The swimming pool is really good even tough not in the sun. The staff is nice. The room was functional. If you want a swimming pool for a good price, I recommend a lot !

Staff really pushed to upgrade us to a private room instead of the dorm. The dorm is underground and doesn’t smell really good.

Chambre vaste et très confortable. Souci esthétique général au niveau de l'établissement (marbre, grès sculpté etc.). Personnel attentif et serviable (l'établissement nous a conduits en voiture jusqu'à notre autobus pour Jodhpur) Restaurant sur la terrasse particulièrement agréable, avec vue imprenable sur le fort. Bons plats et service parfait (paiement par carte possible pour les résidents de l'hôtel). .

Les draps et taies d'oreillers n'avaient pas été changées à notre arrivée, mais ceci a été immédiatement corrigé à notre demande. Débit d'eau un peu faible dans la salle de bains.

Heel fijn hotel in Jaisalmer. Op loopafstand van het fort. Het zwembad was helaas niet gevuld met water toen we arriveerden, we konden wel bij een restaurant in de buurt gaan zwemmen. Het eten op de rooftop, met prachtig uitzicht op het fort, was erg goed. Personeel meedenkend en vriendelijk!

Het viel tegen dat het zwembad niet gevuld was, de oplossing was goed!

Au plaisir de le revoir à Tokyo!

Liked the staff and how they took care of issues as and when they arose. Especially the safari staff were very nice and knowledgeable and kind.

Sheets were not as clean as we would have wanted. bathroom seemed not thoroughly cleaned after the last stay. ACs. were not operating at good capacity. Even at lowest temperature, I kept sweating the entire night as if the temperature was 25-26 in the month of May.

Excellent service: they offered a more comfortable room for the same price, provide guests with the opportunity to freshen up before or after a safari (even after check-out) and can even provide free transport to the city or train station

They are not particularly good at organizing safaris: an "exclusive tour in a non-touristy location" turned out to be an overnight stay near a couple of dunes, just 2 km from the main road and right next to a village

Joli hôtel, à 2 pas de la forteresse... Chambre confortable Personnel très sympa qui a fait au mieux pour nous ; pour compenser l'absence de piscine Ont accepté notre arrivée plus tôt et nous ont laissé la chambre jusqu'à notre réel départ de 16h..très appréciable...

La prestation n'est actuellement pas celle de l'annonce...notamment concernant la piscine qui est fermée...

Lovely hotel, with a great pool. One of the only pools in all of jaisalmer which was a much needed relief from the heat. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. To a man they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Staying at Tokyo Palace Hotel in Jaisalmer truly felt like coming home. After a long bus journey, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious masala chai (the best I’ve had in India so far) which immediately set the tone for our stay. The rooms are very comfortable, with cozy beds and an exceptionally soft blanket. The shower worked perfectly, with hot water available quickly and in good supply. The food in the restaurant is excellent, and what really makes this place special is the kindness of the people. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et c'ela est plus qu'assez. Dès que vous arrivez on vous assaille directement de questions. Demandes etc... Pas de répit Les chambres sont assez passables Et puis surtout n'oubliez rien car de toute façon ce sera perdu pour toujours mais pas pour tout le monde...

夜行で朝に到着しましたが、その日の砂漠ツアーまでの間、無料でドミトリーのベッドを使用させて貰え、しっかりと休養をとってからツアーに参加することができました。ツアーも大変素晴らしかったです。 スタッフの方は皆親切で、オーナーとも会話する機会を得るましたが、大変素晴らしいひと時を過ごすことができました。 屋上からの眺めも最高です。

El baño no tenía ducha separada te duchas y mojas todo el baño. Hemos pasado dos noches y no nos hicieron la cama.

