The location was excellent. We are an active fit & healthy family that likes to walk. It was accessible to everywhere we want to go to. We were surrounded by restaurants and loved the narrow alley streets for dining and hang out.

Un po' di timore all'arrivo. Non essendoci nessuno ad accoglierci abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti prima di ricevere indicazioni per entrare negli appartamenti. WhatsApp e telefono hanno risolto. Si sente il rumore dei passi dai piani superiori, ma credo sia un problema di tutti gli appartamenti nel centro di Lisbona

The location was perfect. Clean and roomy for the 6 of us. I like they changed the towels as well.

It has 2 bathrooms and 1 was part of a master bedroom and clear door. So when sharing the only to have privacy was to lock the bedroom door. So no one could use the bedroom either.

אהבנו את המיקום, את איטום החלונות מהרעש שבחוץ. את האפליקציה של המנעול. המגבות היו נהדרות וגם החלפתן 3 פעמים במשך השבוע. האיבזור של המטבח היה מצויין. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת.

כסאות פינת האוכל מאוד לא נוחות. חסר ארון בחדר עם שתי המיטות. זרם המים במקלחות נמוך. במקלחת הגדולה המים נוזלים דרך האריחים השחורים אל מחוץ למקלחת. משטח נגד החלקה באמבטיה ובמקלחת היה מאוד עוזר. מכסה האסלה בשני חדרי האמבטיה לא מתאימים לגודל האסלה.

This is a well run rental and everything was exceptional, right down to the basket of wine and cheese that was waiting for us when we arrived.

Very spacious and excellent location.

Only high bar stools for eating breakfast which were not as comfortable as chairs.

It is a very large apartment that fits a family easily

The check in process is confusing. Even when asking for early check in months in advance doesn’t guarantee. Depends on what site you book with. We had to share phone number to contact property manager with a large group who were stuck on the street and couldn’t check in

El departamento es tal cual las fotos y mas! Muy linda decoración, bien cuidado, muy limpio, tiene todos los electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar en la estadía, dejan artículos de baño, de lavado, de cocina, café en cápsulas, las toallas son de gran calidad (mejor que algunos hoteles 4☆). Al llegar había una canasta con un vino, queso y snack, grata sorpresa. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo para ir caminando y de paradas de transporte, de bares y restaurantes, con mucho movimiento. La comunicación siempre fue fluida y rápida, ningún problema. Me permitieron dejar las valijas al hacer check out y pudimos ingresar antes también, lo cual de agradece. Todo superó gratamente las expectativas y lo recomiendo sin dudas.

Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente, olvidé una botella reutilizable y a las 2 hs cuando me comunique la habían tirado.. si bien fueron amables y ofrecieron pagarla, a mi no me servía el dinero. Espero que sirva como aprendizaje y se comuniquen con los huéspedes si olvidaron algo antes de tirarlo, cuando claramente no se ve como basura. Pero eso no influye ni opaca la excelente estadía y el hermoso dpto.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The apartment's location was excellent, right in the city center and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and many of the main attractions. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for our group, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The accommodations were exactly as described, and we would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Lisbon.

A minor detail, but it would have been nice to have a smart TV in the master bedroom to stream shows.

This property was beautiful, very clean clean and a great location. We had plenty of room for our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we go back to Portugal, we will select this location again.

Location. Liked the 2 and 1/2 Bathrooms. Liked the quality windows which not only looked good but they were functional.

Bed in Master could have been a little better. It was okay for me but my wife commented that our rental in Porto had a much better bed.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés! Gyakorlatilag a Belém negyeden kívűl minden látnivalót gyalog jártunk be. A közelben éttermek, bárok is megtalálhatók. A tisztaság kifogástalan, az aparman tágas, ízlésesen berendezett. A repülőgépünk csak este indult vissza és nagyon kényelmes volt, hogy a gép indulásig a házban lévő csomagmegörzőben hagyhattuk a csomagunkat.

Az ágy nekem túlságosan puha volt. A fürdőszoba bútorzata egy kicsit elhasznált - de ez tényleg, csak kötözködés.

