect exceptionally clean and well proportioned.

Electric charge point overly complicated to use. Requires updating.

Perfect for concert At Wembley. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Near to bus stop (number 83 goes to Wembley stadium and within walking distance of the tube.

the rooms were very large. the bathrooms were huge and beautiful. the hotel is in a great location for anyone looking to be in Hendon. the breakfast was basic but each room had a newspaper, and milk besides water!

The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Recently and tastefully refurbished. Very quiet, never heard voices or foot steps or noise of any kind. THe staff were incredible. Friendly and obliging. The common areas were lovely, and we good use of them sitting with friends in the courtyard and lobby lounge. Very nice to have cold drinks, tea coffee and biscuits available to us all day long at no extra charge.

Lighting in the bathroom could be better, especially when trying to put on makeup.

Location and cleanliness

We were first checked into a room that was dirty with unwashed carpet. When we complained our room was changed to a very clean room

The building has a nice atmosphere about it. It's 130 years old. The room was clean and the shower was pretty good.

The location was a big problem for me. I didn't realize it was so far from the tube, my preferred mode of travel. I ended up riding and waiting for the buses much too much. At least the bus stops are right there. But they're extremely unreliable timetable wise. Also, in some of the mornings, a door would slam shut again and again. I can't imagine what it could be, but I honestly don't understand hotels that don't invest in quiet closing mechanisms.

We were placed here at the 11th hour (quite literally at 11 pm) due to an issue with our original booking. I was extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating us and being so gracious about our late arrival. The hotel itself is lovely. The building has lots of character, and our room was comfortable and spacious, with excellent beds. I am a wheelchair user and, although I do not require a fully accessible room, I do need enough space to bring my chair into the room and manoeuvre independently. This was easily accommodated and the room worked well for my needs. The hotel has clearly been thoughtfully designed to support Orthodox Jewish guests, with kosher provisions and facilities that accommodate religious observance. I imagine this would be a significant positive for Jewish travellers looking for a hotel that understands their needs. For wheelchair users, the practical details may be useful: Hendon tube station is around a 10-minute walk/roll away, although the route back to the hotel is uphill and may be challenging for some manual wheelchair users travelling without assistance. The station is on the boundary of Zones 3 and 4. An accessible black cab into central London cost us approximately £40–£60 depending on destination and traffic. It is also worth checking the current step-free access status at Hendon before travelling, as the station lift was out of order during our visit.

The air conditioning struggled during the heatwave. Even at the lowest temperature and highest fan setting, it was well into the night before the room cooled enough to sleep comfortably. The hotel clearly caters very well to Orthodox Jewish guests, and I respect the religious practices it supports. As a non-Jewish guest, I was initially unfamiliar with some of the customs around interaction between men and women. I took the time during my stay to learn more, and understood that some behaviours I noticed were related to religious observance rather than unfriendliness. However, because I wanted to be respectful and avoid inadvertently making other guests uncomfortable, I chose not to use certain communal facilities, such as the dining area, during my stay. This is not a criticism of the hotel or its guests, but something that non-Jewish guests unfamiliar with these customs may appreciate knowing in advance.

Very cozy overall. The staff was welcoming, warm, smiling and generally very kind. They had upgraded our room. The bed was huge and very comfortable! The bathroom was spacious. Would recommend this hotel very much. Hope we'll able to book it again some time in the future.

Needed a few more USB-outlets.

Friendly staff and very high cleaning standards, a modern and bright room with everything required.

It was a shame there wasn’t any garden furniture to sit out on as glorious weather when staying. There were a couple of old indoor table and chairs with table cloths on but they weren’t very appealing which was a shame as a beautiful setting and well maintained courtyard garden.

Because we were going to Wembley location was good. Only good thing.

No restaurant, no bar, no hairdryer Floor had stuck dirt in the middle of room which looked a bit unpleasant.

No cooked breakfast on Shabbat / Saturday. I did not expect that. TV did not connect to network, so no Netflix. I had to cast my phone to TV for entertainment.

The location was good as it was only a short drive from the M1 and close to Wembley,the breakfast was good and a good variety.

Great location, plenty of safe and secure parking, beautiful hotel and building. Easy check in and out. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. Microwave, kettle and fridge along with complimentary tea and coffee, bottled water and toiletries. Air conditioning and windows that open! Easy walk to Brent Cross shopping centre too. Bus stop literally outside to get the 83 to Wembley for our concert. The N83 runs all night and was easy to get back to our hotel. Just a fabulous stay!

We loved the idea that the staff put on 2 urns on Friday afternoon so we could enjoy coffee and tea on Saturday. Coffee tea and biscuits were available at any time during the day during the week. The staff at the front office were very helpful with directions bus numbers etc. The room was beautiful decorated and the bathrooms were very clean.

That's not the level of four-star hotel I was expecting I'm used to more upgraded style hotels

Absolutely amazing hotel. We had a disaster with the first property booked and booked in here for our remaining two nights we had planned to stay. We called and asked for an early check in as we had had no sleep the night before and needed a few hours before we headed out to a concert. When we arrived our room was ready and we had been given a free upgrade. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and we cannot thank them enough for squeezing us in at suck short notice. The hotel itself was beautiful, incredibly clean too. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.