El hotel es muy bonito y está cerca de los monumentos, se puede ir caminando. Además, el dueño es muy atento y se ve que sabe llevar un negocio. También nos organizó una excursión de medio día a unos monumentos que están cerca (Bada Bagh y un templo), pero a los que hay que ir en coche. Vale la pena ir, especialmente a Bada Bagh. Mención especial a las vistas desde la terraza, increíbles, se ve todo el fuerte 😍 Si algún día vuelvo a Jaisalmer, me alojaré aquí 100 %

こちらで参加した砂漠ツアーが最高でした。またスタッフの皆さんも日本語を積極的に話してくださり、安心して滞在できました。 屋上のレストランも美味しい料理を食べれますし、何より眺めが最高です。城の外に泊まってのんびり城を眺めるのが良いと思います。 ジャイサルメールは本当に異世界みたいで最高の街です。またここに訪れて、tokyo palaceに泊まる日を楽しみにしています。

I spent two nights in a gorgeous double room. The hotel staff is very kind and helped me find a solution to all my needs. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers free transfer from the train station and has a roof-top restaurant, where you can eat admiring the castle

The bed mattress was not very comfortable.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad! Het personeel is waanzinnig lief en leuk en ze helpen je bij alles, niks is hen teveel. Ook de kamers zijn top, douche doet het goed en ligging is prettig. Kortom, een fantastische plek!!

This is a an authentic local hotel in a great location. Matr, the manager was an excellent host who looked after us like family! Our tour with him to the desert to visit some surrounding villages and experience a sunset picnic in the dunes was very special. The evening in the desert camp for dinner and a cultural show was fantastic! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and had good views. The rooftop restaurant had a spectacular view of the fort.

The pool was not inviting.

We were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived at this lovely hotel in a wonderful location. The rooftop restaurant has a fabulous view of the fort. Mathr, the manager of the hotel is an exceptional host. He organised all our tours and was our guide for our amazing time in the desert. We had spacious room with a very comfortable bed.

ドミトリーの値段が安い。日本人利用が多い宿なので安心感がある。 誰かしらと出会いがあるので旅の楽しさを感じられる。 屋上レストランからの城塞の景色は本当に素晴らしい。

個室の方はとても綺麗なのですが、ドミトリーは半地下の清潔感の欠ける部屋。 空港ピックアップを頼んだに来てくれなかった。 チェックアウトの時、深夜の駅送迎もお願いしたのに来てくれなかった。 （リキシャーの運転手のせいでしょうが・・・） スタッフさんのバイクの後ろに乗せてもらい連れて行ってもらいましたが。 チェックインしてドミのベッドに連れて行ってもらったら スタッフさん？のインド人たちがベッドで寝ていた。 なんかミスが多い宿です。 前回も列車を予約したら日にちを間違えてたし。

地下のドミトリーに泊まりました。 私の性別は女なのですが、なぜか男性用ドミトリーの部屋をあてがわれて困惑しました。この日のドミトリー宿泊者は私一人だったので問題はなかったですが、、、 あと、ドミトリーのドアが歪んでいるのか、鍵が閉まらず困りました。部屋中のベッドサイドテーブルを集めてバリケードを築いて寝ました。 また、ドミトリーのバスルームが綺麗ではなかったです。シャワーを浴びた数時間後にトイレのタンク上に虫の蛹の殻のようなものの小さな山が発生していました。 以上のことから、安いからといってこのホテルのドミトリーに泊まるのはおすすめしません。屋上レストランに向かうときに通りかかった他の部屋は綺麗で快適そうだったので、ぜひランクが上のほうの部屋にしましょう！

Als deutsche Solo-Travellerin fühlte ich mich sehr sicher und willkommen im Tokyo Palace Hotel. Der Inhaber sowie alle seine Mitarbeiter hießen mich willkommen und kümmerten sich sehr gut um mich. Mir wurde ein Tuktuk zum Bahnhof arrangiert und viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Dorm verfügt über ein Bad mit heißem Wasser, die Betten haben Vorhänge. Der Service ist eine 10/10. Als Restaurant-Managerin fiel mir das besonders auf. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich,zuvorkommend und haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Rooftop-Restaurant bietet Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen an. Die Qualität des Essens war hervorragend. 10/10

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped to make our visit to Jaisalmer special. We ate at the rooftop restaurant many times and the food was great. The view of the fort is amazing from the rooftop. Our room was large and comfortable.

