Très bel hôtel, luxueux, personnel au petit soin digne d'un palace. Piscine très grande et magnifique !

Chambre pas encore disponible à notre arrivée à 18h00 et odeur de cigarette très légère qui a disparu ensuite

As expected of a Hilton property, the staff training was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I'll definitely consider staying here again every year when I return to Beijing.

Nice breakfast, clean rooms , bath

First we came we got the room with a terrible cigarette smell. We asked to change it and the only option was the one near the elevator and another view. Every day the waiting time at breakfast was huge , I was waiting in the line to sit around 5mins , for the pancakes more than 20 mins , coffee approximately 10 mins. The WiFi didn’t work with the standard login with hotel room number , I called the reception to get a password. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not the experience I wanted to have

I received a fantastic welcome; a European concierge was there to help me with everything and did a great job throughout my stay. Breakfast was also great, with a huge selection

Great location. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. special thanks to Natalia and Marcel, two english speaking staff members, who were promptly available to recommend, support and address any issues. Given long check in lines, Natalia ensured I had access to a quicker check in procedure, and made sure I could access my room earlier than expected. This only reflect on their attention to guest experience, and flexibility to acccommodate everyone's needs.

some small kinks that were quickly fixed hy the staff once reported - bathroom sliding door got stuck, night light did not turn off. staff promptly fixed all.

I stayed at the Conrad Beijing, and while it has a strong reputation, my experience was unfortunately let down by several issues. The facilities felt dated and not well-maintained. In the bathroom, there were visible water stains and rust marks, and the carpets were noticeably unclean — you could clearly see dirty patches that had not been properly addressed. For a hotel at this price point, the standard of cleanliness and upkeep was below expectations. On top of that, I discovered after checking out — only when reviewing my credit card statement a few days later — that I had been charged more than the agreed price. Having to find this out myself, rather than being notified by the hotel, felt like a lack of transparency. When I contacted the hotel to resolve the overcharge, the refund took nearly three weeks to come through. For a luxury property, I would expect billing errors to be corrected promptly and proactively. Overall, the combination of ageing facilities, cleanliness concerns, and a slow billing resolution has made me hesitant to return. I hope the management takes these points seriously, as guests deserve both a well-maintained environment and confidence that they are being charged correctly.

The receptionist Icey was very helpful especially with the language differences. There was also a young man on an apprenticeship from Ukraine that was very helpful too. His recommendations at breakfast was great.

My initial room smelt like someone had been smoking cigarettes in the room.

La musica nella Spa....pessima! non si può ascoltare rap americano e hip hop americano ...la terapista bravissima! meglio il silenzio....purtroppo le regole di Hilton group non sono adatte ad un health spa cinese. bravissimi tutti, ma non il sound.

That it’s a Hilton property and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

A shame for the condrad name. The worst Hilton I have stayed in. Should be renamed Hilton Garden Inn (NOT condrad or a normal Hilton). The rooms are old and the Toilets are TERRIBLE. Old tiles that are broken in the shower cubicle area too. Only 2 restaurants.

The property is good

The spa price is higher than the stay. The spa stuff doesn’t speak English well, there was a misunderstanding. We complain to the spa and nothing. We talked with the reception manager and he didn’t give us attention at all

la habitacion, el personal, las instalaciones, cada vez que nos ibamos nos hacian el servicio al cuarto, siempre habia agua disponible, la piscina un 10, el gym, todo perfecto

que la ducha estaba next to the inodoro, cada vez que te bañas se mojaba absolutamente todo, no habia mamparada, era un regadero de agua por todos lados

La struttura è molto pulita e raffinata, la colazione sublime con particolare attenzione ai dettagli (pains au chocolat, varie tipologie di yogurt, marmellate di marca e Nutella originale nel buffet colazione, tra le varie offerte). La stanza era molto bella e il bagno davvero favoloso! Piccolo particolare non da sottovalutare: l’asciugacapelli in bagno molto potente e di ottima qualità, plus difficile da trovare negli alberghi. Ci siamo sentiti molto coccolati!

Despite a challenging check-in experience, the staff at Conrad Beijing did their best to make up for it, including offering us an upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture. Most importantly, our stay was made truly excellent thanks to Dimita, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit. She assisted us with so many things and was an invaluable resource. We greatly appreciated her outstanding guest service and warm hospitality.

The menu in the lounge needs some improvement . The services are ok but the quality lacks behind other 5 star . The rooms are tired looking . The sink has a big crack on it . The carpet , table tops & many areas need replacing

For the price, it’s nothing memorable. The lighting system in the room was horrible. You cannot control individual lights. Either all on or all off. Bad!

Está muy bonito el hotel, es un hotel tipo ejecutivo, muy limpio y la atención es muy buena, solo es un poquito viejo el hotel y le hace un poco más de variedad en el desayuno. Por todo lo demás lo recomiendo, aaahh y también está muy céntrico de plazas, lugares turísticos y encuentras de todo en esa zona.

베이징 콘래드에서 2박했는데 호텔이 조금 오래된 느낌은 있었지만 전반적으로 관리가 아주 잘된 호텔이었어요. 조식도 아주 맘에 들었습니다. 하지만 단 하나!! 호텔에서 마주친 모든 직원이 영어를 못했습니다. 조식 레스토랑과 식음업장 직원은 그렇다치고 프론트 데스크 직원 또한 영어를 못했고 오히려 우리에게 중국말을 했어요. 의사소통에 어려움이 있어 체크인때 1시간은 걸린거같습니다. 베이징 호텔 어디에 머물지 고민하신다면 영어가 가능한지 정도는 체크하고 호텔을 선택하시는게 좋을거같습니다. 제 방문의사 없습니다.

Very nice 5* Hotel in the business district in Beijing. Very nice pool area and fitness room. Big breakfast buffet with Chinese and Western food. Got a very competent and English speaking guy at the reception who helped us with several things. Would love to come back

Good service. Especially in pool and executive lounge. Lounge manager Nathalie is so proactive and helpful. Room is a little old but the maintenance is good and view is awesome. Breakfast is the best part of this staycation:) Fried dumplings and beef noodle are delicious

Stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and Las Vegas in the past few months and they were great. Figured I'd give Conrad Beijing a try. 2 Stars is a bit harsh but found the service not on par with whats expected from a 5 Star hotel that caters to international travelers. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd stay elsewhere. Much of the staff speaks little to no English, including the front desk. So when minor issues kept popping up—"my room smells like cigarette smoke, can we move;" "the mini bar isnt stocked and has no cream for coffee;" I cant get connected to internet"—it was a pain to deal with. Never did solve my internet connectivity, just used hotspot for 3 nights.

この前に泊まったホテルからの移動のため、12時ぐらいに到着して荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思っていました。ところが時間前にもかかわらずチェックインすることができ、観光に時間を有効に使うことができ、大変助かりました。筋トレが日課なので、ここのジムは、すべてテクノマシン。キネシスまであってびっくりしました。筋トレしている方はぜひ来てもらいたいトレーニングジムです。プールも綺麗でとても良かったです。

Great location - walking distance to CBD and sanlutun.

The toilet flushing isn’t working the best. Normally you need to flush a couple of times to make sure.
