The pools were foamy and not very clean. The fireplace wasn’t working. The info card given should provide a map. The shuttle driver was very vocal able disliking his job.

Sono arrivato in hotel intorno alle 14:30, poco prima dell’orario ufficiale di check-in previsto per le 15:00. Mi è stato comunicato che la camera non era ancora disponibile, cosa che posso comprendere. Sono quindi tornato verso le 18:30, ma anche a quell’ora ho dovuto attendere circa 15 minuti prima che mi venisse assegnata una stanza. La dipendente alla reception che mi ha assistito è stata fin dall’inizio piuttosto sgarbata e poco disponibile. Una volta ricevute le chiavi e raggiunta la camera, mi sono accorto che mi era stata assegnata una sistemazione al secondo piano con un solo letto queen. Questo non corrispondeva assolutamente alla prenotazione effettuata e pagata: avevo infatti prenotato espressamente una camera a un piano alto, pagando un supplemento, e con due letti queen, essendo in viaggio con mia moglie e nostra figlia. Sono quindi dovuto tornare nuovamente alla reception con tutti i disagi del caso. La cosa che mi ha infastidito maggiormente è stata l’atteggiamento della dipendente: nonostante le mostrassi chiaramente la conferma della mia prenotazione con due letti queen e piano alto, continuava a sostenere che la camera assegnatami fosse corretta e che un solo letto queen fosse comunque abbastanza grande per due adulti e una bambina. Trovo questo comportamento inaccettabile. Non spetta al personale decidere se una sistemazione diversa e inferiore rispetto a quella prenotata possa “andare bene” al cliente. Avevo pagato per una determinata tipologia di camera e mi aspettavo semplicemente di ricevere ciò che avevo prenotato. Soltanto dopo circa altri 20 minuti di discussione mi è stata finalmente assegnata una camera corretta, con due letti queen e situata al quinto piano. Questo dimostra, tra l’altro, che la sistemazione da me prenotata era effettivamente disponibile.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super, die Anbindung zur Metro auch. Generell ist in der direkten Umgebung nicht viel man ist auf ÖPNV oder Uber/Taxi angewiesen

Me sigue gustando mucho la ubicación en relacion a lo que yo iba a LA, la cama deliciosa y lo amplio de la habitación siempre es favorable.

Ahora se me hizo descuidado el hotel, no estaba tan impecable como la vez pasada.

The location is very good, proximity to the beach (Manhattan and Hermosa), supermarkets and restaurants besides the airport. El Segundo is clearly underrated, staying for 2 nights before departing was great

Overnight self parking for $37 is to much, besides you have to advise the front desk to make the room, we didn't know and is feels like being in a hostel, not sure if these are Hyatt standards, even for a Hyatt Place.

You need to plan ahead to organise the free airport shuttle to the hotel. alternatively catch a cab if you are in a hurry

The staff at the hotel were lovely and allowed us to spend the day by the pool after checkout waiting for our evening flight. There is take out and a supermarket in walkable distance and the room was lovely

It took literally an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after I sent multiple messages and emails. After a long flight with a toddler it was extremely frustrating to wait at the curb of an airport pick up zone for so long and no apology or explanation was ever given

I’d asked for them to make up the sofa bed ahead of the stay and this wasn’t done, it was late when we arrived and we were exhausted. Also there was a very long wait for the airport shuttle so we just got a taxi.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, mogelijkheid om zonder extra kosten een uur later uit te checken. Gevarieerd ontbijt, zeker voor Amerikaanse begrippen. Kortom: prima horel voor een nachtje voor, tussen of na een vlucht.

Shuttle rijdt maar tot 22.30 uur 's avonds kwamen we achter op de dag van aankomst. Wij landden rond 22.00 uur, dus waren we niet meer op tijd voor de shuttle en moesten we een taxi nemen. Shuttle volgende dag naar LAX was prima geregeld.

Room 229 had a cracked tile which was loose as well as uneven tiles that were raised and it tripped my mother. In addition, the toilet needs to be fixed also because each time you flush it, it spits out whatever is in the toilet onto the floor like a fountain. It was very unsanitary so we had to cover the toilet each time we flushed. This room should Not have been available for Hyatt members to occupy. We are Globalists as well and this was just unacceptable Hyatt property. Do not stay in room 229 unless they fix the bathroom floors and toilet!!

Paying for parking 😒 was not acceptable when you are paying a lot for your stay. It should be already included free. And to have to go plates not little tiny boxes sometimes everyone doesn't want to eat with a crowd. The tiny boxes don't hold your entire breakfast you have to do more to get your one meal. I think that needs work.

The staff was incompetent, lied about room availability and tried to charge incorrect fees in addition to new fees that hadn't been the policy when I made the booking. The hotel was very noisy and rooms felt smaller than what was pictured. Not worth the value for the cost.

Staff was friendly

Shuttle does not run every 30 minutes. You have to call and order it. I ordered the shuttle but it never came, so I lost 1,5 hours just getting to the hotel. I first was chatting with staff on WhatsApp, they said that shuttle left but it never appeared. In the end I took an uber and the hotel covered those expenses, but I would prefer not to waste so much time on just getting to a hotel

L’insonorisation est plutôt médiocre cependant..on entend beaucoup les gens dans le couloir ainsi que le pas des gens de l’étage supérieur. Ça prend donc des bouchons. Pour un hôtel de cette chaîne, j’ai déjà vu mieux.