We thought that we would stay there for a night but instead ended up staying for our entire stay of 4 nights in this hotel because of central location, comfort, cleanliness, good service and extremely helpful behaviour of the entire staff and the owner. There is a good view of the Fort from the terrace restuarant. We didn't try the food in the hotel as we eat only one meal a day and our days were busy exploring other exotic places around Jaisalmer. We recommend this place highly to anyone visiting Jaisalmer and other destinations around. Dr Dinesh Sharma

Personnel agréable et serviable Roof top avec vue sur le fort

Es war auffallend ruhig. Die Entfernung zum Ford war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Essen auf dem Rooftop mit Superausblick auf das Ford war gerade abends spektakulär.

Excellent emplacement à moins de 10 mn à pied de l'entrée de la forteresse. Superbe vue sur la forteresse depuis le roof top où se situe le restaurant. Le personnel est serviable et très attentionné.

Propreté des chambres à améliorer en particulier salle d'eau et wc qui a nécessité une demande de chgt de chambre acceptée par la direction. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus varié et copieux. Le Camel safari avec spectacle et dîner proposé par l'hôtel est à éviter. Ballade à dos de dromadaire 1h mais aucun intérêt à s'arrêter pour admirer le sunset dans des dunes parsemées de bouteilles en plastique vides au milieu d'une armada de jeeps faisant du rodéo dans le sable avec à bord des touristes locaux hystériques. Quant au spectacle : en raison d'une sonorisation mal réglée la prestation du groupe de musique traditionnelle s'est transformée en cacophonie, la prestation du danseur était de piètre qualité, celle des danseuses bien meilleure. Enfin le repas qui ne se passe pas du tout autour du feu est quelconque et expédié. Grosse déception pour notre groupe.

Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, especially Malik. Room was comfortable. Nice facilities including a pool to chill from the desert heat. Great desert tour, especially the cookout outdoors under the stars in the desert.

スタッフのMalikさんが滞在中親切にしてくれました。無料のウェルカムドリンク（コーヒー、チャイ、味噌汁）、無料のピックアップもありました。サファリは繁忙期なのかホームページよりも高かったですが全体的にいい滞在でした。

Prenez la chambre la moins chère, elle font toutes très exactement la même superficie (ce qui est honnêtement indiqué sur Booking). Les différences sont un balcon mais celui-ci est minuscule et surtout donne sur la rue avec du simple vitrage donc il y a beaucoup de bruits la nuit ; et une salle de bain plus grande mais cela pour mettre une baignoire que l'on ne peut pas utiliser (restrictions hydriques assez logique dans la région mais du coup c'est de l'espace supplémentaire inutile).

The locks were troublesome. Difficult to open from outside. Restaurant, probably trying to pickup. The staff could not communicate in English. Had trouble in ordering meals. The restaurant is in open space in the rooftop. Nowhere to go if rain. Shower while eating 😁. May be specifically made to have that experience.

L'hôtel est situé en plein centre de Jaisalmer,, à deux pas de l'entrée du fort. Chambres grandes, propres et confortables. Nous avons été accueillis avec un chai et avons pu avoir la chambre à l'avance. La piscine quand il fait chaud est un réel atout. Le personnel est disponible et réactif. Il y a un restaurant sur le rooftop qui donne une vue imprenable sur le fort, cuisine excellente et serveur adorable.

Nous ne l'avons pas signalé car nous nous en sommes passés mais lors de notre séjour la climatisation de notre chambre ainsi que l'eau chaude ne fonctionnaient pas.

L'amabilitat del personal, la ubicació molt a prop de l'entrada al fort i les magnífiques vistes des de la terrassa on hi ha el restaurant. L'habitació (la suite) era gran, amb aire acondicionat i ventilador i amb llits còmodes. El restaurant molt correcte i la piscina està molt bé i neta per poder-se refrescar

Desconeixem si és habitual que no facin l'habitació, però a nosaltres no ens la van fer cap dels 3 dies que vam estar allotjats