First of all, the apartment is gorgeous. Oftentimes, the apartment you rent doesn't live up to the photos in the post, but this time it exceeded expectations. Nice layout, roomy, comfortable and all the furnishings are high quality. Owner was responsive and communicated well to questions.

The surrounding area is excellent — vibrant yet pleasant, with a great atmosphere and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and amenities within easy reach. A nice added touch is the convenient storage area before the apartment entrance, which is very practical for luggage. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What I didn’t like: The apartment can be quite noisy, which may affect rest, especially during the night. Additionally, the air conditioning was inconsistent and would turn on/off unpredictably, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.

L unica osservazione che bisogna fare è che se si ha l appartamento al piano inferiore si sentono tutti i passi delle persone sopra , quindi se si hanno dei vicini civili non ci sono problemi , ma se come noi si trovano dei civili senza un minimo di rispetto si sentirà ogni minimo passo sopratutto la notte tardi e la mattina presto.

Spacious and clean. Nice building within walking distance of good food, scenic viewpoints, a grocery store and pharmacy. We had no problems with street noise. It would have been a perfect ten, but there is no insulation at all between the floors, so if you and your upstairs neighbors don’t share the same hours it is very noisy. The ceilings are high —if this were my own apt. I would insulate the ceiling for sound in the bedroom.

Amei toda a acomodação. Amplos quartos, amplos banheiros. Rouparia de excelente qualidade e ainda fomos agraciados com uma cesta de queijos , vinhos e geleias. Amamos tudo

The bed was very comfortable as was the chairs in the living room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. The location was really good as it was close to bus and tram stops and also walking distance to the river and train station. There were many small Portuguese restaurants in the roads and lanes nearby. We ate at Tapas des Graveas twice because of the friendly staff and the Fada music performance. Communication with the hosts was very good and we appreciated the elevator in the building. There were several small supermarkets/mini markets close by including an Auchan. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the wine and cheese left for us.

We did not fully make use of the apartment’s smart technology but we were able to manually adjust the lights and cooling. Larger mugs for tea and coffee and black tea bags would have been appreciated.

This is a really lovely apartment in a great location. Big thank you to the host who has created a great space with some nice personal touches. Thank you also for the wine and snacks.

What an amazing stay we had at this property! It was so spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable for our family of five. Got a great night's sleep on the comfy beds and relaxed every night in the ample living area. The Chiado neighborhood is vibrant and full of character (we personally think this is the best location to stay, especially for first-time visitors) and the location was walkable, safe, and conveniently located to great restaurants, shops and sights. The cleaning service was a great perk and the welcome gift basket of cheese, jam, crackers and wine was a lovely touch. Communications were reliable through What's App if we had any questions. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

We weren't able to get inside the apartment using the Nuki app upon our arrival, but we used the two sets of keys that were left in the apartment for us, which worked fine. There's a combination washer/dryer in the unit which isn't the easiest to figure out; perhaps a set of how-to instructions inside the cabinet door would've helped?

Only 1 shower can run at a time and it runs out of hot water very fast - needs a larger tank for this many bedrooms/beds. Washer/dryer difficult to use, takes a long time, and ineffective. Towels are low quality - not absorbent and just feel wet all the time. Bathroom next to the main bedroom has a terrible sink faucet - loose, too far back from sink, so spills over the backs. That wastebasket looks rusted and the bath mat looks stained. Room a/c didn’t seem to work.

Excellent location Very comfortable with everything you need in an apartment. It is on a busy street. We were on the second floor in Nuit room. When doors and windows were closed you couldn’t hear the street noises. There is a small Continente a few minutes walk for groceries and a small bodega a few doors from the rental. We walked to most places and we are not a fit bunch. The bifana place is one block away and pastel da Nata place a few steps from there. We ate a lot of both. We would stay here again on a future trip.

This is a beautiful spacious apartment. It has everything you need and even has smart features controlled via a touchpad. The service and communication from Lisbon Rentals was exceptional.