I did book this room with Chase - Hyatt points so it’s not the end of the world but this hotel was alright. I was thrown off because I booked this room cause I thought the couch would be much bigger. On the Hyatt website, the pictures showed a couch that was gigantic, it was an L shaped couch plus a king bed. That was perfect for the situation we were in. The couch in our room was tiny, it worked but it was way smaller and it wasn’t a L shaped on either. Also they charge an absurd amount for parking. I was more annoyed that they don’t disclose anything about parking in the reservation info. Parking was like 37 a day. Also the ironing table is made out of toothpicks. No joke it fell apart the moment I opened it and I had to play bob the builder on it, I fixed it though. Also their bathroom towels made my face so red and itchy when I used it, that has never happened with any other hotel towels. The staff downstairs is quite friendly though. Overall some of the things I listed were annoying but the room was decent overall. However if I can I’d probably book another hotel through the Chase portal.

Normally I stayed at the other Hyatt Place on the Centry Avenue. First time visit of this place, experience was better than expected. Parking was convienent. Smooth checkin and I received a suite upgrade and lare chechout because of my Hyatt statue. Enjoyed the stay.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful during check in. The tender at the bar was also very nice and went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed, when we needed it. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a smaller-medium place like this, though the dining area was crowded and it was not easy to find a seat.

The location is in a commercial/industrial area near the airport, but there's not much we can do about that, now is there? Other than that, there's nothing really to complain about.

I recently had a chance to take a quick family trip, and we stayed here at the Hyatt. The location was great and the customer service even better. The front desk staff was very helpful and made me and my family feel very welcomed. I think her name was Katherine and she made me feel right at home with her humor and attention to detail. Great location, Central to everything. Nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice layout. One odd thing with the rooms though: transparent doors for the bathroom which reduces privacy and flood the room with light at night if someone is using the bathroom. Pool area and breakfast are good. They have free electric chargers for cars too.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Los Angeles/LAX/El Segundo and initially experienced a frustrating billing issue involving a duplicate parking charge. Before my stay, I prepaid ($34) for three days of parking through ParkRoll and presented my receipt at check-in. The front desk staff member confirmed that the reservation would be honored. However, after my stay, I discovered that I had also been charged an additional $111 ($37 per day) for the same parking period. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the hotel multiple times by email and providing receipt of the prepaid parking and phone but received no response. I also contacted Hyatt customer service, but they were unable to assist with a hotel billing matter. After reaching out directly to the General Manager, the hotel finally refunded the duplicate $111 charge. The process took several weeks and required multiple follow-ups before receiving a response.

If you need a hotel close to Airport, than it's really good.

Location is far away from city center and banner images are so unrelated to the hotel.

Ac wasn't working and we checked in late had to wait till next day. Parking at 37 for each car for each night was way to high and seeing cars in the parking area with no tag was upsetting. Breakfast was average. Location was convent and staff friendly.

I had a wonderful check in with Uila,tema,adi I came in so cranky, and they just made it so smooth make me feel like it was my home that I was coming into so patient so wonderful. They explained all the amenities and even help me with my bags with the help of.Adan as small as he is, I couldn’t believe how he carried my bags to the third floor he is such a wonderful man thank you thank you thank you I love the place. I love it all the room so beautiful breakfast. Wonderful. I will be coming here all the time.

After a long day of travel, Simon at the front desk helped us get checked in. He made us feel very welcome!

The staff member on the desk wasn't super hospitable, we checked in and informed her we were only staying for a few hours to freshen up then heading to the airport. We went to check out and she had no recollection of who we were.

The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The pool was heated and the hot tub was glorious

The best hotel when traveling with family. Such an amazing experience here.! The customer service from each and every staff member we encountered; from the front desk, the ladies at the breakfast arena, the housekeeping staff, the men cleaning the pool area, and the shuttle drivers all GREAT!! The hotel was very clean all around. Our room was very very spacious , we had 2 beds with the sofa and the restroom is big too! The tv is a big screen with cable channels and we could connect our phones to watch on the tv. The hotel is dog friendly, they have a designated green area for dogs that’s well kept and maintained. The complimentary breakfast is sooo good! That was a big plus for us! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and stocked with towels. The gym area is nice too. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great to have as as well. The only thing that I wish was different is the $37 over night parking fee. But overall great experience will definitely book here again!

Evacuated from the Garden Grove chemical leak. Hotel was not accommodating to us asking to cancel one night left without a cancellation fee. The hotel room also made our allergies flare up. The room was clean but im assuming their ventilation system needs to have their filters changed. As soon as we were outside for the day the allergies went away but when we got back inside the hotel even Benadryl wasn’t helping.

Das Airport Shuttle fährt erst ab 06:00 Uhr morgens und das Frühstück startet auch erst um 06:00 Uhr. Für europäische Verhältnisse ist der Frühstück schlecht für amerikanische Verhältnisse okay.

As usual, it was a comfortable stay. Great parking deal in LA and it was easy to stop. Easy to access to the rentacar center of the airport. Nice drive to Santa Monica area.

Dat het dicht bij de luchthaven was. En dat het eten op de kaart goed was! Kok DJ heeft met liefde die ene avond voor ons gekookt én ons bediend! Basic gerechten, maar boven verwachting lekker. Dat was fijn, want we hadden geen zin om er weer op uit te gaan met de taxi en er zit verder niks in de omgeving, behalve een paar fastfoodrestaurants. Ook was de kamer ruim en hadden we twee dubbele bedden en een slaapbank tot onze beschikking, heel fijn met onze twee pubers.

Het was best een saai en oninspirerend hotel, weinig gezelligheid. Ook vonden we een paar zwarte haren in de badkamer (wij zijn allemaal blond!), maar verder was het wel schoon.

Had a good time out at this hotel . The service was very wonderful and check in was smooth . Was particularly impressed by the staff service . I recommend Uila, Tema and Elissa , they was so patient , polite and made me feel at home . Was over there with my girlfriends to celebrate and for whatever inconveniences we encountered, we was still serviced right by the staff and that made a very big difference in the lapses . Will come next time with my family and the proximity to the airport is also an add-on .