Apartment is in the perfect location. All parts of Lisbon are easily accessible from Chiado including the main train station. The apartment was perfect large open plan fully kitted out kitchen with a large lounge to relax in. Lovely bedroom very comfy bed, Beautifully furnished. Cant fault it in anyway. Highly recommend staying here though it means more competition for me when I want to book to stay here again

The communication as to how to use the Nuki app and offering two devices on which to gain access to the apartment was accommodating. The apartment was clean and attractive. It was on a busy street, but the sound proofing of the windows was excellent. Leaving a bottle of wine was classy. Easy to get to almost anywhere of significance in Lisbon by foot, although the hills can be challenging for those less active or capable.

Little things: the technology was a little difficult to figure out. How to use the Sonos for example. How the light switches worked was difficult at first. No sugar for the coffee machine. Sometimes the lights in the bathroom go on automatically and sometimes not, which can be a problem early in the morning for a partner still sleeping.

Emplacement plus que parfait, situé dans un très bon quartier Logement très soigné et spacieux, aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration raffinée, On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, et même parfaitement bien. La propreté est irréprochable. Tout est super, y compris un équipement domotique pour gérer les espaces. En résumé, c’est sans hésitation le logement idéal pour un séjour à Lisbonne.

El departamento es realmente hermoso y tal cual se ve en las fotos, tanto en amplitud como en calidad. La cocina está muy bien equipada; se agradece encontrar cuchillos buenos y productos de calidad, incluso jabón para la ropa y lavavajillas. El baño es muy cómodo y el calefactor para secar toallas fue un detalle que se valora. Los dormitorios son amplios, con ropa de cama y toallas de muy buena calidad. Los ventanales aíslan completamente el ruido exterior, así que se duerme muy bien. La ubicación es excelente. Hay un minimercado muy completo a pocos pasos y el barrio es muy entretenido para salir a caminar. Estuvimos cuatro noches y perfectamente podríamos habernos quedado más tiempo. Se nota preocupación por entregar una experiencia cuidada. Sin duda volveríamos.

El check-in independiente no nos funcionó al principio porque no logramos hacer andar la app, pero se solucionó rápido contactando al anfitrión. En la planta baja, donde se guarda la basura, a veces se siente olor mientras se espera el ascensor. Es algo puntual, pero puede resultar incómodo.

La ubicación era inmejorable, al igual que los detalles del apartamento que estaban muy cuidados. Disponía de todo lo necesario para hacer una cómoda estancia.

Mejoraría la ducha, ya que al usarla se salía el agua y se encharcaba el suelo del baño, haciendo necesaria una fregona de la que no disponíamos. Por otro lado, el ruido del suelo de madera era bastante notorio con respecto al piso de arriba y de los pasillos exteriores. Además, el colchón era demasiado blando para mi gusto, pero esto ya es una cuestión muy persona. Recalcar que todo está muy cuidado y detallado, y en general es una estupenda opción. Solo son detalles que se pueden optimizar.

Absolutely everything about the Champagne apartment was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - there wasn't anything that wasn't thought of to make our stay perfect. We think this the best accommodation we have ever booked for a holiday. The interior was a joy - so beautifully appointed, really thoughtfully so. Cannot fault and would definitely book again! Thank you.

One bedroom in Menthe apartment does not have a door

The apartment was clean, beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, and is located in an excellent area. The building has an elevator, with the option for luggage storage and late check-out, which was very convenient. Communication with the host was very good. check-in was easy and quick, and the host was immediately available when needed. Although previous reviews mentioned noise issues, during our stay there was no noise at all, either from other apartments or from outside.

Everything was fantastic - the location, facilities, comfort and the apartment was a fabulous size for the 5 of us (adults). We arrived very late and had a issue getting into the apartment however someone was able to give us access remotely which was very much appreciated! Would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Best stay I have had in Lisbon. It’s a well equipped building with a couple of apartments that are being rented. Completely renovated, new appliances, comfortable, safe and clean. Would absolutely come back.

We visited with a group of 9 to run the Lisbon Marathon. We stayed in the 3 BR and two of the 1 BR apartments. The location is excellent, very central. The apartments are beautiful, well decorated, and with ample comfortable furniture for hanging out. The host was quick to respond to questions and had a nice basket of wine and food waiting for our arrival, which was a really nice touch.

I didn't realize (or notice) when I booked that one couple in our group would be in a separate building. It was right around two corners in a building behind ours (< 1 minute walk), so not an issue at all.
